Everyone is super chill. great artists here. And it gives a good happy feeling vibe.Fair prices, excellent work, appointments are made with ease. They are flexible. What is not to love. Highly recommend. Hard to not become a tattoo regular with how nice the vibes are.

Frankie is amazing! I filled out his form letting him know what I wanted done, and shortly after, he reached out to me and had me in the studio the next day. He was able to make a few adjustments to the original design for me. The studio was clean, the decor was nice, and the overall ambiance was great. This is my first tattoo, and Frankie made it a great first experience. I’ll definitely be back for more. I’m definitely satisfied with the final results.

Frankie was awesome! He saw that I was wearing a Orioles hat and turned on the game for me without me even asking! Hes very considerate in what you want done and great at the eye of detail in his work. Its a smaller tattoo shop, which I prefer because its a shorter wait and reasonable price!

Ella is so talented! She did the sickest dotwork chest tattoo on me and I absolutely love it. She’s super easy to talk to and down to earth and funny. I felt really comfortable the entire time. She’s also really precise and detailed when placing the tattoo so that it fits you perfectly. I loved working with her and will definitely be coming back!

Ive gotten all my work from Frankie and every time he does amazing work. Everyone in the shop will take there time to help you through the process if its your first time or not. Clear instructions , willing to give you recommendations for placements and designs. Frankie , Beezy, and Ella all do amazing work.

Rose and Dagger made my tattoo experience a great one! It’s simple, but exactly what I wanted. The shop’s work area and instruments are clean and Beazy was professional and welcoming. This was my first tattoo and Beazy walked me through the entire process, giving good after care instructions. I highly recommend Rose and Dagger.

If I could give this place an infinite number of stars I would. Relaxed. Positive. Professional. Cheerful. Are just some of the words to describe this place. A definite hidden gem of Towson. A must go to for everything tattoo.

I have gotten two tattoos done at this place about a year apart from each other. The first one I got was very well done, however, my second one I’ve got some complaints. Don’t go to the artist named Frankie, he messed up my tattoo and my friends tattoo that had an appointment with me. First of all, I asked for fine line since I got a quote done and he just did not listen to that at all. The wording is honestly pretty thick which i’m upset about. Also, he misspelled one of the words in the quote wrong and I had to get it fixed. It was an easy and subtle fix, but still, super unprofessional. He was about to charge me $200 for a short quote but then changed it to $150 after messing up the spelling. Sucks because this shop is generally so great with their services but this Frankie dude messed up pretty bad. Go to literally anyone else but him

Ben was great to work with - very personable and very forthcoming with all the information I needed to care for my new tattoo. I appreciated his patience in making sure my design was the right size and had just the right placement. As a 69 year old woman, I felt very comfortable in the space, and I would recommend the shop to other seniors who wonder if they would feel welcome there. You would!

Ella is amazing, she made my first tattoo experience feel so special, she really took her time and was so patient with me as I decided what I wanted and talked me through the whole process, she is such an amazing artist and I will for sure be going back to her for future tattoos but if you get a chance please check her stuff out she is truly worth it!

I could not say enough about how great the experience was, and how over the moon happy I am with my new ink. Ben’s interpretation of my raven, from the prompt I gave him is extraordinary. The session was lively and fun, and his music selections rocked! Ben is AMAZING and SO talented. I’d rather drive 1.5 hours to get a tattoo done by him, then explore other artists closer to me. The shop is a very comfortable place and feels like a second home. All the artists there are super friendly and make the experience great. I absolutely LOVE every tattoo I’ve gotten at this shop. I get so many compliments about my tattoos and I have no problem referring them to Rose & Dagger :)

Very nice location! Great atmosphere I’ve gotten over 4 tattoos done by Beazy! I recommend him to all my family and friends. The best part about him is he is not heavy handed and if you have tattoos you know exactly what I mean!

I highly recommend Rose & Dagger. I am in from out of town and was looking to get a tattoo while I am here. I looked up reviews and decided to go with R&D. From the moment we (my daughter came with me) walked in, we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable.I had an idea and a sketch of what I wanted. Emily, the artist, took my idea and made it come to life on my arm! I couldn’t be more pleased.

I just got my third tattoo from Taki and she is so amazing! My newest tattoo she just did looks like an art piece! It was so beautifully done. I will definitely be getting my future tattoos done here! And it’s such a friendly and amazing atmosphere as well. My friend also got her tattoo here and absolutely loves it! I 100% recommend this place!!

I’ve been to Beazy about 3 times now. Went to him for the first time pre-Covid for a custom dagger and he made me feel so comfortable, I had to recommend him to everyone!Most recently we started a custom sleeve! once I stop traveling I’ll finish the rest bc the Summer is not friendly to fresh tattoos lol.I get so many compliments all the time & I’m definitely going to continue going to him for more work.Love his work & his individuality! Always a nice chill vibe.

This is the most professional, clean, shop Ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. Beazey is literally one of the best artists in the state. Super easy to work with and very willing to steer you in the right direction on your design options. The bubbly personalities of the artists really make you feel comfortable as well. 5/5 will get work done again.

Beazy was one of the first people to tattoo me ever, and since then has done many pieces on my body. His professionalism, attention to detail, and unique style is what makes him stand out from others. The shop is clean, well put together and overall a comfortable place to be for hours if you’re getting something huge. Highly recommend!

Taki is an awesome fine line artist. She is very personable and professional. So had a great atmosphere and the artists are extremely helpful and laid back. Highly recommend.

Beazy does a great job of making sure your comfortable, and making sure your art work is beautiful. He is very easy to talk too, and the shop is amazingly clean. (Yes I went post-Covid 19) all procedures to protect my health were followed and I love my tattoo!

Day #6. Just changed out my bandage. Took a picture right before. Normally we would have to s to say but for now I think this picture says it all. The two artists we met are phenomenal and pricing is on point. I will say. If you have a appointment make sure you arrive 15 min earlier. They are busy and I had a car issue that caused some ruckus but luckily this small business saw that it was not made up and actually occured, my not calling right away was frowned upon. I still feel like a Head for not doing so. This place is so banging another representative of life is your right is scheduling thier tattoo asap.

One of the best tattoo shops you’ll ever get to experience. ive known the people here for YEARS. Beazy is my preference. he did all my tatts. coolest most down to earth guy. all of my tattoos still look fresh like i got them yesterday when ive had them for years. he also gives great aftercare advice and the pricing is very reasonable! you wont be disappointed!

Taki did two of my tattoos today and it was a wonderful experience! She made me feel welcomed and took her time with me! She also took me as a walk-in last minute and I’m forever grateful! My tattoos are beautiful and original. I will be back and will definitely book with Taki moving forward.

This is literally the best place ever. GREAT customer service and AMAZING artistry. Breezy and Takia are the best at what they do. Very professional, clean and great quality. I felt so comfortable and they were very friendly. This is definitely my new tattoo spot.

Wow I messed up writing a review lol Ben is an amazing artists. I was a little nervous getting a tattoo for the first time but he was naturally calm and reassuring so everything went smoothly. My tattoos healed sooooo well and they’re fire. The pricing is more than reasonable too. A hidden gem!
