Body Details WPB location is amazing, excellent customer service and they are very respectful of your time! Christina is amazing and has made my experience with Body Details the best! She made me comfortable by explaining what to expect during my first visit, is patient during my sessions and the rest is history. I enjoy going to my appointments and my confidence has grown so much more after receiving laser hair removal treatments! The best care is self care; treat yourself you will not be disappointed!

My first visit was with Ariel and she was really nice, informative, and made me feel comfortable when getting laser hair removal.My second was with Emily and she was also really nice, informative, and also made my experiance with laser hair removal a comfortable one. She went over every area without missing anything, making it an easy process.Overall, this was a great experience and definitely will be coming back here for furture appointments.

Not a reputable place. They cancelled my appointment on me at least 13 times. No one told me why, I just received an automated text that my appointment had been canceled, once again. I did not do this, there is no reason to cancel a customers appointment this many times. I will be calling corporate in the morning when they open. Unacceptable and will be posting this review on yelp and more platforms so people know are forewarned.

Liliana is the best !! She is so friendly and easy to talk to you. She made my visit here at the west palm beach location incredible. I didn’t feel shy at all. Overall I am so happy with my experience and grateful for meeting Liliana! 10/10 recommend her to everyone.

Only visited the Dixie location because Gardens has closed down. I wont be returning here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at BD and I’ve been a customer for years. Tech boasted about how much experience she has but let me burned and bruised without treatment of the damage. Reached out to their call center for support and Kathleen was even worse with an indifferent attitude about my injuries. I will definitely be filing a larger complaint.

As a business you would think this company would pay a little extra to have their business name displayed on a call...well...hey dont, bad business. Every appointment that i have made with them has and continues to get canceled because I miss their call, and when I do call back no one can get to the phone because all agents are busy at that time; and therefore i am unable to confirm my appointment.This place is not cheap; my treatment has already been paid for, and its frustrating and very unprofessional for them to cancel someones appointment. Not even nail salons cancel your appointments. Never heard of anything like this.

By far the best laser hair removal Ive ever had! Such a positive experience overall - Ariel & Maddy are both extremely knowledgeable, professional & welcoming. They make you feel right at home and the environment is relaxing and super clean. I never want to leave when I visit Body Details in West Palm Beach and would not trust anyone else for laser hair removal!

Luciana and Fabian made my experience awesome. I was a little nervous, but Luciana was professional and personable. She made me feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to. Very unprofessional staff. This place will belittle you and make you feel uncomfortable in your own skin. Telling a girl who has acne that “it’s really bad you need to go get that fixed” is just sad. You are supposed to make women feel beautiful, not shame them.

This place is incredible! I had such a wonderful experience from the time I walked through the door and was greeted by Monica. She was extremely professional and my consultation with her was very thorough. She explained the procedures that I was requesting in a way that was understandable to me and she was able to answer all my questions. The location is not only beautiful inside, but is very state of the art as well! I was then treated by the nurse practitioner Aalia who was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment she was using and shared a wealth of knowledge in regards to skin health and skin care. She was very comforting during the procedure and she made the whole experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend Body Details in West Palm Beach for any laser procedures!!!

I’ve had the best overall experience at body details! Everyone is super nice, the location is very clean, the sessions are fast, and the laser is extremely effective. I went from having to shave every day to shaving once between my sessions and I’ve only had 2 sessions done out of 10. 100% recommend getting laser done here.

I had Maddie for my bikini and underarm hair removal and she was great!!!! So friendly and did a great job! Will definitely see her again!

My technician today is Luciana, she is gentle and caring, which is important for a painful hair laser removal procedure in my bikini area. They also have ice packs now to sooth the skin right after the laser hits. The facility is clean and organized, all staff I have met are friendly, I recommend this place!

Ive been to ideal image and it is nowhere near as effective as body details. The lasers are different and body detail lasers actually improved my skin and got rid of most of the hair in 3-5 sessions. At ideal image, I completed all the sessions and paid for several treatments after that and still had hair. It was thinner and less, but not nearly as effective as at body details. I seriously recommend everyone to do this. Ive done about 5 sessions and I almost NEVER need to shave, not to mention my skin is so much softer. They are really good and it is truly worth it!
