Just finished my 3rd session laser hair removal with Liliana and am SO HAPPY with the results. I see a lot less hair growth and what hair is growing is a much thinner softer texture. As for Liliana as your tech- she is the best! She is very gentle and always talks me through the process and encourages me! Highly recommend this location which is very clean and nicely maintained and Liliana as a master technician!

I held off on laser hair removal because I wanted to make sure the location was convenient for me and open availability for scheduling due to my work hours. I was promised both of these things and after signing the contract and paying a lump sum of money (because láser is not cheap) sadly this was not the case.The Wellington location never had any evening appointments even though website said they were open until 7pm, now that location is “temporarily closed “ I have emailed customer service twice with no response.I had to go the WPB location which is not convenient for me since I am out west.. the only positive experience I have had with Body Details is the wonderful technician Christina.Still waiting on a response re: when Wellington will reopen.

Christina is amazing! She has a very consultative style and really makes sure that you get the treatments you need. I feel like she had my best interest in mind the whole time. Strongly recommend this location for Christina!

She is kind, patient, and truly listens to her patients and to top it off, she’s EXTREMELY knowledgeable. The office is clean, modern, and everyone I encountered was friendly! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!I highly recommend NOT to use this company. I felt pressured and coerced to do my first treatment the same day of consultation. I had an adverse reaction my first visit. The left side of my face was swollen for days. It now has small bumps and the skin is peeling away. I contacted their office on a Tuesday after the initial treatment on the Friday. They are not open on Sundays and Mondays. I expressed my concerns about the reaction I had and explained I was scared of the reaction repeating and did NOT want to continue these treatments. I had ONE treatment and offered to pay for the one treatment. They were dismissive and IGNORED MY CONCERNS told me I had nothing to be scared of and its too late now because I already signed the contract so oh well. I asked to speak with someone in their corporate office. For over 2 weeks I waited to hear from someone in corporate office, no one called or responded to my emails. Each time I called the local office for an update, they had me resending my written complaint and pictures (AT LEAST 6 TIMES) to their support@bodydetailsemail where no one ever responded. In the meantime, they made sure they collected their $2800.00 from their finance company. I disputed the charges. These people do NOT care about your well being or concerns. They rush you through the paperwork to get you in for the first treatment. I asked several times for their corporate number. All I got was the run around and more lies that someone would get back to me. If a person has a bad reaction from their first treatment, why would anyone want to return again. My left jaw where I had the laser treatment is now showing serious irritation, burns and skin peeling from the laser treatment.BUYER BEWARE

Great results from Body Details Wellington. I started with Morgan and she was wonderful. Recently I had Yisel treat me and she was very personable as well. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. This is my forever place for laser removal.

Ive been getting laser hair removal with body details for the last two year so Ive met several staff members, but lately, Ive had Sheryl and she makes me feel comfortable and does such a great job zapping all the hairs within the area. I went in for my 3rd session today at the Wellington location and was serviced by Marina and she was great! I felt she was very diligent and throughout the appointment made sure I felt comfortable! I would highly recommend her to anyone.I did my first 2 sessions at the Palm Beach Gardens location with Donna both times and I was so disappointed each session. I paid for a Brazilian and Donna has always missed spots, and has never gotten my complete bikini line (which is most important). Finally she has never drawn the white lines on me to ensure she zaps the entire area. The appointments were night and day.***this is an honest review! And will be sharing with the Palm Beach location so that they’re aware.

This place is so wonderful. I’ve been struggling with pcos and hair growth on my face for years. I have only had one appointment and it looks more than half way cleared up. The Body Details located in Wellington/Royal Palm Beach, off of Southern Boulevard, is amazing!!! The facility is clean and Covid compliant… The staff is highly skilled, well trained, professional, polite, and their level of customer service is above board!!! My laser hair treatment today was done by Jazmin, who is a Super – fabulous practitioner, who’s technique yields the most wonderful results!!! I had the pleasure to meet Julia during my free consultation at Body Details in Wellington. I was interested in laser hair removal in the bikini area but was afraid 😱 to do the procedure because of my experience in the past. I bought a package of laser hair removal in my bikini area years ago. The laser technician in New York burnt me on my first treatment so I never went back for the rest of my treatments. Julia assured me that would never happen at Body Details. All the procedures are executed by PA’s and ARNP’s and are certified for all the lasers they use. She also said the technology has changed so much for the better and takes half the time to do the treatments! Julia was so assuring and made me feel so comfortable. Most importantly, she really cared about my goal—- To be Hair-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 by the summer! She also scheduled my first few treatments and gave me more information to read about skincare treatments. So glad this store has opened here in Wellington! Literally walking distance from my house. From the second I walked in the girls at the front desk were extremely sweet and welcoming and were sure to let me know of there grand opening specials. The center itself was gorgeous. The laser specialist was great and Julia the manger was one word... AMAZING!!! I can’t wait to keep coming back here and ready for summer!

I was able to obtain the first lacer session on the same day as the consultation which was convenient. Today I had laser hair removal of the bikini/Brazilian area and my underarms. It was the best decision ever, Marina was super sweet, professional and knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable. This company is a complete SCAM! Please do not waste your money on Body Details!The Wellington center director, Kathryn Le, is very manipulative and pushes you to sign a contract that you wont need. During my consultation, I was given no time at all to look over a contract presented as the only way to pay for for the treatment, she talked the whole time and never mentioned the option to pay per treatment session.I told her that my job requires me to travel and I may not be able to complete the 16 sessions recommended for a total of $5900, but she insisted that I sign on a Saturday afternoon, with the salon being closed for the next three days, so no way for me to cancel the contract within 24 hours.On Tuesday morning I asked the director to cancel the contract but she said that I have to pay $1,477 for a single treatment done after the consultation . The price for full leg laser hair removal treatment is $150-$350 with no contract.I requested to speak with customer service about that ridiculous amount and she refused to give their contact info and said she’d get back to me.She neither called back nor emailed me!A few days later I called again to check the status of my request and was transferred to Fitore Lleshi, the Regional Center Director. She also was very evasive and gave me a number she claimed was their customer service, which ended up being the free consultation number.I finally got a customer service email and I only received two responses back from Tara Sokol, that she would get back to me within a week and that my case is very important.Never got any response!In this time I contacted Kathryn and she said again that she was going to get back to me with a response from their accounting. Never happened!Its been over three months and still nothing from them.Body Details is keeping the money they had me borrow from Ally Lending Bank and refuses any answer or refund! They even went as far as canceling a future session we booked the very first day so they clearly don’t see me as a client anymore.Now I am harassed by Ally Lending Bank - whom I tried to contact and stop payment / cancel the contract within the first 24 hours after signing. Now they email me every few days to ask for payment although Body Details wont respond to my messages or return my phone calls.Dont waste your money and time on this company. They are some of the worse people Ive ever met. Customer service doesn’t exist with this company, management seems shady af and I’ve never seen a company to care less about their clients.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I walked in had one of the most professional experiences you can hope for. From the intake form with Jasmine and selecting from their many packages to the actual treatment, everything it taken with care and your ultimate wants in mind. Not pushy at all like you would find at other places. Marina performed the laser hair removal and if you are like me and worried about pain or anything, she and her technique just erased all of that. I dont know if it was the type of equipment she has or just her calming affect but if you are in the market for any laser hair removal, you would be a fool to go elsewhere.

I failed to confirm my first appointment, but showed up anyway. After a quick slap on the wrist, they took me right back. The P.A. was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The procedure (tattoo removal) was very fast. There was some discomfort. For comparison purposes, the pain was a small fraction of receiving said tattoo. With that said, of you sat through the tattoo, sitting through this is a very quick, leisurely walk in the park. So anyone hesitant to receive this procedure can remove pain and time off your list of excuses!Well done Body Details. See you at my next appointment.

I just had my second session of tattoo removal at Body Details the Wellington location, let me start by saying I was super hesitant of the process but Fleura (the P.A. that preforms the service ) put my mind and body at ease. She is super skilled and knowledgeable and walks you through the entire experience step by step but somehow while informing you of her every move she also breaks the focus off of the procedure and on to a more pleasant conversation. She has an incredible memory too, she remembered my daughter starting college so far away and she focused on that conversation to create a better experience for me by allowing me to talk about my favorite subject ....my daughter lol. I can also tell my tattoos are starting to fade and I’m excited to see the end result. The girls at the desk are very sweet and super attentive as well. Thank you Body Details Wellington!!! This place is a scam, they only care about themselves and their own profit. I had gone in for a consultation and within the hour I told them I had changed my mind and didn’t want to do the procedure, also told them to reverse everything and cancel all arrangements. But, they went ahead and applied me for a loan and payed themselves without providing any service. If I had not become aware of this, it could’ve ruined my credit score- my life.When i confronted the business I overheard the manager talking to their headquarters, and I quote “remember the list of people who payed but didn’t receive any treatment, one of them is here now”. THERE’S A LIST OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO.Please save your time and money and go somewhere else that actually provides a reasonable price for their legitimate service.

From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like royalty and I cannot say enough of the way the accommodated me. This company is a SCAM!!! Stay awayyyy from them!!!They are stealing peoples money!!!! I had a zoom consultation saturday evening at 6:30pm April 23rd, 2022 with Fitore Llehi (Seems to be the regional Director) for hair laser removal . She had me make a down payment of $500us and she said she will send me documents and will schedule me for my first session.But I never heard from her. I called multiple times but no one sees me in the system.I, then request my money back by mail. I did not have an answer. But, May 1st they took $209us from my account.I e-mailed them again to ask why they keep taking money from my account beacuse I requested my money back for service not rendered. Fitore Lleshi answered May 3rd saying the refund is already been processed. But, still no money in my account.May 5th, I sent them another e-mail asking where is my money, Fitore Lleshi replied they dont do refund on tuesday and Monday 9th I will get my money. It was a big lie beacuse they are closes on mondays.I sent them another e-mail agian today but no answer. They will go to jail for that money!

Very poor business. You actually dont meet with the tech or PA to discuss treatment on the first consultation. It is this front desk clerk who does not know nothing . Answer questions without any credibity. Then when you have the appt, they make you pay upfront. There is no pre pre laser recommendation s.i used retin A and then could not have procedures done. No money back.
