If I could give them 10 stars I totally would! The tattoo artist, Javen, was awesome! He really listened to exactly what we wanted & game myself & my best our beautiful tattoos! Highly, highly recommend!! Very friendly & goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire session.

Came into the shop for a cover up, had awesome service with friendly people, met the shop owner and watched him do some work while I was getting my work done. Ty was proud of his work and absolutely killed it. Well we talked and I ended up setting up a half sleeve. This man was ready and just as eager, you can tell he loves what he does. Anyways he did this on a arm I just had surgery on just a few months ago and knew I could have issues with nerves or anything really. He still done it and was cautious of my injury while doing this beast of a tattoo. Honestly this is the place to go. Ill have more tattoos done here just to hangout. Staffs really great. Clean, and talented. Pirate sleeve will be from ty and then my cover up being worked on by one of his female artist sky.

Phenomenal studio! The quality of the art is amazing and beyond that the artist was so personable and made us super comfortable. Very clean and professional. We drove for over an hour to get here and will definitely be back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Tried for 3 days in a row calling every hour or so and never got answered. I’ve contacted him on instagram and 3 weeks later no reply. Have heard several bad things about him. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The shop is super clean and the vibe is great. The artists are high caliber and the conversation is just as good. I went to Michael Stewart, but having seen the other artists’ work I can safely say they’re all very skilled in their craft. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

I’m gonna start off by saying this is one of the nicest, cleanest, and coolest looking tattoo shops I’ve ever been in. The tattoos that Ty did on me were absolutely perfect, even better than the reference photos. Such a nice and relaxed environment, if you’re ever in town and want an amazing tattoo, this is your place!!

If I lived closer, Pivotal Arts would be my go-to place! My mom and I went in to get Mother/Daughter and with it being my mom’s first tattoo…I couldn’t have picked a better place! Would recommend this to anyone that lives around Albany! The shop was so clean!

I got two dermal piercings last night and they did such a phenomenal job. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, made sure the dermals lined up with my face and other piercings and just made it all a fantastic experience

Well my two stepdaughters and I called twice to let them know we were headed their way for all of us to get our noses done and they said come on we will be there, when we got there they had closed and would not answer the phone for us! Mind you we drove over an hour to get there!!! Do not recommend them at all!!!
