Everyone that works here is super super nice and helpful. Their system for booking appointments is super easy, they text you multiple appointment reminders and make rescheduling super easy. I have had amazing progress so far on my tattoo removal. I have been going for about 1 year and my tattoo is almost completely gone. Everyone is super informative whenever you have questions and the facility is very clean at all times. Super happy I chose this place for my removal journey.

Albany location- so professional and knowledgeable. Stacy was amazing and so gentle with the laser. Jason who did my consult (from the Poughkeepsie location) was also amazing and made me feel so comfortable! Pricing is very reasonable for the services. I like how i was able to choose a package deal instead of booking individual sessions. Easy to get to location with a parking lot. Studio is also very clean.

I had an amazing experience for my first time getting laser removal. It is a very welcoming open environment. I felt very comfortable Talking about how the process works. The staff makes you feel very understood and personable. I’ve had experiences at other places and I will always choose this one due to how comfortable the employees make you feel as you’re getting your tattoo removed. I am beyond happy with the outcome!

I have loved my experience with Removery thus far. My consult meeting was informative, efficient and friendly. They helped me set up my payment plan in a few easy steps right there. I got in within a few weeks for my first appointment. I was nervous of the unknown but Amanda was extremely comforting and made my first session exceed my expectations in a positive way. She also helped me set up my next few appointments before I left. I iced on and off like she recommended for a few hours following my appointment and by the time I went to bed I was barely feeling the treatment at all. I woke up with no pain and no blistering. I look forward to continuing my treatment and seeing results.

Calling Removery was the one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had gotten a tattoo that I regretted right away, but lived with for several years. After only nine quick and painless treatments there is no sign of that tattoo left.Everyone on the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate all they have done. I have had a few tattoos faded/removed and just got treatment #1 for another tattoo. I highly recommend this place.The staff is super nice specifically Stacy and Tyasia and make sure you are comfortable the whole time. It does take a while but it is worth it. For the first few tattoos I paid per treatment and I think I ended up paying more overall than if I paid for the unlimited treatment package. It is pricey but they have financing. Again I highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Not my first laser tattoo removal. No one at the front desk for the first 20 minutes I was in there, then I find out the front desk person is the same one doing the laser and she’s only an esthetician not a laser tech. They use a low laser setting (lowest possible ) to keep you coming back and wasting your $. Then they lie to your face and tell you they’re not doing that. My tattoo looks the same now (a week later)that it did when I walked in there. As someone who isn’t new to laser, this isn’t normal. The place is filthy too, I was there in the morning when they opened and the bathroom trash was full and bathroom was filthy. The chair I sat in wasn’t cleaned. They don’t care about client complaints either, once they get their money , if you have any issues, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! They will read off a script over and over the same thing and tell you you’re wrong and they’re right. Find someplace else to go.

I recently had tattoo removal sessions for a hip tattoo. The results have been impressive significant fading after just a few sessions. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable. Best decision I made !!

I’ve been going to Removery awhile now, they are always friendly and prompt with my appointments. Stacey is super quick with the laser which I truly appreciate! The office and treatment room is clean when I have arrive and before I leave they have already wiped down the chair and protective glasses that you wear. I would recommend Removery to anyone needing to have a tattoo removed. I hope to never have to have another tattoo removed , but if I do I won’t hesitate to book here.

Well, so far with just a consult visit I think they’re awesome and they are so nice there. It was way cheaper than I expected. I am excited to finally be getting this tattoo removed. After over 40 years of this tattoo that I had to get because I lost the bet. Don’t ever agree to get a tattoo if you lose a bet.

I had a consult last week and my first removal appointment today. All of the staff were lovely and kept me well informed. Ive always held off on tattoo removal because I thought itd be wildly expensive, but Im very happy with the price point I was given to lighten my tattoo before covering it up. I also appreciated that they explained that tattoo removal isnt a quick-fix situation with immediate results. The negative reviwers seems to not understand that this is a process 🤣 They even suggested I space out my appointments to allow more time to fade and get more bang for my buck. I would highly recommend Removery to any of my friends.

I found about this place online and immediately purchased one session. The girls were super nice and went in depth about the process. My session maybe took 10 seconds or less. I went in to remove my finger tattoo. The photo is before and immediately after. It was incredibly easy and pain was just like a rubber band snapping. So not bad at all.

I would highly recommend Removery in Albany - I just began my journey removing two tattoos that are only within a few years old. The staff is SO very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. They answered every question I had (probably more than once) and made sure I was making a safe choice for my body while considering any potential possibilities we could run into, as well as being truthful in explaining expectations, prices, and a reasonable time frame. This was an awesome experience! Both people were very friendly, but Travis helped me the most throughout the process. It was pricier than I expected but I mean, I guess it’s on me for getting a subpar tattoo in the first place, haha. The service has always been pleasant and prompt! I definitely recommend Removery for your tattoo removal needs. Not to say that the procedure doesnt hurt, but they do everything to keep any discomfort to a minimum. After seven sessions on my full color tattoo, Im confident most tattoo artists would have no issue with a cover up, but Im going for complete removal anyway on this and a large black and grey piece. Confident they can handle the job.

Had a fantastic first visit with Stacey! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was attentive and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and I could tell there was a huge focus on safety and keeping the environment sterile. I haven’t had any experience with tattoo removal in the past, but I have been putting it off for a while and decided to take the plunge and start the process of removing my two knuckle tattoos. Stacey was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the opportunity to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. I thought the pricing was good for an entire package as I had learned in my research and from Stacey that the number of sessions it takes to completely remove a tattoo can vary widely between individuals. The pricing seemed better than a lot of other places I had checked out before settling on Removery and I’m really happy I chose them. I have only had one session so far, but I’m excited to go back and continue the process! The removal itself hurt a bit but really wasn’t too bad in my opinion and probably took like 15 seconds tops for both tattoos. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing!! This location is clean and everyone is super friendly. I have/HAD a pretty large, very dark tattoo on my stomach. After only 6 sessions, its fading very well and I cant wait for the final result! They explain the whole process, which I love and give me tips on how to speed the process along. All of the staff at The Removery are extremely friendly and welcoming. I am in the process of removing several large tattoos, and the staff do everything in their power to make the experience as comfortable and painless as possible.Their prices truly cannot be beat, and they offer interest-free financing options, if need be. I travel two hours (one way) for my treatments, as I do not trust any other tattoo removal service in my area (if you are considering A&E, run the other direction!).I am so beyond happy with the progress I have made so far, and owe it all to The Removery for giving me this opportunity to get my life back on track. I still have a long journey ahead of me, but I wouldn’t want to take it with anyone besides them.

I needed a tattoo removed and the staff at Removery has been very helpful in this regard. Obviously, if you want good results it will hurt a little, but it doesn’t hurt as bad as getting a tattoo (and doesn’t take nearly as long) for the treatment. I was very surprised and pleased at the results from the first visit. I have had 4 treatments and the tattoo is about 80% gone. The staff are very professional and help me understand how to take care of the treated area after a treatment every time.

Best laser removal business in the 518...I’ve scoped out other clinics and been to clinical and dermatology offices, but have been most satisfied with the Removery. Doctor offices that provide laser tattoo removal seem to not be as knowledgeable or up to date with tattoo removal, as it is a newer skin a procedure and they are usually offering other laser procedures. Removery only provides tattoo removal, therefore they are extremely thorough and always educating me about proper care prior to my procedures and after. Affordable prices and installment payment options. I have had multiple sessions now and with each session the specialists provide excellent and efficient work. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Staff is super friendly and kind. We went over expectations, full removal vs removal to cover-up, pain, risks, aftercare, and everything I never thought to ask. I was able to go into my first appointment knowing what to expect. Yes, it hurt during and it hurts after. The procedure itself was quick and the staff was patient and allowed me to take a break partway through. Stacey & Mary are wonderful staff. The office is clean & welcoming. They always follow through to see how my post-procedure went. I have seen such a difference in my tattoo in only two sessions. I’m so grateful to have found Removery & look forward to the end result!They make sure to minimize the pain of tattoo removal by icing (very cold, but very helpful) & using cold air. It is a little painful, BUT it does not last long. I have a larger tattoo on my lower back & it takes less than five minutes per session. They provide detailed information about aftercare & provide hydrocortisone ointment for the itching & to promote healing. There are never any blisters or open wounds after my sessions.

They are not at all judgy about pain tolerance, and definitely not about your tattoo choices. Their new location is beautiful and pristine. While I dont plan to remove any more tattoos, Id gladly return to them if I was going to.

I’ve gone for two appointments so far and I’m so happy with the experience. The first visit included my consultation, where I asked a ton of questions! She didn’t mind answering anything I had concerns about and gave me more information than I asked for. She could tell I was nervous and helped ease my mind about the process. I paid up front for a package deal, locking into about a year for removal, with six weeks in between each visit.I can’t wait to see the progression along the way!

I have been visiting The Removery before and after it’s transition (when it was formerly, The Finery). All times that I have gone have been entirely professional, and successful at helping me achieve the tattoo removal I aim for. They are sooo informative and aware of all the different individual needs and how different people and different areas on the same person need detailed attention and specific treatment. Had/am having a great experience with Removery with good results a couple of sessions in. There arent any places close to me that offer this service so its a hike but worth it. I found the package and payment plan to be reasonable and I like that they will refund you if you dont need all the sessions in the package. Its always clean and the technician is very quick.

From the moment I walked in they made me feel very comfortable. I have a large tat on my lower back I am removing. They ice you and than it takes them about my treatment was about 5 mins - feels like rubber band snapping which wasn’t that bad! This is actually the second place I’ve been to, as my first place closed. It was a blessing in disguise because I’m happier at Removery :) Their technology is much more advanced and thorough. They’re really flexible with scheduling apts, it’s very clean, and I’m in and out within 5-10 minutes each time. Mary is great, I would trust her with any of my tattoos!

Removery located at the Albany and NYC locations have been fantastic! After 2 laser tattoo removal sessions of a large (8 inch, all black tattoo on bicep) tattoo, I already see quite a bit of fading! The staff at both locations were kind and helpful. Excited about the progress so far!

The staff are always nice and accommodating at Removery! I always recommend them to friends or family who are thinking about tattoo removal. My session takes less than a minute and the pain isn’t as bad as I thought it would be!I took away one star because my first session was in November 2018 and I’m still trying to get rid of my tattoo. I was told it would be 8 sessions, however it has turned into 12 and I’m not sure how many more I will need. If you are looking for it to be done before a special event or something I would try to explain that to them and probably would even start earlier than you think. I know everyone’s tattoo and skin is different so you might not have the same experience as me, but it can be frustrating when you are told it will be done at a certain point and it’s not.

I had a great experience visiting this location and both the techs were very nice and professional. they made me feel welcomed. I wasnt happy with the results at another location, didnt feel the right vibe from that place so I decided to give it another shot somewhere new. Im glad I did. I had my first treatment (4th technically) at this new location, and Im glad I decided to stop by and check it out for myself. The pricing options are very affordable, and felt no pressure to go either way with my decision. Ill be coming back again for next session for sure.

Very unprofessional service, the young woman who welcomed me did not ask me to remove my makeup when my tattoo was covered with makeup. I spent 30 minutes there and learned nothing, I would never undergo treatment in this salon.

For such a painful process, the people Ive dealt with at the Albany Removery Tattoo have been amazing. I literally look forward to seeing Stacey and chatting with her during my sessions. On top of that, the process is really working. My goal isnt to remove completely, just lighten enough to cover, and it really is working.

Mary at the Albany, NY office was awesome. She was honest and informative. I did not receive a laser treatment at this time, and there was absolutely no pressure to have one. In fact, we both agreed it would be best to wait and see if my eyebrow ink faded out naturally. I give Recovery my highest recommendation.

Very informative and positive staff! It truly feels like if some snapped you with a rubber band multiple times. Much less painful than getting the actual tattoo. Mild stinging after the treatment

A waited thirty years to have these tattoos removed for me and I never thought I would ever be able to do it it was a dark past reminder to look at these things I couldnt wear shorts because of their location and I could never wear a bathing suit or even a tank top and headed for dumb tattoos that I did myself and now I know that I can really erase my past the staff was absolutely amazing friendly understanding and Mimi so comfortable the procedure itself was not bad at all much better than getting a tattoo I am so grateful that invisible ink is close enough for me to get to even Saturday hours and the price was astonishingly very inexpensive my fear was it would be thousands of dollars its just a few hundred dollars in a few visit and I will be a new person I love this place and I recommend it to anyone that wants to erase a piece of their past
