Jenny was superb in answering questions I had. The store was extremely busy but she kept apologizing and saying she’ll be with me as soon as she could. I had my ear pierced in two places, and new jewelry today at the Towson Town Center location of Piecing Pagoda for my birthday. Niy and Dan were helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me price and pick jewelry. Dan was my piercer, she was diligent and detailed. We picked the perfect spot for each piece, she was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She fit the jewelry to my budget and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.The service is great and the associates know what they are doing, whether you are just buying jewelry (they also have body jewelry) or getting your ears pierced. It was quick, entirely painless, and very professional. I will be returning for future plans for my ears, and would highly recommend this location. I expected a storefront but this is actually a booth-like set-up on the mall floor. Good selection of jewelry but two people squeezed in so no chance for private consultation. I have no idea how they do piercings. More like drive bys 😂 😂

Jackie was extremely professional on the phone prior to me coming to the kiosk. I thought I would need to have a second hole repierced but fortunately that wasnt the case. Jackie was welcoming and kind. Being the face of Banter you are very fortunate!

They pierced my 2 year old daughters ears. Even with making pen marks on her ears prior to piercing, one of her holes was made even farther back than a second piercing would go. Terrible job. Definitely do not recommend.

My daughter wanted to get her ears pierced and we stood there for about 10 minutes looking at the earrings while the employees completely ignored us. They were too busy chatting and looking at their phones, so we walked away and went to Claires...

I had a really good experience here. I was getting my ears repierced after my cartilage and second earhole closed up. The young lady and her colleague were very considerate of the fact that my first piercing was not aligned properly and they made sure to correct the alignment for future piercings which I planned to do. It was quick and easy, and I definitely will be back sometime this summer for my next piercing. Highly recommend

Jocie helped us pick out first time earrings for my daughter Kendall, who just turned 8 years old. Not only was she informative and knowledgeable, she did it with grace and made it fun for us. Clearly she is the manager. As we were picking out our earrings, I heard her coaching her team inside about hourly reads and providing good customer service, as that reflects onto the business. Although goals and reads are important, what really matters is the interaction with have with your customers. Jocie is the whole package. She did not cry or even flinch. The girl did it so fast. I was all prepared to hold Bellany down but the woman who did her piercing was so good she talked to her the whole time and distracted her that I did not have to do anything. So yes I would recommend to other people especially if she is doing it. Did not get her name tho. I will go back to get her name so I can tell people who to ask for. However I think she deserves a raise because she is very good with children.

Jocey at Towson Town Center was fabulous! My 87 year old mother was getting her ears re-pierced and Jocey took time to help us pick out a pair of earrings that my mom could turn with her arthritic and shakey hands, and was very professional and competent. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect and my mom couldnt be happier!

Two employees were able to pierce my kids ears safely. She was so worried about what was happening and started tightening up each time they got close to her ears and even shed some tears, but they managed to pierce each one almost at the same time. When was all over my kid stopped crying and just took her lollipop and walked away. Lol!

I visited the Towson Town Center on November 7,2020 where I was assisted by an associate by the name of Jocelyn. She made my experience one of a kind, one I’ve never experienced at this particular location in my years coming here. I came to this Piercing Pagoda for a necklace chain and ended up purchasing three more items because of Jocelyn aka Joce lol she was a great employee and even almost missed her break assisting me. I definitely recommend visiting this location and ask for Joce ;-) you will not be disappointed.

I had my two girls ears pierced and the guy there was very patient and helpful. One of the ladies was very reluctant to help the guy with the piercing and at some point she was rude to him. Its not good for an employee to show their attitude in front of the customers.

My daughter (12) got a second hole piercing...the young lady took a while to get started and didn’t look sure of what she was doing. After about 6 weeks of cleaning and turning it per the instructions, the earrings and placed in by the rep broke off in her ear...we finally got it out and cleaned it after 24 hours the hole closed up on us...it was a waste of money and the earrings were priced at $68 but were clearly cheap. Called back to speak w’ a manager and was advised would have to pay again for a re-pierce

Visited the location in Towson Mall and was disappointed because they didnt have any earrings for my sideburns piercing. However, the you gh lady was nice to explain reasoning why. She said they basically caters to earrings for the ears.

WORST PLACE TO GET A PIERCING. Everyone working there doesnt seem to want to work and when they pierced my ears they made one crooked and misplaced it. When I came back to tell them they need to re-pierce it, they said they wont and that I need to pay for a new piercing. This place is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Our daughter ( 1.5 years old) was very hesitant about getting her ears pierced and Stacy was very accommodating and gave her plenty of breaks until she was ready and ultimately pierced her ears perfectly!

It was horrible. I went to get my nose pierced there and they made the piercing extremely huge. I can’t even wear a nose piercing because it will fall out of the hole.
