The lady working the evening we went was super friendly and did an amazing job piercing our daughters ears! She never made it feel like we were a bother or keeping her from other things even when she had to step away to get the phone. Great place overall!

Wanted in on the sale they were having but the cashier was very rude and really was talking negative about me and another customer. I will never go back. To bad, some of their stuff is really cute

Wide variety but I do not enjoy being followed around the store by staff! Couldnt purchase anything due to staff chatting with another customer for over 20 min.

Aspen did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears and made the whole experience very pleasant. She was patient and accommodating and put my daughter at ease.

My 8 year old daughter LOVES Claires. This location has excellent customer service. The ladies are always very nice and helpful.
