WOW, what an amazing experience! The all around good/friendly vibes of the studio were just fantastic all around, for starters. And my artist, Claudia, was as perfect as could be! She was patient, understanding, creative, and flexible! Not to mention very kind and funny. She worked with my designs, tweaked them as needed, and was super encouraging too! But she especially had a very extensive knowledge on the technique and placement of tattoos as well. 100% will be going back!

I was so nervous coming to get a tattoo of my pup by Claudia. Trusting the process and hoping the day of that I would like the drawing that I hadnt seen before was so hard for me. I showed up to the shop a little early and Claudia was still drawing my tattoo up. When she came out a few minutes later and showed me her design it literally shocked me. She had perfectly captured my pup. Claudia was so kind, easy to talk to, and FAST. Once the stencil was on and the tattooing started I was blown away with how quickly she got the tattoo done. I am so happy with how it turned out and the experience I had at the shop. Claudia is so nice, incredibly talented, and I would 1000% recommend Claudia and Love You Tattoo to everyone I know!

Absolutely the best shop in the state, country, world.I get tattooed every month by Claudia and have an incredible experience every time. She designs tattoos that are so crisp yet somehow she can create a tattoo faster than any other artist. You should always come to this wonderful rainbow shop filled with kind and skilled people. Youll have a great time and get the best art!

I just got my first ever tattoo done by Alyssa, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere of the shop is so welcoming and cozy, I felt comfortable and at ease immediately upon entering. I have already scheduled my second tattoo at this studio and can’t wait to get even more in the future!

This review is about my experience with Claudia. I booked an appointment for a custom botanical tattoo and met with Claudia a few weeks prior to discuss ideas and show her some inspirational images. I made it clear that I prefer designs with slightly geometric forms rather than smooth curves. After our consultation, I sent her 4-5 reference images to work from and paid the $100 deposit. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early, just before Claudias arrival. I was told that she needed a few minutes to set up and eat her breakfast. After five minutes, she came back and showed me the most basic design she quickly sketched during her breakfast—a simple curved stem with five leaves with no detail. I was shocked that she hadnt spent any time before the appointment to come up with ideas or even look at the images I provided. We spent the next hour trying to refine the design to better match what I had described and the images I had shown her. Throughout the process, Claudia made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. She seemed annoyed whenever I wanted to suggest changes, like resizing leaves. After an hour, I didnt feel confident proceeding with the tattoo that day because I felt the custom design needed more time to finalize. Yet, she still charged me $175 for the time spent, despite the design not meeting my expectations and resembling a childs drawing. Claudia mentioned that she always prefers to redesign tattoo ideas because she doesnt feel right making money from someone elses design. However, later she claimed she doesnt have time to sketch prior to her appointments, which I found ironic. The fact that Claudia couldnt spare even 15 minutes the day before my appointment to brainstorm and sketch something was incredibly disrespectful and disappointing. Its clear she lacks an understanding of customer service and professionalism, and perhaps someone should educate her on that.

Love You Tattoo is hands down the the best tattoo shop in all of Colorado! I’ve been working on this epic project with the Cori James for almost a year now, and let me tell ya, she’s not just awesome friendly human—she’s a genius when it comes to tattooing. Trust her process, and you’ll walk out with the coolest tattoo imaginable, I guarantee it.Cori’s not the only star here, though. The rest of the crew—Claudia, Emi, Liana, and Alyssa—are all total rockstars. They’re not just incredibly talented artists, they’re also some of the friendliest folks you’ll meet. The shop’s vibe is just electric, thanks to these amazing ladies.Oh, and to that one recent sour review about Claudia? Pfft, please. That woman who wrote it can go kick rocks. I’ve been seeing Claudia’s work for a year now, and let me tell you, that lady can create magic. Plus, she’s the sweetest human being you’ll ever meet. Ignore the haters, Claudia, you’re a legend!

Love all of these girls! They are all extremely friendly and professional, and they all make you feel comfortable and at home! Claudia is my girl and I just adore her!! She is funny, smart, professional, helpful and her style is outstanding!! In every tattoo she is perfectly able to represent my vision and idea! She goes above and beyond to design everything so perfectly that the final result it’s always way way way better than expected!! Highly recommend all of these ladies, but Claudia even more! LOL

I wanted to like this shop so much after reading and hearing all the great reviews. I’m sure the other artists are fantastic, and I’m a huge fan of their art. However, my experience with Claudia was kinda horrible. As a person getting their first tattoo, I wanted to see the artwork that would be tattooed on me at least 24 hours in advance. I had reached out approximately four weeks in advance. Claudia, my chosen artist, stated that wouldn’t be a problem. When the time came, 24 hours before my appointment, Claudia wouldn’t allow a preview of the piece. She also sent a demeaning email to me regarding my last minute cancellation despite knowledge and agreement of my request. Because of this, I wasn’t comfortable driving six hours for the tattoo, so I had to cancel my appointment, where I understandably but hesitantly gave up my deposit. Since then, I was able to find another reputable place to give my first tattoo that was much more accommodating and gave much better treatment. No shade to this place as a whole or to the other artists! Just have some caution when planning a tattoo with Claudia.

At Love You Tattoo you will be greeted with forehead kisses, smiles, rainbows and butterflies. The tattoos hurt less at this place… how is that even possible?!!P.S. This is my second time at Love You Tattoo. Claudia is absolutely amazing to work with and is an all around great human. The vibe in the shop is so positive and I would go back to any of the artists in a heartbeat.

Ive gotten 3 tattoos by Emi (so far) and she consistently takes my rough concepts and totally knocks it out of the park. Shes always a great conversation partner while shes working but also doesnt mind if I want to just pop in headphones to space and watch tiktoks for a while. Super dope space decorated the way I wish my apartment looked, all female artists, and everyone is always so welcoming. Since theres only 4 artists working out of this location, its never been crowded while Ive been there. 10/10 would recommend.

I booked a last minute appointment with Claudia. She was very quick to respond to messages, and designed me the perfect custom piece. She and everyone at the studio were very welcoming, and made me feel comfortable for my first tattoo. I will definitely be returning for more.

Claudia captured my vision perfectly! She was so friendly and accommodating. The studio is so clean, beautiful, welcoming, and not to mention aesthetically so pleasing.

Love You Tattoo is hands down the best tattoo shop in Boulder. The shop is clean and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. All four artist are putting out fantastic work. Working with Liana was super easy and the tattoo came out beautiful. I get loads of compliments. If you’re looking for traditional ink with straight lines, bold colors, and a little bit of folk then this is the shop for you.

Liana did my tattoo and I love it so so much. This shop is so cute and welcoming. Everyone there was so nice and professional. I felt so safe here and recommend it to all of my friends. Came here to get a tattoo with my mom and had an great time! The staff was so kind. We were tattooed by Brit, who was incredible. She helped give us insight on our tattoo design, was very patient with us, and clearly cared a lot about her work. The atmosphere was super welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

If you like tiny ducks and big juicy butts, this is the shop for you. My retro-loving, ally heart was so happy to be here. All the artists are amazing and get along with inside jokes and goofiness all day. Plus, if youre lucky enough the Tamale Lady will make an appearance and you can have a tatty snack! Plenty of kitties, kewpies, and queerness; not to mention all the Parks and Rec and Dolly Parton references. Atmosphere is great, temperature was perfect, really cant say enough good stuff about Love You Tattoo and the crew 💕

Excellent experience at Love You Tattoo! I was a client of Coris and my experience was great. The shop is extremely clean and Cori did an exceptional job with my tattoo. Love You Tattoo really does Love You! I had an appt with Emi to cover up a large scar on my leg and I am so happy to have discovered her work. She is kind, hilarious and a good conversationalist. The shop is relaxing, inviting and the vibe makes you never want to leave. I will definitely be back to get more work from these beautiful artists.
