Had an appointment yesterday to get my forward helix done only to find out I have no forward helix 😂The piercer was very patient with me as I picked a different piercing and walked me through each step as he did it. Very fast, very thorough, great prices, clean store ... will definitely be back.

Recently got two new piercings here and left feeling great about them! I was greeted by a man not to pleasant to talk to at the front desk who when I asked if they were taking walk-ins was like “yeah sure…”, which was an interesting response. Besides that, after filling out my paperwork and paying beforehand (which is not usually the case) I met Nadean who let me get an industrial (right ear) and helix (left ear). She was very nice and talked me through the whole process of getting both at once, giving me advice and cheering me on along the way. She was very pleasant throughout the whole thing and even kept me calm during one of the most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt from the industrial piercing. Both piercings are looking fine and everything felt very professional for a mall piercing shop. Very impressed with the work that was done and shoutout to Nadean once again for doing so well and keeping me encouraged throughout the process. Definitely recommend for your next piercing!

My boyfriend made an impulsive decision to pierce his nose while we were shopping in the mall and I’m so glad we chose The Pierced Artist. Nadine pierced him and everything went smoothly. Her and her coworker were so friendly, we would definitely come back for another piercing.

I came and got my septum pierced with my friend, it was half planned/half spontaneous, but im glad I got it done. My piercing was done by Batman. He was very nice and his jokes helped calm my anxiety and feel better about the situation, and I appreciated how he explained the characteristics of each metal that they could pierce me with. I learned a few things I didnt know too! I could tell I was in good hands from the way that he ran me through the process and the actual piercing was very quick and efficient, practically painless, just a pinch. He was willing to accommodate to my wishes of healing it flipped up, and he flipped it up for me as well. I was a walk-in, but appointments are ideal. His attitude and enthusiasm for his job are an inspiration and I loved that he was able to give advice to my friend as well.

If youre coming to the mall to get your childs ears pierced, skip the $70 piercing gun at Claires. I wish I had gotten the guys name, but he was so kind and gentle with my daughter. She looks like shes grimacing in the picture, but she said it was moreso the thought of it going in her ear. The artist checked in before he started, talked with her about it, marked out where he would put her earrings, and checked in after each side. We picked this guy because not only did he have great reviews but he left a lasting impression on us when we had come in months earlier. Will 100% be coming back for my youngest!

So I initially went here 2 years ago to have my ears pierced for the first time. I had a wonderful experience, and when I, on a whim while running errands, decided to get a 2nd ear piercing, I booked an appointment (which is super easy & user friendly). Nadean was wonderful! She got me in early, was super friendly & professional and made the whole experience even better. When the piercing was bleeding more than it did before she made sure I was super wrapped up with cotton before leaving. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, I HIGHLY recommend this place & Nadean!

Our young daughter had her ears pierced at a mall shop previously, but the holes closed. Batman re-pierced them expertly, and put one in a better location than it had been. His attention to sanitation was obvious and great to see. We all felt very comfortable, including my daughter.Update: Came back three years later and had the same great experience with a different staff member!

I had been wanting to get my nose pierced for some time. The Pierced Artist was recommended by a friend who had a good experience there.I made an appointment, but was done with my errands and shopping early, so I stopped in to see if I could be taken early, and I was.The shop is immaculately kept, which is always key for me when getting tattoos or piercings.Fortunately I was able to get in then.The process was very easy and I felt safe in the shop and with the piercer (whose name I failed to get unfortunately).I like that music was put on before he started and fortunately it was music I enjoy so that made it even better!I requested a small adjustment to placement which he handled perfectly and it is exactly where I wanted it!Its only been a week but It appears to be healing nicely.I would definitely recommend The Pierced Artist to anyone looking for a new piercing!Thanks a million!

Sean did a great job piercing my son’s ears. Was a little pricier than expected because we had to buy their (sterilized) earrings & we chose to get the saline solution there but he explained everything upfront. Very happy with how clean everything was & that he wore gloves. Also that he took the time to mark where the holes would be so my son could verify the placement first. Quick & (relatively) painless! Sean put him at ease.

Went in to get my other side of my nose pierced and loved the whole experience. My piercer was Nadine/Victoria (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) But they were so sweet and amazing. Even went back within the same hour to get my other piercing changed out. I been to this location three times within the past two-three years. I will always recommend them if you are in the Towson area! ❤️

I stopped in yesterday to get my septum pierced with a friend of mine. I made an appointment but she wanted to be a walk in (with two piercings). Batman told us that was no problem and he could fit both of us in, which was great! He made me feel calm and comfortable the whole time, and the piercing went so fast I couldn’t believe it was done. It was practically painless and the price was very reasonable. He was professional and really made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Batman and The Pierced Artist to all my friends. I will definitely be going here for all of my future piercings.

Overall I had a really good experience at this shop to get my upper earlobes pierced. Everything was clean. Batman was fast and the actual piercing was less painful than I expected. I thought the price for the piercing and jewelry was good value compared to other options in the area.I strongly suggest scheduling an appointment (which was easy and had good availability) rather than walking in, especially after work. My one negative comment would be that Batman was as fast of a talker as he is as a piercer, and I did struggle to catch some of his directions the first time. He was very nice and professional though and gave me his number for if I had any issues. I would come back!

Very happy with my septum piercing! This is the third time I’ve gotten this piercing and the piercer did an amazing job, I felt little to no pain (the first 2 times I got my septum pierced it hurt a ton!). Great price too.

This was my first time here 3 months ago and Batman was very standoffs I felt rushed through the process and my septum was pierced wrong not a very good experience with this piercer. I came back 10/25/22 to get my ear pierced and was greeted by Shawn he was great he made me feel comfortable and less nervous. He made me want to come back to get more piercings. I wish I could put him on a separate review bc he deserves to not share a review with batman

I came in today to get pierced, I can’t for the life of me remember her name lol, but the piercer did an amazing job, she talked to me while I was getting the piercing she made a welcoming and caring atmosphere. I got my helix piercing, and it looks amazing. It barely hurt for it being repierced, it was a very fast process I was in and out in no more then 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place and be returning for any future piercings.

Batman is the goat, after discussing what piercing I wanted he too excellent care of me, from discussing jewelry, to placement, to the actual piercing it’s self. He even discussed better jewelry options for other piercings I have that weren’t done by him, he cares about the quality of his work, the experience his customers are having and definitely makes it’s a welcomed and safe environment for his guests to feel more relaxed and at ease. 10/10 recommend.

Batman did an excellent job on my second lobe piercing! I had never been professionally pierced before (got my first done as a child at Claire’s LOL) and Batman went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and ensuring he did an excellent job with my piercing. He was efficient but had amazing attention to detail, taking his time with making sure the piercing was as aesthetically pleasing as well as healthily done! HIGHLY recommend The Pierced Artist. Felt very well taken care of as well as him being a super cool guy to chat with ☺️

There is not much to say other than good job. I did a walk-in and was out in about 20ish minutes. I wish I knew the guys name, but I really enjoyed his company. I will be back one day.

I am an adult that still gets nervous with a needle despite 3 major surgeries. Batman was quick, informative, made me feel comfortable and created a safe environment. I just got my earlobes pierced so super basic but really important to me that it was done right. I have had prior infections with other piercings I have gotten so he gave me good quality jewelry and took the extra time to go over my options. This place isn’t about just making the sale. I would absolutely not go anywhere else for a piercing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This place is the best of the best and I want everyone out there to know it. Great experience! Second time getting my nose pierced and it healed really nicely and didn’t get infected at all which happened when I got pierced at another spot. Great customer service, which made me feel at ease and not rushed. The piercer educated me about the cleaning process and potential risk of infection. The price is very good for the quality of service. Highly recommend!

Batman was a great piercer. He created a great environment and the piercing was really quick. Was able to take me and my friend earlier than my appointment because there was some mix ups with my friends appointment. Would definitely recommend!

This past weekend, I visited this shop to get my nose pierced!Environment: The shop was nice, organized and clean. It was surprisingly calm and quiet for it to be a Saturday in the mall and right next to the arcade. I was worried that people would walk in while I was getting the service done but it was peaceful. The piercing artist put on music during the service so that nice.Customer Service: The guy that did my piercing was great! He told me about the different services, jewelry, prices and how to join the wait list. He had appointments back to back so I was lucky that I was able to be seen (I did wait about an hour and a half though). He was also very nice!Piercing Service: So, I got my nose pierced. It cost about $121 - the gold nose stud is $90 and the service is $30. Before getting the service done, you have to have your state id/ drivers license scanned and pay.Materials - All the materials that were used came prepackaged and looked very sterile.Process - The piercing artist cleaned my nose with an alcohol pad and used a marker to mark where the piercing would go. Once I signed off on it, he unwrapped everything, sterilized some cotton swabs and gave me two cotton pads to wipe my eyes. After telling me to take deep breathes, he clamped my nose and pierced it! It was painful but only like a half a step up from getting an earlobe piercing. When it was done, he inserted the jewelry and cleaned my nose with the cotton swabs until it stopped bleeding. I got to look at it in the mirror and I was on my way.Overall, it was a good experience. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a clean piercing studio with good service and a friendly piercing artist. I do wish he would have given me more information or a pamphlet on how to care for it though. I’ve had to look it up online unfortunately.

Batman did my septum and tongue piercing today. I had previously gotten my double nostril piercing done here before by someone else, and I instantly knew this is where I would be getting all my piercings from now on. As promised, I was in very good hands. I have a really high pain tolerance, but Batman’s quickness and efficiency with my piercings made me feel absolutely no pain at all. I didn’t even know he was done until he told me. The environment is so clean and the people here are so nice to talk to. 11/10 recommend!

Batman is AMAZING! I went for my second nostril piercing behind my first piercing. He took the time to show each location of being pierced and encouraged me to be unique and get what I wanted. Piercing process was clean and very quick and painless. He made the entire situation relaxing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a piercing.

Crazy expensive for absolutely no reason. Batman is professional but nonetheless I felt robbed a septum and 2 cartilage piercings cost me almost $700. No aftercare solution given to me unless I purchased it which is crazy considering what I’ve already paid. A few months go by and both my septum and nose piercing have fallen out, I contact Batman again and he offers no solution to me, never offering to put a new septum or nose ring in. I’m absolutely disgusted after paying $700 for a poor service. Would not recommend or ever go back, better off paying someone $25 in the neighborhood.

I was looking for something new and unexpected. I did some research and ended up hearing great things about this shop and Batman. He was able to fit me in the same day as and made me feel very comfortable. I wanted to get an industrial piercing and he explained everything that he would be doing and what to expect as far as the pain level. His personality is fun and really puts you at ease. His shop is clean and professional. He took the time to explain how I should take care of the piercing to prevent infections and provided his number if I needed anything else. If youre looking for a great shop and true artist, go see Batman!!!

Batman was amazing! My sister and I came in for lobe piercings and he was professional, meticulous, and also great with my little sister who was nervous but he was so nice and managed to calm her nerves. We love our new piercings!

I got the second hole in my right ear re-pierced after 40 years of it being done incorrectly. Batman is very experienced, fast, and friendly. If you want your ears pieced don’t go to the earring places that use a gun, go here and make sure you get Dr Batman. He’s an expert. I’m really happy with what he did.

Had an appt for 5 to get a conch piercing. Arrived a little earlier to see if they could fit me in. Batman was willing to take me early, even though the other guy told me to come back closer to my appt time. I walked through the process with Batman and he answered all of my questions about the piercing and earrings. He’s clearly very knowledgeable on piercings and I’d certainly go back to him again. We were just chatting along and before I knew it, the piercing was over. Pretty seamless process. I do wish they had flat or other styles of earrings, but I’m pretty satisfied with what I got. Had a great experience at the shop today! I got my nose pierced by Batman who was extremely, direct, gentle, kind and patient. My piercing was bleeding and he was very attentive, made sureI was cleaned up and I was a bit light headed and made sure I was good before left, I could tell he is a very caring person . And the front desk guy was very helpful and nice as well.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing done! Definitely coming back! Just had my nose pierced today. I honestly hate needles and have bad anxiety about doing anything involving them, but Batman was very professional, quick, communicative and efficient with doing my piercing. It honestly didn’t hurt at all, which surprised me because I’ve had plenty of people say it would. Great experience will definitely be going back.

I went here to get my septum pierced today, and Batman did a great job! I would recommend eating maybe an hour before your piercing, because I assumed eating four hours beforehand would be fine and I nearly passed out. It really doesnt hurt that bad, and I was given all the information about taking care of my piercing afterwards. My only negative takeaway was that their website, social media, and google all say they do single piercings for $30 with the steel jewelry included. They do not use steel anymore, and because of that, my single piercing with titanium jewelry was $74.20. The service and the piercing itself were definitely worth it though!

They are highly trained and have exceptional customer service. It is a warm and welcoming environment for anyone of any age. They do walk in and appointment as well. I’ve had 3 piercings done here and they were all quick, practically painless, and done so beautifully. My piercings have healed beautifully because before you leave they make it a top priority to inform you of the care process and it’s importance. Not to mention, the prices are amazing and even for the lowest grade metal, it’s quality is amazing. I have been 3 times, one for my second nostril, tragus, and eyebrow and i will definitely come again. This business is ran beautifully and I hope to see them thrive for meant years to come. Good place for a piercing without having to be in a tattoo parlor. They will try to upscale your transaction by selling you titanium over surgical steel but you can just do surgical steel!

I never had a piercing before and decided to get one after seeing how well Sean pierced my friend. He talked my friend through the process(did it again for me because Im a little slow😂) which helped build my confidence in getting the piercing. The first one he did was an ear piercing and that went so well I decided to get a nose piercing too! I am so pleased with the results. I also appreciated the detailed steps on how to care for the piercings and possible signs of infection.

If you want a piercing PLEASE go see Batman. The shop is spotless and he is very professional. He gave me little to no time to be worried about getting my septum pierced and it was over in seconds with little to no pain! I felt a bit dizzy after the piercing was over and he gave me water and soda and let me stay seated for the remainder of my appointment to make sure that i wouldn’t faint. My experience was a 10/10 and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Got my snake eyes done here and Batman had amazing customer service. He made sure that the bar was perfect for my tongue without being too tight or big. He also changed my industrial piercing after giving me advice as to why my piercing wasn’t healing. Very informative I recommend coming here.

Great customer service! They are very informative and want the best piercing for you. They are always able to answer questions that you have before you get your piercing done. They also provided great recommendations for what type of piercings are more safer, hurt less, and easier to care for than others. I got my septum pierced by Batman. It did hurt a lot, but it was quick and I’m in love with my piercing! I highly recommend! They will have you in and out!

I can not say enough about this shop and how pleasant my experience was. I’ve had piercings at other places and none of them compared to this shop. From the ease of making appointments online to follow up care. My piercer was Batman and he was absolutely amazing! He explained everything to me and offered great service. Cleaning thoroughly after each client and taking his time to make sure that I was ok at every step. They were ready for me at my exact appointment time. The young man helping me with the paperwork also helped me figure out which piercings would work best with my anatomy for the best outcome. If you want a place to get a piercing changed this is NOT THE PLACE!!! went in to ask if they could take out my nose stud and change it with a hoop the guy said only if it’s their jewelry. Fine I bought a hoop from them and sat down. He had the girl change it which should’ve been an easy thing. Apparently she was new because she was so rough!!! I’ve never had someone be so rough with any of my piercings. She couldn’t even get the hoop through. She had to call the guy over who threw on a glove shoved the ring through my nose and sat back down in his seat. After a very uncomfortable night and waiting for the swelling to go down I check the inside and he made a complete new hole!!!!! Not even the original. They damaged my nose here. Save yourself the trip and go someone else. Atom in Virginia is SOOO MUCH BETTER. next time I’ll skip this place and drive the 3 hours. Very very unhappy.

This was my first time getting an actual actual piercing and I was scared as hell trusting someone to pierce my face and have it come out right but with that being said I’m glad I chose him to do my piercing. He made sure he was gon get to me regardless of the time and he made the process quick and easy, I love the work that was done on me and done on others so if you wanna get pierced Batman is the one to go too and the pierced artist is the place to go. You’ll have no regrets guaranteed!!

Got a double nose piercing here and initially everything was great. I started developing piercing bumps on them and nothing would make them go away. Decided to head to a different shop to have them looked at and the piercings ended up needing to be removed because they weren’t pierced at the right angle. $100+ down the drain due to incorrect piercing placement.

Batman was the BEST. My daughter went for nose piercing and he was amazing, so professional and I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and his work station. He changed his gloves every time he touched something else while piercing. I’m not a big fan of piercing but so glad I did my research and Batman was the one to do it!

Brought my 15yr old son in to get ears pierced for his birthday. They explained well and was able to fit him in as a walk in. Batman was pretty cool and made my son feel comfortable. Made it quick too. Def recommend The Pierced Artist for the beginner and novice.

Batman is the bomb! I initially got my nostril done by triple crown (where I had my septum done) and after about five months it still wasn’t healing. I went back to triple crown multiple times and they said it was probably just taking longer because of wearing a mask. I decided I needed a second opinion and my sister has been going to Batman for a while so I went to him. He immediately pointed out that the placement and angle of the piercing was incorrect. He offered to swap the jewelry out for me and help me in the healing process before we decided it was best to take it out and let it heal entirely. I just went to get it relieved by Batman today and I am THRILLED with the placement. You can see the difference right away. The quality of jewelry he uses and the care he takes when piercing is amazing. 10/10 GO TO BATMAN you won’t regret it!

Batman was amazing, very patient and caring. I got my septum pierced and I didnt eat enough before coming in. I got lightheaded, damn near passed out. He took care of me until everything evened out and I was feeling better. He sat and advised me on what to do for when I return for more piercings. Hes great.

I really enjoyed my experience with my second piercing! I had a man named Batman and he was really chill about everything even when I was so nervous. Every question I had he also answered with a direct answer which made me a lot more comfortable. This will probably be my last piercing, but if I had to get another one, I’d come back again.

What a pleasant surprise this was! I’d never imagine getting a body piercing at a mall but this place exceeded my expectations. Batman was an absolute professional. This place is the best!! Me and my sisters have been here many times to get piercings, and every time we’ve gone the service has been absolutely amazing. Everything is done very professionally and quickly as well. Both guys there were excellent! “Batman” was very well trained, only thing that scared me was getting my belly pierced standing up but it actually turned out great! The place was very small, which is good in my opinion because not too many people are in there at once especially with COVID. They were both very professional and still made me feel like I just had a friend piercing me, if that makes sense. Batman also makes you eat so you dont pass out lol and if you feel like you’re going to, he will take care of you which was great. Overall, I will be going back for the rest of my piercings and I give it a 5 star rating!

I tried booking an appointment today, but was told same-day bookings are not available. They did take walk-ins, but nothing was guaranteed. I took my chances. When we arrived I me Batman, who was awesome and totally up front with us about the wait.We decided to take out chances as it was early and put my name on the waitlist. We left and decided to take a look around the mall.We were literally in the store right across the hall when Batman texted me to come back.We quickly got back to the store and about 10 minutes later, my nose was pierced. Now I had my nose pierced years ago and it was really painful. Batman did such a great job, there was hardly any pain.I highly recommend Batman and The Pierced Artist. Im already thinking about my next piercing. Thanks Batman!!!

Superman (Batman) was awesome. Smart mouth but awesome at his job. Very knowledgeable of his work and very quick with it. The piercing actually hurt less than expected. Been wanting my septum pieced for some time now but was afraid of having it done because of the pain indore. Went to get a septum sadly though I ended up having a panic attack and nearly fainting. Never happened and Ive done so many different piercings. I feel bad but he handled it super well. He was very nice and professional. Awesome guy I will totally be coming back. Not for a septum that was so scary for me , not his fault at all . I think ill go for the spider bites. Love love loved this place the piercer was well experienced and very pleasant. Immaculate customer service!!! I will be back forsure! I also had an issue with being double charged by accident. There was an issue with my card that day,so I had to swipe twice. And ended up with two charges once the first swipe went through a whole day later. I text him and asked him if he could refund it and he made sure that everything was done within a matter of minutes. it was nothing short of an amazing experience!

I love this place. I was so nervous and scared about the chosen piercing but Batman made me less nervous, and even made it quick. I have been suffering from migraines for over 40 years, someone told me to get my daith pierced it would help my migraines. Now at this point I willing to try anything, so reluctantly made the appointment at Pierced Artist for yesterday. My appointment was with Batman he was very informative and very professional. I was suffering from a migraine at the time and as soon as he pierced my ear my migraine instantly went away. I know I doubted myself thinking it couldnt be possible the migraine that was incapacitating for so long was gone, but it was.I woke up this morning and no migraine. If it stays gone for even 1 or 2 I am happy and it was money well spent. I highly recommend you see Batman if you need to get a piercing!!

Went in to have my 17 year olds nose pierced when I got there the young lady ( brown skin with braces ) who wouldn’t give her name was extremely rude shut the door in our face and said she was going on break and to come back in 15 which we did and she still wasn’t there and the shop was completely closed and locked , we came back a full 45 min later and she was finally back . Again she was extremely rude we asked for a nose piercing and she then made up a complete lie telling us that she couldn’t do the nose piercing because she needed my ID and my daughters ID of which we both had , then when she realized that wasn’t a problem to produce the ID’s she then said “ oh yea and I need to see a birth certificate too because I don’t know that I’m not pretending to be my daughters parent” . I then said well if you look at the address and last names on both of our ID’s our last names are the same and our addresses are as well so there’s no way to fake that , I also mentioned that Claire’s and piercing pagoda which is not even a 45 second walk from the shop didn’t require birth certificates so where did this unusual request stem from or made up law that she was telling us exist . the salesperson at Claire’s and piercing pagoda all have copies of the Maryland state law that says otherwise …. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST ….

Batman is a self taught piercer. In order to be a professional, you are supposed to pass health and safety training, complete an apprenticeship, and get a license, all of which you CANNOT do if you are self taught.He is opinionated and has no real knowledge of piercings. He skips sizes when stretching ears which you are NOT supposed to do.The Pierced Artist wouldn’t be considered a safe piercing shop because there is no running water or a sterilization machine. They don’t even sanitize the chair in between customers. They don’t clean the area prior to piercing it. He uses peroxide to clean his tools and to clean the piercings, and all professional piercers know not to use peroxide because it dries piercings out. You are only supposed to clean them with non-iodized sea salt.Additionally, he is not good at piercing in general. A lot of the piercings he has done are lob-sided. He also won’t do something if he doesn’t like it or if he thinks it won’t look good on you. It’s not about him, it’s about the customer.He also doesn’t know the difference between hypertrophic scarring and keloids. Overall, he has proven through his work he doesn’t actually have piercing knowledge.This is the last place I recommend for piercings. Go to a tattoo & piercing shop instead. Don’t spend your money here.

My first time here about 3 years ago when he first opened was phenomenal. Customer service was great, great prices, just an overall wonderful experience. Next time I came, maybe a year down the line, things changed drastically. I said I was not going to come back then thought everyone has an off day. Well today I text to see if any appointments were available and was told walk ins were accepted and it could be a wait, no problem. I took myself, my wife and daughter and it was immediately rudeness as if I was getting on his nerves. I just decided to pay the extra money and for elsewhere

I love the atmosphere. I got my septum peirced for my birthday and once I came in I absolutely loved it. I know its cheesy but I really felt like a belonged there. There was heavy metal music playing, people laughing and joking around, people getting tattoos, and there was just a general chill and comforting vibe. Not to mention the decorations and decor were really good too. The people working there were really really cool, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this place!

Piercer didn’t introduce himself, credit card machine didn’t work , did not clean the area before piercing . He just put gloves on and went right into it and then he did not clean the area afterwards just left a piece of gauze there which I didn’t notice until I got home he didn’t even give me instructions on how to care for my new piercing. Very unprofessional and I got home and HATED how high he did my conch. So all in all I won’t be back

Do not do not do NOT!!! get your nose pierced here. i got a double nose piercing a couple months ago, and it still hasn’t healed properly due to the fact that i was given posts that were too short. the piercer knew the post was too short and commented on it, saying i could come back to get it fixed. i don’t know why i couldn’t have been supplied with the right size post in the first place? it all sounded like it was in an effort to make me come back and spend even more money on subpar service. two other piercing studio visits later (different studios obviously) and i still can’t even get the piercing jewelry out. they have caused me so much stress on top of my already stressful life and i hope that at this point they’re at least providing people with posts that are their size.

Do not come here if you want snake bites or any lip piercings. While they looked good on the outside the inside was a different story; the piercings weren’t perpendicular to each other and did not match up. We brought this to his attention and he just waived us off and told us that it’s normal. Just a very unprofessional way to resolve the situation… I’ve seen some good reviews for other piercings so I will cut him some slack. HOWEVER, absolutely do not go here for lip piercings or anything out of his expertise because it will not show the best of his abilities.

I stopped in not knowing if a nose piercing would be right for me but with help from Sean he made the process extremely comfortable and easy, from helping me pick the side of my nose that looks the best and the explanation of aftercare was thorough. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Batman is extremely helpful. I hoped to get my fourth piercing, this time on my earlobe, but I had a keloid developing on my recent cartilage piercing. I realized my skin is super sensitive to silver jewelry. Batman helped me change my cartilage piercing and replaced it w a gold earring instead of silver. I definitely recommend this place and hoping I can go back again for my next piercing.

It’s been a few months since I got my nose pierced here my previous one rejected and the guy (Batman I believe) was highly knowledgeable about what type of jewelry to use and what he recommends. It hurt a little going in the same spot but not too bad and it’s healing beautifully only thing which maybe what need, I’m not sure how to unscrew it so i think I have to go back so I might get another one 😂🤷🏽‍♀️Who knows

I forget what my piercers name was, but me and my friend came in on the July 4th for a same day appointment. He squeezed us in even though he was completely booked and I basically passed out from the pain, but he was very good at taking care of me while I was struggling with the pain. My nose septum piercing is perfectly placed and all his equipment and metals are definitely state of the art. I could not reccomend this place more, its so affordable too and you get a free piercing after 10 piercing I think (?). So yea! I like this place, Im hoping to get my industrial done here.

Batman is completely unprofessional and rude and I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this man. I’ve had many friends and family say the same thing and one said that their bad review won’t appear which suggests that bad reviews may be getting hidden or removed, I’m not sure. The amount of people who have told me how terribly unprofessional and mean that man is, you would think he’d be fired by now. Spend your money elsewhere for better service and quality.

This place was highly recommended to me by friends. I wanted a simple helix piercing, and was told id have to wait, which was fine. The man at the front desk told me that they have surgical steel and gold, and tried to make me buy the gold. I told him i was allergic and he said he wouldnt do the surgical steel because of its poor quality. At that point, why even carry it? Anyways, he told me to change my industrial because the metal was reacting with my skin, but didnt say how so I was confused. I should note i have chronically dry skin and Ive had my industrial for over 2 years now. He also told me to not get any more piercings and that i should just get tattoos from here on out but did not explain why. Needless to say, I was really disappointed with my visit today, and i will NOT be recommending this place to anyone.

I went to get a piercing in my belly button and Shawn was very pleasant and professional. However “Batman” was very rude and nasty. I walked in and asked for a belly button piercing and he asked me right away did I have a tummy tuck. That was insulting because I have NEVER and will never . Then he recommended me to get the titanium which was 70 dollars & said that the surgical steel (which was 30) wouldn’t work; Ok cool 70 dollars is an ok price for something I will have on my body for a lifetime. Then I said “ok I have another person with me I’m gonna go and get her”. So I went and got her, when I went to get her he said to me “I already told you what I recommend” which was rude again she’s a whole different client. I would not recommend him, very mean and nasty. I would never let him pierce me. Sad that black peoples doing such and intimate service would act like that.I got the response, that’s true but I didn’t have a tummy tuck so the question was irrelevant and just plain mean. I went somewhere else and they did not offend me.

I went in to ask how much an industrial peircing would cost and he told me 260 dollars he must me on drugs or something cause not even a tattoo studio charges that much for a peircing especially an ear peircing he was rude and thought he could convince me to pay that kind of money I have tattoo/ peircing artists in my family who have been in the business for over 30 years and they are saying hes a con artist in anything

I went in to get my ears repierced because I assumed since I hadnt worn earrings for 15+ years that they would need to be. But he looked at my ears and said the repiercing was unnecessary. He saved me $30 and I got free jewelry from the kiosk he told me to go to. (buy 2 get 2 free). Im definitely going back. Hes a great guy, funny as hell and you can tell he knows what hes doing. 100/10.

The piercer was nice and he did a good job on my ear piercings. However I had a slight concern, he did not clean my ear or anything before he started. He just marked it and went straight to piercing it and that kinda threw me off. However he was very professional.

Please do not go here unless you want a terrible experience AND and infection that lands you on antibioticsI went in for a daith piercing and was up sold on the jewelry as soon as I walked in (he also discouraged clients that came in during my piercing from either getting the piercing they wanted or getting the titanium instead of the gold)He then told me I couldn’t get a daith that instead I would get a rook didn’t make sure I was okay changing the piercingAfter all that, him trying to screw on the piercing hurt more than the piercing itselfI followed all aftercare made sure not to sleep on that side but I began experiencing discomfortI notified the shop that I was having complications with my piercing, that the swelling wasn’t going down, that my entire ear was pulsating and throbbing and painful to touch, that the pain isn’t letting me sleepThey told me I needed to come in to consult with the piercer, I explained I didn’t feel comfortable having them take a look at it seeing as how they hadn’t done a good job the first timeAfter a lot of going back and forth and them gaslighting me, they claimed my piercing was just irritated and needed a longer barbell even though I sent them a picture and there was clearly room leftI had to visit my doctor and had antibiotics prescribed and visited my usual shop to have it removed and she also confirmed that there was plenty of room on the barbellPlease save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

I received a belly piercing. The place and piercer were very clean, quick, efficient. The piercer was very kind and knowledgeable!! I would definitely recommend for any piercing.

I found out about this piercing shop just scrolling looking for a new piercer and I stumbled arcoss THE PIERCED ARTIST when I tell you the customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND ALL my exceptions hes EXTREMELY professional they give explanations and suggestions on the piercings youre going in there for and THAT is what IMMEDIATELY made me realize I came to the right spot Ive been in there now 3times with four new piercings me and my bestie also went in together LEGIT HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM but for sure would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM BUT ALL THE INFO THAT IS PROVIDED BEFORE DURING AND AFTER THE PIERCINGS I DONT THINK IVE DEALT WITH SUCH A CARING AND UP-FRONT piercer AND IM ADDICTED AT THIS POINT LOL CHOOSE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE WALK-INS AINT WHERE ITS AT THEY BOOK UP QUICKLY AND I KNOW WHY APPTS ARE priority and walk-ins come secondary AGAIN HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL ACROSS THE BOARD sincerely QueenT a very satisfied customer

I placed an appointment and went to get my nose pierced at this shop over spring break, the service was fast and pleasant. Everything was sanitary and my piercing has been healing nicely.

My piercer who was Batman was phenomenal, except the “gold” jewelry sold at the owner’s stand turned out to not be real gold so please be careful!
