Pretty good service aside from the(apparent) long wait due to the sale for Friday the 13th. Very nice people but I didn’t like the fact that they don’t take debit cards, I love using my cash app card. When I got the piercing(nostril) it was painless but it’s still difficult to sneeze so I’m a bit more cautious. The communication was good, when I let them know what was going on with the piercing they let me know what to do and that I could come in to have it adjusted. Reaching out to them on Instagram direct messages was easy and they responded fast.

Michael Aquilino (Mike) is an amazing artist and does beautiful work every time. He’s very creative and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend him, especially for any traditional work.

I got my conch done with Bri and Autumn, both wicked cool. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend them!

Super cool people ! But me and my friend went in for a peircing and they switched our peircings and peirced me with my friends peircing , I called back to see what they could do for us because my friend didn’t want the bigger peircing and offered us nothing , not our money back or a free peircing , like how do you switch up peircings and then say “we can’t do anything until you can switch it “ A refund or whatever would of been nice .

I went with 2 of my co workers for a walk in, we didnt schedule an appt. 1 of them got a septum and nose piercing, and me and my other co worker got tattoos. Our tattoo artist was dairy and she was absolutely amazing. Super chill, super sweet, and overall amazing experience. We all had a good time. I’ll definitely be comin back to dairy for my next tattoo. And what tattoo shop has a pool hall!! It was awesome. Good vibes 100%.

Went with a friend to get vertical labrets on a Tuesday afternoon. Had a fantastic experience with Brie, and love our new piercings! Well definitely be back in the future.

You wont get a better hourly deal to play pool than here. The owner is great guy. So happy and friendly. Cant go wrong here. 35$ played pool for an hour, drank a few beers and received an ear ring. Good luck!

Savannah is great she does great piercing she’s did my both my rook and conch a year apart from each other no complications and all questions are answered she’s tried to get you in and out as quick as possible . Customer service is great throughout the entire establishment. Sal is also very good and knowledgeable about tattoos.

Kevin was absolutely great. Did my piercings quickly but also comfortably and informed me of everything I needed and more! Definitely coming back in the future and recommending to others.

I got a nose piercing 3 years ago so it’s supposed to be healed it never healed they use the wrong jewelry , wrong size etc.. so one day I went to change it they put a helix hoop instead of a hoop for nose ring and now it kept coming out it got stuck in the middle cause the top closed.

I may have gotten my first nose piercing at the most inconvenient of times. My piercing had fallen out which prompted a quick trip to the shop. I was sadly greeted at the door by a note stating they were forced to close due to an order mandated by the county. It is now past time for my follow up appointment. Ive reached out to the owner as well as a staff member to no avail. I went to a different place of business who took a look at my piercing. They told me the angle of the piercing was wrong, as well as the piercing they used; cheap surgical steel were his very words. Greatest advice he gave me was to take it out, let it heal properly and get it re-pierced.

Savannah was soooo knowledgeable and did an amazing job with a piercing for me on Friday night and the shop was super clean. Unfortunately the kid behind the counter was a total stoner who was full of misinformation and even volunteered information that was so wrong. I’m not going to cut the shop down in stars because of him though as I know he won’t last. I verified the piercing was correct once I got back with Savannah and it was not even the right color. She called the kid from the desk in and said why didn’t you put the color in and he said he did and got real smart with her refusing to take the constructive criticism. I verified what was about to be done as I was told at the desk, and it was wrong too as was the placing. Thank God I checked! Anyway, she was fantastic and even though the kid at the desk was a complete airhead, as long as you ask questions to the actual piercer, it’s a super solid job well done! I’m very happy with the end result!

Hi I went here to have my tongue and nipples done everything was great about the service I received The customer service was absolutely wonderful they answered all of my questions everything was very clean the process was very quick I was in and out in no time Kevin was my Piercer and He was very professional walked me through everything and was quick and there was minimal pain after everything there was a slight issue with my tongue ring but to be honest it may have slightly been might fault if were being honest but even then I called I let them know what was going on they had me come back checked it out removed the piercing and offered to fix it this level of professionalism is rare so it means a lot to me and I most definitely will continue recommend them

I am a disabled Veteran injured in combat and lost my good friend who originally gave me the tattoo and I wanted to revive the colors because be died our lady tour. on April 15,2022. Gavin, was the artist who was to help restore a tattoo my buddy had did in honoring him by renewing the colors because he passed in combat. However, Gavin ask me to come back on 4.29.22 to do touch ups to the colors because the new red color was not fully showing through and he was getting tired. So I said sure man, ill come back 4.29 which was 2 weeks after it was healed. The week of the 29th came I called Gavin and texted him 2 time and no reply.....dude totally ghosted me. He is giving Ink Link Tattoos & Piercings a bad name. I will be sure to not recommend Gavin or Ink link Tattoos to anyone. This is what Gavin left my tattoo (half sleeve). You can tell new color vs old. The discolor in the old black is faded vs the new Ink, also his blue ink was not constant in lines as you can tell and he said he would blend it better once i came back. Gavin was to restore the coloring and never finished.

Great place to play pool and also get a tattoo . Great prices . Brie is an awesome bartender and Kevin is a great tattoo artist . A really good clean spot to go to have some fun .

I’ve been looking for somewhere to get my ears pierced again after not wearing jewelry for many years, which with old holes on my lobes I had some concerns about whether they could be pierced again but in a position that I felt matched each other more.Bri assured me on the phone they would be able to assist me and from the phone call alone I could tell how welcoming the atmosphere would be! From the moment I walked in all my worries disappeared, Bri helped me check in and was so kind!! Kevin my piercer was great, he listened to my concerns from my prior piercings. He gave me the option to look where he would be piercing my ears and move as needed no matter how many times he would have to adjust it for me. Kevin did an excellent job, seemed very patient, and made sure I was happy with everything!I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time but was nervous finding somewhere I would feel welcomed and comfortable due to some anxiousness I have with new places and stepping out of my comfort zone, but from the phone call to the moment I was leaving the building Bri and Kevin truly provided an experience I will forever be grateful for! Thank you both so much!

My friend and I went here very recently and I am extremely happy. This is easily the best and most inexpensive experience I have ever had getting piercings. They are honest with you about your anatomy for certain piercings and really do have your best interests in mind. I got light headed (I hadn’t eaten much) and they really took care of me and made sure I was okay. Quick, communicative, compassionate, and cheap. 10/10 I NEVER leave reviews but honestly if you are looking for a good and honest parlor, this is the place.

I got my nose pierced by Bret he was kind, quick and informative. Great price for piercing. I also got a tattoo cover up same day very quickly with no appt by Josh. He had wonderful pricing, was also informative and conversation flowed. I highly suggest him as a tatt artist. Really great experience. Will go to both for future piercing and tattoo.

When I had came in the receptionist and Gavin who was my tattoo artist for this beautiful sternum fleur de lis piece were both welcoming and the process of making an appointment and getting the ideas for the tattoo went great . As for the tattoo Gavin made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was comfortable enough before , during and after the tattoo , I love the results and his art, he made this experience a really good one! will definitely be coming back soon !

Service: Snake BitesI would like to say that I enjoyed the experience there as everyone was very kind and patient. The piercing process was careful and sterile!However my qualm is with the lack of accommodation for different lip* (*in my case) thicknesses and/or swelling. I have larger lips than average, so i will of course have larger swelling than most. I experienced near complete embedding 2 days after my piercing and wanted to have my piercing switched with a longer bar but they pierced with their longest. So, I did have to go with a different piercer to switch the jewelry.I suggest that they aqquire a larger variety of lengths and to make a switch from stainless steel to titanium for quality and sanitary upgrades.Other than that, they provide great piercing procedures and aftercare info!

Gavin was very professional and made sure my sister and I were very comfortable about the tattoo process.Kevins vibe was wonderful while doing my Helix piercings the next day. This business also takes extra precaution with their Covid-19 guidelines and PPE usage.

Loved, loved, loved the experience that I had at this place. Both Brent and Savannah, made the experience so welcoming and so much easier. They answered any questions I had and gave me some advisement on what piercings I want. My friends and I loved the experience. One of us even went back the next day. Absolutely amazing!!!!

I left a previous review and the owner lied and said I grabbed my ID and when I ask to see footage, coincidentally it’s automatically deleted after 72 hours. (Which is a lie). I called 5 days in a row and they said each time they’re still looking for it so if that was the case they would’ve said they seen me pick it up on camera. They are LIARS. They misplaced is, staff is terrible, owner is even worse. I’d like to be compensated for me having to pay to replace my ID. Owner is a liar once again, I NEVER picked up my ID and I left a number to call in case of any updates and I never got a single call. I asked to see camera footage day of and girl who misplaced my ID said there’s no cameras facing the desk so owner is lying once again. I spent more money replacing my ID than I spent getting the actual service there.. Ridiculous and unprofessional!

My sister and I were walk ins and had Yoanny do a family tattoo. He was awesome! Absolutely beautiful job we love them!!!! The entire staff went above and beyond to help make the experience a great one!

Got my second tattoo done here alongside my boyfriend whom got his first tattoo done here and I can honestly say that our artist Sal, was amazing. He made conversation the whole time and helped me calm my nerves because I always get nervous when it comes to a tattoo or piercing. He showed us his art and made the whole experience amazing! I cant wait to go back for another tattoo with him!

I was greeted by front desk who was very nice and helped me decide on what type of piercing jewelry was available for my heliux piercing on each ear. Prices were good and Kevin (I think that was his name) was awesome and explained the aftercare and did a great job. I thought they were going to hurt but it was quick and just a small pinch like he said. It was my first time there and I was completely satisfied with the treatment and also the service provided. Will be coming back for another piercing and also a tattoo on both arms but will have to wait until after my surgery.

My sister decided to get a nostril piercing for her 40th birthday so her daughter and I all went and received a piercing. Savannah was very nice, friendly, professional, informative, and quick with the process. I have been here 4 times to get a piercing and 2 times to get a tattoo, every time has been very pleasant. Wish I could leave a negative 5 review.I have been here multiple times and always had a good experience with jen and yoanny. Yoanny who is an amazing tattoo artist and Jen who is a welcoming receptionist.I went in recently with a picture of what I wanted and sadly had a terrible experience. I am not sure who was at the front desk, but I have never been treated so poorly. The attitude of the girl with the orange hair was absolutely wild. I would never speak to anyone how she spoke to my friend and I.If you don’t want to work customer service.. you probably shouldn’t. Smile and speak kindly to someone who is speaking kindly to you.Then the tattoo started and I could’ve cried right then and there. Guess it’s half my fault for not speaking up for myself with something that is permanently on my body but once I realized how poorly it was, it was too late.It’s been less then 24 hours and I’m already contacting REAL tattoo artists to fix what has been done. When someone says they have 14 years of tattoo experience I would like to think they would know how to draw a simple butterfly. I will never ever be here again upon all of this disappointment. Please do better in your establishment.

The wife and I stopped by Saturday to check on cost of some piercings. Met with the woman working the front who was very helpful. She answered all our questions and I ended up getting a septum piercing and my wife got her nose pierced. Kevin the guy who did the piercings was very good. Both were friendly and knowledgeable...no complaints.

Awesome little place to hang out, play pool get drinks or food and get tattooed.. Plus they have great car shows.

I’ve wanted to get my other holes repierced ever since they closed out. I had such an amazing experience here with my wife. She got her cartilage pierced. Amazing staff and super easy going. Could barely feel anything and after two days, they feel great. No redness or burning, overall great. Can’t wait to come back and get the other side done!

I have been coming to Ink Link’s for years and every time I’ve gone it’s been nothing short of an amazing experience. Got my nostril done twice, along with my septum by Melanie about two years ago- all three trips were fantastic. Got my second lobe piercings and a helix done by Savannah back in January, and I have been coming back for her specifically ever since! Since then, she has pierced my navel as well as my industrial, which was done today. Savannah is extremely kind and always informs in detail the piercing process as well as the aftercare. Piercings can be kind of nerve wracking, but she never fails to make the process quick and easy. Seriously, I’ll never go anywhere else for my piercings. The area is always clean, organized, and sanitized. The employees at the front desk are very kind and are always willing to inform you on whatever kind of piercing you’re looking into. An apprentice (couldn’t catch his name) who pierced my boyfriend’s sister’s nostril today was also very nice and did an amazing job! The prices are always fair, too. Overall, just a great place to go for piercings. Will DEFINITELY be coming back soon!

One of staff misplaced my ID because she was too busy chitchatting with her friends. Told me she could do nothing about replacing it considering SHE is the one that lost it and had an attitude when I was upset because she was careless. I’d expect for you to hand something back when you’re done with it not leave it laying around, especially something as important as an ID. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I got my nose pierced today and I love it!! The worker there was super sweet. I was super nervous and she made feel comfortable. My mom was concerned about sterilization so she sterilized her tools in front of my mom for reassurance. The piercing took like 2 seconds and did not hurt that bad. I 100% recommend this place! If I ever get a piercing again it will be with them. Thank you for making the process quick and easy for me.

Got my nose pierced by Savanah and she was awesome sauce. I was in and out. I had more swelling than expected causing my jewelry to sink in and I called up, she told me to come in, and she readjusted my jewelry. I will definitely go to her for my next set of piercings.

They are very nice and welcoming. The front desk receptionist and the piercer greeted me and were nice. I wish I could remember their names.Super affordable prices and very sanitary. They are also very honest and caring. If they feel like there will be an issue with your body accepting a certain piercing they will definitely let you know and even advise you to not get it beforehand so you can decide for yourself. That was from my experience. A week & almost two days after getting my belly pierced everything is perfectly fine.I hope this review helped incase someone was having a hard time finding a good tattoo/piercing shop. This was my first time coming. I would definitely come back in the future to get more piercings or tattoos.I recommend.

My piercer was Savannah and she was phenomenal! Was super comforting and kind to me all the way through and great at her job! Before I even walked in, the atmosphere was calming and open with one of the guys there playing a tune on his harmonica (he was great) which was super to me because I was alone and another guy at the front desk (I didn’t get his name) but he was professional and super comforting also! If I could rate it any higher I would but will definitely be coming here for any more piercing or even tattoos!

Savannah did 2 piercings today. She did an amazing job, was very professional and polite! Explained everything step by step, from piercing to aftercare. Best piercer I have had by far!! She was super friendly and helped me not be so anxious before getting pierced. A great experience!!

Overall experience getting my septum pierced was good. nice people, professional and was a quick in and out. although i got home and noticed the piercing is a bit low on one side and crooked and i called to ask for info/ what to do and didn’t get much out of the person on the phone. anyone with septum experience have any advice? i want to make sure it was done right.edit: i was contacted by Kevin after posting this (who was super nice) and asked me to come in so he can take a look at my piercing. super nice and gave me good advice on what to do. thanks to the owner and people who work there for making me feel welcomed and cared for.

Got my septum pierced a few months ago. Piercer did an ok job (originally very crooked but it healed straight after a few weeks) but the customer service was pretty bad. Called twice afterwards, months apart, with follow up healing/piercing questions and each time met with attitude from the woman/women who answered the phone. They seemed irritated, snappy, and clearlyinconvenienced to answer the phone. Over all unwelcoming and unprofessional customer service. Found a different shop with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff to help me who I will be going to in the future. I wouldnt recommend this place just because of the unwelcoming and off-putting reception. Vibes have changed since a few years ago. 😕

I am so happy with my experience at this shop, and especially with the artist that did my tattoo, Adrian Milan. I have wanted a Jack Skellington tattoo for quite some time and he did an outstanding job, taking his time with every detail from the beginning. I was unsure of where exactly I wanted the placement, and he was patient and made sure I loved the size and location before going forward. It looks even better than the reference photo, and I feel like he captured the essence of his character so perfectly. I am so in love with this tattoo! The shop itself was welcoming and clean, masks were required which was great. I will for sure be going back to this shop and this artist for my next tattoo, I highly recommend his work.

It was my first time at ink link. Super friendly and helpful when I walked through the door. Very easy process to setup and sign all the documents. Very clean inside as well. And Sal was awesome! We took my inspo pics and he drew up an amazing tattoo that I’m in love with. Great conversation and personality too, keeps you entertained for sure. The line work is super clean and he takes the time to get it exactly right. Will definitely be returning to Sal again. 10/10 would recommend

Great place to get a tattoo, the staff are extremely friendly and funny. Sal did an fantastic job on my brother and Is tattoos. It was about 3 weeks ago, healed perfectly and looks amazing! We went back a week after our tattoos so my mom and aunt could get their first tattoo! Such a great place and will totally visit again next time Im in Florida.

Super friendly people. Very knowledgeable. I went there for a nose piercing and the prices were right. Guy was great. Cant remember his name young guy. Nice guy. I think the owner was the one who talked to me for a while out front while I was filling out my information. Good guy real nice. Looks like a fun place to go at night too.

I love the atmosphere of the shop. Its big and open and most importantly, clean! The staff is very helpful, as well as friendly and personable. Have not had a bad experience yet and Ive been tattooed and pierced here. Piercer could probably be a little more personable but he does great work. My artist Shea is great at what he does and so are the others! Full of talented people for sure. Also I heard they recently started doing permanent makeup 👌 The pool hall/bar combo is great too if you want to kick it and relax before or after a session! (Go see Shea!)

What a Great place to have work done. Totally knowledgeable staff. I realized I was going there to have a relatively small job, compared to most of the great work done on Tattoos. All I needed was to reopen some piercings that closed. None the less, I was treated like a best paying customer, even though it was my first visit to This establishment.Everyone is really nice, polite, and attentive, to whatever you need. They made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, while my work was being done. Kevin is extremely talented, compassionate and knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe how painless and efficiency he treated me. I was in and out of the room, so quickly, after a job well done. What a great staff. They even waved goodbye to me, as I was leaving the parking lot! As far as I’m concerned, they go the extra mile, to put your mind and body at ease. If they can make a 66 year old woman feel this comfortable, I’d refer anyone, from 18 to 80, to have your work done by Ink Link.A special thank you to Kevin. He’s a Sweetheart! I got my ears and belly button done at this place and they are the most patient, down to earth, understanding people in any buisness. I told my piercer i was feeling lightheaded and he gave me a coke and let me lay diwn for a bit, he adjusted my pierce marks when i asked him to, and told jokes when i kept telling himTo wait over and over again😂. Would definitely recommend

Gavin was absolutely amazing! I’ve never laughed so hard during a tattoo session. He was extremely chill, and has a feather hand when it comes to tattooing. Makes it super painless and the vibe is amazing. By how beautiful the artwork comes outs it shows he truly loves his job and loves the art he puts on customers!

I had a great experience here getting my belly button pierced everything was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The whole process was really quick and easy and the piercing is healing well with their aftercare instructions.

Great experience..my son and I were a walk-in on a Sunday night. Our artist was Sal. He listened to what we wanted and gave his own spin to see what we thought and we loved it. Line work is great also. Very important to me. He was very efficient...done in less time than he anticipated without sacrificing quality. Pretty damn funny too. Definitely would recommend this shop and the tattoo artist Sal.

(See photo) Had my Monroe done on a whim, walk-in , no appointment. Everyone was extremely cordial & professional. Reception was very accomodating, even with multiple tattoo customers waiting and pool hall customers to juggle, she never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience or that I was waiting to be served. Adrian even took a moment to discuss a tattoo Im planning. There was an observer and a very friendly intern present during the piercing and all three gentlemen were personable and professional, chatting me through the process (unlike other places I have gone for piercings and tattoos!) In all, *every* staff member made me feel personally tended to as a priority. A really Awesome experience. Good job, everyone!

So, I went to this shop wanting to get a Prince Albert done. Naturally, I had a high degree of anxiety. At first I kinda paced around, went back and forth, then finally decided to take the plunge. Something about the lady who works the front desk, she’s super cool and just kinda made me feel at ease in a way. All of the staff is really cool and personable, which made the experience that much better. There was a little trouble with the piercing, but it wasn’t too big a deal for me. The piercer was very good and seemed to have the situation under control. I’m super super happy with the results, and if I need anything else done, this will be the place I’ll go. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to thank the curly haired blonde girl that was working the counter On Tuesday 4/5/22 at 6ish for your abrasiveness when we called initially simply to ask if you had someone there to do piercings. I brushed it off and said perhaps you were busy. Drove there and received the same not only myself but my son as well when simply getting info. Without your negative attitude, we wouldnt have gone somewhere else and met with an amazing piercer who was not only patient but very customer service oriented and friendly. I have personally worked in the service field almost all my life so I simply can not understand this kind of behavior.

Awesome place! I was a bit sceptical to bring my children here at first (it is a tattoo place) but the thought of bringing my girls to the mall was horrifying. I wanted to have their ears pierced by someone with experience... And they have experience!! We were on and out fairly quickly. It was a Sunday.. Just the whole experience was comforting and I would encourage all you parents wanting to get your childrens ears pierced to go to this place. Were experienced, fairly priced, friendly and very sanitary and professional... He explained the whole after procedure care, and I did not feel rushed. He even put on music for us! I went in to get my nose pierced by Kevin.He’s was friendly & quick.I’ve gotten my nose pierced before but my experience here was much much better than with any other piercer. Went here to get a septum piercing and man the energy in the studio was so relaxed and fun. No pressure or nerves because I was laughing at the jokes everyone was making. Savannah, my piercer, was super nice and we were talking the whole way through. I will definitely return for my next piercing!

They were amazing, I was nervous out of my mind but the environment was extremally calming.Especially Kevin who was my piercer, he was calm so I knew I could trust him. this place is pretty nice .

I work down the street and needed help with putting a retainer in so I stopped by. The piercer was nice and able to help me with an awkward piercing. BUT the best part of my experience was meeting the cat who seems to live outside the shop. The absolute sweetest. 10/10 would pet again.

I went there without an appointment as a walk-in. The place does get busy, they seem to do great work there, so I was waiting for a while. Once it was my turn I was introduced to the piercer. She was really nice, professional and confident in her area of expertise. She explained the healing process and what to expect thoroughly. She was amazing, did the piercing smoothly and without issue. It was quick and fantastic.

I went to Ink Link to get my tongue pierced on 04/29/2019 and I had a very pleasant experience. I forgot the girl at the front desk name but she was so sweet and walked me and my cousin through the whole procedure. She answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. Moving along, we ended up getting pierced by Melanie. This girl deserves a medal. Lol I was so nervous to get my tongue pierced but she made me feel so comfortable. It didn’t hurt not one bit. She made us laugh and made sure we weren’t having any discomfort. I will definitely be returning! I would advise anyone to give Ink Link a try. I really loved it there! Others tattoo shops I visited were so mean and rude but definitely not at this place!

Adrian has done multiple pieces on me and all I can say is that he is an amazing tattoo artist. Very detailed and clean. Super friendly, professional and plays the best music. My mother and I went to go get our noses pierced while I was visiting Florida and they’re so amazing there!! Because I’m underage they notarized right there for a small fee. Everyone there was so sweet! The piercer was so sweet and so comforting especially because this was my first facial piercing!!

My sister came into town 2 weeks ago and we wanted to get matching tattoos. She is a veteran and a CA Survivor so I wanted to honor her. After doing a bit of research I saw that Ink Link was pretty established in the area. Well, when we went inside no one greeted us despite there being three employees behind the counter. We actually stood inside for just under 10 minutes looking at all the wall displays and still not an ounce of acknowledgment. It was really quite disgusting. I cant remember the last time I experienced such poor/non customer service. 👎🏽 My sister thought it was weird. She joked in the parking lot that we must be invisible today 👻🤷🏽‍♀️ SMH

Me and a friend went in about a month ago originally for her to get a few small tattoos after another shop refused to do the work because they closed in an hour. We went in it was pretty late but they guy at the counter was nice and friendly. We both decided to get a tattoo and it was an over all great experience. Both our artist were easy going and made us feel comfortable. They did an amazing job on all the art work and we love the tattoos we got.

Very welcoming shop environment with friendly employees. We went in for piercings with Jay and I cant speak highly enough about him. He was friendly, comforting and knowledgeable. Plus his credentials are off the chart. I will be back to him for all future piercings and will recommend anyone I know looking to do the same!

This place is THE BEST! i went to ink link tonight for my first tattoo, and i couldn’t be happier with my experience. my artist was adrian milan, i provided him a photo and a sample of my grandmother’s handwriting and he turned the inspiration photos into something beautiful. i was nervous but adrian made me feel comfortable immediately. his station was clean and organized, and when he says he has a light hand, HE MEANS IT. my tattoo was pretty much painless, and he took his time on my piece to ensure that it was absolutely perfect. he is so easy to talk to and also funny! i highly recommend adrian if you’re looking to get a tattoo done here, i won’t be seeing anyone else.

I am a 15 year old who called ink link tattoos questioning a septum piercing. they said they would be able to pierce me if i brought my ID and a parents ID as well as a birth certificate. they also said they had a notary for a small fee. upon arriving at opening time, 12am, their piercer was not in shop. my mom and i waited an hour and 30 minutes for the piercer to finally show up at 1:30ish. walking in, a women was sick at the counter explaining how her tattoo was swollen and not done correctly. we were finally helped and were told that they couldn’t pierce me because the notary “changed” the previous day (the day i called them). i should have listened to the bad reviews made. it seems like a good shop but they need to organize themselves.

I’ve had 3 tattoos done by Josh over the past 2 years and they are all amazing! Josh is so cool and insanely talented. 1 tattoo is fresh but the 2 that are healed are beautiful and I love them. i’ve also had piercings done by Chrissie which healed perfectly! She was so calm and cool throughout the experience.

Everyone there is super cool and make you feel very comfortable, and the environment is very clean and welcoming. I went to Ink Link to get my nose pierced for the second time after going to another shop for the first, and both my experience and the piercing turned out significantly better. I got three piercings and one tattoo done and I have no complaints. Kevin was really funny and I had a good conversation with him while I was getting the piercings done. Also Josh did an amazing job on my tattoo and I did also have a good conversation with him as well while we were picking a style for the tattoo and while he was doing the tattoo. This was my first tattoo so talking with someone instead of just sitting there on my phone actually helped me not even pay attention to any pain that I felt. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I get another tattoo or when I get my tragus done.

My wife and I came in for a date night tattoo. It was a bit of an impulse in getting them as I have major needle anxiety. Sal was AMAZING he made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Willing to stop and go as much as I needed to checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I adore the tattoo he gave me and definitely will be back for another from Sal.

I needed to get a tribute tattoo of a deceased family member and came into Ink Link having never been there before or knowing any of the artists. I first noticed that the studio was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I met with artist Sal and was impressed with the time he took to understand with what I was wanting done. He then included me with the sketch as he was doing it and he ensured that he incorporated everything that I wanted and made changes without hesitation without allowing his ego to get in the way. I have several other tattoos and Sals line work is by far the best I have!!!. I could not be any more pleased with my tattoo. I will definitely be back to Ink Link and for Sal to do more amazing tattoos!!

I have multiple tattoos and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. I made an appointment and got an estimate for the tattoo I wanted. The gentleman, Josh, drew it for me and then handed it off to Sal to tattoo. Sal asked where I wanted the tattoo placed and immediately had an issue with the place I chose. I have a tattoo in the same exact spot on the opposite side of my body. He was rude about the placement and told me I would have to completely undress from the waist up to place it. I said no and had it placed lower. He was very impatient with me and told me to hurry up. He told me to not move my head because I would then move my whole body. I have multiple tattoos and know the drill. He was very rough and gruff while tattooing me. He finished and made sure I liked it. His line work is very good. Sal is not personable and has no bedside manor. I would not recommend him as an artist.

This is definitely the place to get pierced!! they were very informed, great pricing & options for everyone. i went with a friend who was having some anxiety about getting her nose pierced, as I was about getting my nipples done, but the piercer made the experience very quick & comfortable! I will definitely return for any future piercings!

The staff was crazy friendly and offered great advice/tips on piercings and aftercare. 11/10 would recommend this super cool spot to others , and if going for a piercing I would definitely pick up an aftercare bag, I loved all of the items in it. They make getting and keeping a piercing easy for their customers and seem to enjoy doing what they do.

This was my first tattoo and I was really nervous. I hate needles!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The shop is first class, Gene (the owner) runs a great place. Adrian, my artist, was friggin unbelievable. I couldn’t believe how perfect my Sooner tat came out. I’m a big sports fan and he totally nailed it. So happy with him I booked my second sports tattoo 2 weeks later.

I went in last weekend to get my first tattoo, and after having a HORRIBLE experience with another parlor that refused to even help us, to say the least my mom and I were nervous. Ink Link is kept amazingly clean and it’s attached to a bar but you would think it’s a hospital with how clean everything was! Right away I was comfortable. My tattoo artist, Gavin, went above and beyond to put me and my mom at ease talking me through the entire process from the design and helping me bring the image in my head to life all the way through the tattoo and the healing process! My tattoo turned out better than I could have ever imagined. It’s beautiful and very detailed the colors pop against the amazing shading Gavin did! I AM IN LOVE!! I have recommended Ink Link to everyone who has seen my tattoo, they have all been amazed. Someone even told me I have the best work they’ve ever seen. While I was there I saw a couple of the other artists work as well and they have some AMAZINGLY talented artists all across the board. I am already planning on going back once my first tattoo heals and get a matching tattoo with my mom.

My best friend and I walked in and asked about tattoos we wanted to get a few days later. The personalities of everyone stood out right away. We felt very comfortable with all the artists and staff we spoke with. We chatted with Shea about an idea I had and he had me send him ideas. He actually texted me ideas he had and then drew it up. He sent a sketch to me, we went back and forth a little and then we were ready to go. My friend and I went in a few days later and it was the same. Everyone was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend Shea and Ink Link! The artwork is amazing and so are the people. Definitely going back.

I had a spur of the moment and my girlfriend and I decided to get tattoos done. Our tattoo Artist was Sal and he was amazing. I loved the welcoming feeling that the staff gave us when we came in. I came in March 16 on Saturday I was brushed off by the young lady at the front. I came for another piercing. I guess she wasn’t having a great day. I also ask her some questions about the piercing I wanted and she just wasn’t polite to me at all. So my review is for that day. I’m a person who like good customer services and she really turned me off. My first piercing from you all was great but that lady just wasn’t polite at all.

Sal was AMAZING! I was a walk-in and he let me express my vision and did such an amazing job. All the workers are so friendly and it’s a really cool place. Will definitely go again! Ask for Sal!! Walked in for a nose piercing. I was greeted very nicely by the lovely gentleman at reception. I signed in and was taken by Mel (I believe this was her name) shortly after. Even though I walked in, there was no wait whatsoever. She talked me through the process, and my piercing was done in less than a minute. It was very painless, all I felt was a small poke. The piercing girl was amazing and clearly knew what she was doing. My piercing looks as if Ive had it forever. No redness, nothing. I will definitely recommend this spot to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!

They made me feel very very comfortable, and gave me details of whats gonna happen before, I really like that, and they gave me exact details for my aftercare for my nose ring I got. They were very nice & professional & very very very clean , which is a very important detail for me for sure !!!!! Im going back in a few weeks to buy a ring for my nose and Im getting the stud out, and I will definitely be going back here to do it !!!! After waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment, I then had to get my piercing in a room full of people. Was given very little instruction for after care. And that was it. So after an hour... I get to go in a room where the piercers friends are hanging out and am finished very quickly. So why the hour and a half wait with 3-4 people ahead of me?I don’t post negative comments often, I was just very excited and very let down.EDIT 10/20/2020I have messaged the owner to resolve this issue however he has either refused or neglected to message me back. If you were smart, I would stay away. They care more about making money to do nothing than actually working a job. Now they get one star for the owner trying to act smart and smug.

This is place was amazing. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted immediately. It was nice and clean. I got my tragus pierced in January by Mel and my rook 2 weeks ago by Mel as well and both times have been a walk in. I was told to wait for a few minutes. The wait time was very fast. Got my piercings done very quick and painless. My piercer was really nice and friendly on those occasions. I also needed to change out my tragus earring on a separate occasion, which she gladly assisted me with. Definitely looking forward to getting a couple more piercings done here. Highly recommended!

If I had known about them sooner, I would’ve went to them for my nose piercing instead.. everyone there was super chill and the woman who helped me set up was really sweet. I got my second lobe and cartilage and the experience was really enjoyable. The man who pierced my ears was really quick (which I liked) and afterwards this other guy really informed me on how to properly clean keep my pericings well kept. Will be going back for sure.

On August 7, 2022, my friend and I walked in for a piercing. Workers were very rude and hostile. They showed no understanding for pain tolerance and had EXTREMELY condescending attitudes. There is also nothing listed on the website about needing credit. Getting cash was fine however, when I asked the rude ladies (one with the dreads and the other with curly hair) about this information on the website they were nonchalant and had very passive attitudes regarding most of my questions.

I was just here about a week ago and I got my nose pierced, while I have been here several times before they were all good experiences. I have been browsing the reviews on ink link for no reason but my review is mainly for Gene. I have never met you but I have been reading all of replies to unsatisfied costumers and you are doing a great job with your responses. I have never had a bad experience and reading your very sincere concerns for your customers I will gladly return.

This was my first tattoo and i had Adrian do it. He kept it very professional and very good with details. really good guy overall and is even better at his tattoos! Definitely recommend calling and asking for Adrian if you ever come here ! 5 starts for sure.

I came in today for ear piercing and lady doing the piercing was extremely unprofessional. First of all when I checked in at the desk, she basically said are u ready, come on, no hello my name is.......Ill be doing ur piercings today. I had to introduce myself b4 she put her hands on me. I thought about cancelling and get my money back. My first impression is that she didnt like her job or want to be there. She was very sloppy, I left with blood on my white tee shirt. I will never have any other piercings by her in future. Maybe she needs to find somewhere that makes her happy because her mood transfers to the client

I went in for a navel piercing and had a great experience. Very professional and kind staff. I also inquired about a tattoo for my brother and they were incredibly helpful. Pricing was great too and when I called in advance to get some information, their telephone (automated) services were easy to use.

For a Piercing/Tatt place that shares 1/2 the venue with a Billiards/Small Bar, I must say it’s ran well and is very clean (including smell). Great team working with a cool vibe. Fast, Friendly and reasonable pricing.

I had a monroe piercing done by Savannah. She was very professional and talked me through the whole process which was quick and as painless as it could possibly be. She was very thorough with the aftercare instructions and made sure to put any concerns I had to rest.

I’ve wanted my septum done for 4 years now. Today is my 18th birthday and I finally got it done. I was actually going to have someone else do it, only to learn he doesn’t do them. He recommended someone else to me in Wellington, but her prices were high and she wasn’t in today. I ended up finding this place. It had good reviews, but i was weary as most of them were for tattoos. Plus Mel didn’t have any picture from her portfolio on the website. But I bit the bullet and went for it. I was really nervous because of all the septum horror stories i’ve heard. But Mel did a fantastic job! She pierced it correctly, I couldn’t feel a thing. She was also very attentive and made sure I was comfortable every second of the way. The process was painless and my eyes barely even watered. Plus she only charged me $35 (not including tip) which is an amazing price for her quality of work and kindness. Definitely recommend!

Sal was my artist, he tattooed myself and a friend of mine and we were both beyond impressed with his work, professionalism, cleanliness and help on how to make our tattoo the best it could be. The front desk staff was also equally as amazing. I’ve gotten all of my ink and piercings from Ink Link and will continue to do the same in the future!

I first and foremost have to give this shop 5 stars they do an awesome job! However Eddie the piercer is not welcoming or friendly at all and quite rude to be honest. If you need to get a piercing ask for Rogerio hes awesome! I still do love the shop and most of the people there are great and I will continue to go there!

It was my first tattoo and me and my friends got tattoos together and one of the artist named Gavin made the whole experience so enjoyable for all of us. Gavin and the whole team at ink link really care about the quality of every tattoo they do and make sure it’s exactly in the image you want. The whole experience with Gavin made me fall in love with the whole tattoo process and would 10/10 recommend him and the whole ink link team to get your first or maybe even 20th tattoo.

Got my nostril pierced and my nipple piercings switched out the other day and these guys are awesome! The prices are some of the best in the area and they made it as quick as possible so I was in the least amount of pain in possible. Of course, it still hurt getting stabbed in the face and nipples, but they made it so much more comfortable for me and my piercings look super cute now. Thanks guys!

Josh did an amazing job on mine my ole mans tattoos for our daughter. I am so glad we went to him. To have a tattoo so special and close to the heart come out so amazing is a blessing !!! Will definitely be back for more !!

This place was amazing. I walked in and was greeted right away. The place was super clean I was told I’d have to wait.. being that I was a walk in that’s a given. My friends and I played pool while we waited. The tattoo artist was fun and reassured me that I’d love my tattoo and I did. She drew that tattoo from a picture I showed her and I absolutely love it. Definitely will be back for more tats. My friends got her nipples pierced. They look fantastic and the lady who did her piercings was fast and easy. I’m sorry I don’t remember anyone’s names but I loved the place

It was great! They were very nice and quite calming throughout the entire experience. They did an awesome job with my nose piercing and did an even better job with my mom’s tracus piercing. I would definitely recommend going there!

Their piercer Melanie is very experienced and makes everything so comfortable . She is done before you even know it starts she is amazing definitely 5-stars. Ive gone to her several times with my kids and me and has always done an amazing job.

Wasnt too sure what to expect because I had never been here before but I could not have been more pleased. Service was quick and easy, employees were very accommodating and easygoing. I got my nose and my cartilage pierced and both went off without a hitch. Could not be more grateful for this experience and cannot wait to get something else done here.

Josh was super nice, clean, and efficient. amazing line work on his tattoos. helped me get my placing exactly how i wanted it and im so gratefulthat he did. i got two small tatts but they are now my new two favorites. even though my tattoos are small he said if i have any problems im welcome to come in and he will fix them. i always enjoy going to ink link.

Very awesome place. Everyone was very nice. The girl doing my piercings was very patient and talked me through the whole thing. Wish I would have had time to play some pool while I was there but hopefully next time. I dont remember her name but she was talk, skinny, dark hair, and wore glasses.

Gene, the manager was great! I walked in there with a terrible tattoo experience from another tattoo shop, and he was able to make sure I was being taken care of without thinking about it twice ! His customer service was superb and he truly cares about assisting his customers and new customers in the best possible way. I recommend this location and will be heading their way for any other future tattoos!

A bit of late review. I wanted to wait until it fully healed but I got a tattoo on the 13th of august with Jason and he made the whole experience very enjoyable and I’m definitely gonna be coming back. The whole vibe of the shop is badass🤘

Got my eyebrow and nose done here. Quick and easy definitely will continue to recommend people to go here for a piercing. I havent seen any of the tattoo work so my review isnt based on the tattoos part but I can say the establishment is very nicely set up I definitely might set up an appointment for a tattoo here soon.

For having an abundance of options in the West Palm area, I highly recommend this shop. Each artist has their own studio area, which is very clean and professional. Adrian is very patient, creative, and talented. We’ve been working on my epitome ideas of a sleeve for weeks, and I leave happy with the work he’s done every time. His almost avant-garde approach will leave you with a complete original piece of art. Suave conversation and a wondrous playlist will keep you entertained too. 10/10
