Both the desk worker and my piercer, Nicole were very personable and sweet. They made me feel so welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back!

This studio is not only beautiful but also extremely clean. They have created a true professional studio that is still filled with fun and laughter. I wish there was more than five stars I could give! I was pierced by Jay and OZ was also there to film, they made this experience beyond amazing. The way that they go in depth with care and procedure shows so much about how serious everyone there takes their jobs. I absolutely love how they constantly make sure you are comfortable and are understanding of what is happening. I also love how everyone was so friendly and true to themselves. You can tell everyone was truly friendly and caring not just putting on a smile to get a better tip. I am going to go here for every piercing and tattoo! I have gone to many different piercing studios but this one is by far the best! They have so many different options for jewelry and are more than happy to help you choose. Can’t wait to go back! My son went to have more work done with Angela, she does amazing color tattoos and is a great artist. He changed his mind about what he was getting the very last minute and she had no problem accommodating him, and on a very different artistic drawing of what he originally sent her. That to me alone is worth gold and It came out amazing as always! Very clean place and everyone is wicked friendly. I highly recommend.

I took my 10 year old to get her second hole pierced by Jay ( the owner) hands down the best experience Ive ever had. Jay was amazing with my child . Talked her through every step of the way to help ease her nerves and to make you feel comfortable. Best part was Jay kept the conversation going while he was working on her ears to help Distract her. Which worked beautifully. The rest of the saff was just as amazing . Welcoming, patient when it came to pick it out jewelry with a very indecisive ten year old . Easy to talk to. Helpful and knowledgeable. Making the appointment online was super easy too! Within a few minutes I received a phone call to go over a few things I needed to bring with me to our appointment. They also gave me a heads up with pricing of the jewelry and what kids my daughters age typically go for. The jewelry selection was better then what I could imagine. So many to choose from . There is literally something for everyone.I highly recommended going here for your childs ear piercing

They were very accommodating with me just walking in to get a new piercing replacement since I lost my other one on my tragus. Super easy, clean and quick, that’s all I can ask for in a place.

We took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced by Jay. He was so incredibly patient and calm. This was actually our fourth try at different studios and each time my daughter had been too scared. Jay spent all the time needed to answer her 1000 questions and was so kind to her. It was very obvious he had done this a million times. Some people have a special knack for connecting with children and he definitely has it. My daughter didn’t even think it hurt very much either! We were both very happy with the experience and grateful for Jay’s kindness and skill with kids and piercing. Thanks Jay!!

Excellent! I got my septum pierced by Oz. Oz was super friendly and easy to talk to. They made sure that I understood each step of the process and made it clear that I was welcome to ask questions. They were informative and very passionate about what they do! The facility is incredibly clean and well kept. I would return and recommend to friends!

I went in and consulted with the receptionist about my lip piercing i had gotten done from another shop. I was in pain, had a lot of swelling and discomfort and asked them if i could get it changed to a longer bar. The receptionist and i talked to Jay and he noticed my discomfort with the jewelry i was pierced with and took me in even though he wasn’t working that day. He walked me through the entire process as he was doing it. He was absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend anyone to go to him. Not only was he great, the shop was beautiful, clean and very welcoming.

If you are looking to get a tattoo… look no further! I’ve had four sessions with Nick these past four months and he is absolutely incredible. He his EXTREMELY talented and a delight to work with. Not only does he take the time to create the perfect tattoo, he actually cares. He puts in those extra details that really make each and every tattoo amazing. Nick even fixed (and nailed!) what I thought was an unfixable portrait on my leg that was done by another artist. I can’t tell you how many compliments I get on not only that piece, but every other tattoo he has done on me. I always feel very comfortable with him and will forever have him do all of my tattoos.The shop itself is also top notch! It’s extremely clean and you can tell that the owner Jay takes great pride in it. (Side note- the bathroom decor his hilarious.)

There is a reason this place has 375+ 5 star reviews. It is the most excellent body art studio I’ve ever been to. The owner cares deeply about his field and his costumers. 10/10 would recommend. Nick was AMAZING and the shop was the most professional I have ever been too, and I’ve been to more than my fair share. Nick went over the drawing with me beforehand to show a few different options and asked for but also gave his opinion as to why something may work or not which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire 5 hour tattoo he checked in to make sure I was doing ok, brought me some candy to snack on, and played movies for me to watch to help pass the time. He even offered to walk me to my car after since we finished fairly late at night. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected. His books are so full because he does such amazing work and I promise he is worth the wait. He did an awesome job with my tattoo and I’m super happy with it. I can’t wait to go back to him for more!

I have been to Elegance for services on three separate occasions. Once for a tattoo with Nick, and twice for piercings by Jay. I had some rare complication with my first septum piercing done last summer, by no fault of Elegance. Jay has followed the issue closely and has surpassed any expectations I have ever had for a business owner. I was finally able to go in again in January to have it repierced, and it has heeled beautifully with no issues. Not only is Elegance the best for their services (I could never recommend them enough), but their level of care is also unmatched. For Jay to care so much about my healing process, enough so that I could reach out to him personally if I were to have any more issues, I am deeply grateful to him and Elegance. The entire staff makes me feel at home when I go in, and I adore Nicole and Oz for exactly those reasons. Do not go anywhere else for your piercings!!

This was my first ever experience getting my ears professionally pierced and I could not have had a better time!! This place and the people working (literally everyone there) were so helpful and accommodating to me with whatever it was I may have needed even if that was a Hi-C juice and candy ahah. If you are looking for a 10/10 experience then I couldn’t recommend this place and the people any more!(: Definitely going back for my second lobe piercing!

I had an amazing experience with Elegance with my first tattoo which was 4 portraits of my dogs. Nicks expertise during sessions and designing the vision made the process so pleasant. Everyone at the shop was extremely kind which was great. I have been stopped by strangers out in public when they see tattoo and they are always amazed with it. Absolutely would recommend and cannot wait for my next tattoo working with Nick and Elegance!

If you want a place that is professional, knowledgeable, and amazing, this place is to go! Everyone I encountered was kind, patient and calming. They have an array of jewelry it was hard to just choose 1. So I got my anti-tagus/snug pierced and csome absolutely adorable dangling charms for 2 of my hoops. Im 1000% going back and recommend them to everyone!

I almost don’t have words for our experience with Jay piercing our 6yo daughter’s ears. He sent us an email setting all of the honest expectations which we appreciated. He asked for consent and empowered her to make her own decisions for her body every step of the way. He was tender, gentle, but confident and instilled confidence in her too. The jewelry selection was impressive! Her piercings and earrings look perfect. I am so glad we made the trip to see Jay and I already plan to take my younger daughter to him when she is ready.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Elegance!I have been wanting to add to my ear, but didnt have any concrete ideas. Jay was super welcoming and friendly, letting me take my time to peruse their array of jewelry and making thoughtful suggestions. I didnt feel rushed and appreciated Jay giving advice about what would look good, as well as be easy to actually live with.Jay and the other staff members made the experience fun and relaxed as I selected jewelry and was pierced. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would certainly do that. My first experience at elegance was in January of 2022 when I got my ears pierced. As nervous as I was because I had never gotten pierced before, everyone at elegance was so welcoming and friendly. Jay and Oz worked together as a team and made sure to explain everything in great detail. I got the aftercare set which was more than helpful in the healing process. I then went back and got my nose pierced in January of 2023. The team made sure to remind me of all the aftercare. And then in February of 2023 I scheduled an appointment with Nick to get a tattoo. This process was not only price sensitive but was also quick! Nick took me in with the soonest appointment. Nick explained everything about the tattoo process and the healing process (even recommending to use coconut oil instead of lotion). He took time to recommend different places to do the tattoo around where I wanted it and made sure that I was certain about the placement. The process was so easy and he truly made me feel comfortable and like I wasn’t just a client but a friend.Elegance is the only place I will get tattooed and pierced and I recommend them to everyone I know! You can’t go wrong with choosing my friends at elegance!

Angela is INCREDIBLE! I have had several tattoos done by her, I keep coming back to her. She is professional, has perfect application, and makes me feel so comfortable. She recently reworked a tattoo I had gotten from someone else, and I am so appreciative of her eye and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Angela for your next tattoo!

I had a session with Nick Cabana today. He did 2 tattoos for me this time & has done 5 total for me over the last few years. As usual, he did a terrific job. His artwork is exceptional & he has such a chill demeanor that he just puts you at ease. I thought Id only ever get 1 tattoo, but the tally is rising & I know Ill be back again in the future with Nick as my artist. Each time I interact with him or the wonderful staff, theyre all so friendly, kind & professional. The shop is clean & welcoming. Theres a reason why this shop has been voted #1. I felt very welcome and it was so laidback. Picking out jewelry alone is not fun but Oz made me Forget! It was like hanging out with a friend - so cool! Thank you, Oz! He is super knowledgeable of jewelry and will take the time to talk with his customers to make sure they are getting exactly what they want. Amazing experience here! Communication beforehand was very responsive and clearly set expectations. Making an appointment was very easy. The location is easy to find and the inside was immaculately clean and welcoming. The staff could not have been friendlier and were attentive as soon as I came in. Jay was straightforward, helped figure out exactly what would work based on what I wanted and explained things well. The setup was thorough, but everything was all very easy and efficient. The atmosphere was great and everyone seemed to be having a good time.

We found this place on IG and so glad we gave it a chance! Nick was our tattoo artist and his work is crisp! My fiend and I got matching tattoo and he made us feel super comfortable. What I liked about Nick is the way he explains why and how. He doesn’t just tell you what to do, he teaches you how to choose your design, how the tattoo will be made and why the AFTER care is important. I will definitely recommend Nick to my friends!

I definitely recommend Elegance. I had my nose pierced by Nicole, and they was absolutely fabulous. They explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. I was super nervous, but they definitely put my mind at ease and there were no surprises which I appreciate greatly. Oz at the front was so very patient with me and I was stuck on the blue nose piercing and the clear so she recommended the Aurora. It was beautiful and exactly what I didnt know I wanted. Perfect experience. As someone who hasnt been pierced in more than 20 years when I was a wee babe, Ill admit to some nervousness. But with friendly, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, clear sanitation and cleanliness practices, a beautiful selection of jewelry, and a quick stick for my daith piercing that was over before I could blink, I cant imagine it getting any better than that. I worked with Oz, specifically, but I’ve also been present while the owner, Jay, has worked with my friends. Such good people who are clearly passionate about their work.Have questions? Feel nervous? Have even more questions? Do the friends or family who came with you have questions? You will never feel rushed here. The staff will explain everything you need to know in detail so that you know exactly what to expect and what happens afterward. There are no mysteries or surprises. If you start feeling like maybe this isnt the right decision for you after all the info, they wont talk you into still getting a piercing and wont make you feel like youre not brave for changing your mind.They dont try to upsell you on your jewelry choice, either. Depending on the piercing you get, jewelry prices can start as low as $25 and go up to $600+, which gives you a great variety to choose from no matter what your budget is. I saved up for my selection (~$300) because I know that, at the earliest, I won’t be able to change it for 6 months, and it might take longer depending on my personal healing time. With that in mind, I wanted something pretty that I knew I would love no matter how long it takes before I can switch it out. Something for you to consider when planning for a piercing.Also, the inside of the parlor itself was lovely and relaxing. The light decor and abundance of lighting clearly has people of all ages and walks of life in mind -- very kid friendly -- rather than a darker color scheme that always feels like it caters to a more specific demographic (no shade to them, just drawing a comparison).If I get more piercings in the future, Elegance is the only place I will go and you should, too. Be sure to call ahead and make an appointment because they book up in advance.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. I love the tattoo that Nick designed for me as a cover up. It’s everything that I wanted and more. The space is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend them for your tattoo or piercing needs.

I can’t say enough positive comments about Jay and his entire staff.My 16 yr old daughter was extremely nervous to get her ears pierced for the first time. We knew we wanted professionals to do this and everyone told us to go here. They made the appointment all about her; they even let her pick the music! (ABBA) Jay was patient, let her take her time, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The entire experience was wonderful and very caring. It was just what she needed and I’ll always be thankful for everyone at Elegance Inc. 5 stars ⭐️ (more if I could give them!)

Elegance Tattoo truly lives up the name, it really is elegant! The shop is super clean, decorated nicely, and they offer comfy chairs (one is a massage chair) and free beverages while you wait. I encountered three staff while I was there and they were all very friendly and accommodating. Jay did an eyebrow piercing on me and it looks great! He was very knowledgeable and provided all the disclaimers before piercing me. The piercing space was very clean and Jay explained every step in the process. I would absolutely come back here for another piercing and would love to try their tattoo services sometime!I have included photos of the piercing the day of and another the day after.

Everyone is very welcoming, very kind, and very understanding. Piercing jewelry is high quality and unique, and tattoos are high quality is well. This plan is ran how every piercing and tattoo shop should be.Side Note: Not every piercing done here! Some were just jewelry changes!

I first got pierced by Jay at a convention in CT and despite the bustling atmosphere, he was incredibly calm and reassuring without any condescension. I have also been pierced by both Jay and Oz in the shop and, again, had an awesome experience. Oz gave helpful direction when I was looking for jewelry and they pierced my ear in the perfect spot despite me describing the complete lack of detail I gave. Top notch service, excellent protocols, CLEAN shop, and great selection of jewelry. I would absolutely not hesitate to come here again and recommend it to everyone from first timers to those swiss cheese looking friends.

Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From quick booking to the actual piercing - everything was super easy, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming! I called on my way home to CT from Boston to see if they had any availability for a septum piercing and I was able to get in! The staff was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and gave me time to really figure out what I wanted! Oz was seriously the best! Wonderful experience! I reached out a few times via email with questions and the shop was very quick and kind in their responses. Brought my 11 year old to get her 2nd piercing in her lobes done and I’m so happy I chose to come here! It was so clean and the staff were great. The girl at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and very attentive and informative. Jay pierced her ears and was great at making her feel included in the whole process and informed her of everything that was going to happen. She got a certificate and a goody bag at the end which I thought was so cute. 100% recommend coming here if you have children (or yourself) it was a great experience.

The people who work here have such awesome energy and create a super comfortable environment for customers. they fixed my botched ear piercings that i got done somewhere else, and i didnt feel anything. they did an amazing job, and they are also very conscious about peoples pronouns, which is wonderful to see! i will absolutely be going back for more piercings as soon as mine heal! ❤️❤️❤️

My friend wanted to get an ear piercing and Elegance had been recommended to me, so we decided to check it out, and were so glad we did. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Okay the name lives up to this place in such a serious way. I genuinely have never had a better more pleasant experience. I’ve had a multitude of piercing throughout my life but I will genuinely never forget this appointment. I booked it a couple of days before on a whim and brought two of my friends and we all got piercings. Every single one of the staff was beyond kind, incredibly helpful and just all around so vivacious.They helped me pick jewelry and gave me their opinions about what would look best, they were patient with my questions and gave just thorough and thoughtful explanations without being condescending and I was so appreciative. Jay was professional, kind, and honestly hilarious. I felt so comfortable and trustful and my piercing not only looks amazing but is already starting to heal nicely and looks so so so so good. I couldn’t have imagined a better look or feel and it was honestly one of my least painful piercings because I wasn’t stressed or scared, Jay explained everything that was being done and I just trusted the process and experience so much and I am so happy I did. Jay and everyone else in the shop worked with me and my friends and treated us all so kindly. I seriously think the entire shop is just magic because I had such an amazing, happy, wonderful time and my friends and I genuinely discussed going back in a week to get another piercing and book tattoos because it was literally one of the best places I’ve ever been. I cannot reiterate how wonderful this truly was, and they are the kind of piercing/tattoo business that you could only dream of, they took care of us and made sure everyone of our needs and desires were met and above all didn’t push us or try to trick us into spending a crazy amount of money, my only regret is leaving because the entire energy and just sheer kindness that runs through there is unmatched. I can’t thank you all enough for everything!!! We will definitely be back :)

Absolutely stellar experience. Jay took me in last minute, on his day off to pierce me on a spontaneous whim. He was very educated,friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I received a genital piercing from Jay and Nicole last night, and they did such an amazing job! They were both super informative to me and my partner, and they talked me through the entire process so that I always knew what was happening. Jay performed the actual piercing very very quickly so that I wasn’t in much pain, and by the time a few minutes passed I couldn’t feel the pain at all! Both Jay and Nicole made me feel confident and comfortable, especially given the location of the piercing on the body, and I felt totally safe in their hands. Everyone here really seems to know what they’re doing and they seem incredibly passionate about what they do, from the receptionist to the piercers to the tattoo artists. Overall I had a great experience, I would highly recommend Elegance, and I will definitely be coming back!

My 10 year old daughter has been wanting earrings for years, but like a lot of kids, is afraid of needles, so we just kept putting it on hold. However she came home from school a couple of weeks ago and said she was finally ready! I knew I didn’t want to bring her to a place like Claire’s just because of my own personal experience years ago, along with some friends who also had some bad experiences. So I did some research and it lead me to Elegance Piercing. I had no reservations about bringing her to a place like that because it’s what they specialize in, and when I emailed to ask some questions, Oz wrote back so fast! Within a week I had scheduled the appointment and a few days before, the owner Jay called to go over all the instructions and explain it all to me. When we got there they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and did everything they could to make sure my daughter was at ease. Jay, having a daughter of his own, understood exactly how my daughter was feeling and the time he took and way he explained EVERYTHING to her, was above and beyond anything I could have expected! She didn’t flinch and not one tear was shed, which shocked me! And the look on her face afterwards was something I’ll never forget 🥰. She also came home with a certificate and a goody bag to top it off! But even a couple of hours afterwards she said to me she doesn’t even remember the pinch AND her ears aren’t even red! I would recommend them for piercings a millions time, so if you’re unsure or nervous about getting a certain piercing, don’t hesitate, just call and make an appointment there! You will NOT be disappointed!! You guys are the best!!!

Elegance is definitely my go-to piercing place in Worcester! Been here twice now and both were fantastic experiences. Staff is friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. All piercings have gone very smoothly and Jay was able to see me on short notice for an aftercare “emergency.” Cannot recommend them enough, especially for queer clients.

I normally don’t leave reviews. But I just have to say, this is by far the best place I’ve ever been for a piercing. Jay was amazing and made the whole experience very comforting. I just got something done that was way out of my comfort zone and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend Elegance and I can say I will be taking my business here from now on!

I brought my daughter to get her Septum pierced here yesterday and this is her first piercing other than her ears. The reason I went here was because of the 5 star reviews I saw about this place. The place is very clean, the lady at the front was very sweet & helpful. Very knowledgeable. So we had Jay as my daughters piercer and I just want to say how absolutely AMAZING he is! He talked through everything from beginning to end, step by step! He made the experience wonderful. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Ive been to Elegance for six of my piercings and theyve been consistently wonderful. My piercings have healed without any issues and Ive only been treated with respect and friendliness. My experience with Elegance has been fantastic, the staff and owner are extremely professional, and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I would honestly never go to any other piercing place. Jay is an expert who makes sure to take care of your wants and needs and the shop is an extremely professional and sanitary environment. I have had Jay do multiple piercings of mine and am a very satisfied customer. He has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. I take my word very seriously, and I would give anyone my word that this is the piercing place to go to. I live approx an hour away from this shop and will continue to commute the distance because of how much I love the service I am provided whenever I make an appointment.

A few months ago two friends and I visited the studio for the first time, having been pierced by Jay when he was back in Northampton. The studio is beautiful, akin to a high end med spa, with the most welcoming staff and a beautiful selection of high quality jewelry. Jay, as usual, was wonderful throughout the process and brought that zen feeling to the appointment/piercing process that he’s known for. I drive 45 minutes to the studio and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I CANNOT say enough about how AMAZING my experience at Elegance was. If you’re looking for a sign to go, THIS IS IT! Oz pierced my helix and was very patient when I was picking out my jewelry. Followed by that, they were very accommodating and I felt super comfortable during all parts of the piercing. I love that they explained every step that was happening as well! Wonderful group of staff and I’ll be going back for any other piercing needs!:)

A month after piercings at Elegance piercing & tattoo-I selected elegance piercing and tattoo for three re-piercings because they had 5/5 stars on google & I’m glad I did! I was greeted by their piercer, Oz who was very patient explaining the paperwork thoroughly. They helped me select jewelry and explained the different metals and prices on everything. Jay, the owner, was the one to pierce me. His piercing shop is the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. My body rejected in the same place prior to seeking out Elegance and a month later the new one is healed with out the issues like I’ve had with other piercing studios. Jay was thorough in explaining after care for all three piercings and I even got a goodie bag at the end. My boyfriend and I will be going back for all of our piercings in the future!

Had 2nd and 3rd earlobes pierced by Oz, and went back in for troubleshooting an irritation bump a couple months later with Jay. Both are highly knowledgeable and were able to recommend the best options for me. All are healing up great, and the jewelry they sell is top quality.

Ive been getting piercings from Jay for probably 4 years now. Theres a reason that I drive 40+ minutes just to go to Elegance, and its more than just the professionalism and integrity. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and everyone working at Elegance is so charismatic and personable!This last visit, I had a slight piercing emergency involving a cat and a seam ring that was horrifically bent out of shape -- I shot a message to the staff at Elegance and they were able to squeeze me in. I also got a new piercing from Oz, one of Jays current apprentices. Like Jay, Oz walked me through everything he did before he did it. Both Jay and Oz have phenomenal bedside manner and their calmness is infectious.If youre looking for a new piercing studio, take it from someone who has had 9 piercings from Jay and now 1 piercing from Oz. Its the best studio Ive been to (and Ive been to several), and the service that Ive received is top tier. I carry the Elegance business card in my wallet so I can recommend it to everyone I know.Im a little sad because Im running out of ear space, so I try to space out my piercings to one every year. Ill just have to come back for jewelry changes because the jewelry selection is amazing. Maybe Ill do another ear project just so I can go back.

I’m very picky when it comes to fine line tattoos & I absolutely loved how Nick did my tattoos, I have a tattoo I once wasn’t a fan of because of the imperfections a pervious tattoo artist left & Nick had fixed it up & I completely fell in love with it again. He’s line work is amazing. He’s also very nice ! I will definitely be going back to see Nick very soon.

My husband and I went to get piercings on a bit of a whim for our anniversary. I was looking for places in Worcester with an APP piercer and good reviews and found this place. I really loved that they had appointments and covid protocols to keep clients and the staff safe. We made appointments the day before. Day of we arrived a few minutes before our appointment and they were ready for us and helped us pick jewelry, then we waited a few minutes and it was time to get pierced.Jay and Oz were both great! Jay explained absolutely everything we would need to know about healing and threw in a few hilarious stories. Such a great friendly but professional vibe. Everything was extremely clean and he talked us through everything. My piercing was almost painless which Ive heard conch piercings are usually pretty painful. Will 100% be back here once I want to change out my jewelry or add another piercing! Definitely going to recommend to any friends that are looking to get a new piercing!

I went to Nick with a difficult cover up and he knocked it out of the park, he is honestly the best tattoo artist I have ever met. Nick saw what he was working with and I gave him free thought because I knew it wasn’t going to be easy and it is the most beautiful tattoo I have ever had the pleasure to have. Nick always takes the time to listen to what you want and will give his advise on it to be sure you will love it forever. He will make sure you know and understand the aftercare process to ensure the tattoo heals properly. I honestly have never felt so comfortable around a tattoo artist and highly recommend going to see Nick with any and all tattoo interests and ideas. I plan on using this shop for any and all tattoo and piercing needs. They are so clean honest and amazingly educated people to work with. There is no such thing as a silly question with them. My experience at Elegance Piercing was absolutely exceptional. Jay, Mac, and the entire staff were extremely welcoming and comforting. From the moment we called to make appointments, my friends and I knew that Elegance would be the perfect place to get our piercings done at. The entire staff had great customer service skills. We were talked politely on the phone, greeted at the door and offered refreshments, and our multiple questions were answered honestly and politely. Jay talked my two friends and I through the entire piercing process; he was very honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable in what can be a rather uncomfortable process. We all agreed that we felt at ease throughout the entire process and we all love how our piercings turned out. Update: got a nose piercing custom ordered, Jay was great as always - even though my friends made fun of me, Jay reassured me about taking my time to decide on placement, told me exactly what was going to happen before he did it, and I barely cried!Just went back today for a swap to a shorter post now that its healed, Nicole performed the change and it was quick and painless!Ive been going to Jay for years, hes been phenomenal for every piercing and with every friend Ive brought in. His attention to safety is top notch, and he takes the time to explain proper aftercare to every single customer. Highly recommended, this is the place you want to go.

I was researching and I was told by two different piercers(unknown to the other) a state away, Jay at Elegance could help assess my situation (poorly done P A) and see what could be done. Well, the coincidence made him easy to choose— but oh man— Jay and staff were so professional its as if you are a patient in a doctors office, where he directs as well as is hands on with patrons while he’s also mentoring and trains folks simultaneously. He is a multi- year winner of best piercer in the state! So, luckily my over the top praise is not just me. lol. Over the course of some time I noticed he is always learning about the latest in quality, technology for himself and staff, he was just what I searched for. He assessed the damage for free, was willing and able to redo the piercing due to several errors in the original for a reduced price due his empathy about my costly error the first attempt, and clearly earned his best piercer awards despite this states high amount of practitioners. I never will go elsewhere now. He quite likely saved me from further damage to “my junk” turning a junk piercing into something safe, but in a way, restoring my confidence in the safety of this activity with the right person. Hell, I trusted him enough to let his intern do stuff under his watch- I couldn’t believe I could trust anyone again. And, I am high maintenance, low pain tolerance etc, so Im a “hard grader” too… he earned every star and then some. I’d share pics if Google was cool with it, alas, but Jay got me into a 6 gauge 7/8” titanium captive bead ring that looks proportionately perfect. He later helped me get yet another issue resolved and help this fixed income guy with my budget in mind and my education about the difference in quality and why quality in procedures as well as jewelry matters. Remember, this is coming from a ‘Karen’- he’s the real deal. You got this if Jay’s there.

Brought in a 79 year old lady today to get her nostril pierced. The woman was impressed with the shop. She said it was absolutely beautiful. The owner Jay did her piercing for her and she loved him. Was super gentle and very personable! She can’t believe she’s waited 40 years to get her piercing. As we left she completely raved about her visit and said she will recommend him to anyone looking for a piercing! Thank you Jay for all of your help and for marking this off of her bucket list! Jay and his apprentice were funny and extremely professional, the selection of jewelry was amazing and Jays expertise in helping curate a look is by far impressive. The staff was phenomenal; I have never felt so welcomed at a tattoo/piercing shop before! They were both so kind and clearly knowledge about the practice. I gave them a vague idea of what I wanted and they provided multiple options until I was completely satisfied, walking me through the whole process. The gold jewelry has a lifetime warranty which makes me very comfortable about my purchase. So so great! Cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Elegance. First of all, the shop is clean and bright, which to me is one of the most important things! Second Jay and Ox were incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. The comfort I felt was important. I had an injury to my nose piercing at a friend’s house and my nose ring was stuck and I was in pain. I had to get the jewelry removed and replaced. I was really nervous but from my initial phone call all the way until the end of my visit, I was put at ease and Jay explained things clearly, professionally and in a lot of detail. He has vast understanding and over 14 years of experience. I appreciated him explaining things so I knew what I needed to do and what to expect. I had to have the hoop removed and chose to put in a stud to keep the piercing but allow safe healing. Every step of the way I was given options including the advice recommended, but they walked through what I could do and what they thought I should do. I ended up leaving with confidence that my injury was addressed with skilled experts. They let me know I would heal if I kept it clean and safe until visiting the shop again. They have high-quality jewelry and know what they’re doing. I will absolutely be back for all of my piercing and jewelry needs. Note: the prices are fair and reasonable too. The kindness and the way they treated me was top notch. I was afraid and they helped me.Go here!

My sister accidentally bought an earring online that was too small for her cartilage piercing, and it locked shut and was really hurting her ear. We are so glad she found Elegance. Jay was kind, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and honest. He provided all options for a new earring to replace it with even though it meant presenting less expensive earrings. The office is immaculate—bright, clean, comfortable, and displayed all of Jay’s certifications and awards. He popped the earring right out without damaging it (or her ear!), and everything was professionally sanitized. My sister is so happy with her new earring and even happier her ear doesn’t hurt anymore! Highly recommend.

This shop was my saving grace! I unfortunately had a badly placed rook piercing from a previous shop, and needed it to be removed. I called this shop to help me have this removed and they were nice enough to squeeze me in to remove it that same day. Shop is by appointment only with staff who offer you free water/juice and candy while waiting. Jay was so personable, educated me so well about my piercing and proper after care. He genuinely cares about providing high quality service. This is probably the most modern piercing shop in Worcester with online booking, beautiful jewelry selection, amazing customer service, and a clean elegant look. Will be back again.

Nick at elegance piercing & tattooing has been great working on my sleeve tattoo he has been great to work with and is doing an amazing job. He has also done amazing work on other members of my family. My daughter has also had piercings done and they have been excellent with her.

Love this place. They are professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The shop is pristinely clean. The online scheduling is really convenient too. I needed to have some newer piercings taken out for a medical procedure and they were really accommodating to get me in after so they werent out too long. I could not have asked for a better piercing experience! Jay and Mac were incredibly respectful and accommodating over the phone and in the studio. They spent an hour and a half working with us and were clearly dedicated to making sure we had a comfortable, customized experience. They were kind, respectful, funny, and professional and created the best environment possible!

Its been a few years since my last piercing, Jay was very thorough with aftercare instructions. He walked me through each step and I felt very comfortable. The shop was very clean and I will definitely be back! It was a great experience!

The shop is absolutely beautiful. The experience is even better. From the moment you walk in the door youre greeted by the staff. They are helpful and informative through the whole process of what you are looking to buy or what piercing you want to receive. Jay walks you through every step of the piercing while hes doing it to make it a calm and enjoyable experience. When youre finished he gives you all the details of how to take care of your new piercing and even offered drinks and snacks to just make you feel even more welcome and not just another customer. I highly recommend this shop, I will be going back in the future as well as recommending it to all my family and friends.

Jay and his apprentice had great personalities!! When I first booked my online appointment, I made a mistake and called them right away and jay gladly fixed the appointment day and time on the phone! I’ve been pierced by Jay a number of times in the past and was so excited to see he had opened his own shop. The space is gorgeous and makes you feel comfortable. My experience exceeded all my expectations. My friend and I felt like we had their undivided attention and had a great time picking out our new jewelry. Jay was very accommodating. He even made time to change two of my other piercings in addition to my new daith! As always, Jay made sure to have a clean and welcoming environment and was very cautious due to COVID. Would definitely recommend. Jay is extremely professional and helpful. He will tell you exactly what will look good on your body and what won’t! He fixed up a couple of piercings that I had done at Miraculous Creations (do not go there). I’m so thankful they look so much better now! Their jewelry selection is amazing as well.

Beautiful and comfortable LGBTQ+ friendly environment. Elegance provided me with professional and quality care. After not having been pierced in 7 yrs I was a bit nervous. Jay was patient, gentle, and informative with me during set up and quick and efficient during the procedure. My new rose gold jewelry is perfect and matching my others. Amazing experience!! Everyone was super friendly and obviously passionate about their work. I could tell they really cared about my experience and wanted me to leave happy. I was worried about how a second earlobe piercing would look on me, but they really know how to make the piercing work for your anatomy, and I am very happy with the outcome! Cannot recommend Elegance enough! My friend and I were super comfortable the entire time, and Jay was extremely accommodating and thorough. We were all safe and taking necessary precautions with our masks, and Jay did a great job with my helix and tragus piercings. I really appreciate how much thought he put into our after care goody bags. My friend and I came all the way from Boston to Worcester in the snow, and we’d happily do it again for our next piercings!

I can’t say enough about Jay and his team at Elegance Piercing. My sister and I brought our daughters, age 5 and 6 to get their ears pierced. Not only we’re they amazingly accommodating, but incredibly informing, friendly, funny and helpful. Tattoo work by Nick Cabana is amazing. Professional, listens to what you want and executes it perfectly. I have been getting a sleeve done and cant be happier with results. Line work and detail are astonishing, his ability to duplicate an image and add his own touch are unmatched. I just got in from an event and everyone was commenting on my arm. Realized i hadnt written a review. Environment is friendly, clean and modern. Staff is friendly and professional. Would not go anywhere else for piercing or tattooing.

Me and my girlfriend got pierced at elegance. It was my first piercing ever, however she was pierced before. Both of us LOVE our piercings from Jay!!! Shortly after moving to Worcester from Boston, I decided to have my daith redone a year after it got infected. I didnt knew where to go, but I did a ton of research to find a parlour that would be welcoming, reputable, and accommodating. There are tons of beautiful pieces (ranging in affordability) to pick from and I was welcomed with open arms to Elegance! 😀 The team made me feel very comfortable, and answered all of the questions that I asked. Could not recommend more highly. I was nervous to come because I came for them to look at my piercings that hadnt been doing so well. I got them done at another shop, and had a horrible experience there. The at Elegance wad extremely welcoming. Both stand members offered me something to drink. The staff was super informative and answered ll of my questions. I never felt scared toast anything. The shop was super clean and inviting. Wonderful experience!

Went today for a tattoo from Nick Caban, and he did an incredible job! Professional, very laid back, knowledgeable and an all around great artist. I scheduled my next appointment to go back and see him again in a few weeks! The shop itself is very clean, well set up, great privacy with very knowledgeable piercers and tattoo artists. I think I have found my “Forever Piercer!” So incredibly pleased with my new piercings. I came from out of state, with an open mind and a few ideas. Originally, I had 4 in each lobe (his apprentice re-pierced one & stretched another) & added my helix and forward helix, along with a set of nipple piercings. I cannot believe I sat like a beast through each piercing & I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without the comfort of Jay and his apprentice. They really helped put my mind at ease so I could overcome my fears. And not only were they amazing, the studio was immaculate and extremely gorgeous! I am beyond thrilled with the whole experience. The jewelry selection was phenomenal. I knew I would find the perfect pieces for me! The first time I was pierced by Elegance was at the Hartford Tattoo Convention ; The Owners are the sweetest and most helpful souls ever! Even the apprentices are highly educated and helpful. Absolutely love them , won’t let anyone do my piercings. (PS they have done my navel , left nostril and tongue and they have all healed amazing!!)

Usually go to another piercing studio but I’m happy that I made an appointment to try out this new spot! The owner was super kind and professional and the jewelry selection was absolutely unreal. They had a wide range of styles and metals to suit every taste— I found out that they do custom orders and also have the ability to curate and digitally style pretty much anything your heart desires. Which is really nice to be able to see how everything would look even if they don’t have what you are looking for in house. You can tell how much thought and effort (and money) was put into this shop! The entire space was so tastefully done and everything was so incredibly clean and new. It was definitely an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back! Also note that the in shop apprentice Oz was also and absolute pleasure and really knew what he was doing in addition to being above and beyond helpful! Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

Jay spent well over an hour accommodating my very nervous 6 year old daughter. He took his time explaining the whole process to her and did everything imaginable to make her feel comfortable at Elegance. He threw a mini Disney dance party to help her feel comfortable and did everything to her stuffed animal, Cookie, first. He was really able to get on a childs level and requested permission from HER each time he moved to the next step. If you are looking for a family friendly experience then look no farther than Jay at Elegance. He really treats each client, no matter their size, with care and compassion. Jay and his entire team were amazing from start to finish piercing my 7 year old daugthers ears. The shop is meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. Being that they are appointment only, the shop was entirely ours while we picked out earrings (great selection) and went through the process. Jay explained everything in terms that my daughter could understand and consent to. His bedside manner was fantastic and he was easily able to distract her anxiousness with silly topics to talk about. Nothing was rushed, she was in control. As I write this review, we are a week post piercing and we have had ZERO issues with her ears...not even tears (due to soreness) sleeping that first night. Thank you for a great experience (and for all of the candy and juice boxes!)

It was amazing. as soon as i got in there they were incredibly polite and patient when I couldn’t decide my jewelry for a few minutes. When i actually got to the piercing part, my piercer, who was also the owner, told me exactly what was going to happen and when it was going to happen and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. 10/10 I’m looking foreword to my next piercing with them once I can go again.

These guys are the absolute sweetest. theyre usually appointment only but they took me as a walk-in to get my philtrum downsized because my usual shop couldnt & i had driven over an hour.. made me feel right at home and not awkward or nervous. my peircer was clearly confident in what he was doing. just gained a regular customer !

My friend and I went to get pierced from them after reading many of their wonderful reviews and every single one of them was true. They took their time with us, showed us how each piece of jewelry would look in our ears, and also recommended which piece would be best for us based off of our ear and piercing. Last week I received the most amazing tattoo from Nick Cabana. After having horrible tattoo experiences from two other shops in Worcester MA., one that I am having to laser off and one that told me that they could tattoo whatever they wanted on me because they are the artist, I found Nick through Instagram. From meeting the very kind and welcoming staff at Elegance Tattoo, and to the emailing on a consult time to the day of the tattoo session, Nick has been nothing but kind, caring, supportive and creative. Nick did everything that he could to make sure that my tattoo was everything I dreamed of. When it came to the day of the tattoo session Nick make sure everything was the way I wanted it before getting started. Nick created a dark and mysterious book tattoo that has so much detail and included so many aspects of what I was looking for. Nick continued to check on me throughout the whole process. I am so grateful to Nick and everything that he did to make this a great experience. I will definitely be going back to Nick for all my tattoos to come and I recommend not only Nick but Elegance to anyone who is looking for a place that takes the time to get to know you and make sure you are going to be happy with the results.

Since 18, I’ve been pierced at a number of different studios in Mass & RI. Elegance ranks at the top of the list for such a professional, thoughtful, personable experience. Jay took time to talk through any question I had, carefully line up marks for the piercing - drawing and redrawing to make sure it was correct. The piecing itself was so quick that while - yes, it hurt, it was not as bad as I thought it’d be. I never felt rushed after either. Would absolutely return and get another piercing here again.
