I had a very positive experience with Casey. Her studio was very clean and sterilized. I got two piercings and am very happy with them along with the information she provided during the process. She will also help you if there are any issues after. Highly recommend! I will definitely be going to her for all my future piercings. :)

Casey is super nice!I have a huge fear of needles so I was sweating bullets but the environment Casey creates helped me get through. I like that the prices are all transparent and the room was clean and sanitary. All the tools are open right in front of you. Casey communicates before and after your appointment to make sure that your experience goes smoothly. I got a lot of tips on how to care for my piercings and all of my questions were answered. The whole experience was definitely great! Casey was so sweet, she did my snake bites. When I was light headed she stopped and made sure that I was comfortable, she even went as far as going outside when are appointment was done to give me a sugar gummy to make sure that my blood sugar wasnt low. She is very accommodating and cares about her clients. I 100% will come back again.

I had been looking for a piercing studio for months that I would feel comfortable & secure in and when I found Casey at Vixen I immediately booked a service. The studio was clean & professional and I was provided a plethora of information on the piercing as well as on aftercare. I was soo sad when my favorite piercer at Sykotic shut down in 2022. I had been to several places prior and all of the piercings I got, had gotten infected or my body rejected the metal. I first went to Sykotic in 2018, on a whim with my friend because it was close to my house. I got my Tragus pierced, I kinda expected the piercing to reject. But I was very pleasantly surprised when it didn’t. It healed beautifully. And I’ve been going to Sykotic ever since. I got my Daith, my second lobe and my nose pierced there. All of them healed amazingly. The staff was so professional. So I was bummed when I found out it closed. Then I got an email from Vixen saying they were the same piercer from Sykotic, they even offered Sykotic regulars a discount, so I made an appointment and it didn’t disappoint!!! I got my flat done, she also replaced some of the other jewelry i had out of the other piercings. She was so professional and makes you feel comfortable. She also isn’t just trying to make a Buck, it’s clear that she really cares about the craft and the community. She will tell you if a piercing will look good or not, she will tell you what looks good or what you can add. 10/10 experience. I would never go anywhere else.

Casey is efficient, attentive, and informative. She listened to what I wanted to achieve with my piercing and delivered a great result. She’s been excellent with check-ins on after care and jewelry questions.

I have been a client / customer for almost 2 years now, and even before she opened this one and she was working at another place (if you an OG you know), I never once saw Casey as RUDE or BAD at all, she has done my nipple piercings, my nose, my conch, my shen men, etc. probably did 7+ of them, and ALL of those times, I never once complaint or legit had an issue with her. They healed quite nicely and I was able to even downsize on a few, and also had the option to get jewelry/shiny ones to my liking (that she had in stock). She was genuinely even nice enough to mention and write down the sizes of the gauge, where I was easily able to find some online; heck, I went one time asking if she may help me change one of my piercings because I was afraid of doing it myself, and she did.*Also, should mention, she does have an IG, so any concerns and questions, she may answer on there, I was able to ask her a few things like aftercare and even THINGS TO DO BEFORE ya get your piercings, which I followed, and it was smooth sailing from there.As for this place, yes, it may be a TIGHT squeeze, especially if ya bring your besties (Im talkin 3+ people) and they may want to step inside and record ya experience / piercing, but the fact that she made a place feel welcoming and accommodating for just her and her client is really nice. You know shes focused and loves the work she does. Not to mention, she definitely gives HER own suggestions on new piercings ya might be interested in, and of course if you aint up for it, totally fine. No matter what, she gets it done fast & efficiently!I will gladly come back to her again with ease!
