Highly recommend this place if you have a nervous kiddo getting their ears pierced!! they were awesome to us, very professional, and now my little gal has the prettiest ears !

We had a great experience at Banter by Piercing Pagoda today. We went to the mall for back to school shopping but stopped to look at the earrings. My daughter had been asking to get her ears pierced but I didn’t think she was ready. After talking to Jenny and Bri, we felt a little more comfortable with the idea until it was time for my kid to sit in the chair. She got scared but Jenny and Bri talked her through the process and were super patient. Those ladies are champs! Best of all the earrings look great and my daughter was happy with the process.

Got our 2.5month old baby’s ears pierced today with Jenny, she was amazing with her and explained in detail how to take care of them, you can tell she has many years experience doing this, our baby pretty much didn’t even cry it was quick and they turned out gorgeous! I’ll be forever grateful to her and I will always recommend her to everyone!

Jewelry is JUNK and warranty is worthless! Bought my wife a diamond ring for cmas and in less than a month the top of the ring that held the diamonds practically broke off. Traded for same ring and done the same thing. Cheap metal! Warranty means nothing! I bought the extended warranty even. Would not refund money. Only trade for more of their junk.

My husband and I were walking by and he’s a big jewelry man and is automatically drawn to real gold and diamonds. We were greeted by a very smiley face! Her name was Kealy S. and she was amazing. She helped us with any questions we had. She picked up multiple pieces of jewelry we wanted to see. She was kind and patient. A real vibe! We will deff be back to see her!
