Although the service never wound up happening, thats exactly why Im giving them 5 stars. My daughter has been asking for her ears pierced and after a lot of conversations I decided to find where to get it done (as a victim of the Claires era, I wanted to do better by my daughter). My tattoo studio (which doesnt do Minor Piercings) and a friend both recommended Piercing Emporium in Worcester. Calling to make the appointment was super easy. Made the hour drive from Boston, and everyone was super friendly. Nice wide selection of jewelry, all aesthetics and price points. After filling out the waiver we went back to the room and the piercer explained he wasnt going to do anything she didnt want and no one would force her /she was in charge. Unfortunately I think she got cold feet so when I asked if she still wanted to pierce her ears today, she said no, and so we left. Everyone was very nice about it and respected her choice and didnt make us feel badly for wasting their time. When shes ready in the future, we will definitely come back here based on the experience.

Staff is always ready to help. The place can get a bit busy. Piercings and tattoos are great work.

Went and got My 6y daughter’s ears pierced, I’m so impressed by the service we received! They offered to do both ears at the same time as well! They were very professional and spent one on one time with us. Provided detail instructions for the piercing itself and after care. My daughter likes to talk a lot and they took the time to listen to her. We will definitely be going back for all our piercings in the future!

My 7-year-old became interested in having her ears pierced after seeing someone get theirs done at Claires. I (past microbiologist) wasnt thrilled about the idea of having her ears pierced at Claires, and so I started asking around for recommendations. My acupuncturist recommended Piercing Emporium in Worcester. Even though it was a bit of a drive for us, Im thrilled that we chose them. We have two other little ladies at home, and we will only use Piercing Emporium when/if they decide they want their ears pierced.For the review: I sent her with my husband (a sterilization engineer) because my onion-cutting eyes were dampening my kiddos excitement. Not that I was upset she was having them done, it was just such a milestone! Anyway, Ill summarize the best I can from what he told me.First, the total experience of two techs plus earrings cost $117. I found this to be very reasonable, especially given the sanitation requirements and expertise.Second, the facility was very clean. He described it like being at a doctors office. It was a private room, and everything - including the marker - was disposable. This made me feel very comfortable with the whole operation. Having spent a lot of time around true sterilization, its both expensive and requires a lot of testing to ensure the equipment is behaving appropriately.Third, the appointment scheduling was very flexible. Were homeschoolers, so we were able to get a same-day appointment. If youre taking a kiddo, note that they require an appointment for anyone under 10.As for the service, the guys were fantastic. My daughter is typically leery of men, but felt comfortable enough with them to let them pierce her ears, and even came home with an I actually liked them. Said daughter is also usually very pain intolerant. This girl will totally melt over the slightest discomfort. The whole thing took less than two seconds, and she didnt even flinch. The holes are amazingly symmetrical, and shes beaming. I should add that they use needles instead of the gun, and this is likely gentler on the tissues. I will still probably give her some Arnica before bed, though. Additionally, the follow-up information is very thorough. I was pleased to see nutrient recommendations to improve healing.Another thing of importance here is that the recommendations for recovery have changed over time. When I had my piercings done lots of years ago, the standard of care was hydrogen peroxide, lots of twisting, and a 6-week recovery period. The new recommendation (for ears!) is 6 months, and no peroxide or twisting. They send all the information via e-mail, but its just an important consideration if you have a special occasion in the next 6 months to pick studs thatll work with whatever youre planning.Thank you, Piercing Emporium! Piercing Emporium is where I go to get all my piercings. The shop itself is very clean, well presented, the staff has years of expertise. I specifically go to Mark for all my piercings, he is a pleasure, very professional, walks you through every step that’s about to happen and has a very calm demeanor to him. Highly recommended for anyone going to get pierced!

I went in to the piercing emporium to get my second earlobes pierced! My piercer Billy was extremely thorough, walked me through all the steps and was so kind and knowledgeable! At the end of my appointment when I asked his opinion on my next ear piercings, he took his time and even looked at the anatomy of my ear to tell me what would work and what wouldn’t! I even took notes!! I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be back for more.

I initially called the studio to ask if I’d be able to make an appointment for later on that evening to get my ear lobes pierced. The employee on the phone assured me that there was availability left but that he would have to call me back to make an appointment so I left my name and number. Hours went by and I received nothing, so I decided to drive there anyways with my friend.The employee who was responsible for not calling me back did apologize and kindly directed me to pick out jewelry for my piercing. When I was told how much I was being charged, I was in shock - $125 if I remember correctly? I asked the employee what exactly I was being charged for and his response was pretty vague. Even the receipt didn’t include specifics on the charges that made up the final price. Either way, I decided to go through with the payment so that’s on me. Just felt it was pretty overpriced. Also feel like they should list their prices for their services somewhere where it’s visible beforehand, whether that be on their site or posted at the physical location.While I was waiting, I thought it would be best to take out the current jewelry in my ear in order to make more room for the piercer. I was then called out by another employee to not take out my jewelry because it was a “sanitary issue”. They know best so I’m not arguing with his request but I thought it was a bit dramatic considering I wasn’t near anybody or touching anything around me. Either way, I felt he could’ve privately approached me instead of embarrassing me by calling me out in front of other guests. May not seem like a huge deal but I’m just an anxious person and would’ve preferred for it to have been handled differently.In terms of the piercing itself, I never got it done because the piercer refused as I had gotten my earlobes cosmetically repaired previously. My surgeon recommended me to wait three months before getting them repierced and it was well past that time frame but the piercer still advised against it and suggested different placement which I wasn’t a fan of. Not to say that she did anything wrong, I just felt like the whole thing was kind of an inconvenience. Probably could have been avoided had I mentioned my situation on the phone, just didn’t think it was that big of a deal especially since I waited the recommended amount of time, or so I thought. At the end of the day though, I did appreciate her looking out for me and suggesting a safer route.On the brighter side, Billy was extremely comforting and charismatic as I watched him change out my friend’s piercing for her.I’ve had good experiences here before, unfortunately this trip just did not go accordingly in some aspects. I was never called back initially, the whole pricing situation took me by surprise, I felt uncomfortable after being called out, and didn’t even end up getting what I went there for. Wasn’t a terrible experience and I understand some of it was out of their control, just wanted to include a few suggestions. I also just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is in a similar boat with the cosmetic repair.

This was a good piercing experience I’ve had. I have had over 13 piercings, so I have been to a few piercing studios. The wait on a Saturday was shocking (2 hours for the call list) but well worth it. I went in for my 5 year old to get her ears pierced, I also had my ears done. They take their time with every client to make sure the client has the experience they are looking for. They provided supplies for care of the piercings. They confirmed with me and the 5 year old that she wanted her ears pierced, hooray for informed consent and body autonomy. They offered to do the 5 year olds ears tandem, which I greatly appreciated and accepted. They went over aftercare, and asked at every step if either of us had questions. If you and your child are getting pierced, you will need a second adult to take the child while you are being pierced, not a big deal but good to know ahead of time. I recommend as a good, clean choice.

They dont list their prices online, so I emailed them and was quoted a set price for two piercings. I came into my appointment with what I thought would be enough money. I was then rung up and about to pay, but a miraculous extra $25 was added to the price total. They did let me try to figure out the total on my own for a good 90 minutes, while staring at me the entire time having a panic attack. I then asked to speak to the manager and have him explain to me why in the email it said one price and then I was rung up for a totally different price. He talked to me like I was an infant and then asked me 4 times in a row What do you not understand about what I said in the email repeatedly! Ill never go to their business again. They talk to you like youre brain dead and in kindergarten.

Staff is extremely friendly and patient and will answer any questions/concerns you have. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend anyone who’s thinking about getting any kind of piercing to come here!

Niki is legit an absolute sweet heart. Super funny and kind. Walked us through our entire piercing experience! Can’t wait to get another one from her!

First time here. It was for my 16y/o son. We had an appointment. Parking was manageable. Shop is very clean and organized. Very professional staff and they educate their clients well. I’d definitely return.

I rarely leave reviews but I got my very first piercing here the other day, and my nerves instantly disappeared the moment I walked in. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive and when I ended up getting pierced, the person doing it was so kind and professional. It’s hard to let someone stick a sharp object through your eyebrow but I knew I was in capable hands. Will definitely be coming back for my next piercings. My current one is healing beautifully too.

Arrived on their busiest day (the day after Christmas!!) For my daughter to have her 2nd lobe done..we had a loooong wait (little over 2 hours)..however the staff was SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail and everyone was really very nice (I did get a little bratty about the wait I must admit😑😑) I will be back for myself very soon!! Best of Worcester for sure!*Update-7/25/23-came back for my daughters septum piercing today (i had my tregs done about a year ago here also) and again Im so impressed with the level of knowledge, care, and detail these guys take with each client- which is why they are the BEST and will continue to be our place to get pierced!!!*Update #2 -1/23/24 Came back to get my forward Helix and my child wanted anti-brow and eyebrow piercing and as always Mark and the entire crew were beyond professional, accommodating, and did a perfect job! The ONLY place we will go for any piercings!

Service was excellent, greeted with a smile. My wait time was not long, and I was given an appointment to come back to have my piercings put back in. I returned, and again, service was excellent 👌🏾 I have always come to the emporium and left happy.

My son and I went to get our eyebrows done. I was really impressed. From the friendly and helpful people at the front desk to the clean room.and the excellent piercer it was an overall great experience.

I took my 5 month old today to have her ears pierced. The owner was very patient and the earrings look perfectly placed. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.Edit: these are pictures a few weeks later to show the placement.

I went Saturday 3/24 with one of my friends. We were both getting pierced. Our nerves were sky high due to the piercing we were getting. Knowing Marc on a closer level I had hoped he would be the one assisting . Nope.. no Saturdays. We both got tandem piercings from Ishmael and a fantastic girl with half shaved head ?Let me tell you when my nerves left me the left me. Ishmael has the most calming demeanor and he made me feel so comfortable . These 2 were absolutely amazing , patient , explained everything and even made us laugh. Thank you guys so much for a great experience guys.

I went in today with the intention of getting a nose piercing. Unfortunately, the jewelry and my nose turned out to be a bad anatomical fit for this type of piercing. Marc and two other staff members answered all my questions with candor and professionalism. They could have made an easy sale, but they provided detailed information related to what to expect during the healing process which ultimately made me realize its just not the right choice for me. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and courtesy the whole staff extended to me.

After almost 20 years, I recently returned for another piercing. The cleanliness and professionalism from my first visit was the reason I didnt even consider anywhere else, even though it meant travelling more than an hour to get there. After all these years, Im happy to say they did not disappoint! Still clean, professional, and a huge selection of jewelry! Today, I returned again to get a piece of jewelry swapped out and to have two new piercings done...once again, they did not disappoint!

I had the most AMAZING experience piercing my earlobes here. They are very sanitary, my piercer was very experienced and professional. Its my first time that my earlobes went back to normal (meaning redness / swelling has stopped) on the second day of piercing! To my surprise, they also provided me with a huge spray cleanser and sponges for aftercare. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean, professional job on piercing on their body without having to book an appointment with the dermatologist.

Will always be my go to place. The environment, prices, and jewelry are all fantastic but the service of the staff and piercers is what always stands out to me. I always regret forgetting to ask their names so I can leave a specific review, but frankly they’re all amazing. I’ve been a customer for many years now and have had a piercing from every member there and the knowledge, patience and skill of all of them make the process easy and quick. I’ve also followed up in an email with concerns with a healing piercing and their reply was quick, informative, and very helpful. Love them!

I’ve been going here since i was 5, all piercings i have were done by Marc. I adore this place with all my heart. They do such an incredible job making you feel safe and comfortable and they are extremely sanitary. i haven’t had any issues with any piercings i’ve gotten. ❤️

This place is amazing. The artist, Travis, is an amazing one, especially for color. The staff are also very nice but i didnt interact with them much besides checking in and out. I got my first tattoo here 2 years ago and have been dieing to get a second piece done. Now that I got my second one done I think I like it even more than the first, his designs are amazing. Highly recommend, already looking to get a third one done 😁

Went to get my daughters ears pierced for the first time today. 10/10 experience. Kerry immediately greeted us and was so welcoming and warm. She explained everything and answered our questions about jewelry. Ismael was soooo kind and patient. He explained everything very thoroughly and made my daughter comfortable. Extremely clean. Everyone we interacted with was gentle, smiling and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

I will always recommend Piercing Emporium! It’s been a long time since I got a new piercing. I asked for Nicki because I came with a friend to get her septum a few months ago and she got Nicki who is just the absolute best! She’s super fun, knowledgable and welcoming and really puts you at ease. I will go to her for all of my future piercings. All of the other staff seem really great there too! Also if you are thinking of getting your septum, do it!!

I’m traveling, had lost my tragus jewelry, and had broken my nose ring. I haven’t been into a piercing place in years, and looked up what was available in Worcester. I LOVE that they’re APP certified, so I gave them a call. Mark informed me that I simply needed to walk in, and they’d take good care of me. The place itself is beautiful! Mark helped me choose a cute little rose gold bat for my tragus, and a hoop for my nose. Not long later, Billy put them in for me, and other than a little discomfort because I had been wearing the wrong size nose ring before, I LOVE them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of me, as this trip has been a lot.They are SUPER educated about all things piercings, and the selection is AMAZING!!

They took me in right away when my nose piercing fell out, they were able to swap in another one! They were very kind the store was clean and had a variety of different jewelry! 💗

Very clean and friendly atmosphere! Took my 9 year old to get her ears pierced for the first time and the staff was very good with her. I got my nose pierced at the same time. I walked in thinking we would have maybe 10 options to choose from but there was hundreds of jewelry peices to pick. Anywhere from real gems to simple studs. Extremely happy with the experience. If I HAD to complain about something, it would be that the prices for the jewelry arent posted. But again, they had a huge range to choose from the gentleman helping us was very helpful!

My experience was amazing. Before they pierce, they evaluate the area to make sure its doable. They were very accommodating to me because i am deaf, so i read lips. They were understanding that i could not hear over the phone. The piercer was calm, quick, and informative. He made sure i was okay after the work was done. He told me how to take care of the piercing. He also showed me the sign language his friend used, and it was a great laugh. It is very clean inside, and the atmosphere has great energy and vibes. The people at piercing emporium &tattoo are friendly, helpful, smart, and all together, just awesome. They answered all my questions and actually conversate with people. They dont push you through the doors or rush you at all.I will definitely be returning here for snake bites and a couple of tattoo touch-ups.Went back for a 2nd time for a nose piercing. I am very happy with the outcome. The piercer was kind and super awesome. We chatted about anime and more. The nose piercing is painful, but it was quick. Im super happy with the experience and the outcome.

I have had 6 piercings done here in the last 2 years. The staff is very polite and very knowledgeable. The piercers take the time to discuss with you what you want and make sure you are informed before taking the plunge. Very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very professional place. They deserve the great reputation they have. I went to redo my nose piercing and they kept their word on the voucher I received years ago. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The owner did my piercing and was very educational on the process, on why I had trouble the first time and what I can do differently this time. He was also very polite and kind. The place is super clean and because I made an appointment I was in and out quickly while still feeling like he took his time going over everything. Great experience.

Went here to get my first cartilage piercings. The staff are very patient, kind, and caring. They really strive to make you feel comfortable and do not rush you in the process. They provide you with everything that you need to properly take care of your piercings. When I came back a few weeks later to downsize my jewelry, the piercer helping me could tell I was having a stressful day and I thought it was really sweet that they tried to make me feel better. I will be coming back for the my future piercings! :)

Tonight Mark gave me a few piercings, including a forward helix in which he gave me a couple of options on placement, and after he had pierced me in the spot of my choice I decided that I wanted it moved to the other spot. I am absolutely astonished with how much my new septum piercing didn’t hurt. I originally had my septum pierced nearly 20 years ago (not at this shop), and it hurt like hell. Ismael explained that it was originally pierced through the hard cartilage and that’s why it hurt so bad. I am so happy with the result. I’ve already recommended this shop and Ismael to a work friend. Thanks to everyone at the Piercing Emporium!

Love all of my piercings and everyone was so friendly! Also a super clean environment where I am completely confident in their abilities! (I also went back because one was swollen--my fault 100%-- and they were super helpful and nice!

I’ve gotten my tattoos and piercings here and I have had the best experience with both! Staff is super nice and accommodating to your needs. They answer any question you have and show their knowledge for the profession! Highly recommend!!

I have been hesitant to write this review because the piercing itself is healed and exactly as I asked but what really bothered me about this establishment is how unwelcoming and rude the employees were. After doing my own research and asking friends on reputable piercing shops I booked an appointment here for another hole on one side of my nose and to have the other jewelry changed out. The woman at the counter who took care of me was clearly new but kind enough. It was after waiting that the piercer walks over to my sister and I, and asks me if I wanted the new ring fitted or not. I asked him what he meant by that and he huffed, told me to take out my phone and google “fitted nose rings” then when I showed him my previous nose ring (not too loose but also not touching my nostril, I assumed it was not fitted) he then somewhat argued with me that it was fitted and after going back and forth a few times I just agreed and said that he was the piercer and not me. I just asked that he didn’t do it too tight and he replied “obviously I’m not going to do it too tight”. Thats when I should have cancelled my whole appointment and gone elsewhere. When we got into the room I tried to make small talk, asking him how long he’s been a piercer (20 years) and other questions of the sort to try and ease the tension. I also asked for his professional opinion about the jewelry placement and he told me “it’s not up to me, it’s up to you. You don’t walk into the hair salon and tell them to just do whatever they want”. When he was finished he almost immediately walked out of the room and I stopped him to gave him a tip, because I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or what but I thought an act of kindness could turn his mood around. I am not one to complain but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth for this shop that I know so many people love and support, I just couldn’t believe how rude he was being. After talking to a few friends that have been going to this shop for years, I am almost positive it was the owner that pierced me which makes this even more disappointing. In my opinion, if you are looking for an informative and friendly environment I would kindly suggest finding a different shop in the area.

I got my nose pierced here 21 years ago, and have never gone anywhere else for anything related to body piercing! It’s spacious, clean, professional, and everyone is so nice. They communicate everything they’re doing and always make sure you feel comfortable. They also have a huge stock of jewelry for everything. I would recommend to anyone!

It was very clean and very nice. Everything was sterilized. The staff were very nice. My piercing came out great (navel). They explained every step to me and made sure I was comfortable. Overall awesome experience.

I got my lobes pierced here (my first piercing!) and after getting home i realized they were pierced unevenly, so i came back a few days later and asked if they could be fixed. Ismael was very patient with me and redid the piercing on the uneven ear for no additional cost. i’m very happy with how it turned out! the staff here are very patient and professional, they do a really good job of making sure you feel comfortable during the whole process

Very professional experience! The front staff was well informed and friendly and so was the piercer. The way the shop is organized is so much nicer than many shops Ive been to. My piercer was wonderful as well. I cant wait to get healed up and go back. I had my daith pierced.

If youre considering a piercing, Piercing Emporium is the place to go. All the Piercers are very knowledgeable and professional. They use proper sterile technique and use top of the line jewelry.

I needed to have my tongue jewelry reinserted which was completely a fault of my own. It was my first time at this studio and I had the most incredible experience! I felt so bad about having someone take the time out of their day to fix my mistake but they were so lovely and kind about everything. The studio is gorgeous with beautiful high quality jewelry and it is very sanitary. Having my jewelry reinserted was fast but precise; I am so grateful and happy with my whole experience!

I came to buy jewelry for a preexisting piercing that I’ve had for a few years and it was very clear after putting it in that the jewelry was comedically to big for the piercing. The piercer made it seem like this was obvious as soon as he looked at the piercing and I mostly wish someone had told me before I spent so much money on jewelry I effectively had to throw away immediately. His proposed solution was to take the piercing out, have it heal over and come back and have it pierced by them so the jewelry would fit, but I just went somewhere else and bought jewelry that fit. I would’ve felt better about actually lighting my money on fire cause at least then the jewelry wouldn’t have been wasted…The other piercing I had done here was fine. Hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

I always have an outstanding experience here. So professional everything is done safely with best quality care I could imagine. They have a great selection of jewelry with very affordable options and the higher end beautiful genuine gemstones. Mark, is a wonderful piercer. I’ve gotten countless piercings here always happy with the results. Thank you!

I have seriously never been more impressed with customer service in my entire life. The place is clean, welcoming and super customer-oriented to begin with, but then the people that work there just made it even more amazing. Billy was SO amazing, he explained everything he was doing and was very calming for my piercing. Alex at the front was also wonderful and so helpful.

Really bad experience. I wanted one of my ear lobes pierced & also chose a lovely real gold & real diamond jewelry for it. I thought as it is ear piece, it would come in a pair, as usually that’s how the ear rings are sold. They just sold one piece for $250 & when I asked the pair, even I was ready to pay another $250 for it, they did not have another pair. They were very rude blaming us for not asking if it was a pair. I chose another pair for a lesser cost which they did not even refund the money. The owner was very very rude & screamed at us. Will never go again

I recently took my 2 daughters to the Piercing Emporium & Tattoo in Worcester. My 15 year old daughter was looking to have her nose pierced and my 18 year old wanted to have her ears pierced for the first time. Right from the welcome, I knew we chose the right place. The staff was professional, friendly, and patient. The system in place is relaxing and makes you feel comfortable. Our technician was Billy. He was kind to both of my girls and made sure they were comfortable through the entire process. The end result was beautiful and they are both very happy. Highly recommend this place!

The woman who pierced my eyebrow did not use a clamp! and my eye is completely bruised i mean insanely bruised. and i do realize bruising is normal but there was no clamp and so much bruising! the bar is also NOT long enough. whatsoever. no room for swelling at all.

The studio was clean, organized, and welcoming to patrons.The staff was not only knowledgeable, but helpful in keeping my daughter, calm and informed of the entire process to get her ears pierced for the first time.The staff was quite helpful in choosing a perfect set of earrings for her. The stylists were also really wonderful with informing us of the aftercare procedures.

Ive been here a few times and they have a great selection with good piercers.My main critique is that the experience is very clinical and does not allow a lot of artistic input from the piercer. I have a lot of piercings, and Im not always sure what I want next. For the past 6 years, I ask the piercer what they think would look best with my ear, and they help me pick the jewelry and spot for it. Theyre the experts, and the times Ive done this at other places, Ive always come out with something I wouldnt have thought of that made me really happy.My last visit, I said I wanted an ear piercing but wasnt sure where, and asked about having the piercers opinion. The desk clerk said this was not possible, as I have to pick the jewelry before going back to see the piercer. They have to sterilize the jewelry, and by then when I ask the piercer about their opinion, they just say that what I picked looks good.

One of my favorite place to get pretty jewelry. got about 25 piercing here and I’m satisfied with how they’re all placed and healed. They’re very thorough and make sure you’re comfortable :)

This was my second time coming in, after having my nose pierced a few years ago. I had an amazing experience today with Nicole, who pierced my tragus. She was super thorough and so sweet. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Ive been a few times and I wouldnt have anything bad to say until my last visit. this Tuesday (6/20) I went there to change my nose piercing just the color (ring model) I was in doubt about the size and at the reception I was well attended and saw the guy separate the two models in the red box I chose . Anyway, the piercing “professional” called me after he left me waiting for some time inside the room, he came with just one of the options I chose and without asking me he already changed it in a very rude way, as soon as he started to remove my old feeling pain and it got worse when he tried to put the new one on. I was afraid of hurting even more that I didnt ask about the other one I was in doubt. I changed my earring twice and then I changed it for the ring along with you and neither time have I felt absolutely nothing or had bumps or inflammation since my first piercing, but this last time it was horrible and today (6/22) at put after care started to have pus. Im sure it was because he didnt were carefully had heavy hand professionalism without any care, horrible experience I dont want to be attended by him again. I paid tips and I regret it because I could now use money to buy after care.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences the few times Ive come here. Not only is the shop clean, but the staff is very friendly.I was there today for a tragus piercing. Mark helped me choose an earring and he was my piercer. He was very communicative, explaining the process and what he was doing at every step. Id expressed that I was a bit nervous, but he reassured me it was okay to be. Wed gotten into a conversation about Motley Crue after I asked about all the memorabilia he has in the shop and while he was piercing, he asked who my favorite band/artist was. Went in to get a back dermal done and I thought it’d be a smooth process given that this is pretty well established studio. The first day I loved them but went home and realized one side was completely in my skin and the other was tilted against my skin. I went in twice for a wellness check both times I was told my piercing was fine and that it was exactly how it was supposed to be. I eventually became fed up and went to another studio where they told me my piercing had been done incorrectly and it needed to come out immediately. I’m grateful to the other studio as they changed all my jewelry and fixed the piercing within the same day.

I went with my lady friend for her tattoo consultation, and on impulse decided to get both nipples pierced. The staff was friendly, went over the risks and aftercare procedure, then took my info and after about 15 minutes took me into the piercing room, asked if i want both nipples done at the same time or one then the other. I chose both at once, he got his associate in the room told me to take a deep breath and then they pierced both nipples at once. There was less pain than i anticipated and it was over as soon as it started. All in all 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

Today I went in to get my septum pierced! I called before heading over to make sure they werent cramped, the women I spoke to on the phone gave me a lot of info and she was super nice! Once I got there the guy that took my name and what I wanted was also super helpful and nice, I tipped him! Mark was the one who pierced me, and he could tell I was nervous before I even said anything which made the whole experience 10 times better! He was very patient and gentle! All of the employees here are super nice. They are all helpful. My piercer seemed to be very experienced when it came to knowledge on where placements were, his name is “Ryan” I believe, if I remember correctly. He was amazing! I got my forward helix pierced and my conch. I went back for another service, following. A young lady with dark hair behind the scenes, was absolutely pleasant and helpful as well, making me feel the most comfort. Thank you again!

Brought my child (and myself) in for some piercing/bonding time and had an amazing experience! We couldnt commit to a time frame that day for an appointment so came in as first time walk-ins. I just have to commend the staff on their friendly and professional demeanor! We asked tons of questions and pored over their awesome jewelry to our hearts content! I took my daughter here in 2018 for a tragus piercing after reading many good reviews. Since then, she has gone back twice for other piercings, and the experience has been positive every time.The initial experience went like this:When wed walked in, we were promptly greeted by two staff members who were behind the counter. The young man ended being the one to help us. He explained all the paperwork (in quotes because it was all done electronically).He showed the selection of jewelry for her piercing. All of it was surgical-grade titanium.Based on the reviews Id read, wed asked for Marc. We waited about twenty minutes, since he was already with another client. (There was ample seating in the waiting area.)Marc greeted us, then brought us into a private room. The room itself was spotless, and we could tell everything, including the table, had just been wiped down.Marc explained everything from the sterilization of the piercing area to the piercing procedure to my daughter, which helped her feel more comfortable. He took time to answer any questions she had.He marked where he was putting the piercing and let her view it in the mirror to approve it.Marc was very mellow and spoke in a calming voice, which helped my nervous 14-year-old feel a little more relaxed.After she lay back on the table, he let her have a few minutes to breathe to calm her nerves as much as possible. He also let her indicate when she felt ready for the actual piercing, which I thought was great. I really appreciated his demeanor and patience with her.I could tell Marc was truly diligent about cleanliness. He changed gloves multiple times after different steps in the procedure and wore a face mask throughout the process (this was pre-covid, too).After the actual piercing, Marc took time to explain the healing process and after-care to my daughter. He made sure she was feeling well and wasnt dizzy before letting us leave.We were very happy with that initial experience, as I first stated, so when my daughter wanted other piercings in the subsequent years, she returned to Piercing Emporium. Her additional piercings were a helix piercing and an inner conch. One of the additional times was with a different piercer than Marc, but the procedure went just as well with that person.We absolutely trust Piercing Emporium for any piercings.

Went here to get my seventeen year old their septum pierced, and their friend got her nose pierced. Theres was a pretty good wait but it went down quick considering how many people were there.The staff was really good but the crowd seemed to have been wearing down some of them, as their mood didnt seem to be as friendly as others. Aside from that, very professional, affordable, and fast, even with a packed place. The piercer was friendly, informative and thorough. Will definitely be going back.

I have been to Piercing Emporium in the past and loved them but recently inquired about ear piercing services for my daughter. I emailed them with my questions and not only did they respond asap but provided me with credible information on ear piercing for infants (don’t @ me). By doing so they let me know about risks I hadn’t even considered. I debated whether I should write this review or not, but decided that it may be worth others taking into consideration.Short version:Good piercing selection for those with sensitivities.Incorrectly pierced, wrong jewelry size given, uncomfortable experience and out $140.Long version:I went with a few friends to get our noses pierced. We called ahead to make sure there was no issues walking in. We had no explanation from the piercer on what to expect. This is my first facial piercing, so I was unsure if this was normal or not. After going to another piercer I realized my experience was not the standard. When my septum was pierced it was very painful, something I mentioned to the piercer. There was no response. Given aftercare instructions through email.I noticed during healing my nose hurt when I smiled, or moved my face in general. Called the shop and was told to come in for a wellness check and to email the owner. I did both. Owner told me my piercing did not look infected and to flip my jewlery. I went into the shop to get checked out and the piercer admitted they had been unsure how to pierce my septum, and now it looked like it was pierced incorrecrly and the jewlery size was wrong. Then apologized. I wish they had told me that night, so I could have decided to go through with it or not.They switched my jewelry size. They said it would take longer to heal. I mentioned I had plans to stretch it, and they made a non-commital response. I later found out due to the location stretching would not be possible.I went elsewhere to have the piericing removed because it was still causing issues. Had a very different experience and they were not heavy handed.

So, this was the second time getting my nose pierced. And it is safe to say this was the more enjoyable of the two piercings. As the first one ended up not working out. Piercing Emporium is a very clean and welcoming place. They take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, understand the whole process and know they take the upmost care with providing a clean and sterile environment. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of my piercer, but while here he explained the everything he was doing, was gentle and all of this culminated in a wonderful enjoyable experience.

I went here for my own piercings and realized they do kids ear piercings as well. So I came back for my daughter. Everyone was super kind and professional with both my daughter and I. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention they have a very large selection of beautiful, quality jewelry. I would 1000% recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing.

We took our 3.5 month old baby to get her ears pierced today with the owner Marc, I believe. The gentleman in the front who helped us choose her earrings was very nice and interactive with our baby. Marc did a very nice and efficient job piercing our baby’s ears, but I felt like we were being judged for our decision to pierce our daughter’s ears. I was very disappointed with our experience because I had heard such great things about him. He didn’t smile once or interact with our baby at all. My husband was nervous about the whole thing and asked Marc how he deals with babies crying to which Marc replied, “ I have to take a minute because I know I’m hurting the baby.” If you feel so strongly about this, why are you performing piercings for infants? After we were done, he asked me to pick my baby up and quickly pointed us out to the back exit door. He didn’t even give us time to get our baby settled into her car seat. I was kneeling on the ground in front of the exit door placing my baby in her car seat on the floor. My husband and I felt terrible after this whole experience. We really wanted to remember this as a pleasant experience but now we’re scarred and made to feel like bad parents for our decision.

Had Marc as a piercer. He was phenomenal. Very professional and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly before proceeding with the piercing. He even explained what he was doing step by step while doing it. Prices were reasonable as well. Glad that they provided the cleaning solution necessary for proper healing. Brought my daughter for her septum piercing. The tech that did was super nice, explained to her what he was doing. Was quick, it took about 5 minutes to do and she said pretty much painless. I would give a higher score, however I was not impressed with the gentlemen up front. His tone was respectful, however when we scheduled the appointment I was told only myself and daughter who was getting pierced could go in. I thought he meant into the piercing room. So the day we came, it was her and her twin sister and myself. Their were about 5 techs sitting behind the desk chatting and two people sitting in the waiting area which seats about 20. The gentlemen in the front said she (my other daughter) would have to wait outside. Mind you it was below zero out. I asked if she could just sit while we went in the piercing room and he said no one in the store unless they are buying something. So I asked if she wanted her nose or ears pierced so she wouldnt have to wait outside and she said yes. (There was still 5 people just sitting behind the desk) Then he goes well you would have needed to have an appointment so she cant be in here. He was not at all compassionate considering it was below freezing out, dark and made her wait in the car. We sat in the waiting area for about 2 minutes and was then called in. At the time we went in, the waiting area seats were empty, and there were still 5 people sitting behind the desk. I could see if they were busy, but literally was not. Guess they didnt want to make some extra money or have a little compassion and allow my daughter to sit for a few mintues. Again the guy who did the piercing was Awesome!

Sold me a gold stud for my dermal far too small then blamed it on me because I should’ve known gold shrinks and will fall out. This is something a “professional” should discuss before ordering/ putting in jewelry. I paid hundreds to have this jewelry fall out every few weeks, paid to get it put back in each time, then a few months later it completely fell out. Paid for completely new one wasting hundreds in the process. The studio took no responsibility and put the blame on me. The only blame I should’ve received was putting trust in their expertise. I would recommend a place that knows what they’re doing and takes responsibility for their mistakes if they don’t. This place is not it.

Love this piercing studio ! Been going here for well over 10+ years and is the only place I will go for my piercings . Mark is outstanding as is the rest of the staff. My kids all have their piercing done here as well and not a tear shed . They are excellent with children as well . I had called in advance to see if I needed an appointment and they said I did not, but there was a cut off time for walk-in piercings and could not say how long i would wait as walk-ins are taken between appointments. Scheduling an appointment with a 40 dollar credit card hold goes towards your piercing.I came in and was immediately greeted warmly by staff and after saying what I would like to have done, gave me options of jewelry. You have the option of paying by card or cash which is nice. Then you wait when your name is called. They gave me a bottle of cleaning solution and gauze for the type of piercing I was going to receive.Enjoyed the experience and look forward to coming back for my next piercing. Ill call for an appointment next time so I dont have to wait!

I’ve gone here for all my piercings, they do a great job. They’re very profession and clean. I’ve had a great experience with everyone and I just went in to get my septum pierced. The girl made me feel very comfortable and was nice to talk to. Especially being that septum’s are harder to do she did a good job. They all have a lot of knowledge so you’re never worried. On a whim, I decided to get my nose pierced today. I walked in, was guided to exactly the type of jewelry I was interested in, waited maybe 2 minutes after filling out my registration, then was brought back and walked out in less than 10 minutes. The staff are super sweet and very knowledgeable. The pricing is very reasonable. The system theyve got is efficient. And the shop is really beautiful. Great place to go for jewlery and very clean however i have a few peircings and the two i received from them never quite healed right. I had to have someone else redo my industrial because it was not lined up correctly. And the helix peircing i received has given my constant problems despite beinghealed for 8 years ago. Staff is plenty nice i just wouldnt get pierced by them again.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. From the front desk staff to the people who did my actual piercings. Every one was welcoming and the piercers were knowledgeable. They were patient and explained everything step by step and made me feel completely comfortable. The place itself was spotless as well.

While my experience getting my double lobe piercings was good, I am disappointed by a few things. First, the spacing of my piercings are incredibly uneven. On one ear my two earrings practically touch. On the other ear there is a big space between them. Next, one of my four piercings was much more painful than the rest to get done, and it’s given me problems ever since. I contacted them about it and they said someone would call me but nobody ever did. It also cost me over $300 for 4 earlobe piercings. I could have gotten them done elsewhere much cheaper and they probably would have turned out better.

Marc and his team have been taking care of my piercing needs for many years. Now I take my daughter there. They are clean, professional , and have a great selection of high quality jewelry. Its a great experience for anyone looking for body modifications. Highly recommend.

Id say best place to get pierced in MA. There are several piercing places closer to where I live, but I choose to come here because they are professional, clean, friendly, they do excellent work, and have a very wide selection of jewelry. I got my septum pierced here back in July then went back the week after Christmas to get a new piece of jewelry for it. Ive been to many piercing places all over the country and this place is one of my faves.

While I was extremely happy with my nose piercing I had done in August of 2022, instead of making an appointment They told me they took walk ins, so that is what I did. I did not wait too long, the pieces was great, though tonight Saturday February 11th 2023 I stopped in to get my jewelry changed. There was no one in the store. I was told that they no longer do walkins but if I wanted to wait it would be 20 to 40 minutes. I guess if you are going to change your practice then maybe you should update your website to reflect. Ehhhh

Mark was incredible, very knowledgeable & soothing. Aftercare instructions were very clear, jewelry is great quality. My 7yo daughter had been begging me to get her ears pierced for a while and I finally gave in. She was so excited. The counter help was great in helping her to find the perfect pair (little crowns with light pink stones). I especially appreciated that they talked with my daughter and made sure that she really wanted it before going further. We went on a weekday so we hardly had to wait. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped us. She probably said it, but I was all sorts of nervous. They asked me if I wanted both ears done at the same time, and I did, as I was afraid that after one, my daughter would not want to get the other one done. The woman was so kind and explained everything to her and made her feel comfortable. She went and got a helper (I think she said his name was Ry?) and they were both very calm. I was able to hold my daughters hand. They were as quick as they could be, and though my daughter did get upset from the pain (she doesnt have a high pain tolerance), the woman was calm and helped me calm my daughter down. She let us stay in the room for a few moments until we were ready to leave. After we left the room, the staff were exceptionally nice in admiring her ears and telling her how brave she was. Its been 2 days, no complications, and my daughter even showed the cashier at the grocery store her ears yesterday. They were very professional and helped me make my daughter very happy.

I had a great experience getting my nose pierced (for the second time)! They were professional and respectful of my time as soon as I walked in the door. They were able to use and sanitize the jewelry I had already purchased from them in the past. I love the quality of the jewelry. They provide clear instructions on how to care for your piercing and demonstrate technique which is great for people new to piercings. I have no current plans of getting another piercing, but if I do in the future, Piercing Emporium will be the place I go!

The shop was immaculate and the staff were all super friendly and supportive. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful about the piercing process and aftercare. I got my septum and both nipples pierced on the same day and it was a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

The piercing emporium in Worcester is the only place I will ever consider getting pierced ever again! The staff at the front desk are very well educated and will NEVER steer you in the wrong direction when it comes to choosing the proper jewelry for your new or current piercings. I’ve had the most interaction with Kelly, she is truly an asset to the piercing emporium. The atmosphere of the piercing emporium is very welcoming. It is well lit, extremely clean and family friendly. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of having piercers Mark and Ed do their magic. They are both exceptionally kind, patient, professional, talented, relaxed.. absolutely amazing! The waits can sometimes be long on the weekends but it is because the piercers take pride in their work. They want to give everyone their undivided attention, the proper care and experience. I promise it is well worth the wait!

We walked in the door and was addressed by a woman with shoulder length brown hair. She pretty much greeted us (my 2 kids and I) with a what do you want attitude. I told her they both wanted piercings. The first thing she said was that they would not be able to swim for 4-6 months if they got it done...ok lady, I have 11 piercings. If you didnt want my business just say that. Its July!

After reading the reviews I decided to review myself. Every single reply to a bad review is this company trying to blame the costumer. If it was something the costumer couldn’t control the reply was “sorry you feel that way.” How unprofessional. I went to get my nose pierced a few months ago and was told to pick out jewelry. I wasn’t told how much certain jewelry was, i was just told to pick something out. I picked out a piercing, signed my papers and then it was time to pay. 140 dollars for a nose piercing. The fact that you guys couldn’t even give me a price range for the jewelry before paying is very unprofessional. So, after paying 140$ I go to get my piercing. I even told the piercer to make sure that it is perfectly even with my other nose piercing. I wanted to be able to have two studs in. I had a ring in my exsisting piercing at the time. After a couple months went by and my piercing healed I excitedly went to switch my old piercing with a stud only to find that they were ridiculously different. Literally pointing in different directions. I looked so stupid. So now i’m stuck with either letting it close up and getting it redone or just keeping a ring in one of my holes to keep it looking as even as possible because that way it’s a lot less noticible. Honorable mention: the lady at the front desk seemed miserable. No smile, rude tone, and she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.

I had just sent my kitty over the rainbow bridge before coming here. They were knowledgeable, thorough and helpful at the front desk. I was a walk-in and luckily only waited an hour or so to be seen. I chose my jewelry and sat in the waiting room. I got my nose ring changed from a star stud to a hoop. I had my nose pierced right my before covid and waited two years to change it. It hurt a little even though it was fully healed. I thought my nose was irritated, so I asked if I could get it changed. They said to come in over the weekend and they’d do it for me.. but instead, I decided to wait to see if the pain would go away and it eventually did. The person who changed my piercing was fun to talk to, super relaxed, kind and confident- which made me feel relaxed since I was nervous. Overall, besides the pain, it was a really good experience.

This place is fantastic!! My 8yo has severe needle anxiety, but really wanted to get her ears pierced. The workers answered any questions she had and explained things to her as simply as possible. Very clean and they were able to do both ears at the same time. She had no tears!!

I have known Marc for years and he is the best of the best. Super friendly but when it comes to the business he is a text book of knowledge and has such a calming demeanor.... can’t praise this shop enough. This staff is obviously deeply passionate about their work and go to great lengths go ensure an safe, healthy and all around greatest experience for the customer and it shows. I also love the jewelry they sell in their display cases. Would recommend to all family And friends.

Back in october 2022, i got my septum pieced by ryan and he did amazing. it had no problems when it came to the healing process, it didnt get infected at all. the place was super sanitary and professional. i loved every second i was there it was great

I went for a walk in this afternoon and they had me in and out of there in half an hour. Wonderful experience and a great atmosphere. They made me feel super comfortable and well prepared for the experience. If I ever get another piercing, I 110% plan on going back there. They really put your safety first. Great place, staff is super friendly. But I got a floating navel pierced a little while ago and I had to take it out due to it rejecting. My actual stomach was pierced and now I have an ugly scar.

Ive gotten every single piercing i have done here and its always been so clean and sterile, mark and all the staff are super friendly! literally the only place ill go to get my piercings done.

This was my first piercing experience and this place definitely made a good impact. I went in for just a eyebrow piercing on my left side for my 16th birthday but i was confused when there was no straight studs and only curved. The person at the front desk brought someone with more knowledge and they explained why they only do curved studs (lowers scarring and pain when making facial expressions). After they explained it to me I felt more comfortable with what I was getting. When it came to my eyebrow getting pierced the person who did it was very nice and asked me what I thought and made sure I wasnt in anymore pain than I should be. Overall, everyone was really nice and made sure that I was happy with my piercing. The waiting time was also really short, only 15-30 minutes (it was busy at the time).I also want to add that I got it back in September and it hasnt gotten very infected from what I can tell (it did get inflamed and painful last week for a few days but that was because I didnt clean it properly during that time).

This was my first time coming to Piercing Emporium and everyone was very friendly , patient and knowledgeable. I came in for a re piercing since my stud was out for a couple days and I had trouble putting it back in since it was a cork screw.The price was sooo affordable !! I called twice on the phone about the prices, advice, and services. The lady was super helpful .When I came in the shop, everyone was super engaged and attentive to the needs of the customer, that you would not think that they were busy at all. I had an industrial piercing done and the experience was very positive from start to finish. The two employees at the counter were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The piercer explained everything he was doing, reviewed the aftercare recommendations several times and put me at ease during the piercing. The facility is very clean as well. I really like how they display their jewelry by piercing types. They hooked me up with new earring for an old piercing that finally feels great after several years of wrong sizes. Very COVID safe. Got my second nostril pierced by Cathryn, she was great. She worked really hard to make the piercing even w/ the other side and it came out amazing. She hyped me up the whole time, made me feel great about it before and after, and clearly cared a lot about what she does. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Out of my 8 piercings, this was by far the best experience I had.

Went in on a whim today to get a piercing but didnt know what I wanted so I decided to do a dealers choice. I got lucky, Ry was the first piercer to see me when I walked in and immediately took on the challenge. Im pretty easy going but he took the time to look into the anatomy of my ear and my previous piercing styles before choosing what he wanted to do. I left with a BEAUTIFUL conch, something I probably wouldnt have chosen for myself but am obsessed with. The piercing took quite literally all of 15 seconds, fastest and easiest piercing ever. If youre ever in Worcester please pay Ry a visit but dont fill his schedule too much cause hes my new go to!

The piercings look amazing. The staff is very professional and keep everything sterile. I love how they dont use piercing guns but rather use needles instead. Can be a bit expensive, but definitely worth it just for the service.

Very great customer service. After getting belly button piercings back in May 2018, we have returned 2 additional times to check it out due to some concerns. They have always assisted and were very pleasant as well as gave good advice. We will return in the near future.

While the shop is nice and neat, and the staff are friendly. I do have a warning. Dont get pierced by Marc. He pierced something and it is crooked. Like, annoyingly crooked. I went back months later showing how wonky it isand he said its fine. Ok, tell that to my piercing. He refused to repierce it the correct way. He is the owner. Good luck

I went in as a walk in to get my lobe piercings redone. I had them done at Claires as a kid and let them close over. TL;DR... From start to finish this was a wonderful experience and I totally recommend Piercing Emporium.I initially reached out via FB messenger to several piercing shops, but I received my first response from Piercing Emporium within 30 minutes. Whoever was in charge of their social media was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were very conscious of health concerns and healing, which was what led to my choosing Piercing Emporium. They answered all of my questions.The woman who greeted me was great - she helped me decide what would be the best earrings to work with given what piercings I was there for and was super patient with all of my questions about pricing. There was no up selling or feeling pressured to purchase more expensive jewelry.The piercer (I cant remember his name, but he was amazing) was super knowledgeable and reviewed the scar tissue from my previous piercings and explained what that would mean going forward. He explained everything as he worked and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He was very friendly and great to talk to. It was very reassuring to have someone so competent and friendly.All tools were sterile and the entire experience was treated as seriously as a procedure in a medical office. They had a lot of options for jewelry, which was great. Additionally, the jewelry is high quality - I work in orthopedics and can tell you that a lot of the materials used in their jewelry is what is used for surgical fixations (titanium). My piercer changed out the posts on my chosen earrings when he realized my lobes were a bit thicker than expected, which was a testament to his knowledge and experience.I would not hesitate to come back - in fact I plan on returning for additional piercings in the future. Totally recommend Piercing Emporium.

Love this shop! i’ve had both my septum and my navel pierced here, and both piercers that i worked with were so friendly and did beautiful work. they made me feel comfortable and safe which i very much appreciated! very professional and i will absolutely be coming here in the future for more piercings!

I am so grateful to have found Ismael and to have his help with my medusa piercing. I had it done previously by a different studio and it was done with horrible quality jewelry and at the wrong angle which caused a negative reaction to the poor quality metal and a huge irritation bump that could have been prevented had it been done at the proper angle. I found this studio on the APP website and drove an hour away to have it looked at. I was extremely anxious but from the moment I walked in I was happily greeted & treated with consideration and respect. Ismael examined the old piercing and was honest with me about my best option which was to remove the piercing, allow it to heal and then reconsider piercing it. He kept in touch with me for weeks until it was safe to re pierce it. I went back last night to have it re pierced and he was honest, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there which was so nice compared to the experience I had at the other studio. If you want the best possible piercing experience then you need to come here. I have to say THANK YOU to Ismael and everyone there for all of their help!!

Always a pleasure going here! This place is sooooo clean, and filled with polite, knowledgeable individuals. You will not just receive a piercing. You will get aftercare instructions, be given a saline solution to take home, emails and support for if you have any piercing trouble. I wouldnt trust anyone else to pierce me. I have moved to Florida, and i STILL WAIT till i visit Mass just to go to them for any jewelry changes or piercings. Awesome place!

The building looks good on the inside and out, the inside is very spacious and very comfortable to customers to wait. The employees were very insightful and professional. The new location is absolutely beautiful. I have been going to piercing emporium since I was 18, when they were next the the hair salon (forgot what the salon was called). I will ONLY get my piercings here. The staff are great, friendly and professional.

The staff were so professional and friendly. My two young children and husband got piercings today and they were terrific. The piercer was great with the kids, explained everything step by step so they would know what to expect. A great experience.

Got one of my helix piercings here. I have many piercings so I am fairly experienced in taking care of them and this was my first ever piercing to get infected. I went to the other piercer I normally go to and they told me that it was so tight my ear couldn’t swell so it became inflamed. After I told my usual piercer that this place told me to come back in 4 weeks to get a shorter post, she said she wasn’t sure that was possible because of how short my original one was. This was in November. It is now May of the next year and I just had to remove the piercing myself because the pain became so bad I was losing sleep. Keep in mind this was after me cleaning the piercing 5 times a day. This isn’t even to mention the outrageous pricing and the lack of affordable options. Also I don’t want to hear that they make their prices in accordance to the quality of their pieces because every single one of my other piercings were $40 including jewelry and I’ve never had an issue. I didn’t return to get it fixed because the 45 minute drive didn’t sound pleasant just to receive passive aggressive comments from the snooty people at the counter.

I initially called the place thinking I could set up an appointment and was told they had walkins, great. The only issue I really had was waiting for hours for a literal 2 minute job that it seemed like the piercer was rushing on, to the point where they didn’t really make an effort to clean up all the blood from my piercing.. had to go to the bathroom and do it myself. The place is honestly fine and I found the counter workers super kind and helpful, but there definitely could be a more organized way to handling the flow of clients (especially since there are so few piercers working). When I walked in I was put on a waitlist and told to wait in my car until I was called, it’s the middle of winter at the moment lol. It’d be nice if they could place you in the waiting room or something.Overall a lot of these issues would be solved with enforcing appointments or prioritizing shorter jobs to not make customers impatient. But I was able to change my nose ring to the size I wanted for an affordable price so at the end of the day it was a success, I would recommend this place but just maybe try to keep in mind that it is very high traffic.

Very clean, great people and great service. I have had many piercings done here over the years. I only took off a star because after moving to the south and getting pierced here I have realized the prices were very high. I can get the same or better jewelry for half the price at a piercing place where I have moved. However I was never unhappy with their service and they did a great job. They always have a very large selection of jewelry choices and are willing to order just about anything unique that you want assuming it is safe for your piercing. I always recommend Piercing Emporium to my friends in the Worcester area. I can only vouch for their old location.

I was incredibly impressed with this place! I went for a nostril piercing, not knowing anything about the process, and left feeling completely informed and very happy. All of the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, patient and most importantly genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. Very clean, organized and comfortable space.

This location was super easy to find. I have never had any piercings other then one in each ear. I was terrified to go and I went alone. I had gotten my nipples pierced this day. The lady at the entrance helped me choose a piercing and she answered any questions I had. She even offered to go in with me. I was alone and scared I took her up on her offer. I got called and had everything set and there were no surprises. They walked me through step by step what they were doing and it was my choice on when they would do it. I have never had such an amazing experience here. They distracted me and laughed with me on my nervousness. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. This location and staff are amazing. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I am now taking a few of my friends here. Amazing!

If you have not seen Ismael do yourself a favor and DO IT. The whole staff is fantastic but he is one of a kind.

I went in to get a second nose piercing to have a double hoop. I spoke with the gentleman piercing it regarding exactly what I was looking for, we had an in depth conversation about it. Fast forward 6 months where I can switch the stud to a hoop and it doesn’t line up properly and does not look how I explained I wanted it to. Went to another piercing place and they said there is no way to fix it unless I let it close and do the whole process over again. Very disappointed in the outcome. I will never go back.

Today I went to get my earlobes re-peirced and my heilex peirced. The service was excellent, and staff were very welcoming and kind. Ry had done my peircings and he did a fantastic job. He really explained everything and he made sure that I was happy with everything. I didnt have an appointment, and they took me in right away! My only flaw was that the email I was supposed to receive was not sent, but Im sure that was a network error and we are trying to get it resent. But overall very clean, very professional, and I would 100% recommend.

I had my naval and septum pierced on the same day here. I really enjoyed the experience at first, the piercer was kind and understanding and answered any questions I had. The septum piercing came out amazing and I would recommend going there for facial piercings, although I cannot say the same for my naval. It was pierced quite high and I could already feel some discomfort since it was nowhere near my belly button. I wasn’t quite sure if I should take it out or not but decided it would be best to do because of how it had a greater chance to scar. I’m really upset about this as well considering that I really wanted to like this place but now I’m afraid to return.

Absolutely LOVE Piercing Emporium! Marc and his team are so knowledgeable and helpful with all your piercing needs. I’ve ordered plenty of custom pieces of jewelry from the shop and everything is of great quality! Marc is great at keeping you calm and chill throughout the process and is always super respectful no matter what you’re having done. I recommend all my friends (and strangers lol) to go here.

Very nice place and the person who did the piercing was extremely nice and kind to my nervous 13 year old daughter who was getting her ears pierced. My eldest got ears and lower lip done here as well and they were similarly great with her. Its more expensive then the mall but the studs are much better and the whole experience is vastly better.

I got my daughters ears pierced here. The process was very easy, quick pain free. Staff were nice. The woman who pierced her ears was very careful and got the hole done on spot. But price is very high, for small earings and the piercing is $118. Its just the one not-so -good thing about here.

This was an amazing experience! I was seen fairly quickly and my piercer was Ismael. while getting both earlobes and nose pierced, Ismael created a comfortable, relaxing environment. I was told by friends that this place is the go-to for good piercings and warm/welcoming/kind piercers. I highly recommend the Piercing Emporium.

Prior to the piercing they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into, and made sure I knew the risks instead of just doing it for the money. During the piercing I was allowed to take the time to decide exactly where I wanted and the piercer allowed me to change my mind several times before my final decision. Directly after, the piercer made sure I was okay (not pale, able to stand and walk) and allowed me to take some time to get my bearings after getting 3 piercings. Overall the staff was very attentive and polite.

Mark is amazing and professional! Quick piercings and gave me extremely detailed instructions on after care! And the place is spotless!

Service was fast and the employees took time to explain the jewelry so I could make a wise decision. Reapplying the hardware was done after an explanation as well which in turn helped me relax. Loved it, will return.

Another update lol November 2021: i had a bad infection on my 3 week old piercing (which it can happen) while i was on a trip across the country, mark replied to my message immediately, told me what to do, followed up on me every day till i got back to Massachusetts, took care of it when i got back, his costumer service is outstanding! There’s a reason i drive 40 minutes, pass a few other shops to go get my piercings done with Mark!!!Update june 27, 2020. Pierced again by Mark and he’s just awesome. He makes you feel calm and relaxed, takes the time to explain everything there’s to kn abt what u getting. The wait took a while most likely due to patriots day being a day before but it was most definitely worth the wait! They do a phenomenal job and the workers there are so nice and calming.
