Shotsie’s is awesome. The place is spotless, bright, and welcoming. The staff is helpful and the work that comes out of the shop is amazing! I will definitely be back again!

I go to Scotty for my tattoos. Great guy, friendly atmosphere . My whole family goes to him. We are very happy with his work.

In the last 20 years, Ive had all 4 of my tattoos done at Shotsies. The quality of the artists are great. The shop is very clean and bright. I dont believe there are walk-ins available, so call or stop in for an appointment (thats what Ive done each time). The pricing is reasonable, though I cant speak for larger pieces as mine have all been on the smallish side.I will continue to go back to Shotsies for my future tattoos, and I highly recommend them. Ive never had anything but positive experiences with them. Attached is my most recent tattoo, done by Scotty who has been with the shop for quite awhile and was an absolute pleasure.

Setuping up an appointment at Shotsies was simple, the work by Scotty was neat, and the price was fair. I will definitely be coming back for future tattoos here!

Mick Metal is the best. He makes me feel like part of Shotsies family. He and the staff are creative and professional. I couldnt be happier. Ive finally found my tattoo heaven. Ive gotten two hand tattoos and three sets of finger tattoos done there. (One lower set left to go). I will never go anywhere else. Prior tats all has issues. Zero problems at Shoties.The name was symbolic for generations, and they are now better than ever thanks to Mick and his new wife Emily. Lauren makes me feel at home and the whole staff is pleasant and carefree. Its a good time just to stop in and see the crew.

This place is amazing! everyone at Shotsies is so nice and accommodating! I will only ever come here to get work done because it is just simply the best. everything is clean and organized as well and my experience is always quick and easy!

Ive had many tattoos done, from a spur of the moment tattoo while vacationing in New Orleans to a very thought out tattoo for my son, but the one Azarja just did for me is my all time favorite. It started as a cover-up of a rose done in 1989 that turned into a smudge people kept trying to wipe off, to a very emotional piece. I didnt go into this tattoo thinking I would use any of my own dogs but I am so happy that I did.Rescuing Luci started me down my path of rescue, foster, and eventually finding a career I love. Every time I look at my new tattoo I start to get emotional because that pup had been through hell and back with me and Im honored to have her forever be a piece of me.Thank you Azarja. You rock!!!

Still a top notch shop, Shotsie does make occasional appts, but the new owner Mick has it down. Good guy, good artist, good staff. Was probably my last ink, glad I made my way here, you should too. Mick, this is Tommy btw lol, Wayward Son.

Ian has been tattooing me for 10 years now. Met him at another shop but Ill follow him anywhere. Ive come to know that about him, he has very loyal clients and on top of it he does awesome work. Mind you, I travel from Upstate New York to get tattooed by him.The shop is a cool, clean little spot with a good atmosphere. I dont know many of the other artists very well, but they all seem pretty laid back and experienced. Definitely consider Shotsies if you are looking to get a tattoo in the area.

Got my first tattoo by Mick today and it was such a great experience. He was a blast and made the time fly by. Would definitely recommend and will be going back soon!

Best place for a tattoo. Great people, great atmosphere, everyone is awesome !!! Scottie rocks !Also, he knows how to ease you into the process without you even knowing. Makes it much easier and tolerable if it is in a sensitive area. Did I say Scottie Rocks ??... yup !! I did.

Ian = DOPE-ASS work. I went in for my first tattoo about 3 weeks ago, and I can honestly tell you that Ians ability and superior-talent as an artist is more than the 5 stars you can put here. He did an amazing tattoo on my back that every one I show asks, Who did this?!. I was so impressed that I immediately made another appointment (for 2 weeks later). Ian just today fixed something for me and I was blown away at what he did with something that looked horrible. I have my last appointment (for at least a while) with him next week. Im excited to show my tattoos off again! I highly, highly recommend Ian. He came as a recommendation from my brother-in-law who also has amazing work done basically from the neck down. Id post pictures but Im in education and this artwork is for me!

I got my first tat about two months ago at another tattoo studio, then I wanted another but the guy who did my first one got sick, so I asked for recommendations on Facebook and 90% of my friends said go to shotsies... and so I did and I am SO happy I listened!Scotty did my half butterfly half flower tat and it came out beautiful!! I couldnt love it anymore than I already do. Not only does he do awesome work but he is so nice, very accommodating, very welcoming and easy to talk to. I highly recommend shotsies if you want real professional work done.. I am sooo happy with my tat.. My sister is going today.. I cant wait to see hers!!

I love everyone here......nicest, down to earth people and extremely talented artists. I had 6 tattoos done and I love each and everyone one. Scott is my artist but ALL of them do AMAZING art work.......Im going to go get another one soon🙄

Absolutely loved this place. Very professional place that has been in business for many many years. I chose Scotty and he was a VERY friendly dude. The work was awesome. I will go nowhere else at this point. I chose them mostly because of how many years they have been there. That was my deciding factor and I was super comfortable and happy with them. Cant wait to go back.

Clean facilities and Scotty is the most talented artist I know. He has been providing his creative and artistic ink for my family for over 25 years. I would never go anywhere else.

Ive gotten all of my tattoos at Shotsies. I recommend this place for anyone getting a tattoo. Its clean, everyone is a professional, all tools are sterile and fresh out of the bag, and the prices are reasonable. You will always get a high quality tattoo and the staff wont let you make mistakes (i.e. no drunk people on a whim tattoos, no mispelled/grammatically incorrect tattoos). I believe they do cover ups as well. This place is the real deal, not just a corner walk in shop with neon signs that say, TATTOO. Also, they will do a free touch up afterwards if you are not 100% satisfied. Never had to take the offer because Im always satisfied leaving Shotsies.

Gary has been doing my tattoos for the past twelve years. He is an amazing artist and extremely professional. I do not go anywhere else! Highly recommended.

Clean, friendly and welcoming! A lot of places seem intimidating, or at least not welcoming. Other shops just wanted to get you in a chair, but everyone at Shotsies seemed genuinely concerned that you got something youd love.

I have 15 tattoos from Shotsies. My first tattoo was in the 80s. Then I returned in 2009 for 3 more. Then I returned in 2009 for 3 more. Absolutely beautiful. I came back in 2017. I had an artist, who spoke about someone she had worked with for years. The person sued her without even discussing the issue. I told the artist that was terrible.But the issue I have, is that a brought a copy of an 8th musical note. The note was the exact note, not just an outline. An outline should have been used because the note was black and, of course, blank ink was used.I felt more pain than usual. After I removed the saran wrap, there was blood. Part of my skin was inked deeper than it should have been. I sent pictures and went back to show the tattoo. I was told that it would heal and be fine. After three weeks, I sent another picture and was not told to use bacitracin and it would be fine.This tattoo, I feel cannot be fixed, my skin in missing. Im not sure if anyone even showed the tattoo to the artist, but no phone call or an attempt to reach out to me. That is a shame, after we spoke about a client that sued her. I am so sorry to have to write this review. I loved this place.

I’ve been going to Shotsie’s since mid 90’s. Scotty has done all of my pieces (10 of them!) Fantastic artist, great work.
