The shop is super clean and organized, Cat got an eye for detail ,she is friendly , professional ,flexible and she is an artist with a solid work ethic. I can not say enough about Hourglass Ink and especially Edy! She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable since the begging and also to make me and my family feel like part of her tattoo family. I am so in love with Sleeve she took her time to create and piece together. It is honestly perfect! Im also so grateful that she was willing to cover up a cover up on my upper back. I was always so embarrassed to show off my back do to the mess that was created and now I cant stop showing it off.I can go on and on about Edy and her work! Hourglass tattoo shop is an amazing place, I would and do recommend this place to everyone wanting either their first tattoo or just in the market for a tattoo artist. Trust me you wont be disappointed!

Came here around 2013? and got tattooed with my sister by Robert and we loved his work and professionalism. (We got our sides done and there was no discomfort about having our shirts pulled up). We came back in 2020 and booked an appointment with the newer girl Edy. Her work is beyond AMAZING! She has her art work hung on the wall and its mind blowing! She has this amazing artists mind that can design a tattoo better than you imagined. She is super nice and easy to talk to making the tattoo process easier. Shes very patient if you have low pain tolerance. Her tattoo work is the best Ive seen! Shes booking up fast but she is 10,000% worth the wait!ASK FOR EDY!Shes going to be famous one day!

The owner Cat is awesome! :) I called and the same day I was able to be tattooed. Very professional and makes you feel comfortable. Would recommend her or her shop to anyone who asks. And her pricing is very reasonable.

I have gotten 3 tattoos done by the owner Rob. He always does amazing work and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His skill at tattooing and attention to detail is why I would never get tattooed by someone else. He always makes sure I leave with something I’m happy with, even if it means changing the design I had in mind. He doesn’t hold back, and ultimately wants to make sure you leave with a quality tattoo. It also helps that he’s a funny guy and provides lots of good conversation and laughter while he stabs you repeatedly with a needle covered in ink.

Rob is an superb artist!! Very laid back environment, felt very comfy and at home. In love with my tattoo and plan on sticking with Rob as my go to guy!! I would most def recommend Hourglass Ink to my friends and anyone looking to have work done!! Prices are very good considering he is a great artist. Like the fact that they are always trying to come up with new ideas like the raffle tickets and the ideas contests!! Very creative way to bring new customers and keep old ones!! Cant wait to go back and have some more work done!! Wont be going to any other shop from now on!!

After searching the web and looking at the different shops in and around Worcester I settled on Rob and his shop Hourglass Ink and he did NOT disappoint. He is an amazing talent and works to make sure that you have an excellent piece that you can be proud to wear. I recommend this shop to anyone, will refer people to his shop, and will be returning for more work in the future.On top of being an amazing artist, Rob exhibited customer service that is over and above any service I have received from any service industry. From my first phone call, through the specifications, as well as the follow up after my tattoo was complete, he went above and beyond. He is very responsive and wants to make sure to put the best piece possible on his clients. Unlike a lot of people/companies that talk about customer service, Rob lives customer service.

Great experience! Super clean, on time appointment. Paco was very sweet. My mother and I went to get tattoos together. It was her first tattoo and she is 59, she was nervous and he was very comforting. He did exactly what we asked for, reasonable pricing, and we are both very happy.

Ive had four tattoos done by Rob at Hourglass Ink and its the only place Ill ever get work done. The studio is immaculately neat and clean. Rob is an amazingly talented artist and I absolutely love his work. Ive recommended many friends and family members to his studio and will continue to do so. His staff his very professional and courteous as well. I highly recommend Hourglass Ink to anyone who is looking for high quality artwork.

I had a great experience. I searched via the web / Facebook looking for a local artist that was into realism. Found him, met him, booked him (with a deposit.) and had a great experience all around. Rob was very diligent in showing me all around the shop/ what tools he uses etc. The shop is very clean and comfortable. My tattoo is a memorial to my father and Rob did a great job interpreting exactly what I wanted. I love my tattoo. I have been stopped in public to be asked where I got it done. I couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else.

No I set an appointment with an artist of yours for my birthday. A artist who had previously done a piece on me that Ive yet to be able to get touched up because theyve bounced around so much. We scheduled the appointment about 3 week prior. We discussed tattoo ideas/placement for my spouse and I. We were planning on spending >$1000 for the two tattoos as wed both sent . The artist reached out two days prior after wed already confirmed and canceled the appointment as well as messaged saying that because we didnt message back 3 days prior that we were no longer aloud to book with them. They totally ruined my birthday and tattoo plans. I know looking back i probably shouldve booked through your website but the artist wasnt listed.This review is solely on professionalism and ability to book appointments.

Let me start by saying that Im not a big review writing type of guy, wrote two in ten years both negative about poor products. That being said I couldnt be happier with the work Amber is doing for me, she took my idea with a few references that I wanted incoporated into the tattoo and she created a piece for me around my existing tattoos that is so much better than I could have ever imagined. The tattoo isnt even complete yet and I have received many compliments for the tattoo and the great color thats is in it. (Thanks again Amber)- The establishment is very clean and the staff and other artists are very friendly, great place check them out if your serious about getting a Tattoo.

Hourglass Ink is simply Stellar! The staff is very courteous and they take the time to work with you to determine which artist would be best suited for the job. The shop is extremely clean too.I went to Hourglass to see about a very challenging cover up job that other artists did not want to touch. I ended up working with Rob and he is an amazing artist. I provided him with a few design elements that I was looking for, and in turn, he designed a killer custom design that was exactly what I was looking for.Im about 2/3 through this cover tattoo and I could not be happier. The new cover tatt Rob designed and inked looks jaw dropping (and the old tattoo is no longer visible!).I look forward to completing this piece and then on to the next with Hourglass Ink.Thanks a million Rob!BillG

Clean, but the customer service sucks... Was there getting a sleeve done and halfway through the sleeve my artist stopped working there. Nobody ever called and told me that she had left. They said they did not have my number and that the paperwork I fill out when I go there every time, which includes my phone number, they do not keep on file. So the day before my scheduled appointment with my artist I went to get my $70 deposit I had left to book her. Rob the owner told me that deposits are non refundable.. Now I can understand that if this was something that I had done.. like not shown up for my appointment.. but this was something that had nothing to do with me. I put that $70 deposit down for the artist that i wanted to work on me. He said its not his problem and I was out of luck. I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and never been so disrespected from a business owner, or anybody is this line of work. POOR customer service skills.. now over $70 you lost all of my future business, and I will never recomend you to anybody... Clearly you NEED the $70 more than I do.

Called up last minute looking to get some work done to an unfinished sleeve project. Jack had an opening right away and got me right in. He was really cool and easy to work with. Place was very clean and everyone was nice. Good work for competitive rates. I would recommend this place

I waited 50 years to get my first tattoo, and it was worth the wait. RobLevis is an amazing artist who listened to my ideas and transformed them into a perfect tattoo. He was professional and fun. Put me at ease from the first minute. I highly recommend him if you really want an artist with an eye for even the smallest details that will make your tattoo perfect. I am thrilled with the result.

Not the same without Amber. Only went back to receive another tattoo from Amber. Had gift certificate needed to use, not happy with tattoo, very expensive, not very professional, took advantage of me, feel like they jacked up price because I had a gift certificate. Will never go back!
