Everything is scheduled by appointment, but the staffs are super nice and they’re great at informing different types of jewelry and types of piercings. They make the process of getting a piercing rather comforting. They have a good amount of jewelry selection, which are on the price side I would say, but still great quality

I had an amazing experience with Robyn! I was so excited to see they had ear styling consultations since I wasn’t sure what I wanted. It really gave me time to look at all the jewelry and figure it out. Totally low pressure.I ended up buying a piece that I would come back to pierce later. Jewelry is a bit on the expensive side, but it’s all high quality and if it’s going to be in my ear indefinitely I don’t mind paying.(My rook is old and I’m going to swap for a hoop, but I got cartilage, upper lobe pierced and my forward helix and tragus swapped out)Highly recommend!!

Was very impressed with Oleander! Cale was the absolute best. She never made me feel bad for being indecisive, and instead was supportive and helpful as I chose jewelry. My piercing came out great and I know I have Cale to thank for that! I have been to piercing emporium but will be back to oleander for their customer service and professionalism!

Just had my daughters ears pierced for her 6th birthday she been asking for a few months now! The women at Oleander were amazing! Made us feel very comfortable! My kiddo was a trooper didnt even flinch! Everything was very clean and service was excellent! We will be back the next time we need a new Piercing!

Robyn is phenomenal. Shes so kind, knowledgeable and patient. I was super nervous about my specific piercing and it was a little painful, but Robyn was so patient reassuring. My first professional piercing and what a fantastic experience! Everything went smoothly. Robyn was so kind and knowledgeable. My younger sibling and I each got a piercing and it was really perfect. If I need any more intentional face holes I will def be back!

Today I was a bit disappointed because I booked an appointment for 2 with Cale. However, when I arrived a piercer named Robin was there. Which is fine but it would have been nice for a heads up that Cale wasn’t in the shop. The website for booking should be updated so that customers know who would be piercing them. Overall, Robin was great and we loved her Pokémon attire. However, I believe that pricing of jewelry should be labeled or explained better. Like the break down of the cost as well. I’ve been to other shops and they explain the cost if asked. I asked more than once how much the cost of jewelry would be and I never got the price. I was told it ranges by a dollar for different sizes for the titanium but was never told the standard cost. Everything total came up to 140 for two cartilage piercings, which is fine but it would have been nice to know the cost differences of the jewelry or if I even wanted two piercings at the time for the cost. It’s still a nice shop and would still recommend it to others.

Got a nostril piercing done by Robyn and LOVED my experience and how my piercing came out. She was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Will definitely be back!

Had my piercing done by Robyn and she was absolutely amazing! She’s kind, patient and made the experience so much better. She answered all of my questions and has so much knowledge in what she does. I was looking for so long to find a piercing shop I would feel comfortable in and this women-owned, adorable shop was it. Oleander will forever be where I go and where I recommend to friends.

Robyn was the sweetest ever! She made me feel so comfortable and was knowledgeable and helpful about giving suggestions as to what would fit my face best piercing-wise. The shop is so cozy and all of the jewelry they have is beautiful. My issue with a lot of tattoo and piercing shops is that they can feel intimidating or that you’re being judged, and this place was the complete opposite. I especially like that it is a small / women-owned business and that they asked for pronouns on the release form :) I will probably never go to a different shop ever again!!

I loved it !!! I got my belly button pierced and my friend got her septum. We both had them down by Robyn. She was the kindest, sweetest, and most patient piercer I’ve come across my piercing journey ! The place was supper cozy and welcoming. They also provide you with saline solution for your piercing, which not many piercers do ! 10/10 would always recommend

Miss Cale and Robin are both so incredibly kind and great to work with. I got my first APP certified piercing here and Miss Cale talked me through each step and checked in to make sure I was doing well. Stopped in a few months later to get it checked on to make sure it was healing properly and then a downsizing appointment once it was fully healed. They have a great selection of jewelry and I will be going back again soon for a 2nd and maybe a 3rd piercing!!

Absolutely amazing! Miss Cale is so nice and professional! She owns a gorgeous shop. Shes certified in piercing safety and sanitation by the APP so i know Im always in good hands. I regularly go to her for custom orders in jewelry and have followed her from her last shop. Ive had her do almost all my piercing and she always does an amazing job! Ive never had any issues with anything shes done. And absolutely fantastic person and small business owner!

Out of my 3 ear piercing experiences, Oleander piercing has been the absolute best! From the time I walked in to the time I left, Ms.Cale was friendly, welcoming and overall made me feel super comfortable with getting my helix pierced. She is super knowledgeable about her craft and explained every detail about what she was doing throughout the process. The service was of the highest quality and well worth the price! I have no regrets and would definitely go back!

I came in here with a friend recently - we love that there is a booking to reserve time to get pierced with a friend. I got a nipple piercing and was definitely nervous but Cale explained everything really well and made me feel comfortable and safe! My friend got a nose piercing and felt the same. I had my septum done today and Cale did a great job. She was very welcoming and made sure I wasnt nervous. She took the time to explain everything being done as well as aftercare for my piercing. I would highly recommend Oleander and will be returning when it comes time to change out my jewelry.

I went to oleander over a year ago to get a nostril piercing and it awakened a need in me. A need for jewelry. Since then I have gotten seven more piercings there, and a total of 9 pieces of jewelry.I cannot state enough how much I love this parlor. I have gotten piercings from both the owner Cale and from Robin and both are amazing.I drive over an hour and a half to go here and its always worth it.

I love coming here. I have had a good experience for my two daughters (16&12) every time. Ms. Cale has been very helpful and provides a lot of education for a successful outcome concerning their ears. The earrings that I’ve purchased for the girl’s ears at Oleander have been great and they have not had any adverse effects that they have had in the past with other earrings.

Cale was excellent, and as someone else mentioned, an excellent host when you arrive for your appointment. She let me nervously babble and was so pleasant and most importantly, professional. Im really excited to love my ear piercing when its healed. Her website drew me in and her selection of jewelry is special. I recommend you choose her!

I had a really wonderful experience with Oleander Piercing and Miss Cale. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon for an ear piercing and she was helping another client with a piercing. She was warm, welcoming, and had me start filling out paperwork as she pierced the other client.When she came back, she helped me pick out jewelry, and handed me a little aftercare bag with aftercare instructions and a can of sterile saline spray. She autoclaved the jewelry she used and cleaned my ear thoroughly. The piercing was painless, and it’s healing beautifully. I’m so pleased with the entire experience experience! Miss Cale is sweet and fun to talk to, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and quality. I went to Oleander to finally change out my 10 year old septum ring and the whole process was so good! Robyn explained each step well and with care, plus they had the best sense of humor. Will definitely come back to Oleander again. Highly recommend.

I had been wanting a septum piercing for awhile now and finally decided to just do it. The online scheduling and wide range of date/time selections made it easier than most piercing places around the Worcester area, so I decided to do it with Oleander. Everything was extremely professional and straight forward. My appointment was at 11am, and I was out the door by 11:20am with a goody bag (Sterile aftercare spray, q-tips and several other items) to make sure the healing process went smoothly.If I decide to eventually do another piercing, I will definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful piercing experience at Oleander Piercing! Cale was professional and fun all at the same time, she makes you feel relaxed and keeps you informed every step of the way. I had the last appointment of the day (5:30 appointment and they close at 6), my sister and our friend came with me and both decided that they wanted to be pierced too - Cale stayed open later and pierced all of us! I called and ask them if they did the piercings that I wanted. Cale said yes and that I had to come in to see if I My anatomy would handle the piercing that I was looking for. Cale was absolutely wonderful. As a body piercer myself, it is always difficult to find another piercer that I can fully trust with my body.From her warm greeting at the door, her perfect bedside manner, and adorable aftercare bag, I was in awe. I got larger guage piercings and she walked me through every step, was incredibly patient despite my fears, and made sure I was comfortable. It does make me sad that I live states away, but I do plan to visit again during myNext trip in Massachusetts.

We took my daughter there to get her ears pierced for her 11th Birthday. I am so glad that Cale at Oleander was recommended to us. My daughter was extremely nervous but her friend just had her ears done there so she wanted to do it. Cale was very personable and very professional. She struck the perfect balance at being friendly to put you at ease and the professionalism convinces you you went to the right place. You will pay a little more than you would to have a teenager at a mall kiosk give you a piercing, but the quality and safety at Oleander truly stand out. We were further impressed by the top of the line threadless studs used and also the discussions about follow on support. We feel there will be no issues, but if there were, that Cale is there to help us. The waiting area is fairly spartan and the selection wasnt huge, but seemed very nice (not a body piercing expert). There was no useless and gimmicky flash. This was definitely a place where the owner is just doing what she loves very well.

Cale is my favorite piercer! I’ve been to her for both my tragus and conch now, and every experience I’ve had with her has been excellent. She is patient, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. She’s also good at calming your nerves before the actual piercing, and makes sure you have your questions answered before leaving her shop. :)

I did the couples massage and it was amazing. They included the hot stones at the end and it was so relaxing. They created a very clean and relaxing enviornement and both me and my partner loved it.
