I will only come to this studio for any piercings my family or myself receive. I cant say enough wonderful things about Madii, she explains everything in detail very soft spoken and lets you know whats coming next before she moves on to the next step. My friends and family love her. The staff members are friendly and personable. They are very clean and are knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend Premier piercing for any of your Piercing needs or wants. Beautiful jewelry excellent customer service.

Studio is very welcoming, different types of quality jewelry to choose from, the staff is very sweet & welcoming. I had my appointment with Maddie & she made me feel comfortable. She has definitely provided me with my best piercing experience. She helped me pick the jewelry after I told her what was my vision behind it. She performed a flawless nose piercing for me. I usually struggle with healing my piercing & they take months to heal. But I didn’t experience any of that with my nose piercing. I am so grateful to find Maddie. I know I won’t be going anywhere else but to Maddie when I get my next itch of piercing. 10 stars from me!! Very happy & grateful customer.

Great experience. My sister and I booked online. Felt clean and comfortable. Everyone was kind and helpful. My sister also had concerns that another of her piercings had closed but they were able to clean it up. Overall very happy with the results.

UPDATE: I added photos taken same say to show there’s no room as the owner claimed there was. Went in for a jewelry change, the guy put a bar that was too short. My piercing embedded overnight, so I returned the next day and the owner refused to help me.. Even after I said I was in pain and the piercing is throbbing. She didn’t want to admit their mistake. So, I went somewhere else to get the correct size. This happened 3 months ago and I have a scar on the inside of my mouth from the embedding that occurred. The embedding occurred because the bar was too short. The lack of piercing knowledge is scary especially considering she saw the embedded piercing in person and turned me away claiming it was “nesting” - it was in fact embedded (confirmed by a different piercer) with it sinking under my skin on the back inside with NO room. Provided photos to show sinking - hadn’t yet embedded in the front and inside my mouth but the back part was sinking under the skin and embedded - I have videos that I cannot upload displaying this. Called back a few days later to complain and update her on the condition. She refunded me for the jewelry costs (which is giving guilty!) However, I am left with a permanent scar from a bar the bar they put in that was too short - when prior to arriving, my piercing was perfectly healed with no scarring. I have the proof. I feel violated and dismissed. UPDATE to owner’s reply - I was not banging on the door - the entire incident was recorded because we were outside in a public space. I clearly told you I was in pain - your response shows lack of accountability and compassion (just like that day in person.) Additionally, your hours said open that day on Google and I drove over an hour to resolve the EMERGENCY situation caused by your shop’s mistake. Also, I was in the day before and the guy working said “We are open every day” and stated the hours. You should’ve updated your hours on google or had an automated recording on your phone because I called prior to driving over an hour from Tehachapi. Stop blaming the customer for your shop’s mistake. I’ve called your store ONCE since speaking with you and getting the refund - that is TWICE total - which is not excessive or harassment. I can provide you with phone records and receipts as well. Owner also stated she would never turn away someone in pain with an embedded piercing but that’s exactly what she did to me. I told her to her face looking in her eyes “I am in pain and the piercing is throbbing and sinking in” - she dismissed this as “nesting.” So, when I called and spoke to her on the phone - I asked her, “I told you that day I was in pain, nesting is not painful and shouldn’t hurt. Do you have magical powers where you can feel someone else’s pain?” She apologized, said no and admitted that she could not feel my pain. Then, issued a refund for jewelry costs as she repeatedly apologized. I am the victim here, yet she’s acting like I did something wrong. The only mistake I made was going here in the first place. I am filing a lawsuit for personal injury - avoid this place like the plague.

Truly the best place to get a piercing. They have so much knowledge and a HUGE jewelry selection!! Anytime I have been in, i am met with nothing but great customer service. Madii and her team are TOP TIER, wouldnt trust anyone else but her and her team 💕 definitely recommend this shop!!

All of the staff here are wonderful, and Maddi is a special gem. Everyone feels welcome here and they are very understanding and patient with children. Its obvious that everyone is passionate about their work and I love returning here over and over again. The jewelry they use can be a sticker shock, but the surgical grade titanium steel is worth every penny. No injections, no itching, no small tears, extremely comfortable to wear, long lasting. Worth the investment.Having been to Claires, the doctors office, and now Maddi, I would never even consider going to another place other than Premier Piercing for all future piercings.

Had a bad experience at a different shop where the piercing just would not heal.I went here after and have never gone anywhere else since. They have really great quality jewelry at affordable prices. Theyre always really nice and helpful. If I have any questions theyve always answered them and they never pushed me to spend more than I can afford. Definitely recommend going here if you plan on getting a piercing or any jewelry.

Pierced mine and my daughters ears recently, after many of my own piercings over the years, and as usual I was completely impressed 1) with the cleanliness, 2) with the high quality jewelry selection, 3) how friendly and welcoming the entire staff was, 4) how amazing and upscale the shop looks/feels inside, and 5) the interaction between the piercer Madii and my young daughter. She had been working up the courage to get her ears pierced for months and was so nervous but Madii instantly made her feel at ease, walking her through the entire process so she’d be informed and not caught off guard. I’ve always recommended her and this shop to anyone (friends, family, my landlord even lol) who all leave happy, and now I’m recommending them to all my mom friends too. 💖

Madii has performed tons of piercings on me over the years. She’s always very kind and patient with me and accommodates to my piercing anxiety ❤️ she’s pierced my nose and ears multiple times! Love her! Love their jewelry selection 🙌🏼

This place is awesome! We took our 7 year old to get her ears pierced, and Madii was amazing! She was so patient and kind and it was clear shes worked with kids many times. She made our daughter laugh through the whole process, leading to minimal tears. They also had a great selection of tiny flat back earrings. It was a great experience. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone!

I took my daughter to get her helix pierced yesterday. We immediately felt welcomed. The staff was very patient and answered all of our questions. Our piercer, Sean, took the time to show my daughter what hoops would look like in her ear in the future. He aslo did agreat job explaining how the healing process would work. The store is extremely clean and such a cool vibe. I would absolutely recommend getting pierced here!!

Cutest piercing studio in town! My mom and I got piercings here, and I can’t iterate enough how professional and welcoming this place is. They were so informative and thorough about aftercare. I’ve had a history of irritation bumps from old piercings done elsewhere and didn’t experience any of that after opting for their high quality jewelry.

I have gotten 2 piercings done here.My nose and helix and it’s been the best experience! One by and the other by Sean. They were both great. Clean and sterile and I felt very comfortable. Their jewelry selection is beautiful with silver and gold options.

I cannot rave about Madii enough! Ive gone to her for a few piercings and jewelry changes over the past several years and shes always been amazing! Super nice, explains whats going on and always safe/clean. The staff are welcoming and just as awesome. Cant recommend them enough!

Excellent experience! Super clean and friendly environment. Maddie was super sweet and kind. Went in for a dermal removal. It was pretty much already coming out on its own, so she didn’t even charge me for the removal. When I am ready to get pierced again, I will definitely be going to see her!

The piercer we saw, Ivy Hazel, was amazing.The rest of the experience was not that great. The girl at the counter was totally trying to rip us off for the jewelry, and was a little rude when we didn’t want to pay $160 for one earring. Not that great of an experience on my birthday.Then after we left, we had to go back in because they charged us for an entire extra service that we never received. It ended up costing $300 for a lobe, a helix, and a conch. All I got was cheap cz for jewelry too.I feel their online prices are a poor reflection of what you’re actually paying.I really enjoyed my time with Ivy, but unfortunately I won’t be going back.EDIT: Please read the below response. I went in for an ear styling (2-4 ear piercings) and a daith. The only piercing I did not receive was the daith because the piercer advised against it. Online a styling is listed as $45 before jewelry and tip. We walked out paying over $300. The jewelry I received was NOT worth the amount we had to pay.Again, not a bad shop. Be aware that they are going to try to sell you the most overpriced jewelry, and you will have to double check their receipt. The shop’s attempt at a response here falls flat. Especially when they want to offer me a receipt I already have. The one that shows them charging me for someone else’s entire service. It should not be my job to double check the employee’s work.

Great experience here. Everyone was very nice and even helped reschedule my appointment due to my own mistake. The process was very simple and was able to purchase the jewelry here as well. I highly recommend coming here to get your piercings.

Got my vertical labret done and the experience was amazing. Very professional, clean and all the workers and my piercer were great. Piercing was quick.

The folks here at Premier Piercing are incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help you through every step of your piercing journey. As soon as you walk in, you can tell its a classy and clean business. Plenty of room, everything is neatly organized, not too much clutter, well cleaned, and plenty of mirrors to check out your hot new piece of jewelry!We were greeted soon after arriving, and they answered all questions we had, no matter how silly they were. We were in and out in about 30-45 minutes, and it was practically painless.Madie was the one to help us out today; so friendly and informative, and totally cool! Every staff member Ive spoken to has been tremendously kind and welcoming, even when the shop is busy. The interior is very cute and the whole place is immaculately clean. Ive seen Sean twice for piercings, and he was thoughtful & patient (plus good at his job! My ear is healing beautifully). Overall a great experience and I will be coming here for my next piercings.

Got my ears pierced by Sean. Amazing, amazing person! I was a bit nervous at first but he helped me calm down. Im giving it 4 stars because my total came out to be around $130!! For just having my earlobes pierced. I will say, everybody there was extremely professional and friendly.

I took my daughter to get her nose pierced and I decided to get my septum pierced last minute and they were able to accommodate us both. I brought each of my kids here on two separate occasions, my 12-year-old for their ear lobe piercings and my 14-year-old for his septum piercing. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and the piercers (Madii did the lobes and Sean did the septum piercing) were knowledgeable, kind, and put my kids at ease. They worked quickly and confidently and both of my kids left their appointments with big smiles on their faces! The shop is clean and beautiful, and the pride flags in the windows when we went were so welcoming. Id definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a friendly, professional piercing experience!

Ive been pierced by Madii for over a decade, more piercings than I can even count! Ive traveled from out of state multiple times just to have her pierce me. Madii is professional, honest, fairly priced, and just an all around amazing human being. When I heard she opened her own shop, I made the trip from Nevada to have a nostril and philtrum piercing done. Its always a pleasure doing business with Madii, and I will always come back time and time again.

Had the best experience possible. Thought one of my piercings had closed due to an earring being torn from my ear and bleeding. The young man who addressed my issue, used a probe and discovered it was still open. Was braced to have it repierced, but happily that was not the case. The facility was immaculate. The staff is professional and supportive. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting a nose piercing for many years and impulsively decided to book an appointment. This shop didn’t disappoint. Very clean environment and Parker made the whole experience comfortable and eased my worries. Wait time was minimal, I was in there for about 30 minutes total and the instructions given to me were clear and easy. I will come back when I get my second nose piercing soon! Thank you guys again!

My friend and I went in to get our ears pierced, both by Sean! He was very kind and made sure we were always doing alright and just overall treating us very well! We loved the environment there, the shop itself is very pretty and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful! :)

I just got my tongue pierced here. The workers were really professional, I got it done by Madii who did it really quick and I barely even noticed it happening! I haven’t gotten anything other than my lobes pierced and that was like a decade ago, so the fact that they made this so simple and painless was just great!

Madii was super nice and knowledgeable she took her time talking to me and finding the right size for the jewelry I got. I had originally gone to her shop to look for a stud for my nostril. I expected the shop to just have simple cheaply made jewelry, but no, everything there was beautiful! And great quality! So I ended up getting jewelry for my septum piercing and my nostril piercing. I recommend her to anyone who wants to get a piercing. I spend some bucks on other piercing shops and I regret not going go her shop first. Her assistant was extremely helpful too! They both made me feel comfortable.

Got my PA done here, the staff were the sweetest and answered all questions, my sister and a friend were with me and both had question and all were answered! They were upfront about pricing and for a genital piercing I think it was a SUPER good deal, the entire place felt clean, and welcoming, definitely recommending all friends and family here :)

I got my labret piercing months back and madii was so sweet and gentle! i didn’t feel pain when getting it and she communicated so well when piercing it. she had answered all my concerns and questions regarding the after care. i didn’t feel uncomfortable at all & she was professional about everything. she also has a very good selection of jewelry that is great quality. definitely would recommend going to madii! :)

I got my first body piercing done on Sunday, and I had an amazing experience with Sean. It was an awkward area to get pierced, but he was the most professional. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Madii did my first piercings, my lobes. Super professional while piercing, triple checked the placement to make sure they were even, and was super friendly. My issue is how much she made me pay for it. She 1) never told me the price of the earrings I chose (there were no signs stating how much they cost) and 2) never told me how much the piercing would cost. They used to have an Instagram post that said $35 for one hole, $45 for two, which is gone now.There is no reason that my LOBES shouldve been $220. I couldve gotten a full tattoo for the same price as my LOBES.I understand a lot goes into a piercing. Shes been a piercer for several years and has put work and time into her craft, but making a 16 year old pay $220 for her lobes is unacceptable. Everyone Ive talked to has said this is an outrageous price. I may be inexperienced in the world of body mods, but that is a crazy price.Good experience, should not have paid that much. Will not be coming back

Madii saved me!! Ive never left a review before, but this is absolutely necessary. I got my nostril pierced at another shop about a month and a half ago, and I developed a nasty bump on one side of the piercing. I went back to the piercer to get it looked at, and they said they didnt know what was wrong with it, and told me to get it checked out and recommended things that even Google will tell you dont work.I looked up reputable piercers in town and found Madii. After reaching out she told me to come in so she can look at it. She immediately knew what the problem was, the piercing angle, and informed me that I needed to take it out which she did for me. That was 3 days ago and the bump is pretty much gone.Long story short, shes extremely knowledgeable, professional, has high quality jewelry, and Ill be getting my nostril repierced with her asap.

Madii is an awesome sauce human, and a stellar piercer! I have the biggest childhood fear of needles and she walked me off the ledge every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend anyone who asks.Her area was super clean, their waiting area was also super clean and not at all crammed with people which is A+++ for the Covid times

Ive been to a few piercing studios. Ive left a few with some piercing trauma and for the longest time I though Id never get another piercing. But when I found this studio and met Madii that all changed. The evenviorment is so comfortable and madii is a wiz with a needle. I went from never wanted another piercing to already planning my next piercing. Plus the jewlery selction is to die for. So many fun options, its hard to choose. All I can say is clean, comforting, and wonderful environment that makes getting piercings fun again.
