The team at Claires is awesome!What a great 8th birthday party! Ear piercing, glitter makeovers, flower balloons and princess!I called the manager and requested 2 attendees so both ears were done at the same time and she more than delivered!!

I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced for her birthday, she became very faint upon standing up, and the store associate was so helpful and accommodating in letting her rest and helping us! We will definitely be back!

The Franklin Park Claires team is amazing 👏Scheduled an ears piercing appointment and what was delievered was a full on birthday party. They made the experience 10x more than expected with flower ballons and glitter makeovers. ✨️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bought a beautiful set of 6 pairs of earrings today for $15. The backings of the earrings were broken, spent an hour or so trying to fix the broken backings, now I’ve wasted $15.

The cashier was not nice. I went there with my friend to get her daughter something ended up my todler wanted something and did not want to leave without the furry little coin pocket for $15. Something that ended up useless and just piling up with other toys.Did not expect more than just a smile which never happened.You need to put somebody nicer to work at the store!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced today (3-19-21). The place was busy and only one person working. After asking her if she was by herself, I found out that Michelle was covering the Franklin Park location but normally worked the Perrysburg store. Anyways, this 5 star is for her. Not only did she run back and forth trying to take care of me and other people needing piercings while also taking care of those at the register, she did it all while staying calm, explaining after care directions, properly sterilizing everything, and helping my daughter get through her worry of pain. She definitely did a great job working under pressure in a high stress situation and still gave my daughter a near perfect piercing. Its people like Michelle that belong in these types of positions working with the public. Great job today!

Went today to for ear piercing. Was greeted very warmly by one associate, the other sighed and rolled her eyes when I told her we were there to get piercing done. After waiting about 15 minutes, the rude associate comes back and lets us know that the price for the piercing would be $81. I asked her since when...she said for 25 years. I will not ever shop there again.

Destiny was AWESOME! She did a great job piercing my 4 year old’s ears. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience!

One of the employees at the Franklin Park mall today 8/22 had the nerve to tell me that my 20 month old daughter needed to have a mask on to be in the store. When I told her how old my daughter was, she proceeded to argue with me. Completely uncalled for and wrong. I will not be giving my business to this store any longer if these are the rules in place during these terrible times. Especially when the mandate is for anyone 5 and older to wear a mask. Not my 20 month old child.

Seriously, if I could give 10 stars I would! The woman that helped me was so nice! I had 5 of my neices and nephews and she was super nice while they were being crazy kids looking at everything!

The cashier here was amazing she was so sweet!! Even though they were busy she made everybody feel welcome I had a smile on her face the whole time!!

I absoluetly loved the girl who did my ear piercings! Her name was kelsey and i reccommend her if you ever want something done! She actually interacted with me and kept the conversation going😁
