Do NOT get your tattoo removed here! Your skin will get burned and you will be left with a permanent scar. This has happened to other people too - check out Yelp reviews. I paid $1,500 dollars for a removal of a tattoo the size of a dime. Their price is outrageously expensive, other companies are much more affordable and do a much better job. During my fifth visit I received a treatment that severely burned my skin, please see the pictures I posted with this review. It left me with a deep wound as well as a blister which is now a permanent, hypo pigmented scar. It took more than six months to heal. The company still will not acknowledge that they burned my skin and continue to tell me it was my fault. My skin did not heal for 6 months, it is NOT because I didnt wait 6 weeks for a treatment to heal as the company says. I actually waited 6 months for a treatment to heal because they had severely burned my skin. This is the first time I have heard from the company, I requested a refund years ago and they did not respond. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond. They are no longer accredited with BBB. They never took ownership or acknowledged their mistake, nor did they ever apologize. I moved on to a business that only does tattoo removals (without any burns - and they have amazing customer service). I am very, very disappointed with Belle Mias handling of this situation, no care, understanding, or resolution was ever demonstrated. They are pretending nothing ever happened. Again, I cannot respond to their useless comment - please go elsewhere, they are untrustworthy and don’t take accountability.

I have been going for several years. They are all passionate about the service they each provide and the reception girls are the sweetest! The first service provided was tattoo removal and the results are amazing. (I believe Julie did most of my sessions) I recently gave dermaplaning a try and I wish I had tried this sooner - Laura is great and she will make your skin so smooth and refreshed. I also recently got lip fillers and botox by Susan and if you have been thinking about it - just do it!! These ladies will make you feel at home and will give you all the details before they start the work. This place is amazing and they help you feel and look amazing too!

I went to Belle Mia for the first time about a month ago for Dysport injections. I followed them on Instagram and was a fan of the results I saw on patients they featured. Not just Dysport, but with all services. At my appointment I made sure to tell the nurse the concerns I had, what had been done in the past that I didn’t love, what I hoped to see in my results, etc. First of all, I paid about $50 more than I typically do—which was fine because I’m willing to pay for better service. But now that it has been a month, I am not happy with my results at all. My eyebrows, which are naturally slightly uneven are now drastically uneven, I still have lines on my forehead and it’s already starting to wear off after only a month. I will not be returning and I would not recommend Belle Mia for Dysport. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my experience in the office, I just wish my results were better.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin care. I have been to a few other med spas and they seemed pushy and eager to make a sale rather than to help me get the most of my skin care regime. I had been going to a different aesthetics provider for a number of years, simply because she was closer and I was somewhat satisfied. However, I decided to go check out Belle Mia to see what kind of experience I would have there and I was honestly blown away by every aspect of my visit! The greeting was warm when I arrived, the waiting area was bright and welcoming and all of the staff was extremely knowledgable! I had been wanting fillers for a number of months and had even talked to my previous provider about it and she made no recommendations as to what I would actually be happy with...she was going to allow me to do just one syringe of filler, which would not have been adequate (I know this now) and would have been a big waste of money on my end. In contrast at Belle Mia, Lisa PA, sat down with me, listened to what I wanted, went over options throughly and went over options that she knew I would be satisfied with the results. In the end I decided on increasing the number of Botox injections (from my previous provider) and doing two syringes of filler. I am beyond happy with the results and so thankful to have found an aesthetics provider that truly cares about what their clients want and how to get the results that they are seeking! I would also like to add that nothing felt pressured or a sales pitch, I will definitely return and recommend anyone else looking for aesthetics provider in WNC to check out Belle Mia!!

Sadly, my skin is permanently scarred from going to Belle Mia. I went there last September to get the little red veins on my face zapped. The laser was used a little too aggressively and I was left with about 20 oozing blisters that turned into scabs. The lady who did it to me was very apologetic because that was not supposed to happen. A majority of the scabs just fell off and the skin underneath was okay but a number of them left deep indentations surrounded by redness. I was assured that it could be fixed and that they were so, so sorry and would do anything to fix it. I am an understanding person so I forgave and waited. I was given a microneedling session and it seemed to help a little bit. The next appointment was with Lisa Edwards, the owner, who did not do the original YAG laser session for the red veins, she implied that I came in this way. How disgusting! They even have pictures to prove that I did not. I was so hurt that I cried. She finally agreed to put in a little bit of filler into the divots/scars. After that I was finally able to look at myself in the mirror again. It was not perfect but it was a start. My next appointment, last week, Lisa Edwards said I looked fine and that my skin was just bad because of my age. She is done helping me fix what her company did to me. Lisa Edwards skin might look like it is not aging but her eyesight must be. No matter how beautiful on the outside, the ugliness on the inside will eventually show itself. My skin is not perfect, I have acne scars, redness and age related wrinkles. I am not asking them to fix all of that. I just wanted them to fix the scars they gave me. Do not go to Belle Mia. You will regret it. I now have permanent scars and will now have to go to another place to fix their mistake. So incredibly disappointed and sad. Save yourself pain, time, and money, do not go to Belle Mia.

Great place! Very clean and reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and explained what I was having done ( Xeomin injections, in place of Botox). The process was quick and professional. A follow up appointment was also included in the price to make sure I had received enough of the Xeomin and in the correct places of my forehead and in between my brows ( which I cancelled because I was so pleased with my results). If you are hesitant to try something new, give it a try. I feel like this staff is willing to help their customers be their best without trying to push you around to spend extra $. I go for dysport and Lisa really does exactly what I’m looking for. I never look over done and I’m always beyond pleased when I leave. They go above and beyond! I have also done the laser for a spot I have had on my nose since early high school. Completely gone! Coming from Charlotte, a larger city, I felt customer service was a last thought, and these ladies definitely make you feel like you are their number one priority. Can’t rave enough!

I am very happy with the laser hair removal treatment I got here. I went to a place in NY and also a place in Greenville, SC and neither actually worked even though they were cheaper. But this treatment worked perfectly and was well worth the price. Also the people are super nice and personable there.

If youre wanting to get a tattoo removed for ant reason this is the place to go. Everyone is so friendly. You are usually in and out within 30 min tops. They have a new laser that works amazingly better than the rest and Im almost finished... actually were all hoping that todays treatment is my last. They also can deal with hair removal and they have skin care options as well. Love this place. Will definelty come back and start with some hair removal next.

The facilities are clean and inviting.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I had 3 visits. The first was the initial visit to assess what I needed to have done...I have red spider veins on the side of my nose. I was told that they could be removed with the laser for $175.00. I really hate these veins on my face. So I made an appointment which seemed to go fairly smoothly. I was told at the end of the procedure to wait six weeks to allow for any swelling and bruising, and that I might need a second visit. From day one, I didnt have any swelling or bruising but I still had quite a few of the red spider veins. I made another appointment, another $175.00, to remove the remainder of the veins. Again the procedure went smoothly and again I still had red spider veins on the side of my nose. When I asked about the remaining spider veins, I was told that it sometimes takes several treatments to get all the veins and sometimes they just arent able to get them all. This is information I should have received at the assessment visit. So I spent $350.00 for a small improvement, far from a total improvement, on my nose veins. I am retired and cannot afford to gamble on a better result. Hope this is helpful to anyone considering removal of spider veins on the face.

I believe some customer services courses would benefit the office in which these people work in, between taking days to answer back on appointment, time, concerns, and question emails. , * that they canceled out of no where, All while Being accused of not being at the right place and that they were open from 10-5. while I am sitting outside their office that is locked at the time of my appointment.10 out of 10 Would not recommend, was treated very poorly and then emailed after the fact of how the ordeal was my fault. Driving 1 1/2 hrs to get to a office for a appointment that canceled on you and closed is not favorable.There is a wonderful place 7 minutes down the road from this office that will treat you kindly, answer your emails promptly, and be open for your appointment , named Rejuvenate.they are wonderful and helpful people.

Came here for laser hair on my bikini line. It was pretty painful but Laura checked in often and had my laughing and talking the entire time. The entire staff was lovely as well.
