Brought my kid to get his ears pierced and the entire staff was welcoming and nice. Natyli was amazing and so kind with my kid and patient to my child as well as rest of the family. It was quick and easy, but thorough on safety, cleanliness, and aftercare instructions. Highly recommend! Jewelry selection is beautiful and wonderful work of the tattoo artists. Didnt get any tattoo work there but did browse their portfolios. True talent! Will be returning for more services!

This shop has a awesome vibe! Stevie, Vince and the staff were great! Stevie did a wonderful job on my tattoo! Work station very well stantnized. Made it very easy going and a good experience. Definitely will be going back there and seeing Stevie.

While I was in town visiting my best friend I finally convinced her to get a tattoo with me (3 years in the making). She was nervous and JJ was nice and very accommodating to all her requests and questions. He changed the stencil size for her 4 times and the location twice. He even gave my other friend stickers just for coming with us. The shop was super nice and clean! If I lived here I’d definitely use him for all my future tattoos.

I’ve been to this spot 4 times and the first 3 were amazing, the artists were super accommodating and I got exactly what I was hoping for. Most recently, I was a walk in and the only artist available clearly didn’t want to do a walk in, which I would’ve preferred he just turned us away lol. It’s not the size or color I wanted… He definitely rushed and it’s the first tattoo I’ve ever had get infected, it’s been over 2 weeks and the colored part is like snake scales and super painful.

I got my first tattoo here with Stevie and I had a great time!!! Stevie was very kind about the fact that I was very nervous and walked me through the whole process, and the aftercare instructions that I was given are very clear. She was also very kind about the fact that I was not great about pain, and made me feel a lot better about how I handled it. Amazing art, a kind artist, and Im glad I got this tattoo from her! Very happy about my little pumpkin guy!!

Great experience here! Came for a piercing and it was an excellent experience with great jewelry selections. Tons of tattoo options on the wall to choose from too and makes me want to come back soon for some new artwork.

My sisters and I all wanted matching tattoos last minute. They were very happy to help us out. Stevie did my tattoo and I love it. The girls were so much fun!! This was a great addition to our vacation!

Don’t get tattooed here. I came in and asked for a quote on my shoulder and to add onto the leafs on a vine around my arm. I didn’t realize that I was bleeding through my pants, as girls do sometimes. The men in the shop did though, instead of saying something politely, they just say “The bathroom is there if you want to take a break.” I go, and realize I’m bleeding, and am mortified, only to hear the men laughing through the door and saying stuff like “That’s nasty, dude!” I sit back down and sure enough, the “artist” starts going over my beloved birthmark!! I have the same birthmark as my uncle and sister, as soon as he realized his mistake, he stopped, causing a BLOWOUT on my precious birthmark. I went home and cried my eyes out. Never will go here again. You all better pray tattoo removal doesn’t remove birthmarks too.

My sisters and I wanted matching tattoos.. we were doubtful we could all get in at the same time without an appointment.. but they got us in and not only did we get great tattoos but they were very friendly... kelli is a fantastic tattoo artist and I highly recommend her!!

Stevie is great to talk with about my tattoo and is willing to work with me on changes.

Vinny was my artist, worst experience with an artist so far. No after care instructions. Scarred my skin to the point where after the tattoo healed parts turned white. Added extra colors without my permission so now that tattoo looks aged. Also he didnt shade everything in so there are very visible spots that arent supposed to be there. To top it off he changed the price after he was done. I understand different artists price differently, but when you say the price ahead of time you should stick with it. All in all absolute trash experience wouldnt recommend to a friend or enemy.

My nine-year-old daughter got her ears pierced at Claires located at the Aurora Mall in Aurora Colorado.The Young lady that pierced her ears was not old enough and not properly trained to be doing this kind of work.The earrings were too small and the earrings themselves were put on so tight that it almost went through her ear completely.I called bonaroo tattoo because they do my piercings and they are all properly trained for this profession.Alexis (absolute Angel) was the one who assisted us and I want to give her the most wonderful and biggest thank you in this world because she knew what she was doing as a professional and is properly trained! Very friendly work place. All the tattoo artist rotate every walk in customer so not just one artist is always doing tattoos. If you dont have some idea of what you want, the people there have some creative ideas to help you along the way.

My tattoo artist was Alex and he was very nice and gentle. He was very professional and took me in as a walk in. I love the piece he did for me and I would recommend that everyone book him. Also, he gave great aftercare advice too and I will definitely go back to him for further tattoos.

Had such a great experience with Nails! My conch piercing nearly got ripped out of my ear at a concert and the hoop broke. I went in just to get a replacement but walked out with beautiful jewelry and a better game plan to help the piercing heal properly! Nails was friendly & knowledgeable and they helped me address some issues I was having with it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy!

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced by Ms. Nails. She was so kind and patient! She explained everything carefully before she did anything, in a way my daughter would understand. I was a walk in, they were very friendly over the phone and super accepting of my last minute tattoo need. I ended getting 4 small tattoos, Erik did them and let me tell everyone. I WILL BE BACK! His hand work is so light everything tickled and I got lettering on my rib. 10/10, can’t wait to schedule my bigger piece! The atmosphere is so welcoming too! Clean! And makes you feel like you’ve known these people all your life. Amazing shop!

I came for a walk in tattoo and received awful work. It was a super simple basic design of mountains and a plane but was some how undoable. The plane doesn’t even look like a plane, and the shading on the mountains makes zero sense with the way a shadow would fall on a mountain. The lines are unbelievably uneven in thickness, are wiggly, or straight up have huge gaps. For a $150 dollar small tattoo I expected more but won’t be making that mistake again and you shouldn’t either. Honestly the pictures speak for themselves. You wouldn’t think someone who works in a shop with a 4.7 rating wouldn’t be able to do simple line work. I got this 2.5 months ago and followed up with aftercare as directed.

Autumn pierced my septum recently, and it was the best experience I’ve had hands down. They took their time with placement and making sure it would be precise. It wasn’t done in a rush which I greatly appreciated. They were very friendly and super informative. I will be coming back to Autumn for all my future piercings!

This was my best piercing experience.I wouldn’t get a piercing anywhere else but bonaroo now. I got my helix pierced by nails and they were great. Extremely sanitary and nails explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I also ended up having a lot of irritation due to my own fault and nails helped me tremendously to get it back on track. I went in to get a larger bar for swelling and went back down a week later after they helped me clean it and change it. Nails was also very careful so I would have the least amount of pain possible. I’m sure the other piercers are great too but I strongly recommend nails

I absolutely loved how clean the place was in general. My artist was Erik and he was phenomenal! I’ve never been more satisfied with a tattoo, nor more comfortable with the artist than I was after my experience with him. He made sure everything was perfect for my design and was very patient. He even went back in and made sure there were no light lines and was very detailed with how the aftercare should go. 10/10 would go back!

SHANE IS MY DUUUUUDE! He was enthusiastic from the start. He is great at paying attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable. He is a great conversationalist. I cannot wait to go back for my next design. I had a blast with him and chatting with the other artists intermittently.

I had 2 of my tattoos done here, they are usually pretty good. However, I canceled an appointment & was promised by Kelli to get a refund for my at least HALF of my deposit. This was back in April. I was constantly messaging her on a status but never heard back from her.

I walked in without an appointment and was immediately taken back to talk with an artist (Kelli Kupkakes) who was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. She completed my relatively large piece within an hour and did an amazing, clean job for a reasonable price.

Came in today for some nipple piercings and second lobes , with my sister for some ear piercings , and what an amazing, clean and great experience!! Thank you Jazz💜

I am very satisfied with my piercing experience. Dylan answered all my questions. Was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. They are very clean and used the right sanitation process. I would definitely come back to get my other piercing.

Got 2 nose piercings from Bonaroo, and I was a little late so the process was a bit rushed (mostly my fault), but otherwise they did an amazing job. Make sure you double-check the location before booking your piercings. The piercer was very careful with the placement and overall they were very clearly knowledgeable of piercings in general. They offered me their personal contact information in case I had questions and gave me a complimentary bottle of saline solution. Id say it was a bit pricy, and I left without a piercing care sheet (no big deal since I know how to care for piercings from experience), so it was an overall good experience with a few flaws.

Chuck did an amazing job. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as we designed my first tattoo. It was an emotional tribute to my dad who passed away from cancer. I was able to get my tattoo on my dads birthday, which gave it even more meaning. My tattoo is beautiful and unique! Thank you Chuck, you rock!

I worked with chuck for first time and first time getting a tattoo. He was knowledgeable, efficient, so the areas affected don’t bruise worse or as much as going over them multiple times. His 15 years or experience shows. I’m happy with the tattoo.

Dylan was my piercer and Lilith was my tattoo artist. They both were awesome and I am definitely going back for more of each! Dylan pierced my septum and was very precise with their work. They nailed it and made it very easy the entire time. Dylan also gave me a bottle of NeilMed saline to take home for aftercare and of all the piercings I’ve had, this saline is the easiest to use. You just spray into your nose and it’s instantly effective. Lilith, who gave me my very first tattoo on my left forearm, was the sweetest gal and she will definitely be my pick for my next tattoo. Her fine line work is delicate and dainty, just how I wanted it. I love this place and HIGHLY recommend ANYONE that works there. Thanks Bonaroo in Aurora for the best service all around. Peace.

I have gone back to Erik several times now. He is the only tattoo artist for my husband and I. He is so respectful and makes me feel so comfortable. He is the best tattoo artist I have ever went to! Bonaroo tattoo is beyond lucky to have this gem in their shop. 100000% recommend seeing ERIK!!!

Ive only gone here for piercings with Myk but hes done 5 of my piercings already and I can totally say hes the best! Super chill and jokes around with you to relax you. Never had any problems with any of my piercings and the rest of the staff is always super welcoming and friendly.

The staff at Bonaroo were amazing - knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. The shop is impeccably clean and the waiting area was very comfortable. I have many tattoos from many different artists, but I think I have found my artist - Melon. He worked fast, clean, and had a very light touch. He tattooed my forearm in a 1/3 of the time it would have taken other artists and the work is flawless. His line work is sharp (no dead heading, all clean unions, and perfectly even widths) his shading is smooth (like SUPER SMOOTH) and it made my tattoo come alive, the highlights and way he worked the ink make the entire piece jump off my arm.AMAZING WORK!I highly recommend this shop and will be returning as soon as I can get an appointment.

My friend and i got pierced by brandon, he did fine on my bridge although he didnt check my anatomy. but when he did her lip, his hand was shaking excessively while the needle was inserted, he dropped the clamps on her face, and the jewelry he gave her was WAY too small (she went to another shop and was informed she was given the smallest possible bar), swelling was causing it to cut into her skin. overall very unprofessional environment as well. everyone other than brandon made us feel quite unwelcome and i wouldnt be comfortable approaching them for correction on this.

I havent gotten a tattoo from here but I did recently get a few piercings and I was extremely nervous and the lady did a great job of keeping me calm. And I told her I didnt want to see the needle so she made sure not to show me the needle either. So yes I would highly recommend them for piercings!

DO NOT GET PIERCINGS DONE HERE!! This place is a total scam! I told my piercer I had metal allergies and could only use real gold for my piercing. He showed me my options and I paid $150! for 1 small rose earring that he told me was gold. (This did not include the cost to get the piercing done which was an additional $35 plus tip) Got my ear pierced and for a month my ear was red, swollen, tender, and the lymph nodes in my neck were swollen as well. I did all the aftercare I was instructed to do and nothing got better. Finally 1 night I couldnt take the pain anymore and took out the earring and guess what?! The MF was titanium! NOT GOLD like I said I needed, what I was told I was getting, or what I paid for! I called and they told me oh yeah, most people say they have metal allergies and dont and our earrings are titanium except for the part in the front which some are gold. I told them I wanted my money back and they said all they could do was to put a gold post on the earring I bought for an additional $60! $210 for 1 earring!? I can walk into any jewelry store and buy a pair of 14k gold earring for less then $100. This place is a total scam and theyre putting peoples health at risk. As soon as I put in one of my gold earrings my ear finally started to heal but now I feel like I have scar tissue in my ear from where it was trying to seal off from the titanium and the skin on the outside is peeling off. Do yourself a favor and dont get piercings done here! Theyre putting peoples health at risk!!

We went for piercings. The store has a very comfortable laid back vibe and the artist was very friendly and professional. It was a very pleasant experience. He knows what he is doing and it was very clean and sterile. I would recommend anyone to go there and I wont go anywhere else. Thanks !

My experience at bonaroo was great. Mike is amazing, great costumer service. Me not knowing anything about body jewelry he kept conversation, gave me two piercings , pierced me smooth, quick , and clean, he walked me though the caring process after, oh and did i mention the great pricing? Dylan did my navel piercing and lobe piercing. He was really sweet and professional. I was nervous, but he talked me through what he was doing and helped me breath through the piercings. He took his craft seriously and was a perfectionist with the placement. Would highly Recommend!

Got septum pierced. Waaaaaay too close to cartilage. Super expensive but I thought I would pay more for better.. Ive had other piercings before but this one was super sore for over a month. Took it out, a month later went somewhere else and got it re-pierced for $40 (with new ring). Much more comfortable, no soreness at all, and the ring sits better due to the repositioning of the new piercing. Healed very very fast and didnt bother my allergies one bit.

Went to Vince to get a tat for my dead homie, bro refused to give me what I went or add artistic suggestion. However he did suggest to just not get the tat but it’s “not his body”.

Alex can sure do lettering but his energy is so terrible do you want that in your skin? Not only does he use the fact hes a tattoo artist to try and pull females but he’ll block anybody at the little less inconvenience after taking their money or belongings. @0tattoos @overdoings and yes I’ll be making an appearance soon for what is mine.

Ive gotten tattoos there before...but the other day when I went in to make an appointment for a very meaningful tattoo, The artist I talked to was the rudest person Ive come across in a while. Acting as if I was bothering him. I put $60 down and will be walking away from it because I do not want someone with that negative energy working on my body, especially with such a meaningful tattoo. I will not be returning.... Trust me...there are a ton of great artists out there.....

This is my go to place for piercings. Josh is awesome and extremely professional all the time. I have been here for two piercings now and I couldnt think of going anywhere else. I went to Myk the piercer at Bonaroo 2 weeks ago to get my VCH. I was very nervous and have talked myself out of this piercing many times b4. The 2 tattoo artists greeted me & chatted with me while Myk was with a client. Myk was completely professional about the piercing as well as he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving a review, to make sure all went well with the healing. Everything was a breeze. He even allowed me to come back 3 days later to change out the the bar. I had no issues with healing & it looks gorgeous. I am not one to review places often. So please take this review for what it is. A great experience! :) - Oh yea, cant beat the prices for quality work!

Ive been to see Melon and have had him tattoo me before and this time was no different, he was amazing! So professional, and very focused on the correct procedures to keep his area clean and following all the rules. Bonaroo was very clean and everyone there was helpful and so nice! I reccommend this place any day of the week!

The atmosphere was good, the people were nice and my artist knew what he was talking about when telling me about my first tattoo, but my tattoo is uneven and the shading is a bit patchy. Still I am satisfied, but I think Ill be paying more attention next time I get a tattoo. (I should be going again in February)

I had contacted Weso about a custom piece he had up for grabs and he got me in as soon as he could! Very happy with my tattoo!The shop is HUGE! And each artist has their own individual room. Its a very unique and personal experience. More often than not, tattoo shops are set up with the artists ass to ass in the same room, so if youre especially shy this place is perfect. I also feel like its nice knowing your artist is in their zone and can really just focus on your piece.Wesos room is decked out with tons of his artwork, which is super nice to look at when youre sitting still for hours. And I mean a TON of really sweet custom designs. So you cant help but leave with eight more tattoos you want! He is super friendly and funny. I felt totally comfortable and taken care of. Getting a tattoo doesnt have to suck when the artist is a rad person with jokes and great music taste! Planning on getting lots of work from Weso in the future!! Best experience Ive had!!

I was impressed with Bonaroo Tattoo from the start. My mom and I were trying to get some quick small tattoos on a Thursday afternoon and I called a few other places and the people who answered the phone were very rude. When I called bonaroo, the guy who answered the phone was immediately very friendly. He informed me that there was someone available to do our tattoos. We got in to the shop and again everyone was very friendly. JJ did my tattoo and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is friendly and does great work. My mom got a guy with a nice beard, in overalls. I dont remember his name, but I would also recommend him for the same reasons. I will definitely go back to this tattoo shop.

I had my tongue pierced here and they did an amazing job.. I am VERY allergic to impure metals and they have very quality jewelry and did a very good job with the piercing as well as the follow up care. I would definitely recommend getting your piercings here.

Went in and got a tattoo, talked with the artist about getting another tattoo. Payed $110.00 as a deposit and made an appointment for two weeks. Went in two weeks later, the artist never Drew up anything in the two weeks. When I got there he completely changed my whole vision of the tattoo Im getting for my late wife. Needless to say Im out $110.00 and have to find another artist that will give me what I want.

Everyone was super nice and willing to do a couple of tattoos despite us walking in without an appointment. They did an excellent job and really made my cousins birthday

The staff was friendly but Michael, the guy who did my tattoo, talked me out of the design I truly wanted. I thought it was ok at first but now filled with regret I didnt get the original tattoo I wanted done. I told him at least 5 times what I wanted, picture/mobile picture included. Each time he kept avoiding it finding other patterns he could do because the original took away from the base of the pattern. Eventually I settled for one that was close but not the same but I wished I would have stuck to my original. It was a nice pattern but not what I wanted. Next time someone tells you what they want either do what your customer is asking or explain why you cant do it. Dont keep pushing them for something else. I will not be coming back.

Bonaroos a great shop where the staff always strive to make sure the customers are welcomed and comfortable. The artists are top notch, each with their own unique style. Look through their portfolios to see who is right for you. Highly recommended!

Got 3 tattoos & 2 piercings on Friday from Tim & the new piercer Dylan. Dylan was professional & fun to talk to! & They were both very knowledgeable and good at what they do! Will be coming back for sure!

Went in for a piercing. Mike was great! Professional but also jokes around a bit to keep it light. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions and made good recommendations.

I got finger tattoos done by Weso and he was wonderful. Let me rant about why I got the tattoos and offered for a free touchup when my finger tatttoos started to fade. He is currently going to work on another tattoo for me in memory of my grandma. Also the piercer is wonderful and full of jokes and laughs. Every time I go to this place, I feel at home.

Today I went in to get my belly button pierced . Im 14 by the way and myk was joking a lot to relax me. He went over everything with me , and made sure I had all my questions answered. And I also picked out a pink barbell and he brought out a lighter colored one to make sure I got the one I liked .

I checked out several places before choosing Bonaroo, but this place was definately right for me, private rooms, and Weso Knarley was amazing. He changed my life, I had a double mastectomy without reconstruction, and he made me beautiful again. I would recommend him and this place to everyone.

Worst tattoo shop. carlos can’t even connect his blown out lines. My simple tattoo isn’t connected in 3 places and ugly.

The new piercer they have is very inexperienced and doesn’t really know what he’s doing. The old piercer, Mike, knew what he was doing and I wish he still worked here. To save you some time, I’d say go somewhere else for your piercings!

The artist Kegan needs to learn how to talk to people!Went to take my 17 year old twin sons to get matching tattoos, Kegan asked my son after drawing up the tattoo, What do you think of the size?, my wife asked to see, and Kegan said very disrespectful to my wife, Im asking you(my son)- NOT COOL!So, I left a $5 bill on the counter for his time copying and drawing the template and left without the tattoos. This experience doesnt even deserve the (1) star rating.If you like to be talked to in this manner, I guess this is the place for you.

Came here yesterday to get a couple flowers and a bee on my knee by Weso and it turned out amazing!! Its only a start, but it turned out absolutely beautiful. Great environment. Weso has such a light hand and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Cant wait to finish it up.

Bonaroo Tattoo artists are talented professionals, with excellent people skills. I felt at home in the open well laid floor plan of the shop. As I wheeled around, oh yeah I was in a wheelchair. Tons of flash art on the horse shoe shaped wall and the artists portfolios at the counter. Great flow and atmosphere. With a lounge area in the center perfect for my gf who had to hangout. While I received my favorite tattoo in my collection. Weso Knarly aka my new friend and artist was amazing in every sense of the word. We connected right away. His talents only shadowed by his brilliant personality. The tattoo I received is the largest piece of my collection. Bonaroo Tattoo and the artists they showcase are altogether the best tattoo shop Ive ever seen.

My mom wanted the word faith in cursive on her forearm, wasn’t even big. The guy said it would be 200$. Ridiculous. Went to another tattoo place and they charged her 70$.

Artists dont finish tattos just to charge you to come back for more money. Low quality work and they take a very very long time to complete even simple tattoos!!!!!! NEVER going here in the future, I strongly discourage it
