The staff are all very friendly and professional. They did a great job explaining the process and what to expect at appointments. Always on time- I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. The results of my tattoo removal are great also. I have maybe one treatment left, before it is totally gone.

Finally deciding to remove some of my tattoos was a difficult decision, but the process of finding where to go ended up being easy.After a handful of consultations with other clinics where I felt pressured and uncomfortable, I was lucky enough to find Removery. The packages for full removal are affordable and it’s also reassuring to know that there is one fee that covers all treatments until they’re gone.The team here is always so positive and have truly made this experience infinitely better. Previously, I went to the Arlington, VA location, and it was a horrible experience. The tattoo removal specialist, Amy, degraded me in front of others, stating that I was too sensitive to the removal process and needed more time between sessions. I found her tone to be rude. I believe her attitude might have been due to relationship problems or perhaps not having a partner—who knows? I tried to post this review on Google for the Arlington location, but I think Google is biased and sensitive to negative reviews. I started going to the Vienna location instead. The staff there is friendly, and my specialist, Joel, is very experienced. He’s patient with clients and highly knowledgeable. Ive been going there for about two years at the Vienna location and I would recommend this location over the Arlington one.

I am 5 sessions in and I have to say I am seeing great results so far. Removery has been amazing from the beginning consultation to the treatments to the overall customer service experience. Everyone has been so great and helpful. The Vienna location in VA is my favorite I must say. All my questions are answered adequately, whether it’s about upcoming payments or the laser treatment itself and the process is so well explained. This is my first time doing laser treatment and I am beyond happy I chose Removery to rid of this very much unwanted tattoo!

The staff here is super friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make you feel at ease throughout the process. I am only one session into removal, but I am already starting to see results. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of tattoo removal services.

My experience has been great so far. I was extremely nervous at my first treatment but Joel made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was actually looking forward to my next treatment when before I kept putting it off and delaying it which I wish I didn’t do. Love the team at Removery!! Everyone is nice, friendly and professional. The office and procedure room is very clean. The waiting area is comfortable, although I rarely ever wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen by the laser practitioner. Their prices are on par with industry standard and they offer a discount if you buy a package & multiple removals.I’ve had 7 sessions in 9 months so far to remove 2 tattoos (wrist & ribs). My tattoos are newish (less than 8 yrs) and they were heavy black ink. I’m very happy with the fading progress so far. I don’t have any negative effects from the treatment.The laser session is very quick. It takes less than a minute on the inside of my wrist (2” x 2”) and less than 2 mins on ribs (4” x 4”). The wrist doesn’t hurt that much. Lasering the tattoo on my ribs is very painful but manageable since it’s only 2 mins. I haven’t taken ibuprofen before the treatment but I’ve heard that helps a lot with the pain. I’m going to try next time.After the treatment, the tattoo feels kind of like a cross between a mild sunburn & a bruise for a day or two. Just mild discomfort.Highly recommend Removery! I hope to never need a tattoo removed again in my lifetime but if I do, I would definitely go back to Removery!I’ll update review with before / after pics once the treatment is complete.

Update: Several years later and I’m back to remove more ink. It was my first time back since this place merged with a few other tattoo removal places and became Removery, and the customer service is still top-tier. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the tech walked me through what to expect this time around since I’m focusing on a different area of the body for this removal. I’d recommend this place to anyone because I had successful result the first time, the techs are experienced, and the prices are reasonable.I waited a couple of weeks to post this because I really wanted to see the true results, and I must say that theyre amazing. The staff at UnTattoo U was personable, explained everything to me in detail, and even gave me tips on the best payment option to use for each treatment scenario (i.e., if I needed 3 instead of 5, etc.). The office space is clean and inviting, too. After just one treatment, I see significant reduction in the ink, and I plan to finish my sessions.

I’m a local tattooer and a friend of mine told me about Removery a while ago. I had had laser before but the technology has gotten so much better since, and that’s what Removery uses. The consult was easy and the procedure was super fast. Same day! I didn’t expect that. They put ice on my tattoos (I have some small hand ones) and very quickly went over with the laser. As badly as it hurt, it was over so quick and my technician was talking to me the whole time. She was super nice but wanted to get it over with and I’m glad she literally blazed through it. I’m coming back in May and I’m excited to see what happens now. I would absolutely recommend this to my clients and friends

Great experience! Very nice staff up front. Joel treated me and was amazing! He iced very well and inbetween plus talked thru it which helps tremendously. I’ve had it done 5 times before and this was the least painful by far due to the time and consideration he took for my comfort.

Ive had an amazing experience here. Ive mainly been working with Joel but everyone Ive encountered is awesome! Keep in mind this is not a quick process because Removery does everything the correct way. Be patient, do what they tell you for after care and you will get the results you want.

I have been thinking about getting some tattoos removed for some years and recently decided it was finally time. I tried out Removery and was thrilled with my experience there! Before I even went in they were super responsive and it was so easy to schedule my appointment. After we went over all the details and initial introductions like pricing, session lengths, etc… we were able to start the removal process right away! This company is not honest! First started and I was seen every 8 weeks, then they changed it to 10 weeks, now they want to see me only 12 weeks (which equals 4 times a year) so my three tattoos will take 5-6 years to remove???? Once they have your $$ they treat you like dirt! Do not recommend at all!! Stay away!

Today I came to get my eyebrow tattoo removed. The results were very good, there was no bleeding and it was not as painful as expected. Fast and does not damage the skin and eyebrows. Come back for a second round in six weeks. Joel is wonderful and explain in detail thank you!!!

I’ve been going to Removery for about 2 years now for tattoo removal and my experience has been nothing but positive every time I go for my appointment. The majority of my treatments have been done with Joel, and he’s always very polite and patient, addressing any questions I may have and letting me take breaks as often as need. I’ve also had a few treatment sessions with Mark and he was great as well. Overall would highly recommend as they make a generally painful/unpleasant experience as positive, professional and efficient as possible which can go a long way.

My overall experience was great! This was my second treatment at this location. I was nervous about not being able do get Lidocaine this time and the pain I may feel. The staff was helpful in suggesting what I could do prior to the appointment to help. They also were great once I arrived and during the laser tattoo removal. I felt very safe. It has been 3 days since the removal and the area is healing well.

I booked a consultation for removal of multiple tattoos including a full sleeve. The website was easy to navigate and I received a confirmation call the day before my appointment. I arrived early, was greeted by friendly staff, filled out some paperwork and was led to a private room where I was given a thorough overview of the tattoo removal process and pricing options. I found out they offer a military discount which is much appreciated because this ain’t cheap! I had not planned on starting right away, but because of a cancellation, I was able to get a same day procedure. I can’t emphasize enough how comfortable and at ease I felt about the whole process. I have multiple tattoos I want removed and will probably be coming here for the next couple of years. The reviews are spot on. This place is the real deal. Check them out. All my questions were answered and the plan for removal was discussed in depth as needed. I felt better about the process as I learned more. The staff was super informative, polite and professional. Nurse Joan was quick, efficient and delightful. I am also satisfied with how clean the place was! The procedure is definitely pricey $$. Overall I enjoyed my first session and look forward to the next visit.

I’m removing 5 face tattoos with Removery. They are all around my eye. It was tricky finding a business who was willing to risk the tattoo removal in such a difficult location. I’m so grateful to have found this place. I bought the total removal package and my rate is a ridiculously good price. I am putting off moving states to finish my treatment here. So far i’m 3 treatments down! They are predicting ~12 sessions for the stubborn ones.

I had my first tattoo removal session today. One tattoo is rather large (chest) and the other on my arm. The experience was great! I wouldn’t necessarily say it was painful, more uncomfortable in some spots but the treatment was fast. I saw immediate color fading. Joan and Mark are professional, informative, thorough and easy to talk to. The aftercare instructions were very detailed. I look forward to returning for my next session.

While I was interested in the services.. the fact I received 19 emails within 34 days. 9 of which were directly from an associate coming off very nagging. Perhaps give people more time to respond. I was out of the country and not monitoring my email. Then, to open my email and find all this.. wow.I will suggest to you and cooperate in rethinking your marketing strategies as they are beyond terrible and come off as desperate.

I went to UnTatoo for tattoo removal. At the consultation they took special care in answering all of my questions, even the ones that seemed simple. They stressed the importance of knowing and adjusting my expectations of the results. They expressed a sincere concern with the health and recovery of my skin. I was quite impressed - so much so that I decided to receive my first session the same day. The process was quick and surprisingly painless. They were very patient with me as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had the last traces of permanent makeup in my eyebrows removed. In Marks hands, the procedure was quick and relatively painless. (For those who are more sensitive to the heat and discomfort, they offer options for numbing.) Im sure that a more extensive tattoo removal would be a bigger deal, but I would trust them to do it.

I ended up rescheduling due to illness and wanting to await Covid vaccination. I greatly appreciate them not charging me cancellations, and I definitely wont take it for granted in future.They called in my prescription to Kaiser Permanente which made it easy for my to apply the numbing ointment an hour and a half before the procedure. Yes, it is a laser, so you can hear and smell it striking your skin!Jeannie, the licensed nurse, who did my treatment was excellent; and, she was very communicative during the entire process - both in informing me of what she was doing as well as checking in with me to see that I was okay.One point of feedback is that they should make sure that clients are given pre- and post-care information as I had to reschedule after learning that I should not have used retinol or glycolic products the week prior.BUT,I cant express how much I appreciate this business... its been really depressing to have this scar/hyperpigmentation on my face the past years... I did a lot of research on Asian American skin and what are the safest, effective laser treatments for hyperpigmentation. This was the only place that came up in the area (More available in NYC and LA dermatology offices). I was happy wearing masks during Covid so I would not have to put on makeup to cover it, which would never last very long... and now I feel so much gratitude for being able to go without makeup again (but dont forget 50+ uva/uvb mineral- based sunblock, a very Asian thing!).So yes, I highly recommend them!For background on the before and after photos of my first treatment:In my mid-20s, an aesthetician (Shia of Glow Med Spa in Richmond, VA) burned my cheek doing some fruit acid peel (or so she says - do not trust an aesthetician without dermatological education!!!). And basically, in my late 30s, the hyperpigmentation re-appeared and darkened significantly. Do not go to her (at least if youre a BIPOC, because she will damage your skin). See the first of the two photos.The second photo is the amazing result fro one Picosure laser treatment. Will update after the second one!

I had a fantastic experience... from my office visit right through to my results! I had a facial rejuvenation procedure with the PicoSure laser. I was very happy with the congeniality and professionalism of the office staff (especially Brittney and Norah) who made scheduling (and even follow up to be sure I was happy with my results) a very pleasant experience. The results of the procedure itself have been phenomenal and I would recommend them highly.There are dozens of reputable places who offer similar services in our area, but the combination of a really great, comfortable office experience, reasonable pricing, and great results would bring me here again, no question. :)

I had two procedures done at another clinic and it was so painful and miserable I quit going. My friend told me about this place and I couldnt be happier. Everyone is so friendly, the procedure is painless and the recovery is so easy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in having a tattoo removed. I found their prices very reasonable and comparable to what I paid at the other place but FAR better service!

Great experience! I had my consultation and first session in the same visit. Not gonna lie, I was so nervous about the pain (Im removing tattoo behind my ear) but the staff was wonderful and helped me feel at ease during the entire process. I informed them that I was removing my tattoo to join the Air Force and they offered a military discount which was awesome :) I also opted for numbing medication so the procedure was virtually painless and only lasted a few seconds! Ive visited UntattooU four times (1 free) so total of 5. The consultation was terrific and well explained, as was the cost (guess it was a little high) considering the location, limited market, and completion with comparable technology. The office is clean, professional, and the staff is courteous.However, after 4 visited I found little to no difference (a little after the first one). That is why they offered me a free treatment. I have talked too several Tattoo Artist and nothing can still be done as far as getting it covered up. I know my tattoo was dark, but seems like after 5 treatments it should be almost gone (at least that is what my current Tattoo Artist stated), but I will just get someone else to see what they can do now. I just wanted to let everyone know my story, but you can judge for yourself. Good luck to all.

I went in for a tattoo removal consultation, and was sitting in the laser removal chair within minutes of showing up. I knew what to expect, and the the process was quick and clean (if not entirely painless). Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and the team was extremely friendly and professional.

I came in for my Consultation but unfortunately could not get the treatment because I just found out Im pregnant. However I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and how informative Mark was during my consultation. He was honest about the price and how many sessions and how much time it would take to remove my tattoo. When Im ready I will be coming back to them to get it removed.

Im in the process of getting tattoos removed here and I couldnt be happier. The consultation was extremely informative and I immediately felt like I was making the right decision. You have the option to pay per session or get a discount by paying all at once for the number of treatments they estimate it will take to remove the tattoo completely. I decided on the package payment and believe I saved $300-$400. They were willing to work with me and split my package into multiple payments while still retaining the package discount. The most attractive feature of purchasing the package is that if youre unhappy with the clearance of your tattoo after they finish the estimated number of treatments, theyll continue to schedule treatment sessions for up to a year at no additional cost. They estimated itll take 5 sessions for my tattoo to be gone and after just 2 I cant believe how much its disappeared. All the staff members Ive encountered are incredibly friendly and nice and do everything they can to make sure Im happy and comfortable. Ive recommended UnTattooU to a number of friends already and will continue to do so.

I live in Pennsylvania and I make the 3 hour drive to UnTattooU because they are simply the BEST! Great friendly staff, very clean environment, and amazing results. I always receive a follow up call which makes me feel super comfortable with the heeling process. During the procedure the nurses always make me feel comfortable by offering to numb the removal spot, and I get an ice pack after (it makes a world of difference!). This place got my permanent eyebrow tattoo almost all off in 4 pain-free, fast, and easy sessions. They also gave me recommendations on where I can get them redone. They started the removal process the day I went in for a consultation and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable while i was super nervous for my first session. They carefully plan out your sessions to make sure you get the fastest, most effective, and safest results possible.

Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. I went in for a consultation and was able to get started the same day. They offer payment plans with the packages so it makes it easier pay for. The session itself took less than 10 minutes including the lidocaine injections to numb the area and the actual lasering. My one complaint (which has nothing to do with UnTattooU) is the parking lot is a mess. I would say get to there early as the parking lot was full when I arrived.

This place is awesome! I went in for tattoo removal. They weren’t busy today so they were able to do my first session right after the consult. It’s definitely not pain-free, but it is tolerable. You also have the option of applying numbing cream before each session (they call it in to your pharmacy) or they can inject you with lidocaine for an additional fee. I opted for no pain relief today and it was ok, but I had them call in some numbing cream for me to use the next time I go in. It is a little expensive overall but they work with you on the price and they have payment plans for packages or you can just pay per session. If you prepay and don’t end up needing as many sessions as you paid for, they’ll refund whatever amount you don’t use. All in all from check-in to consult to completion of the first session, I was there maybe an hour. I’ve already recommended this place to friends and they want to come in now lol. Thanks for helping me fix my mistakes! 😂

Untattoou was great. I saw Mark and Hillary. The consultation was friendly and informative, and they were able to squeeze me into the schedule right after the consult. Amazingly (and unexpectedly) - in one visit, they were able to completely remove the dark brown from a poorly positioned application of micro bladed makeup. I could not have been happier at the end of the appointment.

I have had my tattoos for almost 38 years and when I found out about UnTattooU I decided laser tattoo removal was the way to go. The reason why I wanted to get my tattoo removed in all honesty is because I just dont care for them anymore. When I was 18 I thought I was the coolest kid with ink, now as an adult I feel completely different. I own my own business and I dont want to give my clients the wrong message. I am almost done with my treatments and I am in completely in shock. I never thought it would be possible to be able to remove my tattoos but with the PicoSure laser and the friendly staff at UnTattooU I can now be tattoo free. I had an incredibly difficult tattoo to remove. It was an original tattoo and a cover-up tattoo. It had lots of different shades of red, it had green, it had black, it had orange it had yellow. The stubborn part was the red and unfortunately there was lettering that I no longer wanted visible and everything was coming out nicely but still the lettering was there. I was beginning to lose hope that it would ever come out. But the staff was very supportive and they kept at it!! They assured me that it would come out all right in the end. And it did I cant thank them enough for their persistence and their willingness to continue working on a extremely difficult removal. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone in need of tattoo removal.

I finally started my tattoo removal after 30 years of wishing it away! Im so glad I waited for the PicoSure laser because the results are absolutely amazing. The nurses at UnTattooU are skilled, knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I was nervous in the beginning, but was pleasantly surprised when it did not hurt. I opted to go with the injectable lidocaine and could not feel anything during my laser treatment. My tattoo is almost gone after just 2 treatments. I went for very small area of my eyebrow tatto to be removed . She said four session and 200$ each time and once she found out it was very very small area , she said 100$. It took her not even one second. I told her I even did not feel laser on my skin . The owner or manager told me this is it and this is how it work . Unfortunately it was waste of time and money with no obvious procedure . Not happy at all .

I went here to use the vanguish ME system to reduce belly fat. I went to four sessions and lost 2-3 inches off my waist. Whole procedure was painless, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, personal, and professional. I saw result in the first session already! The colors were peeling off. I have a half sleeve with lots of colors. I wish their technology was available a few years ago so I could have saved tons of money. Four stars instead of 5 because of the pricing. Not cheap although they were really nice to try bringing down the cost for me. I wish they have more flexible installment plans.

Had my consultation and then my first treatment right after on two tattoos. One on my upper middle back and one on my shoulder. I have a high pain threshold and opted out of lidocaine. I didn’t want the lidocaine to interfere with my laser treatment at all. When they started the procedure, I regretted that decision. Just when I thought I couldn’t take it anymore, I found that I was 60% done on the one tattoo. So I toughed it out until both were done. The pain during the procedure is very intense. Intense enough that I found myself humming “Na Na Hey Hey” to get through it. I have never hummed because of pain, not even during childbirth. But I found the song afterwards very funny considering the significance of the lyrics. As soon as the procedure was complete they lubed them up and put a bandage on them. The cream they put on made it feel much better...temporarily. And they gave me a goody bag of bandages and ice packs (oh goody!). Actually, I really appreciated this. Once I got into my car I started to feel the searing burn at both sites. Thank goodness I had a couple swallows of coffee left in my mug to take some ibuprofen. I blasted electro music as loud as I could on my drive to help take my mind off the pain. After about 20-30 minutes, when the ibuprofen kicked in, I was all good. The Next day I had no pain. The third day I had some pressure pain when I hugged someone or those spots got brushed agains (a bruise type pain). I kept aquaphor and bandages on them for the next several days and I am still continuing to put aquaphor on it a few times a day until it completely heals. It has been one week, I can see a big difference in appearance of the tattoos already. I had a name in blue on my arm and there are a few lines through it that are already skin colored. At this point all the lines just look broken up more than anything. I did have tiny blisters everywhere I had red and orange (as expected). They are healing up nicely. Overall, it has been a interesting and good experience. I am doing my treatments 12 weeks apart and hope to have them gone within 8 sessions. I suspect one will be gone much sooner and the other will take all 8. The procedure for both was quick enough that I will suffer without lidocaine again next time....maybe take the ibuprofen before getting the treatment. Just know that there may be blistering and certainly pain. But it will be totally worth it. I believe it is worth making the trip to Untattoou.

The staff is fantastic and results are nothing short of astonishing.I have hated my ridiculous tattoo for 30 years.I went in this morning for my scheduled appointment and had my first PicoSure treatment. It was virtually painless and the procedure only took a few seconds.When I got back to my office, a co-worker asked to see, so I lifted the Bandage to show them and to my surprise my tattoo was GONE! I wiped off the ointment for a better look and it really is GONE. Aside from a faint pink outline where the tattoo was there is no trace it was ever there. I can not tell you what a relief it was to look at clean skin where my embarrassing tattoo has been for most of my life.Time will tell if there is any trace of this treatment when I am completely healed, but I can honestly say that I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend UnTattooU to anyone.

For over 10 years I have had a constant reminder of when I overcame a difficult year, 3 little radiation dots on my chin, my neck and the middle of my chest. I have been in the business of Tattooing for 20 years. I own and operate a studio in Northern Virginia. I was trained in Laser removal and did removal using the Q Switch Laser with good success over a two year period of time. I have some Tattoos on my fingers that had some success with the Q Switch.I Found Un Tattoo U at a local convention.I spoke with Norah who is now my laser tech.. She is well educated and experienced in laser procedures. I chose to use the Picosure system. There are several Tattoo studios that offer different methods some more effective some not. In the state of Virginia.Tattoo Studios are not allowed to dispense any topical anesthetic for Tattooing or any other procedure. This is another advantage Un Tattoo u has. They are able to offer a variety of methods to help with client discomfort during the procedure. This alone makes a big difference. The sessions I had done prior to UnTattoo u caused some blistering. With a skilled technician and the Picosure system removal is much easier to. I have done two sessions so far. I have had far better results. I have seen a significant amount of lightening and some areas are completely gone. I would highly recommend Un Tattoo u. The office is very inviting and professional. I had a laser tattoo removal treatment at this location it was supposed to be my final treatment. They had the laser on high settings that it looks like I got a tattoo instead of removing it. Its the worst place to go to and I have blisters. The used lidocaine and cold air and i still felt discomfort with laser. I wont be going back to that place.

They were recently bought out by another company and I used to be very satisfied going here but after my visit today I do not plan on returning. They missed spots with the laser and when I asked about it they claimed they got it all when clearly there were spots that were not hit. For the price you pay for someone to not be thorough was disappointing.

My name is Blake and I was one of the first clients of UnTattooU and I cant say enough great things about this place. The staff, the equipment, the service everything is first class and top notch. I personally had several tattoos I needed to get removed. I was always discouraged by the sheer amount of time it would take to get rid of all of them due to the traditional lasers out there. BEWARE!! This place is insanely OVERPRICED!!! Make sure you shop around. Unfortunately, after 6 treatments (and minimal results) I found out that I had been paying more then DOUBLE what I should have been.
