Miguel is an amazing person and a fantastic piercer! Super solid people doing super solid work that care about you, not just getting work. Got a flat piercing done a week ago in Rhode Island and then needed to travel to San Fransisco for work. The long flight over, combined with a novice piercer who put in too short of a bar, led to an intense onset of swelling from Monday to Wednesday (with the back of the titanium earring post almost being swallowed and the front digging in and causing a divot). Miguel could have very easily turned me away; he didnt pierce me, and I would have totally understood. Instead, he asked me to wait, so he could find a good spot to pause in someones tattoo, he pulled out all his sanitized equipment, and he was able to remove an earring that was causing me so much trouble and probably would have been super infected and in a worse situation when I got home. After cleaning me up, giving me some extra gauze, and giving some great piercer advice, he then charged (in my opinion) way less that I thought it would be considering I didnt have an appointment, had him consulting on a piercing he didnt do, and then he had to actually use his equipment and resanitize after I left (plus he packaged my earring so I wouldnt lose it on the way home). Great place! Super clean! When Im back in the area (prob for another work trip), I am def going to look them up for a new piercing or tattoo piece!

Miguel is a gem! I got my first piercing as an adult, and I was really nervous but he explained the process well, and was really patient and gentle. And the whole place was really cleaaaaan (they definitely live up to their name 😆). I know everyone’s pain tolerance and healing times are different, but it honestly didn’t hurt as much as I thought (maybe like a 3/10?) and it’s healing super, super well. Highly recommend the service here. Thank you, Miguel!

Got my first tattoo here five years ago. The artist was great and really took his time with details. Overall, it was a great experience!

I got two tattoos done by Josue, one quote and a moth both on my thigh. He was super responsive and fit me in for an appointment the day after I messaged him. He worked with me to get the font and size of both my pieces exactly the way I wanted and was super friendly. I love the way they turned out, it was exactly what I wanted and he put a lot of time and detailing into both of my pieces. For my first professional tattoos that was an incredible experience. Reasonably priced, clean setting, dope decor, a comfortable relaxed environment, and a lot of talented artists!

These guys are the absolute best. Ive been coming for years and have no intention to stop. They are the perfect experience for west coast tattoos with original content and wonderful service. I have over a dozen in a very short time, and as an enthusiast who has been tattooed across the country, most importantly i trust them. Excellent work my friends.

They were a great little shop until the shop burned to the ground. They had some very good artists there. Now I havent gotten ink there personally but I know people that have and the ink was great. They had very reasonable prices, and the artists were proficient in many different art forms. Not only that but they brought beauty to the neighborhood by doing a beautiful mural on the wall. Its reminiscent of the Old Las Vegas sign, which has now been painted over by the building owners.

I am new to the area and wanted to get a new tattoo. I found this place using Google Maps and it was the highest review tattoo studio in the area so I decided to check it out. I stopped in one day to ask about a tattoo I always wanted and one of the artists directed me to another artist who could do it.The tattoo itself was very detailed so it took 2 sittings. The artist (Bounce) was absolutely phenomenal. He took some artwork I gave him and turn it into an absolute masterpiece. I have attached some picture of the amazing work (and yes I am a huge nerd lol).I also got the pleasure of seeing some of the amazing work the other artists in the studio did for customers during my time there. I was never not impressed.I would strongly suggest anyone looking to have some tattoo work done check out this place. I’m very pleased and will definitely be back.

I went in for 2 piercings and came out with 3! I’ve been wanting to get my belly pierced like this for YEARS! I have named it my unicorn piercing hehehe! It didn’t hurt at all but the septum made me cry 🤣 (it’s a physical reaction, completely normal) 20/10. Got what I came for & Isaiah was super sweet and quick about the process. I don’t like when they tell you what they’re doing because I hate needles. I asked Isaiah not to tell me the process as he’s doing it & he didn’t. Very respectful and professional. I WILL BE BACK! A couple years ago I went to the Fairfield location for my first belly piercing, all my experiences with the company have been phenomenal! SUPPORT YOUR LOCALS!!! So proud to have watched the business grow, you all are amazing!

Bus is a mus! 6 of the 7 tats that make up my sleeve are his work and its phenomenal work at that. Has a gentle touch and everything heals amazing with proper care. No issues putting your ideas to work but has a keen artists eye and wont allow you to walk out the door disappointed. Bus is your artist!

Miguel clearly sleepwalked through putting my earring back in post-MRI, the ball bearing disappeared, then his advice was to go back to where I bought the piercing to buy a new one because I “must’ve slept on it wrong”When I got a new one I didn’t trust him enough to go back to have it put inAlso, the surprise $3 credit card charge felt very high for putting earrings back in my ear

Bus did a large tatttoo on my arm and the experience and the work are both the best I have ever had. He was patient to ensure the size/work was right and after he started I asked to add something to it and he didnt even hesitate. Its honestly my favorite tat and I have already talked to him about covering up some prior work I had done. Go see Bus!

You can see that Bus is an exceptionally talented artist by looking at photos of his tattoo work. What the photos dont tell you is what an awesome human being he is. If you have a chance to get tattooed by this man dont miss out, you will dig it!

Trust this man with your skin! I would never send someone to an artist I do not know or trust and I still recommend Bus to anyone who asks, even after 5 years of not seeing him.Sadly I have not see Short Bus in a few years since we moved separate ways after he did my sleeve and chest, however, I can say that I get compliments all over the world on the work he did. Bus is the only tattoo artist I could find that was willing to work with my stupid schedule at the time. We did most of my work between 11 pm and 2 am on Sunday nights after the shop he was in closed. You really have to like someone to dedicate that time block to them for as long as we did. I have been to shops all over Europe, I have gotten another sleeve in the UK by amazing artists, and I would not hesitate to see Bus for another tattoo if I find myself near his shop!

Called them before I arrived asking if they would be able to change jewelry of tragus piercing and asked if so how much it would be. They told me no charge. I walked inside and was not greeted. Stood there for atleast two minutes until someone came and finally greeted me and ask what I needed. The piercer told me to change the jewelry it would be $10. But thats not what they told me over the phone. Then they said cash only. Oh if only they said that right from the very beginning. I was inconvenienced by them as they told me two completely things and had to withdrawl cash... Yeah I dont know about this place

I was blessed to have been at the mall in Fairfield and was able to actually meet the owner, I told and showed him my unfinished tattoo that Ive had for to many years, I asked if he could help me with my tattoo nightmare, he said he got me....... So on his very first soft open at the mall I decided to stop by after work. And Im glad I did. Im from the Bay Area but rarely can make it out there anymore and if I do its with my kids. Ive been to a few tattoo shops up this way from Vallejo to Vacaville and by far Philthy Clean Tattoo at the mall has the best service I ever experienced. The owner and his artists made sure I was comfortable and made me feel like family. Its not easy to finish someone elses unfinished tatt, let alone finding someone willing to take the challenge on. I showed the artist Ryan Brown pictures of what I had in mind, he assured me that he would design something for me and we made an appt. For the following Tuesday, mind you he was going to send me pictures of what he designed. Never did that now Im out of my 80 dollar deposit and no tattoo, bad business

I went to this place in April and got my nose piercing. they pierced my nose at an awkward angle and when i changed the starter nose ring after 4-6 weeks, i couldn’t get another one back in and the hole closed. The gage size was also very small and that’s another reason why i couldn’t get it in.

I only gave 4* because i have never got a tattoo here but I have been inside and have seen some of there work. This is one of the only places in the bay area you can get authentic South Pacific tribal thats spot on

On June 8th I went into the shop and made an appointment for July 21st. On 7/14/18 I called the shop to confirm the appointment. During the week I had contact with the artist confirming my appointment. At the designated time he was a no show!
