Ive gotten numerous tattoos in this shop. Two from Loren and six from Alana. Ive never been disappointed walking out the door. The work and art are both excellent and the shop vibe is fun and chill. My partner also has numerous tattoos from Alana including a Japanese themed sleeve. Its beautiful! 10/10 will always recommend them, I send everyone who asks to them, and I WILL be back for more ink.

This shop is amazing! The people there are fantastic. Loren tattooed my husband and Luis did mine. These guys are nice and did great work!

Very pleasant and professional experience! The shop is clean and comfortable. Stopped by for a walk in during our visit to Astoria a few days ago, and they were able to get my boyfriend and I in for a walk in Get What You Get. Alana was so fun and professional! Her line work was perfect, and the tattoo is healing beautifully. Next time we’re in town, we’ll be back!

Loren did a great job! I got 2 tattoos with each of my adult children and they were all amazing and beautiful! Loren works precise and quick and we all love his art! Totally recommend! Will be going back for many more!

I have gotten 3 tattoos from Loren. 1 half sleeve, one of decent size on the inner aspect of my forearm, and just recently one that takes up the majority iof the outter aspect of my forearm. Each session has been wonderful. He is a very talented artist and a kind person with a welcoming demeanor. I have received both color and black/grey pieces each of which have come out wonderful with the color maintaining vibrance in the 8 years I have had it. I always recommend his artwork to my friends and family. I look forward to working with him many more times in the future.

Luis was amazing! He was able to squeeze my friend and I in for walk in tattoos which turned out amazing. I am very impressed with his line work and efficiency.

I have gotten two tattoos here from Loren. His attention to detail and linework are amazing! He is also very good at listening to what you want and figuring out how to incorporate it into the final piece and placement. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Went with a friend to get tattoos after booking with Alana online. We couldn’t have asked for a better artist or environment. The shop was clean and organized. The tattoos were great and surprisingly fast. Best of all, however, was Alana. She was ready to describe the process at anytime along with making great conversation. She was ready to make any changes and provided helpful advice. Will be returning for future tattoos.

I got a unique tattoo inspired by multiple sources and it was my first tattoo. I didn’t describe it well and the artist (Loren) was very patient with me and helped me make my idea a reality. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and the clean space was terrific. I will definitely be going back and getting more work done in the future.

Well I must say this is a tattoo shop I will definitely be returning to! My wife and I got matching tattoos for our 20th anniversary and while simple, they turned out beautifully. Alana was very welcoming and easy to talk to, the shop was clean and the environment was spot on. Highly recommend Alana at Signal Tattoo!!!

Loren is awesome!! My friend and I visited astoria last year, and saw his business from our hotel, and got small matching tattoos to commemorate our trip. This year we did the same and went back to him. He got us in even though we had a small window of time. He did a great job and is suuuuuper clean and takes his time. Highly recommend!!

Loren did me a HUGE favor covering up an old tattoo. Hs innate ability to blend colors and seamlessly cover and detail the old tattoo are amazing. I cannot recommend him or Signal tattoo enough. They are the BEST!

Seriously, what more can I say about this place other than, This is the best tattoo shop in Astoria. I had the best experience here. My best friend and I wanted to get friendship tattoos and Alana was so accommodating. She made sure that we got the tattoos on the same day, which by the way were really big tattoos so she spent a lot of time with us! She made sure that we were comfortable and that we had a fun time, which we did. I cant wait to go back. This was the most fun that I had at shop in a long time. Thank you Alana for my sky puppy, I love it so much!!

I cannot recommend a better tattoo shop 🖤 making the drive from Portland to Astoria is worth it and makes for the BEST day! Many tattoos so far, with many more to get! Loren and Alana are THE BEST with many years experience between the two. And one thing I like about an honest tattoo person is, if they cant do the tattoo you want, they know someone who can and will refer you. I appreciate great tattoo work, and they offer that here in many ways!!

I’ve gone to Alana now for 4 different tattoos and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Her work is by far my favorite work I have - and it’s always efficiently done at a great price. The vibe in the shop is great, and I’m looking forward to coming back to their new location!

Really lovely shop! I was so impressed with Alana’s work on Instagram, so much so I drove 5 hours to Astoria for some of it. I got a flash design of hers, and it’s so good. My tattoo is super clean, she worked so fast, and it looks GREAT. She also made me feel super comfortable and at ease. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m very impressed, and will definitely be back for more.

Alana does amazing work! Ive gone to her 3 times now and each time she has impressed me! She works fast and knows what shes doing after all her years of experience. I told her an idea for a design and within a couple of minutes she had something amazing already drawn out and the design exactly what I wanted. Not to mention she is incredibly friendly and funny to put you at ease during the process. Love this place, its absolutely worth the drive from Portland!

Signal Tattoo is by far the nicest, cleanest tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. Loren is super welcoming and immediately forms a relationship with you. I’ve given him design ideas and he has taken them to the next level with detail. If you are in Astoria…or anywhere remotely near Oregon, you should come to this shop to get tattooed.

Alana gave me a great tattoo here—it’s exactly what I wanted and it healed perfectly. She and Loren are both talented artists, very professional, and fun to be around. The space is really nice with great lighting too. I felt really comfortable and I love my tattoo.

Both Loren and Alana have tattooed me and each experience and every experience Ive had with them have been great, they are both very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have a few pieces from each artist and love all of them and always walked away very excited to go see them again. They are very amazing with communications to make sure youre getting exactly what you want and youll love. Ive grown to have so much love and trust in thier work that Ive reached out with an idea and gave full control over the idea of the piece knowing that theyd come up with something out of this world.

I’ve been to many tattoo artists and Loren is by far the best artist I have worked with. He pays attention to what you ask for and draws up your tattoo with such quality detail. I won’t let anyone else tattoo me now. I will continue to get tattoos from him every chance I get! He’s super professional and courteous. I don’t even realize I’m getting a tattoo until it’s finished because of how outgoing, personal and friendly Loren is. Great conversation and money well spent. I have gotten a few pieces done by Alana at the shop and after every piece I am surprised by how much I love the work they do. Both Alana and Loren are very professional and show extreme expertise in all of their work, whether you go in for a flash tattoo or a piece you’ve been thinking about getting for a while, their designs will always be the highest quality you can get for a very fair price as well. Their shop space is really nice with a lot of flash designs to choose from if you’re unsure. Trust no one except your tattoo artist🇺🇸

Alana did a stellar tattoo for me to honor my dog Saucy. I adore this and the detail is better than I ever expected or imagined. Very impressed and very happy. Now I smile everytime I look down for my little man Saucy to be beggin for a treat.The healing is going super well, Alana is very clean and skilled. I recommend this place to anyone who is going for the first time or 100th tattoo. She is an adept artist. There was no blowouts or anything other than epic artistry. Thanks again Alana. Loren has done many of my tattoos and he always blows me away. Amazing line work & color every time. He is great to work with & very professional. Every time he pulls out the stencil, it is exactly what I had in my head 10 out of 10 would recommend :)

Loren did a cover up for me and it turned out amazing, he answered a lot of my questions and played hang man with me while I sat there. I felt super comfortable because he’s tattooed me before so I 10/10 recommend. Don’t ask to play hang man with him though because that’s our thing. ✌🏽😌
