I’ve been coming to Spa 35 for a few years now and it is hands down the best med spa in town! Front desk is always friendly, I always feel the results are worth the price, and I always felt heard during consultations. I’ve seen Rosa my last few visits and she has been amazing! She takes her time to fully understand exactly what you want and she makes everything feel so comfortable.All around great place that I highly recommend!

I feel like I am here almost every week now mostly because I am. Haley has made every experience easy and fun! She carries so much knowledge about every procedure and always recommends treatments that will give you the best results for your goals. From facials, to cool sculpting, to laser hair removal Haley is the girl to go to! She’s my go to girl and I would recommend her to anyone who asks.

Oh my goodness. I just recently had a long overdue appointment for a Brazilian/armpit lazoring. It was the best appointment yet. Everyone at Spa 35 is so welcoming. They always have refreshments or a fresh cup of coffee on hand, so darn convenient. Not only that, their waiting room and entire facility is always clean. There is always stimulus (soft music/noise) which I love due to my ADD🤓 I had met the owner and he was so kind and soft spoken. I highly recommend checking all of the possibilities of Spa 35, there are many! Just make sure to save up ! Although, they do have some pretty bangin deals. Spa 35 and their carefully constructed group is spot on. Highly recommend

I love that the front desk says Hello Jennie and they are so courteous, kind and so willing to make appointments suitable to your schedule.Kimberly and Missy have been so encouraging! This was my first-ever spa encounter and my experience was absolutely spectacular! I was extremely nervous going in for my cosmetic appointment but was constantly checked in on and could tell my comfort was the number 1 priority. Dani & Rosa were my providers and along w/ ensuring my comfort, they provided a fun, safe and professional atmosphere and were great listeners and educators! I highly recommend Spa35 for all spa needs as I anticipate being a lifelong client after my first experience w/ them!

It was a 10/10 experience from when I walked into the door from when I walked out! Not only was I genuinely greeted when I arrived but the vibe of the place was amazing! I had my first ever Botox/Dysport with Danielle RN and I felt so comfortable with her. My results are amazing and I cannot recommend this spa enough! This place is fantastic. I have come here for different services, from tattoo removal to laser hair removal. I am finishing my treatment for my armpit hair removal, and I have gained so much confidence. Seeing no hair gives me so much self-confidence. I bought sleeveless summer dresses and am looking forward to wearing them. I haven’t worn dresses since I was 15 and can’t wait to wear them. The staff is excellent…they make you feel comfortable, and they are very kind, and Quinn is very sweet and professional.

Highly recommend Spa 35! I had my lips done by Missy and by day 3 they had healed nicely and I was so happy with the results. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had!

I had an amazing hydrafacial with Madi. She was friendly and efficient and my skin felt and looked so good. I highly recommend all of their services.

Do not use Spa 35 for laser treatments, go to an MD, they cost the same and have the expertise needed for this procedure. An MD goes to school for aprox 40,000 hour of training, an esthetician 600 hours. In 2021 I had a laser procedure done at Spa 35 that resulted in an infection, scarring and intense burning. The laser machine used for my procedure was a new machine and it burned me. The burning pain is still with me and I still have to ice my face. I was prescribed Gabapentin for the nerve pain. I have met with the spa several times. Initially Warren Danforth(owner) and Lori Klotovich ( director) reassured me that they could fix the scarring but after seeing the pain I had didn’t want to fix the scarring. (I wouldn’t let them go near my face anyway) I have seen several doctors that said I was burned and for the past year have been treated by a dermatologist for pain and maybe someday scarring. I have been doing regular red light therapy through a doctor along with micro needling for the scarring. When I went back to Spa 35 2 days after I was burned it was suggested by Mary Swanson that I had shingles. Another suggested I had an underlying condition. Gaslighting at its finest. I had none of those, they just didn’t want to take responsibility. They went so far as to dig up a review I wrote for my doctor an used that for my underlying condition. The condition was for my gut!! I have put hundreds of hours into red light therapy, micro needling and doctor’s appointments and will continue to do so. I don’t want to see anyone go through what I’ve been through. My dermatologist told me laser machines are strongest when they’re new. They took responsibility initially (aside from the gaslighting) but are now denying. Along with the hundreds of hours I have put into this, I have a LOT of money spent on the damage done by Spa 35. Warren refuses to help with any of the bills.I have read the response from Warren Danforth and would like to set the record straight. I didn’t in fact volunteer for free laser, I was offered a discount from an employee, in fact I had my cc out when the receptionist told me Warren would comp the procedure if I would write a good review, thus the good review 2 years ago. He mentioned he didn’t expect us to be in a disagreement 2.5 years later, well I didn’t expect to be in pain2.5 years later. He mentions inconsistencies, I disagree. You did suggest a neurologist and I was told by 3 MD’s that a neurologist couldn’t help me. 2 MD’s are specialists and one a GP. As for the after photos, everyone was quite concerned by my burns and swelling, including Lilly who gasped and left the room. Yes, I have damage. As far as Warren and Lori working together for 16 years, irrelevant to me but she certainly has your back, she wasn’t easy to work with when I discussed compensation for all of my bills. I was not taking any light sensitizing drugs, I’m not stupid. Not sure what Warrens last sentence meant, “since we’ve not gotten information from you, we are unable to help”. They’ve gotten every bit of information I could possibly give. I stand by my original post, do not go to Spa35 for laser. Go to an MD that has MANY more years of education than an esthetician.

Such a great experience I had. The vibe is warm, yet sophisticated. The service is extraordinary. So professional and accommodating. I highly recommend SPA 35. My face looks amazing!

I highly recommend Spa35. The facility is conveniently located in Downtown Boise with free parking. You are greeted by the lovely ladies up front. They are welcoming and put you at ease. The environment is relaxing and its very clean and modern. The technicians are highly skilled and do great work. Im always excited to go to Spa35 - I know I am in good hands and I will be taken care of.

This is the first time I had considered any type of spa services. Missy was knowledgeable with both the products and the anatomy of my face. She helped me decide what would be my best treatment plan. We went with PRF and some filler. She was careful and made sure I was always comfortable. I am very pleased with my results and well definitely be going back.

Morgan is truly amazing! I was very nervous about my first appointment because I was not sure how everything worked (or if it would hurt). Morgan walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Everyone at SPA35 is so sweet and incredibly organized. With my busy schedule, I really appreciate the reminders and overall experience. Worth the hype in every way and if you haven’t already – you should sign up for that consultation!

I have come here for coolsculpting and now I regularly have Botox here.The staff is so accommodating and amazing! Ive never met a group of employees that go so far to take good care of their clients.Ive worked most with Jennie and shes amazing!I had coolsculpting done here a couple of months ago, there was a small issue I wanted to ask them about and they fit me in immediately and took such great care of me.I was pleasantly surprised to see how involved the owner was with the business. If youre considering getting any of the services they offer, this is the place!!I look forward to coming here every time.

My favorite thing about Spa 35 is how genuinely nice the staff is. Its a medical spa but not stuffy at all. Vickie and Nicole are so welcoming and I have loved my appointments with Missy. Top notch quality people all around and every service has exceeded my expectations.

Just had the most unbelievable transformation by Missy at Spa 35. At almost 50 years old, my lips have lost some fullness, and I decided it was time to do something about it. I was terrified of having duck lips, and she assured me that she would not allow that to happen. Well, she delivered. I could not be happier with my lips. They are absolutely gorgeous and they do not look fake or Duckie at all. They are natural and youthful like they were in my 20s which is all I could ask for. Highly recommend. Do it!!!

I went to Spa 35 to get a consult on Botox due to using Laser away and having countless issues with the injector and Xeomin. My injector Briia who was absolutely amazing with the information she provided that explained all the issues I was having. At Spa 35 they only use RNs that is amazing! Briia knew exactly what I wanted and provided a solution. Her knowledge and bedside manner is by far the best! I got my Botox yesterday and I have booked an appointment with her for December. I would not hesitate in recommending Spa 35 of Briia both are amazing!!!

First time trying Botox about a week ago. Maya was wonderful, and I was amazed at how quick and painless it was. I expected some stinging, but there was literally nothing to it! I only felt 2 of the tiny 6 pokes. I have experienced some headaches on and off since, but nothing major. I would 100% recommend them. Stop putting it off like I did and just try them! You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to trying some of Spa35s other procedures as well. (Their list is so extensive! It can be somewhat overwhelming but book a consultation and theyll explain everything you actually need without forcing extra unneeded stuff on you. :))

I have just had my third Cool Sculpting appointment with Jennie Burroughs at Spa 35. I am so pleased with the initial results. I am 70 years old and I work out regularly, but I had several areas that just would not change. I have great confidence in Jennie’s expertise and knowledge. Spa 35 is located in an easy to access location. The office is well designed and super clean. My intention when visiting Spa 35 was to address the brown age spots on my face. Removing the brown age spots by using the XPL process has been a game changer. I feel much younger and more vibrant. Quinn my service provider is super professional, a great conversationalist, gentle and to top it off funny. She has made the skin on my face more radiant and look 10 plus years younger by removing the brown sun spots. I trust her with my face, that is saying it ALL. Next Im considering my hands.. Jennie was wonderful to work with. She answered my many questions with confidence. Not only did I leave with my spa needs met, but a plethora of knowledge on aftercare as well. Spa 35 is ahead of their time. They have the best treatments in Boise and a well trained staff. They are professional and have brought advanced care to Boise. No other spa in the area compares. I went into Spa 35 and was so impressed! All the injectors are registered nurses. They offer new treatments like cool tone which yields amazing results. I havent been treated better at any other spa. I travel to Boise from AZ for work. I always make it a point to go to Spa 35, because of the knowledge of the injectors the quality of their products and the fact they stay up to date on all the new techniques..Ill definitely be back soon!!!!

Briia is an incredible nurse injector. She is gentle, kind & attentive to the needs of her patients. I’ve had Botox for over 10 years & she gave me the best treatment ever last time I saw her…no bruising & my face was perfectly treated so that the areas I wanted were immobilized & other areas still retained a small amount of movement, just as I’d requested. I went to Spa 35 so I could ask some questions about semaglutide for weight loss. The entire staff is so friendly. I met with the NP Missy for the semaglutide consult. She answered all of my question and concerns. She was incredibly thorough in explaining how semaglutide works, what to expect from potential side effects, and how to manage them, and how to properly lose weight while using the medication. She stressed the importance of diet and regular exercise as a way to change my lifestyle so I can lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off. She even had tips for a healthy diet and shared some apps that help track calories and nutrients. I can’t recommend spa 35 enough. Everyone is so kind and accommodating.

The staff made me feel very comfortable. When I arrived, the front desk was welcoming and super helpful with answering all my questions. During my appointment, the nurse comforted my worries and thoroughly went through all the details. Trusting someone with your face is scary but they are the best. I love the results. The Spa 35 team has been so wonderful! Theyre always courteous and polite, and so accommodating! On a few occasions, Ive had to reschedule appointments, and theyre always so on top of it. The aestheticians there are wonderful, and so caring! (They even give pity laughs at my bad jokes). Would recommend!

Ive had a few different services here over the past few years and have always had a great experience. But the laser hair removal tech, Quinn, is just a step above, if thats even possible. I was so nervous and worried about the pain of the procedure... but this young woman was able to make me feel so calm and confident. Im really impressed with her.

If you go to Spa35, ask for Lillie! Spa35 is always responsive, clean, and calm, and Lillie is the absolute best. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and gentle. I have had several treatments, and she has never been wrong about what her lasers and tools can do, what post-care will be best, or what recovery will be like and for how long. Lillie can explain everything shes doing and why, so youre never left wondering about any part of the process. I am extremely pleased with treatment results all because of Lillies skill!

I have had a wonderful experience at Spa 35. Way beyond my expectations!!! Because I was new to these types of services (fillers, injections, resurfacing, etc) I needed some education and recommendations about where to start. The owner called me personally and asked me what I wanted to accomplish, what my budget was, explained the services that would address my needs and answered all my questions. The very next day he sent me a detailed treatment recommendation plan broken into a sequence of three treatments with the costs of each, as well as some other treatments to consider in the future.The Provider who performed the services was absolutely amazing also! She explained everything she was doing and why, step by step. She continually checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay and answered any questions I had. She took the time to explain the other recommendations and sent me home with additional information as well as post treatment instructions for the treatments I did have. This was so helpful to me!The only thing I can add is: You would be foolish to go anywhere else but Spa 35!!!

I have used Spa 35 for different procedures. The nurses and estheticians are great, they do good work. That’s why I gave it 3 stars.The front desk is not an acceptable experience. They need customer service training. I completed a survey and have never heard anything this was months ago after a CO2 fractional laser procedure which is about 1500. Clearly not concerned with your customer experience until they leave a public review. I discontinued using Spa 35 merely for the way the front desk made me feel. That’s not professional and no excuse for it there are plenty of quality Med Spas in Boise.

Spa 35 is the best! The staff are professional and kind. I always feel like Im getting the greatest care and level of service with their knowledge and awesome treatments. I would recommend them to anyone. Theyre great about consultations and answering questions so youll be in good hands with the crew here. Top notch med spa. Go see them. Theyre amazing!

Ive been going to Spa 35 for 13 years. They are the best of the best. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and up on all the new procedures. The RNs and Nurse Practioners take you step by step through a procedure. Maya is fantastic and has done the majority of my procedures. I have been getting Botox and lip filler for 7 years now, Spa 35 is by far the best place to go! Spa 35 in Boise always delivers the best results! My lips last about a year every time. I currently live in Hawaii but I fly to Boise about once a year just to receive procedures from them specifically. I had Mya the other day, she was incredibly gentle, my lips didn’t even hurt and 2 days later I have absolutely no pain. I have very minimal normal bruising. By far the best experience I have ever had, she was not only very soft and gentle but professional and took time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable and catered towards my concerns and wants. I will absolutely continue my services with Spa 35! I have had about 4 different girls work on me over the years and they are all super good! Spa 35 is a very professional but also welcoming establishment. I wanted to try a new place for my lip filler after I got terrible bruising from my last appointment. I was nervous about the bruising being bad again but Kalli and I talked through it and she uses a topical numbing cream that also prevents bruising. She was so patient with all my questions and was a total perfectionist with my lips which was so appreciated! Also, no bruising!! Just the normal swelling and I was thrilled. I highly recommend Spa 35 and Kalli for anyone receiving a treatment especially those new to any type of treatments since they are so patient and thorough.

I have received three treatments from Spa 35 now and could NOT be more happy with my experience there. It is a relaxed, clean, professional atmosphere right when you walk in and all of the staff are extremely kind and accommodating. They take time to answer all your questions and to truly find the right treatments for you. I didnt feel pressured at all like other places sometimes do. I feel very at ease there and confident in their abilities to take good care of my skin! Yesterday I received a pixel treatment from Ariel and am SO happy with my treatment. She is super sweet and friendly and answered all my questions and calmed any concerns I had with a somewhat invasive treatment. She even took time today to text me and check in to see how Im doing! My skin is already healing well she said and Im excited to see my results! I have also received a dermabrasion from her and had fantastic results! I can honestly say that Spa 35 has some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced--and I mean ANYWHERE, not just med-spa customer service. My questions are always answered patiently and quickly, the staff has always been able to work with my schedule and get me in quickly, the techs and the receptionists are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and extremely comfortable, and the staff just generally went above and beyond to make sure my treatments were successful. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything or push treatments I didnt need. I really like Spa 35. I’ve been going there for my Botox for about a year and have some other services I’m going to try.The only issue I have is the hours. They only offer appointments during business hours so services like laser hair remover that require multiple visits and having to leave work during business hours are very inconvenient. Gotta have a job to pay for this stuff!

Purchasing Laser Hair Removal from SPA 35 has been such a treat for myself. I love the results so far, and always have an enjoyable visit! The location is very convenient with easy parking, the office is lovely...yet you feel comfortable wearing yoga pants to your appointment. If I decide...as I am getting older...to add a treatment here or there, I will be sure to go to Spa 35 first.

Lori and Maya both have the ideal combination of clinical knowledge and professionalism as well as artistic/aesthetic talent. They did my under eye/tear trough filler and its by far the best money Ive ever spent anywhere on ANY cosmetic procedure. I somehow look instantly but naturally 5 years younger without looking like Ive had any work done at all. They coached me through every part of this minor procedure, with excellent education about what to realistically expect. But I have to say the results far exceeded all my hopes and expectations. Love, love Spa 35!! Extremely knowledgeable staff and I trust them with all of my beauty needs. Very inviting environment and the minute you walk in you are made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The customer service is top notch and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Ariel at Spa 35 is GREAT! Very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. The other staff members are also friendly and professional. I was a little hesitant to visit Spa 35 since I have never been to a spa like this before. I’m very happy with my decision and highly recommend Spa 35.

Kalli Gillihan is amazing! She is also a nurse so she knows her stuff when it comes to proper placement of injections, which is very important on an aging face like mine. I appreciate that she listens to your wants/needs and will add suggestions to help accomplish your wants.

I have been going to Spa 35 for a couple of months and could not be happier with the results! I never felt my skin was bad enough to get help, but after a decade + of being self-conscious, I decided to give it a try.Shannon at Spa 35 put on a plan of product and IPL and only have way through it the changes are DRAMATIC! Spa 35 has a great location and staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. As as I walked in I was greeted by Vanessa and Lissete who are so warm and welcoming. They offered me something to drink while I waited in their relaxing waiting area. I even met the owner, Warren, who came and introduced himself. Vanessa showed me the skin analysis machine called the Visia.I bought skin products from Lissete and Shannon who helped me find the right products for my skin and chemical peel treatment as well Highly recommend!! Such a great experience and will be coming back.

LOVE Spa 35! I went in for a Microneedling appointment and had Jennie help me out! She was very professional and answered all of my questions! She made sure everything was very sanitary and took necessary precautions during this time! 10/10 would recommend Jennie at Spa 35!

So... I was a little hesitant as I hadnt been in before, but from the very beginning Lissete made the entire consultation, booking, and account setup effortless. When I arrived for my appointment she promptly checked me in, so I had a very short wait time. The foyer and rooms were spotless, and before my procedure Kalli took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable. I would highly recommend you check out Spa 35 for all of your aesthetic needs! I recently had Botox (forehead area) and Juvederm (lips) performed with Kali. She was phenomenal and professional. While I have had my lips injected with filler for nearly a decade, this experience was hands down the best. I am LOVING the look Kali created. Cant wait to go back to see her again.
