I am completely shocked by the results here. I was skeptical, but they removed my tattoo on darker skin without any marks left. They used another laser avoid any issues. I’m glad I spent more money to come here rather than a cheaper place.

I went into Winter Park Tattoo removal to get my left half sleeve faded so I could tattoo over it. From the moment I walked in they made me feel comfortable & not pressured at all. The front desk girl Jennifer was always so pleasant every time I arrived & Dr. Filardo did such an incredible job doing the work! He always made sure I was comfortable, didn’t rush the job & did things at my pace. This office is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had a horrid experience three years ago with a spa trying to have my tattoo removed, and was terrified to try with another provider. Jennifer and Shayne were so sweet and patient with me. They did everything they could to make the experience better for me and were so understanding. The compassion they showed me really touched me, as I’m sure lots of people complain about the pain. The procedure is definitely bearable with them and their pricing was awesome. This absolutely is a professional and calming place. I came in for a consultation and left booking my first (and consecutive appointments) the same day. I wish I read the other negative reviews before coming here. I dont leave reviews to often but be ware of this place before you invest in this place, I really need to share my horrible experience with this place and their lack of professionalism. I purchased 6 sessions to remove my tattoo, Ive received a total of 3 sessions so far (you cant even notice any results after 3 session) but this isnt the reason why I stopped coming. I recently found out that Im expecting and my doctor said no more sessions. I gave them a call, and after 3 business days no-one called me back. But they were able to cancel my appointment and take my money without a problem , after finally calling them back (because after 3 days no-one bothered to call me back) I finally spoke to a manager and she was rude and nasty. Didnt even allow me to speak, spoke so quickly and constantly interrupted me to hear herself speak. Please take it from me, Ive spent over a thousand dollars and have seen ZERO RESULTS. Their laser treatments are not efficient, but their lack of professionalism is a lot worse. Dont bother wasting your time here, they are very nice to sign up for treatment, but once a huge life changing thing happens to you, they are RUDE, unaccommodating and plain nasty. Now that I left this review they are calling me to follow up, its okay, keep my money. Its apparent that they need it more than I do.

They worked hard to stay on schedule and provided uninterrupted service to ensure my work was complete on time. I was given a very affordable set price to have my ill-gotten tattoo removed. It took a few months as described but the results were amazing. I no longer have to be reminded of my past poor decisions. The team was all professional and accommodating to my needs and schedule. (1st time) Today is my 4th session with Winter Park Tattoo Removal. I will say the process does hurt and the after care with sleeping is challenging (My tattoo is behind my ear). The healing process with the patch had left no scaring or discoloration. The staff has informed of the process which i appreciate dearly.Staff is welcoming and honest with what you need (just get all the products recommended for best results). Service is great, office is clean and everyone is a joy to come across.

I’ve been working with these guys on several tattoo removal projects over the past few years and am really impressed with this place. I’ve been to other tattoo removal companies in the past and was never really happy with the progress; even some of the larger and well known places did poor work and treated me very poorly. I saw Dr. Filardo for laser tattoo removal for a very long time. It was a large black tattoo that wasn’t the easiest to remove. Dr. Filardo was patient, helped to keep me as comfortable as possible during sessions, and although the process took longer than expected, I am satisfied with the results. He recommends fraxel laser resurfacing to assist with the leftover scarring (from the tattoo itself) which I intend to do with him when I save up enough money.

I drive 4 hours to come here. They know what they are doing and want real results. My skin looks great

It was six years ago when I made the mistake of getting a tribal tattoo. It wasnt very large, but size wasnt the issue. It went across my bicep and I was embarrassed by it. I found Winter Park Tattoo Removal through a friend who did one of my most recent pieces. It was reasonably priced and the staff was knowledgeable. After 5 sessions, you cant tell that there was even a tattoo on my arm! Extremely impressed. Highly recommended.

I had a tattoo removed with the nurse practitioner. The skin looks great they were always upfront and told me what to expect.

I personally don’t have any tattoos that need to be removed, but If I did, I’d definitely go here! My cousin had an awful anime character tatted on her calf. She actually attempted to have it removed at another place, but they didn’t do a very good job. It only took a couple visits to Winter Park Tattoo Removal to completely clean up her calf. I was very impressed with their work and the facility was super clean. Definitely check this place out if youre in need.

The W has done it again! The folks behind Wymore Laser have done an amazing job so far with Winter Park Tattoo Removal. Theyre the only people in FLA with 2 Joule power, and you can even get a massage at the same facility! I have very dark skin so a bad tattoo sticks out on me like a sore thumb. Thanks to the W I dont have to worry about that anymore. There is a very professional environment, and you wont have people in there smoking like some tattoo related establishments. You can relax knowing you are actually in a medical facility being treated by doctors, and I cant stress enough how awesome it is that this place is owned by the W! These people specialize in all kinds of skin care and laser services, so bring your girlfriend in to get a facial while you get your jail tattoo removed so you can get a job!

I have keloid skin and during my consultation I told the staff this the Dr proceeded with the procedure without using caution that my skin could keloid. A keloid developed and I continue to pay for sessions to get rid of the Keloid but no result in getting rid of the keloid. After the Dr noticed the keloid was not showing any sign of going anyway. He suggested I pay for another procedure steroid injections. At this point I was done with this Dr. If you have keloid skin I do not recommend you have your tattoo removed here. I suggest you go to a skin specialist who also remove tattoos... Bad place to have a tattoo removed.
