The only Claire’s I’ve ever been to that makes you book an appointment for ear piercings. I walked in and was turned down at 6:30pm because she had an appointment at 7pm and there was someone about to get their ears pierced as I walked in. So apparently it takes a whole half hour to pierce ears. I went to crossgates and wasn’t given any issues over not having an appointment and got my ears done right away. I won’t be back to this location.

I recently went to Claires in Colonie Center to get some piercings. Adrianna was very helpful, thorough and polite. She did a wonderful job!

Great store. We shopped there I do believe since my daughter decided to have her ears pierced at age 8 or 9 y.o. and she is young, clever, fabulous, intelligent, smart Lady of age 24 years by now.Thank you for your service and business in the area.Have a wonderful October!

My niece had her ears pierced there and the girls who did the piercing were very professional and really nice. They did a great job!

We had a great experience yesterday at this location. My 7 year old daughter and her friend got their ears pierced. The 2 women who did the piercings were very sweet and professional!

I have 2 tween grand-daughters and let me tell you; if you cant find fun, age appropriate gifts for any occasion for tweens at Claires, then you dont know tweens. Or Claires! You can also find gifts for almost any other age. Great, interesting store!

I went to Claire’s in colonie center tk change the color of my nails cause they didn’t matched with my dress but the associate they have over there was so rude no offense to anybody but she is the only black girl who I just talked for a minute and absolutely loathe her now fu**ing aweful attitude. I left instantly after the transaction but I went back to complain to the manager but before I even entered again she asked me what my problem is? Like seriously?First time in 20 years I ever complained about someone. Their manager was nice enough to listen to me.NEVER stepping a foot back there again until they RESPECT PEOPLE NO MATTER WHAT COLOR OR RELIGION.

Clean, young woman pleasant, a great help and knowledgeable on the body piercing for the nose and the different types of materials that are available for purchase. Kudos to her for her professionalism!

Been here for 40 minutes. Appointment was booked for 8. They took people before us that had an appointment after us. I’d rather mash my toe in a waffle iron

All of their jewelry is so cheaply made and or fake. Not worth it, even for cute designs.

Over priced, they wanted $6 for a lollipop the size of 3 jolly rancher candies.
