Started my Tattoo removal process today. Its been a good experience from the start. Great facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to sit down and answer any questions or concerns I had prior to the procedure. Mikailah did a really nice job. Quick and professional and took time to go over everything before and after. Thanks for a great experience.

Everyone was friendly and made me feel very welcome. I met with Kolleen who listened to what I wanted and helped me decide what to do (she was excellent). Haleigh did the injections and was fantastic. She did a wonderful job - I loved the results and I am definitely coming back!

Andrea was wonderful! She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her professional abilities. I went in for a tattoo removal and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They explained in detail the procedure as well as home care and what to expect over time. The center is incredibly clean and welcoming.

The practitioners were all so kind and helpful! I went in for a consult but they made time to do the laser treatment for me and explained each step of the process. The table I had to lay on had a heated blanket top it was comfy. The cost will be worth it!

I love coming here because the RNs and aestheticians are outstanding. I always feel they have my best interests at the forefront and no one ever goes over the line by suggesting a treatment or service that isnt appropriate for me. Highly recommend on all levels. I learned something new today which is neat to hear; team members have the opportunity to work at other CSLC locations including trips to locations in in Orlando and Naples, how neat is that!

CLCS is a great place- I get the Morpheus treatment and although it really hurts, it’s worth it. It shrinks my pores and evens out the texture while tightening everything up. I Can tell when I haven’t had it and it’s time to come back. Also, Carmen is a gem.

Met with Amanda for a consult prior to my Total FX Fractionated CO2 treatment. I was very pleased at her knowledge, professionalism and answering all of my concerns I had. I left very optimistic and felt good I was in good hands with her.Day of procedure went as I was informed it would. Procedure itself wasn’t bad at all. Amanda went over expectations during the procedure and what to expect that day and days after. Yetta assisted her and she too was just as friendly and knowledgeable of the procedure. I cannot express how happy I have been with the entire staff from check-in, scheduling, billing etc. Staff is top notch in all areas of expertise. I definitely chose the right place for what I wanted.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly. Dani is the best phlebotomist around! Anna always takes care of my injections and does a great job at explaining everything and making the shot as seamless as possible.

From my first inquiry call to the Cosmetic Skin and Laser Center - I was very impressed. Everyone was so nice. Kelly was great as my initial consultant and my Signature Facial with Paige T was PERFECT! I had two milia that I wanted to remove and she was able to accomplish that. I would highly recommend this office. They have lots of options but are not pushy at all. Paige T was so sweet and kind through the process. I will go back 100% for sure.

Ive been getting hydrafacial once a month for the past 2 years. This is by far the best place in town to get any cosmetic service done! Everybody is so lovely and they do such a good job. Karmen does an incredible job on my facials! I always get compliments on my skin and its all thanks to Karmens work!

My single star goes to Anna Cox, who has wonderful bedside manner. As for the rest of the company, I’ve only had horrible experiences. The traverse city location is a judgmental environment, I did not feel welcome at any point. If anything, it’s a “mean girl” atmosphere. Please beware if you are considering laser hair removal, do your research! I received a consult with false reassurances that I would see at LEAST 80% hair reduction, and my hair ended up growing back aggressively and different colored. They did not care in the slightest. Request Anna for your hair removal unless you want one of the girls treating you as collateral. People spend thousands of dollars to be treated here and I wish I would have received better care.

I came in for an initial consultation for laser hair removal. I worked with Jette, who was really nice. She put my nerves at ease and explained the process/cost/etc... very well. I was quite pleased.

The details of my treatment was given in great detail beforehand. I was also informed of a few procedures that may interest me at some time in the future. The building was beautiful, clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Im a nice person. I also have a weird eclectic style, but also didnt know I had to dress to the nines for an appointment without feeling like I dont belong. The coolest person I met was the wonderful woman who helped with the numbing and picture taking. I ADORE her. My cosmetic nurse was sweet and encouraging, she really went full throttle for me! However, my check up was nothing like those experiences. I understand high society, I lived in SoCal and hung out with the Housewives of OC(yes the TV series ladies, Lizzie is wonderful)...so please, the judgement is grossly mundane to me. I have money, but live moderately. Telling me the product that was paid in full for isnt really much left & it looks perfect knowing I just expressed concerns is yuck. And then recommend Botox instead for an extra $$$, is beyond gnarly. I had frown lines because I was pissed at the audacity to tell me what was told to me with a fake smile, with a side of judgment. GROSS. I cannot wait to not come back.

I have been getting hydrafacials done for a few years. I switched to the foundation facial and had my first one done today. I enjoyed it and appreciate the expertise and professionalism received from staff member, Jensen.

I was lucky to be gifted a treatment for the holidays. It is definitely a splurge and not something I would have done on my own. Everyone at the facility was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about services and treatments, especially related to specific needs and wants. They were able to make good use out of the gift certificate purchased and adapt it specifically to what I was looking for. After the treatments were done my skin feels and looks great (even skin tone, bright and clear, deep wrinkles lessened for now). I’m very happy and scared- now I want to continue doing these fun treats for myself all the time! Maybe a few times a year😉. Thank you.

Very clean and professional place. All of the ladies are kind, and I received good advice on certain concerns I had. I got the hydrofacial with the dermalplane and it was a very relaxing experience, and my face felt refreshed and not at all irritated afterwards. They made sure to test my skin for laser hair removal as well to ensure no bad reactions would happen, which I appreciate! Would definitely recommend (and I highly suggest getting the packages for treatments)

Had to change this review because even though I spent a lot of money with this company, the service I have received lately has been terrible. I did not get the results I was hoping for and when I called and very kindly requested to speak to someone about this, I was told I would get a callback within a day and yet it has been seven days with no contact whatsoever. I’m very disappointed, I would not recommend this office, as soon as something goes wrong, they are very unwilling to help. Customers should not be treated like an unimportant number. 😔 Edit: This review is not about the products or results as much as the service. I 100% took the advice of the experts at this organization and trusted that they would be doing the right thing. I have never once been unkind or uncooperative. I have always come to them with sincere desire to have the best possible outcome. I am sorely disappointed in how this is being handled. I received a letter in the mail today saying that they would no longer provide service. Not a phone call to talk to me about what we could do differently, no contact to apologize for the results, nothing. I would understand if I had been a difficult client, but I have not at all.And, on a sidenote, I did do the full amount recommended and the results were not as I had hoped. That was not a “partial” or “light” treatment by any means.Very sad to be treated this way. I have excellent relationships with all of the local businesses that I use regularly. That says quite a bit about your organization. No one deserves to be treated like this.

The girls are all very nice and informative about the treatments they are doing. Ive seen my before and after pictures today, I didnt really notice the big changes until I was emailed the pictures and looked at them on my computer. My face does look clearer and brighter and was told by Kollen that with a few more treatments the dark spot above my lip will fade more. I will be back for more treatments.

I did not feel forced into additional treatments but they were all explained if I was interested. Ive been a client since 2010. Ive had several treatments and injections over the years. Today, I had a Hydrafacial with Gabi. My skin is glowing and feels wonderful! Its well worth the indulgence. Also, I love the ladies at CSLC. They are always so warm and welcoming but never pushy. When Im there, I feel like Im visiting with friends. They are always honest about expectations vs. reality, too. And thanks to them, Im told I look younger than my 64 years of age. Im very pleased with all they have done for me and trust them completely not to ever make me look like Courtney Cox.

This cosmetic salon is up there with the best of them. The staff is very professional and make you feel welcomed. I have had a few of the offerings from CSLC done and so far very happy. I recommend the hydrafacial with the dermaplaning add on. Your face will feel baby smooth and look great if you go once a month. Carmen is wonderful at both of these. She makes you feel very comfortable with any questions or concerns you might have and provides excellent service as well.

I had 3 Thermismooth treatments done around my eyes. The first time I had Gabi, and the other 2 were with Carmen. They both seemed well trained and well informed, and both were very friendly. The treatment itself felt great. Im currently having Resurfx done around the mouth area.

Six years later and I wish I could give them even more stars! This place is amazing! Ive had my botox here for years and I have zero lines on my face! I also have laser hair removal, hydrafacials, microneedling, and other amazing procedures! I moved 4 hours away and I drive back up every 3 months to have everything I need done. Ive tried to talk to other places and none have come close to CSLC! They are amazing! I have recommended over a dozen friends and family here and they all had things done and still go here years later. I will never go anywhere else!

Sadly, this business has been taking advantage of an 80 year old women. In just over a year CSLC has taken her for about $13,000. Yes, $13,000. Every time she visits they take $2000-$3000 from her in the form of services. As a concerned family member, I contacted the manager and explained that when she pays them $2000+ she can’t afford her mortgage payment. I asked that they suggest less expensive services... yet, the next time she visited the charge was over $2700!!

After living in Las Vegas for the last several years, I came home and made an appointment with one of the only medical spas in the northern Michigan area. I have had services at other medical spas in Las Vegas for the same treatment. During my consultation and actual procedure I got the inkling that these people really don’t know what they are doing based on my experience in Las Vegas, the matters as to which my treatment was done was very unprofessional. I sat awkwardly on a chair as a laser treatment was being performed. Amongst the catty-ness in this entire spa, the treatment alone was a good inkling that not a lot of experience was present. The price to do my entire laser treatment would of been cheaper than just doing half, as I was advised in a Las Vegas spa that my treatment should be done in halves due to a blood circulation issue. The lady who did my laser treatment at this spa came off as she did not care if my circulation would be cut off, as she did not care really at all about the entire procedure. I was advised that my full procedure would be 300 as opposed to half of the procedure for 200. By the time I was checking out I had a card chip issue, and had to call my bank, as this was happening the catty female workers were talking in the back room about me as I could clearly hear. As I was checking out I cancelled an appointment I had made prior and THE FEMALE CHECKING ME OUT ASKED IF IT WAS SOMETHING THEY DID. I advised the clerk that I was not a fan and no refund or APOLOGY was offered. I got a catty “have a good one” as I left the spa. If you ask a customer this, then you know exactly how you treated the customer. I was shell shocked as I left this spa and was severely upset at how I was treated. I have never left a negative review google, but how this spa operated was nothing I’ve ever seen and I would not recommend this spa to anyone. I rather drive four hours downstate then go back to this spa. I couldn’t morally give my money to this location due to the catty ness and unprofessional work ethic at this location. This was a complete fail on the spas end to make customers feel comfortable and have a good experience. There is nothing but bad vibes and catty women working here and the prices are absolutely outrageous. I rather drive downstate Michigan to pay for quality service and not feel uncomfortable around a bunch of cosmetically altered females who judge you when you walk in. If I was an owner of one of these spas, I would do a thorough check to make sure these catty women aren’t making my customers feel uncomfortable as it is a MEDICAL SPA and any woman should feel comfortable and have a great experience.

Jette and the other ladies at the CSLC are always so friendly and kind. They are extremely professional! Today I was called by name by three of the professionals. I will happily refer them to family and friends!!

Reconsider treatments here! After being a perfect candidate for laser hair removal and receiving extra treatments (over a year of treatments for my underarms and legs) I only got about 40-50% reduction. At my consultation I was told they guarantee 80% reduction so when it was clearly NOT working, I expected some sort of partial refund. Kelly was extremely defensive and unsympathetic. I was offered either more treatments (despite the laser tech agreeing that it was not working for me) or a small credit. More treatments would have only wasted my time and the techs time further, and the credit was insulting considering the several thousand I spent on the treatments. Also, the services here (facials, last lift, etc.) are much more expensive than you can get elsewhere so shop around. I will never spend another dime here

I had a very good experience and felt heard. Lee did a great job explaining different treatments and Carmen was thorough and respectful.Very clean and Covid conscious!I highly recommend.

The initial consultation was good, I had a minor procedure and scheduled a recheck plus a second procedure. When I confirmed the second appointment I was told that I would have to reschedule as the practitioner would not be in the office that day. Two weeks later, I arrived for the rescheduled appointment that I had confirmed via email 2 days prior to find that the practitioner was not in the office that day, either. I was told that a message had been left. One would think that a complementary facial or product might have been offered, but no, it was a 90 mile round-trip drive for nothing.I guess Ill take my sagging cheeks elsewhere.
