Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I love this place already from going to my first recovery appt. The friendly atmosphere and great customer service makes the treatment process even more rewarding. The staff are very flexible, pleasant to be around and gives a caring demeanor. I would recommend anyone wanting to get a tattoo removed to consider and go straight to this place and location. I am excited to finish my treatment and recovery process and check out the other locations. Hope everyone gets the same experience as I did if not better!!!

I am a customer at the Towson location. The two places closest to me (Towson and Canton) can’t keep laser technicians and have cancelled my appointments since May. And since you pay for all the treatments up front I now have to travel at the least an hour and a half one way for a 5 minute treatment. The place seemed legit at first but I would look elsewhere after this experience. This is my fourth treatment and this is what it looks like still. The videos online are very misleading. If appointments were held and the commute was close it wouldn’t be a problem. The drive time and appointment cancellations have become an issue.

With the package I purchased I’ll be able to get treatment as many times it’s needed until the tattoo is completely gone. I’m wanting to get 4 tattoos removed. The process can be done through a payment plan depending on your finances. It was less expensive to pay for them all at once (in case you’re wondering about multiple, like I was). At the Towson location I experienced excellent service. Both the ladies were super nice (Sisley and Tammy)! Can’t wait to start the process. New beginnings and fresh starts are so rewarding!

Sisley is the best! She really made me feel so relaxed and at ease during my consultation. And I was given a huge discount for being a veteran. So excited to start my tattoo removal journey with Removery!

Another awesome adventure watching my old tattoo disappear. Sisley was very courteous and helpful. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. Just don’t talk about her Boston Bruins. Temi was my technician. She was very professional and knowledgeable at her job. I highly recommend Removery for tattoo removals. And if you go to the Towson location, parking is free across from their office.

Sisley is amazing, as is the rest of the team! I was so nervous for even a consult, but Sisley made it smooth sailing and took the time to explain anything and everything I had questions about. Can’t wait to continue treatments with all the techs at the Towson Removery!!

Today was my consultation with Sisley, at the Towson location. The consult was thoroughly informative. We discussed packages, payment plans and contraindications. Left my appointment with a wealth of knowledge; and looking forward to receiving treatments once Im in the clear.

Jill and Renee are simply amazing! All of my questions were answered during my initial consult. One thing that I like about Removery is that all the sessions are bundled into one price. I have went to other places and started getting a tattoo removed and they charge per session which can get very pricey. With Removery it’s unlimited sessions until the tattoo is gone! I’ve had two sessions so far and I saw results after my first session. I’m getting 4 tattoos removed and they are fading just after two sessions.

The experience was great ! Jill & Renee were both very welcoming and made me comfortable throughout the entire process. They both were very knowledgeable about the procedure and after care. I look forward to my future appointments ! I definitely recommend if you’re thinking about having a tattoo removed.

I finished my third session a few weeks ago and each visit has been a great experience. The staff is amazing and the facility is aesthetically pleasing. Due to my schedule at work I’ve had to change my scheduled appointment time, and they are always willing to accomodate me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had a free consultation and everything was perfect! It was a comfortable atmosphere and they took their time to explain how laser tattoo removal works. They work with you all the way until there is no ink left on the skin! Overall, I felt like I was in great hands and the ladies there were so kind and respectful!

This place was amazing! I’ve been dreading getting laser tattoo removal due to being scared and the cost, but the ladies that helped me at Removery totally made the process amazing. I chose the total removal package and I think it was a great decision. I literally look forward to going there, and they are so nice! They walk you in depth through the process and are so sweet! At first, I was a little nervous they make you feel so comfortable if it hurts, they’ll take a break put ice again for you could feel comfortable. The numbing cream works excellent I recommend to get it if you’re going to get a tattoo removed.At first, I didn’t use the numbing cream the second time I went to work pretty good, and I could tolerate it

This Towson location is brand new, and I can’t speak highly enough of it. I’m having one of my tattoos removed and they’ve been super thorough and accommodating. I was nervous for my first session and the CRNP Jill helped calm my nerves. The cost was reasonable and facility is super clean.Hope to post a before and after when the sessions are complete

These ladies are so sweet, Jill always makes sure I am comfortable during the treatment and thoughtfully checks in afterwards. Renee helped in sorting out my treatment plan after moving and made it a seamless transition. Really pleased with this place.

From entering both ladies, Jill and Renee were very cordial. Renee explained everything in detail as it relates to the cost and through out the removal process Jill explained what exactly she was doing and ensured I was comfortable. I look forward to my upcoming sessions and the results.

The ladies there are so warm, welcoming, and professional. Jill makes sure I am comfortable and thoroughly educated about what we are doing each session. Now if only all of my questionable decisions could be this easy to take care of. 😀

Loved it here. The facilities are so nice and clean and the employees are very personable. They made me feel safe and comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. If you ever need a tattoo removed, this is the place to be!
