This place is absolutely amazing, they offer services like piercings, eyebrow work etcRight when I walked in I was greeted by Ruby who was phenomenal at everything in terms of getting me to the right person thank you! 🙏🏽Roberto really surprised me with the level of professionalism that was exhibited. He came in on his day off just to work on my piece without knowing me! The amount of patience and detail before, during, and after the session was impressive. After the session they took professional photos and videos as seen in the attached photos. I am eternally grateful thank you Xolotl & staff you have a permanent customer!

I have been working on my sleeve for a few years and followed my artist, Roberto here from another shop. His work is incredible and his attention to detail is great. I have vitiligo, and it’s been bothering me. I want to get a tattoo on my hand to distract from the vitiligo and draw less attention to it. After discussing with the tattoo artist, we spent about two hours on my design. I was researching tattoo artists around LIC and Astoria, and from my top 5 list, this one was the only one to reply in time. The tattoo artist was chill and professional. The shop isn’t huge, but it has a very comfortable vibe. Overall, I really enjoyed it. I have 5-6 tattoos, each from different places, but if you live in Queens and are looking for a local tattoo shop with a relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend this one.

I went in on Memorial Day for two tattoos and they were so nice there . The tattoo artist Caesar made sure I was okay and the tattoos were placed perfectly. The owner was there also and he was super kind , I had a great experience. I would definitely go back .

I got a chest piece done by Cesar. He was communicating w/ me almost every day 2 weeks up to the appt and helped me finalize details on the spot. Took his time and showed a lot of patience. Laid back studio; definitely seem to know what they’re doing. I’ll be making the 1.5 hour drive there for future work.

First off, Id like to say that the studio is beautiful. You are literally surrounded by art. The paintings are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is incredibly friendly. The environment overall is very inviting and CLEAN. Which is super important when getting Inked or pierced. Very sanitary. Furthermore, Roberto is an incredible tattoo artist. His skill is exceptional and by far one of the most talented individuals Ive met. He really loves what he does and you could see that. Overall a great experience! Came as a walk in for a nose piercing. Loved the vibes of the shop. It was clean, and decorated with beautiful indigenous art work. Roberto was amazing! 10/10 would recommend. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very gentle! Afterwards he instructed me on proper cleaning tips, and provided aftercare spray. Would definitely come back for another piercing!

Roberto was so helpful and kind! I came in with an infected piercing in my ear and he gently removed and helped me sanitize it. He also helped me switch out my septum with some new jewelry! Thank you Roberto so much for your amazing work. I spent a lot of time researching who I wanted as an artist for a tattoo I have not seen anyone have before. I wanted a photo-realistic image of the facade of an apartment building inset in a frame. Roberto combined the elements that I requested into a single image that I was very happy with. He was so patient with any pain or discomfort I had from sitting in the chair for so long as it was a huge tattoo that took five 4-5 hour sessions each. He used so many different shades of yellow and brown that gave the frame beautiful detail, even if at the time he was working on me I wanted it to be over. He applied numbing cream to help with pain and allowed as many breaks as we both needed. He had never done a tattoo like this one before, but I trusted his detail and color work based on other pieces he has done. I highly recommend Roberto and the shop!

Went here with a group of friends and had such an amazing experience. We called shortly before closing and said there were five of us that wanted small tattoos. They said it was not a problem and to come in. Roberto and Cosmo exceeded all expectations we had for our impromptu tattoo trip. Even though they were supposed to be closing, they didn’t rush any of us in making sure we loved what we were getting. The tattoos are beyond beautiful! I had a great experience here! It was my first time in a tattoo shop and I was really nervous about the pain since I wanted 4 piercings.The piercer was very careful and patient with me, always asking if I was ready before he did the next one. He also gave advice and recommendations while still letting me make the final decision for each piercing.The process was hygienic too, he used new needles and new studs (surgical steel), and wiped my ear down with alcohol before piercing it.Will definitely come here for my next piercing!

I’ve gotten two pieces done here one by Moises and another by Cosmo. I love both my pieces and I’ve always received compliments! Both artist have been patient and allow time for breaks when needed. I’m glad to have a tattoo shop pretty close to home and artists who are great at their craft! My mom also got her lip piercings here and had a good experience as well!

I visited here for the first time and felt nervous but I felt better after the technician placed the guides on my ear and had me take a look a few times before going through with the piercing. I got both a lobe and helix piercing; both hurt but it was a very brief pain.

They are AMAZING. I was so nervous when I was about to get my piercing but the artist reassured me everything was fine. It didnt hurt A T A L L ! I was shocked at how fast and painless the experience was, definitely better than my previous experiences at other parlors. Im going back next week to get more piercings, I definitely cant waitUpdate: went back for my nipple piercings today and the artist did an amazing job AGAIN. No complaints. Ill be back again for my tattoo. This is gonna be my new go to shopUpdate: after a few months my nipples are healing well but theyre uneven and theyre pierced very low. I almost though they were rejecting after the swelling went down.

I really recommend this very chill tattoo spot. I drove 6 hours to come see Roberto and it was totally worth it. He is an amazing artist, very professional and with considerable expertise in Meso American art and the Mayan and Aztec codices, I consulted with other artists but Roberto was confident and super knowledgeable about what type of tattoo I was looking for and if I can manage to save up for another tattoo I would definitely go back and recommend this spot/artist to anyone!
