Love love LOVE 4 Nineteen Ink!! The staff were super friendly! My artist was Theresa Alvarado. Though she did have to reschedule, she was able to do it to work with my schedule, which I loved and appreciated so much!! And she did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!!! She even put on a Sleep Token radio for me to listen to while she worked!! I think Ive found my favorite shop and artist.

Wonderful people, great environment!Deanna was awesome and helped me get new jewelry, she listened to what I needed and has an excellent selection!Liam was my artist, and I couldnt be more pleased with how it turned out! He took the concept I gave him and turned it into the perfect tattoo.Overall wonderful experience and I will definitely be back soon!

I got Ellie’s tattoo from the Last of Us done by Liam and he did so well and placed it just like Ellie’s!! I still have another session to do to color in the moth and the leaves at the side but his work is very good :)) I enjoyed talking to him a lot as this was my first tattoo and I was a little nervous but it didn’t hurt at all! He also gave me money to get snacks from the vending machine. He is very niceEdited review with the finished tattoo: it’s amazing!! I love it so much I love Ellie’s tattoo and it looks so gorgeous!! The linework is fantastic and I’ll look forward to having Liam as my tattoo artist in the future!! Very sweet guy and fun to talk to, even for someone like me who has social anxiety lol. I felt very at ease talking to him and the rest of the workers :) this is very nice work and I’m happy with how my very first tattoo turned out!!

Deanna was amazing! This was my first time getting a piercing since i have moved to Ohio so I was a bit nervous. She made me and my friend feel very comfortable, she gave us her undivided attention and patience. Educated us on aftercare and all the different types of piercings available. The shop was very clean and everyone was really friendly! I live about 45mins away but 10/10 would make that drive to get another piercing done by her! Thanks again so much!!

My boyfriend and I both got tattoos from J Carney. First of all, he is nasty and when a young girl (16-18) walked in he made a comment about her body. My boyfriend’s tattoo is literally gone in several areas. As in the line work disappeared. Artist said my boyfriend didn’t care for it properly??? I have several awesome healed tattoos from other artist and took care of them, my boyfriend took care of his extremely well, also ink doesn’t just disappear. I have flowers done by artist. Now it’s ugly and muddy after just under a year. Never going back.

Theresa is absolutely amazing! She has done almost every piece on my body! She listens to her clients and makes their vision come true, and if you don’t know exactly what to get she will create the most beautiful work of art for you!! I will never ever let another artist touch me l. I am a life long client of her!

I felt safe and confident with my piercer, Deanna. She knew what she was doing, and was very articulative about my piercing, as well as making sure I was happy. Everyone in there was very friendly, and there is also lot of jewelry to choose from in the shop, so that was a plus.

I got a small Lily of the valley tattoo with Jeremiah. He did an amazing job! Nice fine lines and great detail. The building was clean. Definitely recommend 419 Ink and Jeremiah!

Was paired with Jerimiah, and he was amazing. This was my first tattoo and he helped hype me up and settle the anxiety I was feeling. Amazing execution and overall a very comfortable environment. 10000% reccomend.

Theresa was excellent! She was very efficient and it was ready to go and quick to set up once I walked in! It was a very nice change of pace for me compared to my previous experiences with shops.

First off, unlike some other shops that I have walked into and immediately out of, this shop is very clean and professional looking. You can immediately tell that the artists take care to have a clean environment.There is a piercing station there also that has its own separate glassed off room.There are 5 different artists to choose from and each one having a specialized artistry talent.I went with T-Rex for this particular visit as I was looking to get a tribal dragon wrapped around my calf. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back for more art in the future.

A good place to get tattoos. It was decently priced considering you get to have it your whole life. The staff were very friendly and gave me an aftercare sheet when it was finished.

Went in for a nose piercing today 😊 Long story short I’m not sure if it’s how comfortable I was with Dave but I felt nothing and was out in no time. The shop was very clean too and had a good atmosphere.

I chose this place for my first tattoo and I’m very pleased. Andrew did my tattoo, he was very chill and nice. Very professional, he even bought me a pop to make sure I had sugar in my system to avoid possibly fainting. It was virtually pain free. If you are getting ready to have a first tattoo or tattoo in general I highly recommend him/ this place. Definitely will be coming back for more. :D

Gary Trex Taynor is the only artist I will go to. He is always very professional and friendly. He takes my ideas and puts his own spin on them, making his art WAY better than what I anticipate.

T-Rex is the best in the business, if you want a professional, beautifully done tattoo, hes the guy to go to. I have 6 original pieces done by him and planning my 7th.

I brought my daughter in for her 10th birthday to get her second ear lobe piercings. The first impression was great. The shop is beautiful and the jewelry selection is better than I expected. Our piercer was Deanna. She did a great job. She was very kind and patient. Honestly, she made the experience so fun. She paid very close attention to detail and it shows! My daughters piercings look beautiful. I will definitely get piercings done here in the future.

More like 3.5. I saw this studio had great reviews so I stopped in to get an estimate on 3 tattoos. I spoke with Anthony. I sent him the 3 exact tattoos but location was negotiable. The Price he quoted was really good. I paid my deposit and showed up the next day. When I got there I noticed the drawings were a bit different but still really nice, the sketches LACKED DETAIL although he made them his own. The sketch he made on back was nice too. The end result was a little less than what I expected. Although the end result looked like the sketch and the looked similar to what I asked for it wasnt what I asked for.....IT LACKED SO MUCH OF THE DETAIL and the end result showed it. Its a cute tattoo but I didnt get the others because when he recreated them, he didnt put the care and the details in that I wanted, it was a basic version of the heart, musical notes, and rose that couldve really been AWESOME. Not bad it is cute.

This is a great tattoo shop Theresa is my tattoo artist and she’s done a great job with all six or seven of my tattoos. My favorite one is a scripture Jeremiah 29:11 every line is a different font. She has impeccable script. I also I got my eyebrow pierced😄. If I ever need help changing it. The young lady there does it with no hesitation . I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

DO NOT GET TATTED BY ZACHARY COLE. I swear I wish I could upload pictures. The work he advertises is NOT what your gonna get. I came in over a week in advance with an idea for a tattoo party type of situation. He said he would draw something up for me. When we got there not only did he try to bump the price up 80 DOLLARS, he had no plan. There was supposed to be 3 at least 2 artists. Tiny did 1 tattoo (which was good work) and left for the night with 1 person waiting and 5 on the way. Zach was the last one there begging for cigarettes and taking breaks through the night. My tattoo ended up being the same exact tattoo with flags(music notes) and a moth (butterfly) added to it. My sisters tattoo was a complete disaster and then he tried to tell us couldnt get color because were BLACK!!! NEVER AGAIN... NEVER AGAIN.... but caitlyn the piercer is the best thing the shop has going. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!Even without color the tattoos are NO WHERE NEAR what we asked for. All together $420 was spent at that shop not including the starter gauges!! I have posted pictures of my sisters tattoo, I hope everyone can see them. Im so hurt!! The FB photos of his work was THE SOUL REASON we chose the shop, THERE IS NO WAY HE DID THOSE!THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TATTOO, I HAVE 6. SO I KNOW I CAN GET COLOR ALL IN ONE SESSION. AND he didnt have us sign a thing.

Me and my friend decided to go here to get our first tattoos. We both got ours done by Amanda and we’re very impressed. She did an amazing job with the sketch from the photos we sent and the tattoo process was amazing and I love how she shared her story and how much she cares about tattooing and making sure it’s done right. I will 100% be going to her again!

Got a tattoo by Andrew yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was polite, professional, communicated reliably, and is just all around a great guy. The piece he drew from the reference I showed him was stunning and I’m so glad to have it on me forever. It represents who I am, my family, my people, and is something I’ll wear with pride. The shop itself has a comfortable and very welcoming vibe, played great music, and just made the whole experience an awesome one for me. I was nervous getting what felt like a pretty big piece after only ever having the small tattoo above it all these years, but Andrew’s relaxed conversation and engagement was a great distraction from the needle and he was as gentle as a tattoo artist can be. I follow the other artists on social media and it’s just a great team of people, I’m very excited to come back and get another piece done hopefully soon.

When I first showed up I got to talk to Joe Poland. Ive had many tattoos planned for years but never got one because I didnt know what to expect from the pain. Joe suggested trying a small patch with water just to get the feel of it. No one ever suggested that before! I loved that he was willing to do that. It eased my fear and right after I decided to finally get my first tattoo. I couldnt be happier. I came back a few weeks later for the one on my wrist with Teresa. I had the idea and she drew it up real quick♡

My friend and I went in for a walk in on 3/1/23 for 2 septum piercings. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and sanitary. We were both nervous and he walked us through the whole process. He took his time and cracked a few jokes too. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be going back for other piercings! (They also have a wide jewelry selection)

She is very talented at what she does, she applies colour beautifully, and I can not wait to be tattooed by her again.Both of these women love their jobs, put all of their effort into their work to give the best experience possible, and they respect their clientele better than anywhere else.

First tattoo and they were awesome! Very, very clean shop. In fact, there was a young lady cleaning again while we were there. Theresa did my tattoo and she was patient and considerate. The new location is beautiful and it looks like there is so much more room. There are a ton of talented artists employed there, but I am partial to Theresa, and she is the artist that has done 8 out the 10 tattoos Ive gotten in the last 2 years. She does amazing things with color, her line work is amazing and she is an amazing artist. For piercings Caitlin is the one to go to in Toledo, my wife has her do just about all of her work. They are always ready to answers any questions or concerns as well. Very clean, fun and welcoming environment as well. Looking forward to my next tattoo by Theresa.

Went with my wife to get her ears done and talk about getting another tattoo. David did the piercing and he was great. My wife was a little nervous but he was extremely nice and put her at ease. Then she was able to set up a tattoo with Teresa! Great place to get a piercing or tattoo. Nothing but good things to say about this shop.

Awesome experience! I called ahead to make sure they took walk-ins (they do) and the girl over the phone was super friendly! I came in, was taken into a nice room to look at jewelry and was helped immediately. Dave did my piercing and he was super cool! Talked to me the whole time, was making jokes to ease my nervousness, and was great at talking about aftercare. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I will be back!

I have had Caitlin do 2 of my piercings now. Each experience has been great! I had some issues with my nose piercing, which was only due to the way my skin reacted to it. I have gone in several times to ask questions and get some guidance, and she has always been extremely helpful. She is very professional and the piercing area is kept very clean. I recommend her to anyone I can!

The staff is awesome !Ive gotten two tattoos here by a bearded guy (I wanna say ”Rob but Im not at all sure.And Ive also gotten one from a Theresa. Both were on the small tattoo special.Speaking of, is an awesome discount and opportunity to to take advantage of. The wait is long, so headphones will be beneficial if youre alone. Although most of the ppl seem friendly. (Even tho they did downsize time I visited for the small tattoo sale).Ive also been pierced here once- OR twice, I cant recall. Its been the same woman each time and shes absolutely cool and honest. I wanna say Caitlin, but Im not absolutely sure.Anyway, awesome place.

I have had two beautiful tattoos that I absolutely love done at 419 ink. Theresa has the lightest touch and makes a wonderful experience. I have also had the pleasure of being pierced by Caitlyn who had me feeling confident about my new piercing when I had qualms due to my job and age. Great atmosphere, super clean, great prices with constant specials. I 100% recommend for all tattoo and piercings.

My daughter and I go to Caitlyn for our piercings. She is the best around! Piercing side is great never had an issue there and I’ve gotten 3 tattoos from here my issue for not giving 5 stars is the last tattoo I got is a hand tattoo and was made aware of the fading but was also told right before this tattoo “touch ups are only like $5” by 2 different people that work there. called up and was told they are free because they stand by the work they do. Even went in and the person who tattooed me wasn’t there asked a different artist what a touch up for it would cost they looked at it and said it would most likely be free but message Jeremiah (the person who did the tattoo) so I did and he told me $80 plus tax for a fist touch up on a small tattoo after being told MULTIPLE times $5 or less. Very disappointed that I seem to have been lied to and being charged shop minimum for a first time touch up… please do better or at least don’t tell people touch ups are free when clearly they are not.

They are real nice there. I enjoyed getting my first tattoo. It came out very nice. I love it like crazy. I also got my nose ring done there. Im planning to get more done over time. And would recommend them to anyone that wants to get a tattoo or piercing done. I would also like to say I did notice how much effort they give to keep your tattoo and piercings cleaned. Which is good in my opinion. And yeah I do want to do business with them in the future. Not sure what I like to get done next. Another tattoo or a piercing. But either way I have faith they will do well on it.

I got pierced my Caitlin a week ago and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had from a tattoo shop. She made me feel comfortable when I got my nipples done and relieved my anxiety about getting it done. She made me feel welcomed there and taught me a couple things about piercing. I first visited 4 Nineteen Ink last summer to get a few new piercings. Dave was the gentleman that did the piercings for me and he was just that. A gentleman. He was very helpful in helping me pick the best hardware for the piercings I was looking for, and calmed my nerves.Today I ventured back to see if I could have a small tattoo done as a walk-in. Devin was my artist. He really understood the simplistic look that I was going for. Such a kind soul and a light touch. I will definitely refer everyone I know to 4 Nineteen Ink and will be back for more.

I went there and got a couple piercings by Caitlin. She did an amazing job. I usually have issues with my piercings but when she did them they healed up perfect. She answered every question I had about them. She is super nice and I highly recommend you go see her for piercings. I’ve been pierced and tattooed (two times) here! I love coming to this shop because I know everything is clean and professionally done. In addition to the work that I’ve had done, I have also stopped in just to buy jewelry from their wide selection of choices. I love this place so much that I have taken several friends and my brother here for their first tattoos and almost all of them have stopped in for more work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Their new shop is absolutely stunning and the work done here is absolutely the best around. I’ve had Caitlyn do all my piercings but one and I can honestly say that I refuse to go to any other shop to get any work done because I just don’t trust anyone else. Everyone who works here will talk you through any questions you have, joke around and make sure you’re having a good time, as well as make sure you’re comfortable the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went in for their small tattoo sale, and I had Theresa. The shop was clean, all of the artist and staff were nice and friendly. My tattoo came out perfect, and Theresa was wonderful. After seeing more of her work, Ill absolutely be going back to her and this shop. I recommend them to everyone. A great experience all around :)

I have only wonderful things to say about this place and there people. I got pierced twice by Caitlyn and my daughter got her first ear piercings here. I loved how professional she is and how good she was with my daughter before her piercings and after, the place is really clean and you can really tell that they take pride in being that clean which makes me feel a lot better. Mine and my daughters piercings have healed so well and nicely, I’m so gonna be coming back to get all mine done here and my youngest daughter wants her ears pierced as well and will be bringing her in to get them done.

I got a tattoo from Libbey today and it was a great experience! I had been tattoed by her once before and I came back to get a tattoo of my bearded dragon. She put a lot of passion and care into the piece which I really appreciated. She made the tattoo experience comfortable and fun, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks me about my tattoo.

I am so happy I chose this shop based on the great reviews I see of their piercer Caitlin everywhere. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field and she explained why certain aftercare from the past isnt recommended anymore. I appreciate she took the time to explain to me the science behind why instead of saying just not to. They are even nice enough to send aftercare to your email with the form you fill out to get pierced. I would recommend anyone to go here for beautiful and safe work.

Have had both tattoos and piercings here. Fantastic experience every time. Last tattoo done by Rob, be prepared for entertainment with a side of tattooing...dude has personality for days and does awesome work. Myself and my daughter were pierced by Caitlin. She was amazing with my daughters nose piercing. Caitlin took the time to show her everything and explain step by step what was going to happen when she saw how nervous my daughter was. My highest recommendations go to everyone there!

I had my Medusa (upper lip) done and I wanted to go to a shop I trusted I was nervous about scar tissue and the placement caitlin did was amazing. My lip swelled like we thought but she had already expected that and placed an extra large bar through it and its healing great. I love her selection her knowledge and her great positive disposition. She and her staff are amazing. Theresa also rocks for tattoos!

I just recently got my second helix piercing done here. Caitlin made sure that I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. Very nice atmosphere and clean environment. I will definitely come back here for any more piercings I may want in the future!

She was so good when it came to touch, made sure that it was placed perfectly and her hand is so steady. She definitely knew what she was doing. I have had a tattoo done by almost every artist here. Anytime one of my friends ask me about my tattoos, I immediately tell them that they should go here because I have always had a great experience. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable, so it’s perfect for first-timers if they’re scared. I also got my nose piecered by Caitlin and it was fast, efficient, and painless for me. I will definitely continue to come here!

Caitlin was kind and very professional. You can see that she takes pride in her work, as she did a wonderful job explaining the whole piercing process including proper ear care, and her technique was phenomenal. The studio was very clean and well kept which is a major factor and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend anyone who wants piercings to check this place out!!

I have a few tattoos done by Theresa. They all turned out great! She listens to you and draws up perfect tattoos. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to. All of the staff is very welcoming. It makes it more comfortable while gettimg tattood. The shop is always very clean. Plan on going back for more, and bringing people with me!

Clean inside and gives off a good overall vibe. My fiance had a scheduled appointment, and I was a walk in. His tattoo was very well done. I was fit in quickly and received a great looking tattoo. It was the best experience I could have expected. We were treated like friends the entire time we were there.

My fiance and I went in so I could get my septum pierced. Everything was clean, employees had on masks and we were seen right away. Dave even opened up two closed ear piercings my fiance had at no extra charge. Jewelry is great and we had a fantastic experience ✌

I heard about 4 Nineteen Ink through social media. This was my second tat, so I didnt really go in with any expectations, but was really pleased with the service! Devyn was my artist, and he did an excellent job of taking my ideas and creating something beautiful.The facility was neat and clean, will a nice little waiting area and a vending machine. They did a great job of keeping things sanitized during the process.I highly recommend 4 Nineteen if youre in the market for a tattoo!

For many years I struggled with chronic migraines. I decided to give the daith piercing a shot. Since Im a fan of piercings I figured if it didnt work at least Id have a new fun piercing. I looked around and found 4 Nineteen Ink and after looking through their reviews I decided to try them out.My first impression when walking in was the shop was super clean and neat. Great atmosphere! I found a lot of jewelry options. I met Caitlin and spoke to her about what I wanted. She helped me pick out an earring and explained exactly what she was going to do. Even after having many cartilage piercings, I was really nervous but Caitlin made me feel better. The procedure was not at all as painful as I thought it would be. It was fast and easy.As far as my migraines and headaches, I got my piercing in December of last year and since then I have had a significant decrease in migraines and headaches! I know there are mixed opinions on the matter, but it definitely helped me.I will be going back to Caitlin for more piercings in the future.

Love this place Ive had the pleasure of being tattooed dark skin with beautiful colors and pierced a few times. I recommend to all of my friends and bring them in whenever they have the urge for ink or a piercing. The staff is professional and informative, and its very clean which is a must. Would give higher rating if I could never had a bad experience.

Caitlin pierced my nose and belly button several months ago and my nose did great! My body didnt like the belly button and it rejected but that wasnt her fault. I went in for their small tattoo sale a few days ago to get matching tattoos with my mom and sister. Anthony did a great job! Cute and fun to talk to :)

I’ve gotten pierced multiple times by Caitlin and got a couple tooth gems done by her. I will not go to any other place to get a piercing other than here. The shop is so clean and everybody is nice as soon as you step in. They explain things very well and help you get through the healing process of your piercings. By far the best shop in Toledo! Loved working with Theresa. Love my little black cat tattoo. I only like the wrist tattoo I got at one of the sale days(not done by Theresa). I wish he(dont remember his name) had taken a few more minutes to really make it look great. The colors are not filled in completely and some of the lines are not great and have blow outs. The sale day the artist did not seem to want to do the best, just get as many people done as fast as he could.

Caitlin is incredible! My mom, aunt, and I all got our daiths pierced a few weeks again, and my 12 year old sister got her ear lobes pierced for the first time. We all had a great time and she was very nice and helpful with her explanations. She also made my sister feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back to Caitlin for my next piercing.

I was a walk in looking to just get a small tattoo, I was greeted by Nikki who was extremely, nice so sweet, and very efficient! Even though it was my third tattoo she still made sure to go through the full procedure of all the waivers and also did a fantastic job answering my questions and making me feel comfortable! She also was very careful with the cleaning procedure, washed her hands in front of me, ask me about any allergies, as well as clean all of her tools throughly. Nikki was awesome!!! (As were all the other ladies in the shop as well: FANTASTIC staff!)Con: parking is weird!

I have gotten all my work done with Mr. J. Carney and he has always gone above an beyond my expectations. Every tattoo he has done (6) has came out awesome and I get compliments on then on a regular basis. Just got a VCH piercing from Caitlyn! She was SO nice and made me feel so comfortable. She took me through all the steps and told me everything she was doing throughout the whole process. Best piercing experience I’ve had by far, I will definitely be coming here from now on. Caitlyn is extremely knowledgeable and a great piercer. Everything was super clean! Took my fiance to get her ears pierced for her birthday. The piercing specialist, I think his name was David, was very straightforward and professional. The pricing for both ears was also very reasonable and a discount was applied. Highly recommended for piercing ears.

Got my first piercings and tattoo done here with Caitlyn and Theresa. They made me comfortable and calmed me down when I was nervous. They also did great work. Worth the drive from NY every time, 100%.

I was pierced here both before they switched to thread-less jewelry, and after. My experience with the piercers each time were immaculate. However, I bought thread-less jewelry at the recommendation of the piercer, and at their assurance that it was actually more secure than threaded barbells. The beads fell off three times. I went back and bought new jewelry the first two, assuming it to be user error. The third time I decided to shop elsewhere. Customer service over the issue was not great.

Totally recommend. I drove 2 hrs from Cleveland to get 2 tattoos from Theresa. She was very patient and detailed. Would def come back!!

I stopped in after work on a Wednesday night. Wasn’t too sure what i wanted done, just knew i wanted “something”. Caitlin (hope I spelled it correct) was there and helped me decide. She was courteous, professional, answered all of my questions and took the time to help calm my nerves. She allowed me to ask questions about her background such as how long she had been a piercer, why did she want to be a piercer, and so on. She truly is the best! The environment was clean and smelled wonderful—maybe essential oils...??? IDK, but everything was very clean and tidy. Once my piercings, yes piercings—I got 2 of them, once they were finished, she gave amazing after care instructions and even emailed them to me! I have followed the after care instructions exactly, I am 3 months since getting pierced, and have not had any unexpected issues with my piercings. I am a little anxious to change the jewelry, but I am patient enough to wait. Thank you again Caitlin!

I love this place. Ive gone there to get one of my most meaningful tattoos and I am in love with it. Ive also gotten several compliments on it as well. I went another time for questions about helping my new piercings heal. Theyre great and I highly reccomened.

Jeremiah is incredibly rude. A group of seven had scheduled appointments long in advance. We had two renderings prepared, and elected to ask for small revisions upon arrival (since the second one was provided the day before the appointment, after sending two follow up inquiries). He actually raised his voice - demanding we decide which of us was not getting a tattoo because he did not have time. (Mind you he knew this was in memory of our best friend that recently passed). He could have conveyed his concerns without acting the way he did. Never would I recommend this shop. I would reconsider who represents 4 Nineteen Ink.

I love going to the small tattoo sales. The last guy who tattooed me was Anthony and he did a great job! He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which helped pass the time.Everyone there has always been great :)

Got my nose pierced here. Was an amazing experience and was in back getting ready to be pierced in about 10 mins and my over all time was maybe spent 30-40 mins in the shop.Caitlin was awesome made me very relaxed(not a huge fan of needles) and let me know what was going down without me getting freaked

Lauren does the best microblading in Toledo, hands down. She is very professional and if you’re okay with pics, she seriously makes you feel like a supermodel when taking them. I went in for a touch up today and she went the extra mile. I wanted my brows a tiny bit thicker than the original session and she did AMAZING. I’m so excited to see how they heal!

Caitlin pierced my 5 year olds earlobes. She was really great with her, made her laugh and feel very comfortable. Caitlin explained everything as she was doing it and my daughter wasnt nervous. I have gotten one tattoo and three piercings at this shop. My tattoo was done with a light hand and beautifully. I have a quote on the next tattoo :-). My piercings done here have healed so much better than other shops I went to. The piercer was quick no twisting of forcing of the piercing needle, everything sterilized... my last daith at another shop hurt for months, a constant ache that didn’t resolve. My new one is healing and doesn’t hurt. I’m definitely coming back here for my memorial tattoo and all my other piercings :-)

I have sensitive skin & many times before, I have tried ear piercings with no luck but infection! That’s when a friend introduced me to Caitlin! I was told to come in for a piercing walk in and the lady tatto artist went to go get the piercer. He seemed irritated right away that I was even there. I kept trying to ask questions about jewelry and felt like I would get better answers asking Google! Ive heard so many good things about this shop so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to continue on. I had to pry aftercare info out of the piercer and ended contacted someone else to explain aftercare and how its going to heal. Overall, I wouldnt recommend this shop for piercings.Edit: all I got was a copy and paste response for my bad experience. This place doesnt seem to care about people who have a bad time there.

Joe did an amazing job at fixing and finishing an old tattoo I had. We were in town for a few days, and stopped here to see if they could fit me in. The end result is perfect! I am glad we made the decision to go there. Will definitely drive the 3 hours to come back!!

I had a bad experience with my first nose piercing from a different studio.. it was bad.. As much as I loved it I swore id never do it again if it healed. I had my other nostril done today and.. what a difference! I was absolutely PETRIFIED to get my other side done but Ive wanted it for a long time, I did it.. it was a breeze. Dave is amazing!

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Will be very honest upfront if something will not work out and genuinely cares about their clients and their work. Both the tattoo work and piercing were beyond my expectations. They use a statim to sterilize all their piercing equipment and jewelry right in front of you.

Got my daith pierced by Caitlin a few months ago. Had an amazing experience. Caitlin was very knowledgeable and the store was very clean. I was a little disappointed with the transparency of prices. I looked everywhere for prices on-line and in store but I only was able to learn the prices as I was making my purchase. Overall fantastic, will be coming back for any future peircings

I highly recommend getting pierced by Caitlyn. She has superior customer service. She’s personable, patient, and will never suggest anything just to gain money. I came to visit family in Ohio from Maryland. I found this stuido and specifically the artist Gary. I couldnt have seen my vision come to life any better. This tattoo is a tribute and memorial of my mother and aunt who passed away. Gary did such an amazing job he was gentle and efficient. He also did a tattoo for my sister. I cant thank him enough. Everytime I visit 4 Nineteen, I leave with a pleasant experience! I’ve only been pierced by Caitlin there, but I’ve talked to other members of the staff, and they are all very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. We were greeted by a very nice lady but when we went back to get a piercing the man was very rude towards us. It took him 30 minutes to do a 5 minute piercing. he did not even give me the jewelry I asked for when I specifically had him point at it so he knew. Very disappointed with the service.

Caitlyn is the only piercer I go to, she’s done 5 of my piercings and has been so considerate and kind. Her walking you though exactly what she is doing really takes the anxiety out of it all. Everything she does you can tell that it’s sanitary and clean, that was a huge thing for me that is super important.

I got a tongue piercing by Catilin and loved my experience here. This is officially the only place I will ever go. She was very detailed with everything, and careful. I have had my tongue done twice and both times they messed up. She is the first one whose done it right. I will definitely be back.

If I could give this place more than five stars I would. I had a dream piece built for me by Joe Poland who completely blew past my expectations for how much Id love a tattoo. It is a welcoming experience and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable before starting, which is extremely important for tattoos. I spoke w/ Fez while there and she answered my questions about a piercing I had that was indeed crooked and misplaced. I decided to let it close and heal and come back to get it redone when I’m ready. I think this shop has the best piercers in Toledo and a HUGE selection of high quality jewelry. Since discovering Caitlyn at 4 nineteen ink I haven’t gone anywhere else or recommended anyone else for piercings and jewelry and I plan to continue going back :~)

I came all the way from Michigan to get an appointment and I was made a priority for Joe. I had a great experience, even got to play my own music to feel comfortable. They will definitely give you their honesty opinions too when necessary, such as if a certain tatto idea you have wont work or will end up looking bad if done a certain way, and will work with you to figure out how to do it better. Will continue going there!

Venom did an amazing job on my tattoo

At first when I went there a few years ago to get my tattoo Ryan was supposed to do it, and he was very unprofessional and never even showed up to my appointment to do my tattoo, thank got Theresa was there because she wound up doing my tattoo and she was SO nice, everything was super clean and her line work is amazing. I went back for a second tattoo from her and will be going back for more.

I got my first tattoo here when I was 18, I’m now almost 21 and it still looks brand new! I’ve also gotten multiple piercings by Caitlin and I’ve been happy with every single one! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone I know :)

Wonderful all around. I got my dath piercing my daughter got her ears pierced for the first time and my mom got her second top piercing. It was a great experience. Very informative and the jewelry was beautiful.
