Niki and her staff are friendly and great to work with. I had old eyebrow microblading/partial powder brow that no longer fit my brow shape. A few sessions and very minimal (if any) scabbing later, they are back to natural brows. Would highly recommend consulting Niki and her team for your removal needs!

Niki and her assistant are both very welcoming and professional. They will make you feel comfortable (as comfortable as laser tattoo removal can be), and answer any and all questions you may have.

Nicest staff I have ever met. Process are much cheaper then most places I called or had a conference with same day they did the first treatment. They explained the pain velvet and they were so correct it feels like your skin is getting snapped by 100s if little rubber bands. but we all know it was not be painless am I right? HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The girls even barely knew me and knew I could deal with a stronger lazer for less time to get it doneStaff is amazeballs!-leah

Never had a removal before. But finger blob has to go. The office was very easy to find, and convenient parking. Nikki was very nice and very professional. She explained everything out and what the next steps would be. Also get a nice little goodie bag at the end. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for tattoo removal.

Tattoo removal seems like tricky stuff, and I did a great deal of research and this place is excellent.The owner is very knowledgeable; she is attentive and really spends the time to understand your needs. The location is convenient, above a salon, and the vibe is clean, pleasant and welcoming.What to expect: for your first visit, she will carefully examine your tattoo, and relay in detail the expectations for what you can achieve with treatment, how many sessions (most people need more than one). You get an up-front price for the work, which was competitive, (as other laser places I looked at charge more across the board.)The treatment is really good, there is very little pain, (somewhat like a flick,) each person is different, but most people can expect no scarring or hypopigmentation for a simple tattoo.The owner is meticulous, thorough and completely professional, she made me feel at ease, she understands the process (she tells you all about the layers of the skin dermis/epidermis, what is going on when a tattoo is made, and how the laser process breaks up the ink under your skin and how your skin heals and rejuvenates. She is patient and clear at explaining what to expect, and how to care for your skin as it heals.Worcester Tattoo Removal is a comfortable and good experience all around, and I would definitely recommend this place if you are finally ready to get rid of your old tattoo!

She explains all of the steps before and after - and what you should expect after your session. She doesn’t miss a beat, even gives you a little goodie bag of ointment, bandages, and candy. I went to Worcester Tattoo Removal this past weekend for my first session of having three tattoos removed. I’m extremely excited to see the progress - can’t wait to go back in April!

When going into my first tattoo removal appointment I was very nervous for the pain. I worked myself up by reading other reviews and stories on tattoo removal pain, and my tattoo is on my ankle which is a higher sensitivity area to pain. Niki gave me a numbing cream to put on before the session, and before applying the laser she blew very cool air over the area. Once she started to apply the laser, I was shocked but the level of pain- it was little to none! Not even 3 hours now after my first session, my tattoo has dramatically faded. My next appointment is booked and I couldnt be more excited for the rest of this process. Highly recommended!

The professional who helped with the first session was really thorough with the process ahead of time and set proper expectations vs. anticipations.The staff member(s) were very kind and professional. For cleaners and hygiene gets an A+.
