I simply cannot recommend Elena enough when it comes to piercings! Even when first getting started, she was incredibly gentle and fast, while talking me through each step. She did a phenomenal job at keeping me calm and explaining everything she was doing. Ended up being the least painful piercing i’ve done! I won’t be getting pierced by anyone else. Again, I cannot recommend her enough for all your piercings needs🖤

Wow, Darren! Isnt that your name - the owner of Diamond Thieves for 16 years...Im pretty sure thats what you said yesterday when I brought my daughter to have her daith pierced. I wanted to address your response to her review that she wrote about the experience she had yesterday. So, youve got your story a bit mixed up so I thought I would clarify.When you pierced Raleighs ear she was sitting up on the table. Yes, she flinched b/c it hurt pretty severely. In fact, you had to stop and take a minute to soak up all the blood that was running down into her ear canal before you could proceed. When she finally relaxed a little you had her lie down on her right side so you could insert the jewelry. As you removed the piercing needle you didnt have the jewelry situated in the channel of the needle so, when you pulled the needle out the jewelry didnt go into the piercing. Of course she flinched when you touched her with the jewelry but, she didnt jump like you implied. Then, as soon as you realized you messed up and now the only option was to re-pierce her, you looked up at me and said, I cant do this, I just cant. You went on and on about how fast you are at piercing and how this was the longest it had ever taken you to pierce someone before. My daughter got frustrated b/c she felt like it was her fault...not to mention she was in a TON of pain. Thats when she said that she just wanted to go home. The last thing you said to us was, I need to take a break...Im shook! While I do appreciate the fact that you issued her a refund, I do not appreciate how you spoke to her in your response today. She was never once rude to you and did not deserve your comments. She posted an honest review about her experience which I am very proud of her for standing up for herself.As a business owner, people are going to be upset and I know you cant please everyone; however, at best you acknowledge that she was upset and apologize...not tell her she has an attitude and isnt welcome in your establishment.I want you to take a look at her ear today. Her good ear is on the left and the one you attempted to pierce is on the right - purple, blue, swollen, and very painful. The whole left side of her face has been hurting all day as a result of your piercing attempt. So please think twice about speaking to a child - and she is a child- the way you spoke to mine in your post today. Trust me, more people will respect the fact that you issue an apology to a customer rather than vocalizing how you got your feelings hurt by a kid.

Wonderful piercing experience with Elena!! She has perfect attention to detail, hygiene, and is super sweet. Installation and piercing went smoothly. And my lobe and helix piercings have healed perfectly.

The facility was very clean. Staff was amazing, especially Elena. She was relaxed and confident while she did my septum. She was outstanding and professional and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Came in for a walk-in tattoo on 7/30, was treated with nothing but kindness. The artist Steven was kind and engaging throughout the tattoo process. My daughter got her ears pierced, and I also got a cartilage piercing. 100% will be back. Shop was clean, staff was knowledgeable and considerate.

After getting my second lobes, helix, and conch at Diamond Thieves, I was a big fan, however, after my most recent encounter, I will never go back. I went to get my daith the other day at Diamond Thieves, and AFTER I was pierced, they refused to put jewelry in my ear. I experienced the most painful piercing and was told I wasn’t calm enough and it was pretty much my fault for how I reacted. I have loved this place, but I have never been treated so poorly and left in such awful pain. My ear is full of dried blood and my piercing is so irritated and caused me to be sick from the pain and discomfort. I have never been so disappointed and I will never ever go back.

Incredible experience with my 10 year old getting her ears pierced. They were SO patient and kind and she decided she couldn’t do it. They credited us and we came back a few months later. She was so scared but wanted to do it so badly. Kelly was so kind and patient and encouraging.It’s so clean and organized and I highly recommend.

The front of house employee assisted me in decided what piercing jewelry I should get. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a lot of options for jewelry, which was high quality. The piercer was friendly and easily able to change out my pieces. I highly recommend them and I will likely be going there for my next piercing. Also there is ample parking available.

I always have a good experience here, I have brought my young children for piercing here and they were treated with care and compassion. i finally wrote a review because today i had an accident with one of my piercings (my fault), and they were able to resolve it quickly and efficiently, while also treating me with care and respect. Ill be coming back!

My friend and I went and got different piercings today by Kelly. I got a dermal done and Kelly did an AMAZING job! She was so kind and thorough with explaining the process of the piercing and was very patient with us! She is awesome! 100% recommend!!!!

I just had the most gentle nose piercing change by Paul! He took his time and he will be my piercing go to for now on because of that! Last time I had a change, I bled and he took the time to explain to me things that weren’t explained before. Thank you so much.

The Diamond thieves in asheville is amazing and they do their jobs correctly! My belly button ring was on tight and healed easily. Though the one in marion has pierced me crooked and without marking the spot which gave me an infection.

I stopped here to purchase a nose rose because one of mine came out that morning. When I picked it out it was straight I told the cashier I wanted a s hook on it. She told me they would do it in the back. I paid 25$ for this nose ring and when I tell you it’s super long I had to find some on eBay. I called before I ordered some to see if they could cut it some she said no they don’t cut it but I could switch to a different one I said how much is it to switch she said 20 and up depends on what you choose. I don’t think that’s switching that’s purchasing a whole new ring. To expensive!

I was recommended this place by a friend. Called before I came about getting a cover up of a small broken heart. My artist was Michael who I do not recommend at all, from the start he didn’t want do even do the idea I wanted and acted as if it was a hassle I asked for a spade in front of 4 cards with spades on the cards and didn’t notice until it was done that he used hearts, diamonds and clubs. There are multiple places that are visually displeasing about the cover up, overall very disappointed with this whole experience. will be going somewhere else to get it fixed going forward. It’s bad when you go for a cover up and wish you would’ve kept the original.

Wonderful staff. I have went for both a walk-in septum and walk-in angel fangs, and both were fantastic! The piercers here are kind, explain everything thats happening step-by-step, and prioritize making your piercing align with your facial shape and symmetry. Lots of jewelry options as well. Highly reccomend 🩶

My tongue ring became embedded in my tongue when the owner downsized it (with no gradual downsizing) using a new type of tongue ring with a flat bottom (that was installed on the bottom part of my tongue). After months of pain not getting any better, I went in to get it removed and the woman who helped me explained that my tongues skin has grown over top of the tongue ring on bottom (called embedding) because it was not downsized properly. She offered to pull it out of the top or cut the bottom to get it out but they could not offer anesthesia. Because it was so painful to the touch, I decided to get it surgically removed by an ENT doctor who recommended we remove from the top in order to avoid the blood vessels on bottom of tongue that would have to be cauterized if cut. It took me another 3 months to even get an appointment with them in which I gargled with saltwater to prevent any infection. This was not covered by insurance obviously so I called the owner to ask that he reimburse me for the removal $410 and his reply was that he would NEVER install a flat barbell like that and refused to agree that he did anything wrong or to make right on what he did. When I repeatedly asked him why he would never install a flat barbell like this he would not answer my question and the conversation just went downhill from there with him calling me insulting and threatening, that he would fire the girl who helped me, and that I will have to talk to his lawyer. Wow! This guy....And just to respond to the owners comment mentioning that There were several customers present during our conversation and even they commented on our patience with you. That is completely false. There was no one in the store at all when I first asked to get it taken out, the second time I spoke with the lady at the front in private (with no one around) about the situation who then gave me your phone number (I tried to keep it private so as not to disrespect), and then we talked by phone. NO CUSTOMERS WERE PRESENT EVER!! I was very calm with you. It was you Daron who was not calm and degraded the conversation. I was simply asking that you reimburse me for the cost of repairing the damage that you caused. I can take pain, I just cant take people lying or not taking responsibility for their actions. The two women I spoke to were very understanding, in contrast to you who was abrasive the very second I called.

Coop is amazing and does great work! I have been wanting to get a dragon done on my arm for quite some time, just couldnt find the right artist. Coop was just excited about it as I was and thats how I knew he was right! He also did these clean star wars tats for my lady and I on her birthday. The dragon was a very long session, coop was light handed and friendly throughout the whole thing, his attention to detail was amazing, 100% would recommend to anyone I know. Look how nice this thing turned out! Will definitely be letting coop do my future tats!

I have used Diamond Thieves three times and had an amazing experience every time. The first time I went in for piercings and was seen immediately. They talked me through the options and made me feel extremely comfortable during the process. Everything was extremely clean and professional. The other two times I have been were for two larger tattoos on the back both done by Jeremy Askew. He is extremely nice and very professional. He is also one of the cleanest and most OCD on prep and placement I have encountered. On top of that he does amazing work! Can’t wait to book my next session to start finishing up the back. I highly recommend diamond thieves to anyone for a piercing or tattoo!!!

Extremely happy with my experience at Diamond Thieves. Jarret walked me through the entire design and allowed me to tweak the original drawing several times to get it where I wanted it. He made the tattoo look even better completed then the drawing. High recommend the shop and most importantly Jarret. Will be back.

My friend and I went in for some nose piercings. We had a FANTASTIC experience with Kelly. Will definitely go back for more and maybe some tattoos as well!

**Please read the second half of this review**Ive been to diamond thieves for four piercings total, and 2/3 visits were great experiences! Not sure of the name of the man who did my septum and vertical labret piercings, but he did an awesome job! Made me feel very comfortable and told me about everything he was doing, and they turned out great. Good selection of safe, implant grade titanium, internally threaded jewelry as well.That being said, I had no idea what I was getting myself into with my experience getting my high nostrils pierced. Mae was the piercer that day. Heres a list of everything she did wrong:-Did not tell me she had never done high nostrils before and pierced them anyway. (Its painfully obvious that she didnt know how to pierce them properly.)-Convinced me that her placement was correct after telling her that the dots seemed uneven.-Used corkscrew jewelry that caused one side to heal with a keloid around the exit hole.-During rechecks, continually told me that I was wrong when I explained to her that I had noticed that the left side was pierced at a MUCH steeper angle than the right. Even though the left side was the one being problematic.-The only answer she had in the beginning for my incessant irritation bumps was to continue using h2ocean as normal.-During a second recheck, spent 20-30 minutes replacing my corkscrew jewelry with flatbacks to prevent bumps. Instead of using a longer bar, she shoved the same length of bar that was in the other side into the harshly angled one, even though it took an obscene amount of time and pain to get the top on the jewelry.-And even after it took that much time and struggle to get the new jewelry in, STILL would not admit to her mistakes and agree with me when I physically showed her that they were pierced at completely different angles.I recently had to get xrays at the dentist, which is why Ive finally decided to speak up about just how angry I am. There is absolutely NO denying that my piercings are at two completely different angles upon looking at them on this xray. Photo attached.Long story short, do not trust a piercer who not only cannot admit when something is beyond their skill level, but cannot own up to their mistakes and at the very least, apologize for them. High nostrils are already a difficult piercing to heal, and when you add the fact that one is pierced completely wrong to that, it makes it 100x more difficult. Not only that, but because of the large amount of tissue in that area, its extremely hard to get them repierced correctly. I go to a much more reputable and experienced piercer now, and even he does not want to repierce it for me in fear of something getting messed up. (Which I APPRECIATE. Piercers should absolutely be transparent regarding what they believe they are and are not capable of.) I have no idea when Ill even be able to get the piercing fixed now, all because Mae couldnt put her dignity aside for a moment and admit she wasnt capable of doing the piercings for me.

I had my daith pierced by Ariel and she did an awesome job! She made me feel extremely comfortable, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Diamond Thieves for any piercings!

11/10 experience. Daron James did my septum, super kind, funny, and knows what he is doing. Got my piercing for free for having straight A’s. Amazing customer service and kind staff. Also very clean work environment and they care about the hygiene of the piercings

Got my nose pierced there this evening by Ariel! I was super nervous but she was amazing at calming my nerves and laughing at my dumb jokes. This is the cleanest place I have ever been pierced. Extensive, high quality jewelry options at completely fair prices. Will be back next weekend with a friend who wants a septum! Highly recommend 🤩

My friend group came in a bit before closing time but they had no problem getting us back. Jasmyn was our piercer and she was amazing! Very funny and gentle. I barley felt my eyebrow when she did it. She also helped us with some jewelry we needed measured out. Definitely recommend!!!

I’ve been here 3 times for piercings.I got a dermal on my face, my nips and my eye brow. Each time I would go in I would be treated nicely and it was quick. In and out.. however within just a few days of getting those piercings (all of which were on separate occasions) they would fall out and would close up. Obviously the dermal is still In but the gem on the top is gone. Super frustrating. I’m not aggressive with the piercings so it make zero sense on why they would be falling out. I feel like maybe the piercer needed to tighten the piercing more. Idk… won’t be going there again.

Walked in to get my nipples pierced and was super nervous. Girls at the front desk were very helpful in picking out jewelry that would be best for my sensitive skin. Ariel was amazing piercing me and made the experience great. I cant wait to go back for another piecing and a tattoo.

Went in just to get my daith jewlery replaced, but was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of this shop. Beautiful selection of jewelry.Will definitely be coming back to visit Todd for future piercings. He was very friendly, gentle and professional.

Piercers Daron and Shelby were totally awesome- great experience all around. Front receptionist was also super helpful but didn’t catch their name! They all helped me style both my ears exactly like I was imagining. Go see them for any of your piercing needs!!

Called to see if I could get my daughter’s ears pierced… she’s 6 months. I called and was told 3 months and my friend was messaged 3 months on Facebook. Went in there last weekend and was told the piercer wasn’t there and it was also 9 months but I could come back and try again…. A week goes by… go back again. Again was told it was 9 months. I said I was told 3 months and my friend was told 3 months. I literally showed them. They said no we are not doing it. Poor customer service and no communication. Will never go there and recommended no one else does either.

I walked into the shop on a whim wanting my nose pierced. I was literally in and out of there in under 10 minutes. The girls working the front were friendly and helpful at picking out my jewelry. Daron was a rockstar, made me feel at ease because he was confident and knowledgeable about his craft. The shop decor and set up is pretty cool too! I will be a returning customer! 🤘🏼

Diamond Thieves was recommended to me through a friend and I first got piercings done there. All of the staff is so kind and very open to walk ins. I loved Diamond Thieves so much I went back and got a tattoo done with them. I had complications with my piercings months after getting them done and they let me come in and checked my piercings and Daron was so kind and suggested the best way to treat them. I am planning to get another tattoo with Diamond Thieves and will be a client of Diamond Thieves for many appointments to come.

I went to Diamond Thieves for a septum piercing. I genuinely feel as if the staff, except the owner and the new hire, were rude. They didn’t have great etiquette at all. On top of that I paid $135 for the expensive jewelry and it is pierced crooked. I get that we are all human and make mistakes however, when I returned the next day to address the crooked piercing I was told it’s just swollen. That is NOT the case. The piercing is 100% crooked. I now will have to remove the piercing and get it redone at some point. This is very disheartening and I absolutely refuse to return to ask for a refund due to the way the staff are in that shop. It is a shame.

My 7 year old daughter had a wonderful experience getting her ears pierced for the first time here. The owner was very gentle and calmed her nerves. She was so proud of herself! The whole staff was very professional and kind to my little girl. Thank you!

Ariel was the sweetest piercer. If I could give them another 5 stars I would! Not my first nor will it be my last visit here.

EDIT: FOR PIERCINGS ASK FOR ARIEL. I came today for a correction and she was so sweet and patient. She is very knowledgeable and corrected my piercing so well! It’s gorgeous and I’m so thankful.This is my second time coming, the first trip would have absolutely been a 5 star, even though you should expect a decent wait, they were super kind and friendly. This trip they were short staffed which I understand entirely, but when it got to my turn to be pierced he checked the placement while I was laying down and he didn’t check it standing up or let me double check the placement. It was literally like “alright I’m marking it… deep breath *poke*”. When I checked it in the mirror it immediately looked crooked by a good 20 degrees but I assumed the sweeping caused it. Another piercer checked it for me however and said it was pierced crooked and will heal crooked. They rushed the piercing and now I have to wait for it to heal to get it redone. The staff is normally great, maybe today was just an off day, but still not really an excuse for rushed work.

If you’re getting a piercing definitely come here! Ariel did such a good job on my septum and explained everything she was doing. I will definitely come back when I get more piercings.

The shop is super chill and comfy. The front end staff were efficient and helpful. We waited about 10 minutes as a pair of walk-in nose piercings! Daron was super friendly and clearly very skilled! Both piercing were quick and painless (as painless as possible anyway 😅). Would definitely recommend!!

I absolutely love Diamond Thieves! They are an amazing place and I refuse to get pierced anywhere else. The owner is absolutely amazing and has changed out my surgical steel for titanium for free as well as covering half the cost of a replacement earring that he did not have to do! They strive to make sure their customers love their jewelry and I had an amazing experience when I got my first tattoo here as well! If you need a tattoo orpiercing I HIGHLY recommend them! Amazing atmosphere and the kindest people I have ever met.

I was very nervous to get my first tattoo, but the staff was very nice and calming through all of the pain. I came in around 9:30 and even though they close at 10 they stayed 10-15 minutes later to finish and did it without complaining. This was an awesome experience for something I was so scared about when going into it:)

We scheduled in appointment in April for today. June 4th. It was absolutely worth the wait! My daughter and I have been waiting for the right time to get matching memorial tattoos honoring my Mother, her Grandma. Jeremy was such a professional and has so many years and knowledge under his belt. He helped us with the visualization and placement. His work is incredible! Ive also had piercings there and that was also a great experience. They have a great jewelry selection.They are the best!

Myself and my wife have had a few piercings done here the staff is always knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. The owner is amazing, we spoke in great detail about my piercing and the jewelry that I had imagined and we came to an agreement on what would look good and fit my body style. I highly recommend this place if for nothing less just a piercing. Looking forward to continuing our relationship as time passes.

I had a tattoo appointment today and purposely did not show up today and I didn’t even care about losing the deposit!!! It was a very meaningful tattoo that I wanted. They never contacted me after I had to reschedule of what tattoo I wanted. I have gone there quite often to have my daughters piercings done has always done a great job, but definitely are more interested in just receiving their money and taking it not personal and not professional!!It has nothing to do with the deposit or reminders. The artist never contacted me about changing the tattoo so I had no idea if he even knew and yes I did give 17 days in advance!!

My boyfriend and I went in for a dermal and a nose piercing. David Perry was awesome. Such a friendly guy. He took time to talk to us, and really made us feel like we had known him for years. Great personality and great work!! The lady working out front was also very nice and helpful. Best piercing experience ive ever had!!!

Got my septum done here as a walk in. The people at the front were lovely when checking me in and helping me select jewelry. The wait time was reasonable. My piercer was David and he was great. Made me very relaxed. The place was clean and David was knowledgeable and professional. Probably wasnt there more than 30 min (I believe I was 3rd or 4th in line for piercings), but even if the wait had been longer, it wouldve been worth it. Ive had other piercings in the past that were less pleasant so I would definitely go here again for other piercings.

Darren pierced my conch today and he did amazing. clean, professional, and fast. He was super kind and did an amazing job! He’s done majority of my piercings over the years and I have nothing but great things to say about him!thanks dude!

My 5 year old daughter wanted her ears peirced. We started at Claires in the mall but quickly realized that we wanted a cleaner environment. The second we walked into Diamond Thieves, we knew we had made the right decision. They were welcoming and knowledgeable (I didnt know that earlobes change as kids grow, this was taken into account, and they were placed correctly!)It was the same price as Claires (with better quality earrings) and Ariel was so sweet with my lil kiddo. I highly recommend them :)

I just got back home from Diamond Thieves, I got snakebites last month in Cherokee, apparently they gave me the wrong length for starting. This morning I woke up with my piercing very embedded. I decided to go to Diamond Thieves and I was assisted by David Perry. He helped out so much and gave me the correct length. He was so cool, and such a nice guy!! I loved my service and highly recommend the store and Dave for helping me out. The process was messy but he tried his best not to cause pain. I appreciate his time and work. I recommend!!

My artist was Cooper he has done two of my recent tattoos. My tattoos turned out awesome. I think his color work is spot on. I would recommend him if you want some work done.

Customer service is very bad from a few of the women here. Have called about piercing concerns and the ladies who answer the phone are very dismissive and not helpful.Response to comment: I in fact did go to the store earlier the day before to purchase new jewelry. The comment above is the call I made when I tried to put the new jewelry on. The woman on the phone was very rude by assuming I did not know what I was doing and that the jewelry sold there is “high quality”. I have had my piercing for quite some time and have had no issues with removing and reinserting my jewelry until I bought this “high quality” jewelry that cost a pretty penny. Which I was ok with, until it did not work, pinches, and is so small it burrows into my piercing. When I notified the woman on the phone about this issue, she dismissed the entire fact that the jewelry burrows into my piercing and insisted that someone “show me how to properly insert the jewelry.” If she would have stopped and listened to what I was saying instead of being rude, dismissive of my issues, and concerns it would have been a different outcome. Now I have 200$ worth of jewelry that I cannot use.

Love this place! I got my second hole done as well as replacing the tragus piercing I’ve had for 15 years. Everything was clean and comfortable and the gals there were excellent.

Got my nose re-pierced here and purchased a 11mm gold nose ring to use after my nose healed. When deciding on the type of ring, the employee working the register insisted that I needed the 11mm size over a size smaller that I actually wanted (at the time, I didnt know it was 5/16th or 10mm).Of course, after some time, I knew that this ring was not going to look right and I wanted it to be snug on my nose.Just yesterday, I came back to this store with my friend in hopes of getting a new one with the size I wanted.The girl who vapes behind the counter while people are trying to check out, told me that the size I wanted would not fit on my nose and that the ring I purchased was the right size (I had the purchased one with me). I told them that I had my nose peirced before and I knew what would fit and wouldnt, but to no avail, she continued to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong. My friend, who has a similar size nose took out her 10mm nose ring and asked if they had something this size, when she placed it next two the 11mm ring, the cashier said those ARE the same size. Needless to say, I was tired of arguing and decided to purchase what I knew I wanted somewhere else. I went to Zen Ink in the riverarts district, and was assisted by some wonderful employees, I explained the situation and without hesitation they measured my nose and agreed that 5/16 was the size I should have. I bought two rings there and managed to save a few bucks because their jewelry was more affordable.Not sure who is training these employees at diamond thieves, but their sizing is way off and it was baffling that this employee would rather argue with a customer then to sell what the customer wants. Ive been working customer service for 10 years, and Im not sure why it was more important for her to be right then to make a sale.Picture is me with the 5/16 size from Zen Ink.

Went in for a septum piercing and was met with the nicest people ever. Had me pierced in less than 15 minutes from walking in the door. I was expecting it to hurt so much but the piercer was very experienced and I barely felt it! This may have been only personally, but there was absolutely no bleeding and I’d like to think that was the doing of the professional who was very swift but very gentle. Absolutely recommend and will go there for any other future tattoo/piercing endeavors!!

I went by here to get a lobe piercing done this past Sunday. Upon entering, I was amazed at how clean and professional the store is. The lady at the piercing counter helped me choose which piercing to pick out. This was especially important for me since I am new to piercings. She was also really patient and knowledgable towards me. The professional piercer that I had was awesome! She definitely made sure that her equipment was sterile and she wore gloves. Also, she made sure that I felt comfortable which is another important aspect of getting a body modification. Thank you Diamond Thieves! I’ll definitely be coming by for a tat next time.

I have went to Diamond Thieves many times over the last 8 years. They have never disappointed. They are so knowledgable and helpful. I would trust the employees with my life. They have a very clean shop. I wish I could give them 100 stars! I will continue to drive an hour out of my way to visit them. Did I mention I am planning my next trip?

Went in there on on Friday August 4th to get my snake bites done and the guy that did them was AWESOME!!!! He was super nice and funny and very professional but humble too I would DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone I love my snake bites it makes this girl look and feel good about herself so thank you diamond thieves for giving me my confidence back I will DEFINITELY be back for more work

Went in to get my daith piercing put back in and get my other daith pierced. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the jewelry is a little pricey but they also have a lot of unique pieces. My piercer was great! She was informative and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing and ask me if I was ready BEFORE anything she done. She made me feel really comfortable. I dont know where the bad reviews are comming from. Salon is super clean and neat, lots of piercings to choose from, professional employees, friendly atmosphere, informative and all around an awesome little place!!! I would recommend Diamond Thieves to everyone. All you haters just need to grow up and go somewhere else with your I didnt feel special bulls**t.Diamond Thieves...YOU ARE AWESOME!! This is hands down the worst shop I have ever been to. The women who work at the front desk are so unbelievably rude and condescending. I had my lip pierced there and the piercer told me to come back in two weeks to have the jewelry changed out. I’ve had my lip pierced before, so I know how quickly it heals. When I went back, the women at the desk asked me how long I had it pierced with a very rude tone and when I told her two weeks, she said “uhhhh we don’t change piercings until 30 days” When I told her one of her piercers told me to come in two weeks she got even more rude with me and told me how obvious it was that my lip was still swollen. She handed me a coupon and said for when you come back in a month as if that was erase her rudeness.At this point, the stud sticking way out of my lip was causing way more issues than having it changed would have.I left and went to another shop where they changed it for me with no problems at all.On top of all that, the piercing jewelry (the jewelry that stays in for two weeks and sticks out almost two inches out of your face for swelling) costs $50. I will 100% never be returning to this place. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

I wish I could remember the name of the woman who pierced me yesterday because she was hands down, the most professional piercing experience Ive ever had. They even took me as a walk in on a busy day. She asked questions and took into consideration future jewelry I wanted to wear and carefully measured and marked where the hole would go to ensure the right fit/sit for a Hoop when the time comes to safely swap the stud for a Hoop. Very happy with this experience. The shop has an amazing selection of handcrafted, unique jewelry too.

Walked in about an hour before closing for a septum piercing. There was about 4-5 customers ahead of me and the wait was only about 20 minutes!!I don’t remember the piercers name but they did an absolutely awesome job. Super fast, painless, and incredibly kind. Id definitely recommend!!!!

Ive been here twice to pierce ears for my kiddos. Each time, they were so kind and patient with my kids freaking out about getting a piercing. To be clear, they wanted the piercing, but hard when faced with potential pain when youre a kid 😉 I appreciated how they talked through each step and paused patiently until they were ready. It is walk-in appointments only and be ready to bring a birth certificate if youre bringing a minor.Most recently, we walked in and it was going to be an hour wait (it was a Sunday). One of workers said if we came back the next day, she would give us a $10 off coupon, so we totally did. Thank you Diamond Thieves!

Terrible shop with a bad reputation, dont let the good reviews fool you!! If you ask any Asheville local they will tell you specifically not to go here. I didnt listen and got my septum pierced by the dude there that I think was the owner, not sure. Unprofessional and unsanitary, the number of people that are getting infections from unsterile equipment here is crazy. My septum was pierced horribly wrong and quite literally stuck through the cartilage in the top of my nose, along with a nasty infections in which I had to remove it a few weeks later. When I expressed my concern of the placement they very rudely claimed it was my fault because of my anatomy, no matter anatomy they just plain did it wrong. I went to a more reputable piercer and even they could tell they did it horribly wrong, I was embarrassed to even be seen with such a bad piercing. Not to mention the unnecessary pain and antibiotics I had to be on because of the unsanitary conditions. No refund was ever offered and I was very rudely talked to. I never write reviews but I hope this one can help people stay clear of this dirty and unprofessional shop. Instead go down the street to Empire Piercing, same price and you wont go home with messed up piercing and infections.

This shops was so cool and very welcoming. Daron James is a great artist, owns the shop, and has so much experience that he makes the piercing process smooth, safe and honestly kinda fun. He’s a good guy with a great attitude and an even better piercing shop. This place is great!

This is the first place Ive been too, to get pierced and I love them. Theyre super friendly and helpful and the piercers Ive met have done a really good and fast job and when I went back because I messed up the piercing they were understanding and helpful on what I should and shouldnt do. Honestly 10/10 place and Ill definitely be back for more piercings or tattoos.

Booked an appointment with Jeremy for a black and grey traditional eagle, and he knocked it out of the park!One of the best experiences Ive had while getting a tattoo, from the prepwork to the finished product. I’ve been using Dimond Thieves for piercings since my first piercing at age ten. i have since gotten my daith, both sides of my nose, my second lobes, and my septum pierced here and have never had any issues! the piercers are very friendly and professional and always walk me through the process of every piercing. 10/10 recommend i love this place.

Theyre always great. The front desk person skillfully handles the influx of people who walked in near closing time. Excellent customer service from owner to staff to customer shows.

If you do choose to get a piercing there (do not recommend at all - last time I was in there the shop owner was screaming at a young lady working at the desk so hard his eyes looked like they were going to pop out of his head- I was uncomfortable and left without buying anything) do NOT let them upcharge you for the “body safe” titanium jewelry. The brand they use, invictus, is not certified with the APP (association of professional piercers) and is the absolute cheapest wholesale jewelry sold at a huge markup, like 300+%. They have no mill certificates for their gold or titanium so definitely just stick with the basic jewelry. Again, I would not recommend, this place exists to grift tourists that see it pop up as the first suggestion on google, but if you do don’t let them rob you!

I got my cartilage pierced a few months ago and it has not healed and I changed out my top cartilage earring the other day and noticed that my recent piercing is slanted. So I’m assuming that’s why I won’t heal. When I called, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that they have no idea when the manager is going to be there. I was also told that there was nothing they can do about it. I could at least get a refund because now I have to wait even longer to get my ear pierced again because I have to let it heal first. This is ridiculous and this is not the kind of experience I expected. I would not recommend going here I would recommend going to captive minds. They always do a great job, and Billy cares about all of his customers.

Took forever to go back, piercing was crooked, and wasnt allowed to take pictures. Wasnt sterile because I kept getting infections. My friend went a couple years later and hers was also crooked.

My 11 year old daughter was very nervous about getting her ears pierced. Her experience at Diamond Thieves was a good one though. We were quickly taken care of by the friendly staff. Her ears have healed well and she loves having earrings.

I got my nipples pierced at Diamond Thieves a few days ago. I already dont have any pain and their healing super well. I love the placement and I also loved the person who pierced them. She was super sweet and complimented me and made me feel very comfortable. the woman running the front desk also complimented my outfit and made me feel welcomed as well. I was kind of shy because of what I was getting pierced but that didnt last long because of how warm and welcoming everyone was and how quick and professionally they were as well. Will go back and will recommend

Bad experience multiple times. I walk in and I immediately feel like I am unheard and money is more important then my well being and how I feel. I have gotten two piercing from this shop one which was okay and the other less professional. The artists dont seem to know what they are doing or feel like there are more important things going on then their client at hand. I was also first informed that a change of jewelry would be free and I called or stopped by later and was told it was $10 or $15. I dont appreciate being told one thing then another the next time. I will not be returning and I will be going to a much better professional shop. Also! If you want a good piercing this isnt your best bet.

Best experience for my 9 year old and her earlobe piercing. They were not only so so nice, they didnt require booking weeks or months in advance and we were walk ins and were done in less than a jiffy. Great selection of studs and titanium options. My daughter said it hurt a little less than a vaccination, and even went away with a candy for the road. I would highly recommend Diamond Thieves.

I have received numerous piercings and tattoos from this place (nostril, lip, septum and 2 large tattoos) and I have had a good experience everytime. They do a great job and I leave very happy each time. I definitely recommend this place.

Horrible in there. They all act like they’re too cool to be there which is so backwards lol. I watched an impressively short man doing piercings in the back roll his eyes and audibly say that “he didn’t want to” when some girl wanted a nose piercing. I was a walk in to get my septum pierced. They told me the price and quickly walked me to the back. My piercer was Teresa. She was kind and professional. The piercing was quick and painless, but I immediately felt like passing out. She quickly adjusted the table so I could lie down, and got me some water and chatted with me until I felt stable enough to get up. Super great and fast experience. Ariel was absolutely incredible. i came in with a brand new nostril piercing done somewhere else with jewelry that was wayyy too short for my nose especially with swelling. i didn’t even notice when she took the jewelry out or started setting up the new jewelry. she was so gentle and very kind and i definitely want piercings from her in the future. the best experience i’ve had with a piercer by far!(sorry if i’m not correct on pronouns)

TERRIBLE! Do not get your nose pierced here. I went in two days ago for a nose piercing and it was the most painful experience. It took the piercer at LEAST 10 minutes to get the jewelry in my nose, I had to lay down on the table. This was my second time getting my nose pierced and it was not like that at all the first time. This morning I woke up and the jewelry was sunk all the way into my nose and my piercing grew over it, also very painful. I ended up getting the jewelry out after 2 hours. Wasted my money and NEVER going back to this place again. The piercer clearly did not know what he was doing at all.

I talked to a tattoo artist and a piercer on 10/4 and they were both super kind and helpful. Teresa answered all of my questions, gave me advice, and even gave me a card to get $10 off my piercing. Jeremy was also super helpful and patient, and I’m super excited to get a tattoo from them soon. Today, I got my septum pierced and the person at the front desk was patient with me and reassured me about the piercing itself, and James, who I believe was the person to pierce me, was quick, helpful and super clean as far as CDC guidelines go. I love my septum, and I really appreciate everyone at the shop that worked with me (:

I went for the Friday the 13th special, hours listed online said open until 8. However, when I got there at 7:05, they were already closed. Disappointing, yes. Keep me from returning? No. Ive been going to DT since Daron first opened and will continue for years to come. Professional, clean, knowledgeable, everything you could want in a shop!

Went in for nose piercing and have never been treated better by the entire staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a piercing or tattoo. You will not ask for better as far as quality and ease of the process. I honestly barely felt it and have had no issues. It has been 10 days with complete healing after 3 days. Im not one to write a review but this place deserved one. Trust me, they know what they are doing! Will be back for sure!

Got my septum pierced here a year ago. Do not know the piercers name unfortunately. It was done absolutely perfectly. Placing was perfect. The piercer was quick yet efficient! And after just walking out of the shop it didn’t even feel like the piercing was there! Meaning it was so comfortable.

Daron is an absolute gem and joy to converse with and made all my anxiety about my piercing go away. Very quick as well. He will be the only one piercing me from here on out. The shop also had very cool vibes, was upkept well and clean. Girl that checked us in was absolutely lovely (green hair) also. Thanks guys!

Got pierced by them and had slight issues with my ears swelling over the jewelry and essentially swallowing it, they had me come in to do an evaluation and the owner brought me back looked at my ears and we opted to put in different jewelry and he even gave me a backup pair of hoops for free just in case the jewelry we used didn’t work as well.The whole experience was fantastic and I honestly can’t praise them enough for they’re professionalism and just all around great vibes. 10/10

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly as soon as you walk in. Its nice to find a place that has that punk rock vibe without it being dirty...YES IT CAN BE DONE. First time I went here back in January I got dermals from Theresa. I love them and she was great. We had fun and a good laugh in the piercing room. She answered all my questions and was super professional. Today I went back to have someone check on my dermals and to switch out some jewelry. A lovely woman named May helped me this time, again, very friendly and professional. I love this place. Im hooked and Im sure Ill be back again soon to get something new and sparkly.

I love Diamond Thieves! I have been there three times so far, two times for getting piercings and one for getting jewelry. They are extremely professional yet friendly, have a great selection of jewellery available, and their facility has high standards of cleanliness.The measures they have set up for COVID-19 are also good, so I feel safe going there during the pandemic! You have to wear a face mask, they take your temperature, have you fill out a questionnaire, and they make you wear gloves. The piercers are super friendly and make you feel comfortable when getting it done. I have gotten my nipples pierced here and Teresa made everything super chill and joked around, which calmed me down! Will definitely come back in the future!

I loved this place, it was very clean. While I was waiting for the piercer lady to get set up another lady behind the counter helped me pick out custom ends for my industrial piercing. I was so happy to be able get something other then regular metal ball ends. Might of been a little more pricey but was worth it. Good quality jewelry. The piercer was excellent she joked around with me, made me feel comfortable and she was quick with the piercing. I didnt even know she had pierced both ends I only felt the 2nd time the needle went through. Pain was like 4 out of 10. The only thing I wish could of been different is that my friend of been able to hold my hand instead of watch from a distance but I Understand! If I ever decidei want another piercing this is where Im coming to get it.

My friend and I went in this past Thursday and we each got a piercing. They did an AWESOME job and were so much fun and were very nice. I experienced great customer service- they were derailed about the aftercare and all around made it a fun experience. You can’t find it online/amazon for much cheaper.

Dont go unless u wanna overpay. Waited hours to get a piercing on a slow day, only apprentice is there when we show up. Quoted a price of 40$ and ended up being charged 115$ for a lip piercing.

Wow...just Wow! Darren is phenomenal. One of my daughters got her septum pierced one week ago today at a different piercing studio and the ring was so tight to the bottom of her nose that it started cutting into it. We are on vacation in Asheville and someone told us we should come to diamond thieves and Darren could fix it for her guaranteed. He was extremely calm and sure he could resolve the issue for my daughter and within 10 minutes she was extremely happy. It would honestly be worth the drive all the way from Wilmington to Asheville to get her future piercings here because he is a true professional.

I always come here to get my piercings (hopefully tattoos too when I get money). I used to be a client of Euphoria but once I came here I’ve never gone back. They’re so friendly, nice, understanding and just an awesome staff overall and amazing skills! I’ve gotten my eyebrows, nipples, nose, smiley done here! Overall, my actual piercing experience was PHENOMENAL. I have never had anything other than my single lobes done, and I did a walk-in cartilage piercing, which was super quick & easy. Great!!However, the reason I give 3 stars is the quality of the jewelry. I chose the base titanium option instead of paying more for a better stud, but the clear stone fell out the day that I got my piercing :( I was very sad because this is what I have to keep in for the next few months and now it’s just a metal stud with a hole in the middle & I was so excited that they had an option with a clear sparkly stud. I got it yesterday and it is doing great but that’s just a huge bummer

My work friend and I were gonna get our tongues pierced at the same time, she went to Mans Ruin but I couldnt go that day. I tried going there a week ago but they told me they werent doing any piercing until Saturday, it was Tuesday and I wanted it now so I went here. James was great! My piercing was farther back, healed faster and cost less than my work friend. Im gonna come back and tip him more when I get new jewellery, 10/10 would recommend.

I got my nose pierced yesterday for the first time. I have been wanting it for awhile and I was finally able to do it. The staff was really nice, Front desk Lady was very welcoming since it was my first big piercing, my nerves were going but everyone made me feel very welcome. The lady who pierced my nose was really nice. The procedure was quick and fast. It didnt even hurt. Ill deff be back!!!!

Went here today and got my ears pierced by Todd Felder and I am very happy with how they came out. Todd did a great job. He was fast and explained what he was doing as he did it. Every one it the shop was very helpful and helped me with deciding with what size the start with decided to go with a 6g. Would definitely recommend going to see todd for ypur piercing needs.

Extremely sanitary, professional, and friendly environment. I went there for my very first nose piercing but upon arriving, forgot to bring my ID and was kind of upset about having to drive home ( a 30 minute drive ) but the employee helping me was very kind and knocked $10 off my total. I went home, grabbed my ID, and as soon as I got back a different employee pierced my nose in no time. I do faint very easily so she let me lay down and had me sip on some cold water and suck on a lollipop to get my blood sugar back up. Overall, it was a great experience and so far my piercing has remained infection & (mostly) pain free! I would recommend to anybody looking for a quality piercing in a safe environment.

Michael did an awesome job on my tattoo today!! Well worth every penny plus some!! Didnt feel rushed and felt like he was very attentive to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Will be returning to him for more work. If you have something in mind he will bring it to life. Such a chill atmosphere and everyone was very nice. Theyre taking Covid serious and have a clean establishment.

Absolutely amazing experience! a large jewelry selection, super clean and professional as well as nice and friendly! i came for 2 piercings, and typically go somewhere else for tattoos but after this experience i’ll be reaching back out for a tattoo appointment as well. if you need ANY type of piercing, jewelry, after care etc. this place is the best.

Took my 11 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced, extremely pleased with the girl at the front that helped us with jewelry and paperwork as well as the piercer Todd! He was very friendly and fixed my daughters ears after a Claire experience when she was younger. Will be back for future piercings! Thank you guys so much !

Ive been coming to Diamond Thieves for the past 10~ years for my piercings and tattoos. Their piercers and tattoo artists are always incredibly professional and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience at this shop and Ive come here for at least 20 different piercings and 4 tattoos by two different amazing artists over the years. Trust me, theyre the best in WNC!

I had a very good professional experience getting a couple of piercings done here. The prices are reasonable and both I had done healed well with absolutely no issues. I have already recommended them to friends and will go back if I need more work done.

I made an appointment with Jeremy for a tattoo that i had wanted for many years. I explained what i wanted and he drew up a tattoo that was amazing. I felt very welcome and comfortable. He did an amazing job and i will definitely be going back to get some old tattoos touched up. 5 stars!!

I got a septum piercing as a walk-in this past month. They were efficient, clean, and completely professional from the moment I walked in, with covid procedures in place and enforced, answering my questions readily, no upselling, all while being warm and friendly and making me feel at ease. The woman who did the piercing clearly knew what she was doing; she carefully examined the area for placing and it barely hurt at all when she did it. She showed me how to clean it and sent me on my way!A week or so later I accidentally lost one of the ball fasteners while cleaning it and didn’t notice it was coming unscrewed. I went back ASAP and they replaced it immediately, no charge. Def recommend

This place is DEFINITELY not the best place to go for any of your services.Me and my sister went to this place and got my nose pierced, a few days later I had a big infection and keloids were inside and outside my nose! (Very painful!) I do not recommend going here instead you should 100% go to “Hi-octane Ink” it’s a GREAT please to go for everything you need done! They have a Beautiful set up and everyone is super nice and polite! I went to Hi-octane Ink and My family and I came out SUPER satisfied with everything! If you go to Diamond thieves you should definitely change to Hi-octane Ink!

Got my first tattoo here and my experience was fantastic. I showed photos to Jeremy of what I wanted and he tweaked it to his professional recommendations. The design itself was perfect and I was only in the chair for 5 minutes. Definitely recommend.Also got my helix here as well and enjoyed the experience.

We were excited to take our teens to get pierced this past Labor Day...they asked and we support their decisions for self expression. The host was very friendly and helpful. However, the piercer was so very flat. This was a first time piercing for both kids and he was very unforgiving for questions asked, never smiled, was impatient and robotic. It was truly disappointing. Sadly, we wont be back here.

I absolutely love this piercer!! i got my angel bites and medusa done by her and she did such a great job from making sure i was comfortable and walking me thru the process to using a ruler tool to make sure they were even. that type of precision is admirable and ill be coming back as much as i can! thank you!!♡

Went in to see if they could help me get my septum ring back in, but turned out I had to get it pierced again. I dont think I caught her name, but the girl that did the piercing was super nice and easygoing! Made me feel at ease the whole time, and she had me in and out in no time at all. Didnt even have time to think about getting faint lol. I will definitely be back again for a jewelry change!

For starters I asked around about where should I go to get a piercing and everyone I asked suggested Diamond Thieves so yeah I went and got my Tragus pierced, well a few days later I started having issues (pain & swelling) with the piercing, I called the shop and Daron (the owner) was able to see me right away, he was soo soo freaking helpful, compassionate, kind, gentle, & patient with me but most importantly knew right away what needed to be done to address the issue. Thank Daron for your excellent customer service if I could have I would have hugged your neck !

I got a tattoo here for my 18th birthday and it was such a genuinely amazing experience. My artist, Mike, was absolutely fantastic, both for the tattoo (which is literally the coolest thing ever) and all the help I received in designing it to fit what I wanted. The COVID precautions are great, it felt really safe and clean while I was there. I could not recommend this place enough, I’m so enormously happy with the service and my tattoo! I’m coming back and I’m definitely bringing my mom!

Got my first decent-sized tattoo here, and I love it! Staff was all very helpful, and the artist (Mister) was easy to talk with to smooth out details. I did NOT handle my tattoo like a champ, but he was very patient and helpful with me. If theyll have me back, Ill be returning in the future for more work!

I loved Diamond Thieves, I got an industrial there 8 months ago. They staff was so nice and the person doing my piercing did it quickly and it didnt hurt much. I would recommend it anyone looking for a piercing. :D The only thing I want to say is that the person who did my piercing told me to change it out to soon and it got infected. Its all better now that I changed it back to my original jewelry.

My mother and I went in yesterday as walk ins, and we were in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was great, and our piercer (Mae Mochroi) was phenomenal!My mother has only ever gotten her ears pierced (when she was a kid), and her dermal went great! Due to Covid restrictions, I wasnt able to stand next to my mom and hold her hand, but I was able to give emotional support through a window to the room she was in.Ive gotten my nose pierced on two other occasions at different shops, and each time something didnt go right and I ended up having to take my jewelry out and let the peirced area grow up. That may have been due to unclear directions on aftercare, but when we went and saw Mae, she explained everything in detail and gave us a little sheet with aftercare directions in case we missed anything.The shop itself was very clean, and its obvious that they are taking the pandemic seriously (they took our temps when we came in, we had to answer questions about travel and being around others with Covid, masks were mandatory, etc.). Overall, both my mother and I had a great experience and we will definitely be back in the future!

I got a piercing from Mae and I will never get one from her again! First off she was super rude to not only me but the poor girl checking me in. She was trying to find the right size nose stud that matched my stud on my other side and Mae was super rude and pretentious about it. She even spoke down to me about my keloid (something im insecure about and trying to heal). Whatever stud she chose was wrong too. The bar is way too long for me and the stud constantly sticks out and gets caught on everything and it can never heal properly because Mae chose the wrong size. It physically hurts me and stabs the inside of my nose. Not only was she rude about choosing the size of the stud, but she also chose the wrong size, how embarrassing for her. She was also extremely rude to my friend who was just getting a jewelry change. Not sure who the small, kind woman was that worked there before Mae and pierced me twice, but I miss her so so much.

I went in there with a friend the other day to get my nose pierced and the lady at the front counter was very nice and helpful, however the guy that pierced me and my friend was not. He was extremely rude and didn’t do all that great with the piercings. My friends is very crooked and to far down. Also, is it just me or is the replies to the reviews very rude?

I took my ten-year old daughter to get a simple ear piercing after we heard horror stories about mall piercing from her friends (infection. etc.). The entire experience was extremely positive from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly and they made her feel at ease. The piercing did not hurt her one bit, in fact, she did not know it happened on either ear. They sold us a saline solution and gave us detailed instructions on how to care for the piercings, and they were problem-free from day-one. We went back six weeks later to get the first earrings removed and to insert the new ones. They took time with us again, were friendly, and they gave helpful advice. I would recommend to everyone; after my experience, especially to parents who want their kids ears pierced in a safe, sanitary, and professional environment.

I really LOVE this place ! My body piercings that Ive had done there , EXCELLENT WORK ! Never an issue or problem !! The staff are all very friendly , funny , kind , caring , & most of all PROFESSIONAL !! Highly unprofessional would not recommend! This business cares more about themselves than the well being of a customer. Had a family member pass out before getting a piercing. The employee was in a rush to get her out. Instead of calling 911 after she blacked out and hit her head they made me come in and get her. As I rushed in the other employee cared more about me wearing a mask than attending to my family member who clearly wasn’t in the right state of mind. “She should have never been moved from that location” -which the mission doctors/nurses stated. Which caused her to be in a neck brace and having multiple seizures outside of their business. They were mad that a business cares more about liability than a life.

Top notch piercing. Everyone is so wonderful there. The piercers are always kind, friendly, and professional no matter how busy theyve been that day. I always leave feeling happier than when I walked in! Would highly recommend!

James performed a helix piercing on my daughter and three of her friends. I was very pleased with his expertise, great advice and serious hard facts about what they needed to do to keep the piercings clean and healthy. He also discussed with them what to do once piercing was healed regarding what he considered as standard of jewelry to use in the future (and risks of using cheap materials as well). Very happy with this experience.

Mark did absolutely amazing with finishing part of my sleeve I love it so much. I highly recommend getting any work done here and have had amazing results! I’ll definitely be coming back to have him finish it up!

I went here to get my septum pierced and it went well! My piercer was super chill and made sure I was breathing as I got it pierced. The staff was so friendly and told me about all of my options for the piercing. It took less than 5 minutes once I actually went back to get the piercing done!

Got two piercings here, piercings weren’t place correctly and one of them grew out of place. The second one continued to be extremely swollen even though I was taking the best care of it possible. Owner saw me gushing blood and kept trying to fix my piercing as well when I got it done. Went to a piercer today who told me that it was done terribly and even told another employee hey come look this what you should never do to another persons ear. My ear feels and looks awful now, will never go to this place again

Got my piercings switched out for spacers for a new job. Didnt sterilize the equipment or swap sites, stretched the holes with little warning, and was very rough in technique. All the locals will tell you to avoid this shop, and they dont say that for no reason. Go literally anywhere else.

They were able to get us in with out an appointment. But thats about all the positive I have to say. The artist was rude. My tattoos crooked and art is not amazing.most definitely not worth the price AT ALL. And he sure didnt deserve the 20 % tip I left. But it was my best friend birthday and it is what it is but wont be going back.

We were travelling through and stopped in here hoping to find a replacement set of earrings when my 10 month old daughter lost one the previous morning. She was 6 weeks into her initial piercing and I was afraid it would close. The gentleman was so professional and kind with both my young girls (the other is 4) and even found a stud to match the one she already had so we wouldnt have to purchase a whole set. He was so patient and gentle with my baby and put a ball back on so it would be impossible for her to yank off. The professionalism was top notch. If we lived in the area, we would definately go back.

I’ve been wanting to get my Daith piercing done for years. I have chronic migraines and ended up getting that and my Conch. This place was amazing. Service was fast and everything was very clean. The staff seemed more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve talked to. I’m so glad I came here and plan to come again soon! The prices are much better than other places too!

Got my belly button repierced by Theresa (I think) which was probably an issue because I had some scar tissue there. She was very sweet and knew what she was doing, and also put in some cartilage earrings for me that are absolutely perfect. I got the titanium belly ring, and so far I haven’t gotten a smidge of irritation (which is why I let mine heal up before). Theresa was super sweet and told me all of the things I would need to know to care for it, and was also very helpful about what I should do if I had problems. I always tip my piercers but she was the sweetest and even thanked me when I tipped her. The woman at the front was also really kind and kept everything timely and safe. I loved the corona precautions and it really made me feel safer in the environment. Thanks Diamond Theives!

I have gotten 5 tattoos now from Michael at Diamond Thieves. I sincerely feel that he is one of the better artists in the Asheville area. The environment and energy there is really cool and the staff are all fun and accomodating! I recommend all of my friends to Diamond Thieves when they ask about tattoos or piercings

Stopped in today to get my cartilage pierced with my boyfriend. I ended up getting my ears double pierced as well. James was great! Everything is sterile. We had an excellent experience. If I decide on more piercings I will drive up here for them!

Took my sister to get a piercing did a great job but there not friendly at all. The guy at the front desk has a stick up his ass and no people skills. Every time somone asked him a question he acted like we were just waiting his time. We said thank you an have a nice night an he just looked at us like we were stupid. Wont be going back. If you want peoples business then you might want to hire friendly people an not arrogant jackasses.

I had my helix done with them a year ago and from all the research I have done said I needed to downsize after a month so it wouldn’t heal at and angle when I asked my piercer about it they claimed that’s not true and when I went there to get the jewelry changed they told me that it needed another year to fully heal then the bump would go away. I went to another place and had to get it removed cuz apparently it was pierced at an angle as well as not downsized when it should’ve will not be going back

I was looking for a bigger piece for my forearm. I made an appointment with Jeremy for about a month out and it was absolutely worth the wait. He created a beautiful tattoo for me. Exactly what I wanted and more. This place is very clean and they are taking things seriously for Covid-19.

They are just rude and lack customer service skills. Both times I’ve visited they act like they’re doing you a favor… I paid for your services 🙄 get over yourself.Also, when taking my teen in for their first piercing for their birthday… yes, I will take pictures. I recently went to Diamond Thieves for a second lobe piercing. The staff was very kind and they helped me pick out what kind of jewelry would work best for me. Teresa was my piercer, she took time to figure out what was the best spot for the piercing and asked if I liked the placing before she pierced.

Took my daughter in to get a new nose ring for her nose piercing and the young lady was very curt about wearing a mask & would not let me be in there with my underage daughter. Seriously?! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with me or address my questions or concerns. Very weird. Maybe it was the heavy smell of marijuana in the environment preventing her from being more rational. If it wasn’t for being at the point where we had to get her a nose ring so her piercing did not grow up, we would have left immediately. We will NOT be back, we will take our business somewhere else.
