Highly recommend this place! It’s very very clean. Bianca, one of the artists, is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, she makes you feel comfortable. Her work is amazing as she is very professional and personable. She’s very nice to talk to. It was my first time here & I felt like I knew her for years! 10/10 recommend Bianca! My mother and I are in love with our new ink!

The only place I got for any of my tattoos or piercing needs! All the staff are polite and great at what they do. And the whole place is very clean!

AMAZING SERVICE! Bianca did a cover up for me and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made a rib tattoo as painless as possible (she used great products). Color came out beautiful on a brown skinned girl. Pure talent!

I got my first nostril piercing here a couple months ago and i feel obligated to warn people that you should not go to Bianca for a nose piercing. She started out by telling me that nose piercings only bleed a lot if they are done in the wrong spot and then pierced it and it bled profusely. But the worst part is that she struggled to get the needle through my nose for almost a minute. It was extremely painful and I highly recommend going elsewhere for a nose piercing

Bianca was awsome. Called an hour before to get a spontaneous tattoo. She took me right away. Was personable, professional, and did a great job on my tattoo.She is even designing a hand tattoo for my wife next week.Highly recommended!

Tattoo factory was the best experience I ever had. This was my first tattoo so I was a little nervous going into it. The entire staff was able to answer any and all questions I had going into it. My artist was Casey and from the moment I entered the shop to the moment I left, I knew I was in good hand. Casey was very friendly while he was doing the tattoo and we had a nice casual conversation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality tattoo and quality service.

Went here to get a tattoo done. The girl who took care of me was very nice and welcoming. They took proper Covid precautions and were very clean, making me feel safe during my visit. LOVE the way my tattoo came out and healed very nicely. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

2 tattoos in less than a week all by none other than Mr Casey White. Last one was 2-3 years ago also by him. Will not go any place else but to Casey.His colleagues are very helpful very friendly and informative. The shop as a whole is amazing. I’ve watched the others in the shop work while I was waiting for my appointment. And all very clean very thorough and true artists putting some seriously amazing work out of the shop. Can’t go wrong by going here.

Bianca did an awesome job for my first cartilage piercing. Everything was very clean and professional and she talked me through the whole process! I will definitely be going back for future piercings or tattoos.

Ive gone here many times for my piercings. And its always a great experience. Never have to wait, staff is always friendly and helpful. Jenna has done most of my piercings. Shes great!

Female that pierced me was clean and quick. Everyone wore masks and gloves and she pulled out all fresh supplies in front of me. Aftercare was fine, following her instruction the piercing healed quickly and was painless.

Had my 2nd visit to get my ears pierced in different locations. Place is clean and they take major precautions during Covid-19. Employees are all very friendly and welcoming. Its like visiting a friend who does tattoos, youll have a great time. The only thing Im not a fan of, is the pricing :(. Expensive, but they are TOTALLY WORTH IT! If I could rate higher, itd be a perfect score, everytime, because they care about you.

Casey White always does reliable work, Ive never been unsatisfied in the least by one of his tattoos. The entire staff is professional, while managing to provide a relaxed place to get work done.

Everyone here is awesome. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for over a year and just can’t go anywhere else. We get tattooed by Mike and he’s awesome. The place is super clean and comfortable and every one is very nice and attentive. I’d recommend the tattoo factory and mike to everyone

Tattoos are great, piercings not so much. my nostril piercing was very irritated, and i recently found out that this is because it was badly pierced at the tattoo factory. id recommend going to an app certified piercer instead. tldr, dont get pierced here. tattoos are good though :)

I had a tattoo done here awhile ago on my foot. I mistakenly let a young female do it. It was supposed to be delicate writing on my foot. Not only did she use a smeared template to follow, she made the writing so thick that you have never been able to see what it says. Every work is basically different font as well. I have been to at least ten different places to inquire about coverups and every tattoo artist cannot believe how awful it looks. Super disappointed that this establishment allowed inexperienced artists to apply permanent tattoos on people. This was a whileAgo, but as my frustration builds as I visit numerous artists for coverups, i felt the need to share and let everyone know to do their homework ahead of time!

Casey is absolutely amazing! Today was tattoo #4 from him, and as always, it was well worth it! Already scheduled my next tattoo with him!

Nostril piercing was put in at the wrong angle & I ended up having to get it removed from the irritation it caused. Manager was incredibly rude about it when I explained what happened. Dont go here for a piercing, find an APP-certified piercer instead.
