Ken Smith is wonderful! An artist who takes absolute pride in his work and is completely professional. Often overlooked but definitely shouldnt be...Id say hes the best artist anywhere in Bowling Green for sure. Check him out on Facebook or IG. P.S. Dont be fooled by artists that post pics with a bunch of pretty colors...really get in there and look at the tattoo...up close youll find its really not as good as you originally thought...jsFor anyone looking for him he has moved shops and is now at Peachtree Tattoo.

This my first time ever get tattoos from this shop and I really love it. I’ve been trying to looking for this shop for it since I’ve got it from 2018. It’s been almost 6 years now and I finally found it. I would come back soon when I get there because I’m in Indiana. I would recommend anyone will love it just like myself.

I finally got around to sorting my pictures from my trip to Kentucky last July. During my visit, I had 2 full day sessions; first one was for a coverup in black on my upper back with Garrett, and second was full color on my lower left leg with Alexis.Garrett sat and talked with me, and ended up with a suggestion that was far more unique and impressive than I first had mentally planned. When he showed the rough sketch to me, it was quite stunning. But the details, THE FUR and feathers! It all came out indescribably. It wasn’t able to be completed in the single session. However I look forward to having it completed later on this year (if my plans work out).Alexis was a pleasure to work with, and her details as well as creativity burst out with every needle prick. She prefers a couple of days to work on individual pieces, as well as a final approval before the client comes in (which I completely understand and had no problem working with her on).I absolutely LOVE that my zombie/undead Pikachu is paired with the ghost Haunter (doing Lick), and that Garrett gave her permission to color/design the Pokeball after the shop: 31 Ink! 🥰I stopped along the way to get some pictures in “daylight” (despite the setting sun), at various tourist spots between Louisville and Las Vegas. The best was at Cadillac Ranch; the colors of the Pokemon among the colors of the Cadillacs, just as the colorless becomes a focal point.Thank you SO MUCH to both Garrett and Alexis. Thank you 31 Ink Tattoo Parlor. I absolutely LOVE showing your work everywhere I go, and spreading word of your shop.

I love this place.. for the longest time Ive been looking for someone for help with an old tattoo and after visiting 3 tattoo shops 31 Ink said they can help me🤗 they were so nice and friendly.. I love the atmosphere in there, the positive vibes coming from them, and the price was reasonable.. and i love the new tattoo I got😍 soo cute

I absolutely love this place! Alexis has done two of my tattoos and she always does a phenomenal job. I have gotten so many compliments on the tattoos she has done. She is so kind and so talented! I can’t wait to get more done by her in the future!

I had an appointment with Garrett to get a thigh piece done and I am forever in love with it! Such an amazing artist and great to be around. Everyone is super friendly and awesome to get to know. 100/10 recommend to anyone wanting to get a tattoo done!!!

I got an amazing tattoo by Corey, he took his time and paid attention to the details in my tattoo giving me exactly what I wanted!!! If you like getting a tattoo or piercing in a friendly environment with lots of laughs this is the parlor for you!! I had a great time and will definitely be returning!! Garrett also gave my son a free “tattoo” he worked really well with him as he has autism and freaked out he did really well!!

Had a walk in with Cory for a piece behind my ear. Explained to him my idea, showed him some references and he cooked up exactly what I was looking for in like 10 minutes tops. We got right to work on it.. quick and easiest tattoo Ive ever gotten. Overall totally great space, great people and great atmosphere. Thank you so much for the dope work!

Did an excellent job on my tattoo. It was my first one and he did it perfectly. I showed him what I wanted and where I wanted it and he did it perfectly. He also walked me through the after care. Very friendly and I felt welcomed. 100% recommended going here if you want a high quality tattoo for a good price

I have had two tattoos now by Garrett and since Ive gone to him I wouldnt go anywhere else. The shop is amazing and all of his crew is super talented and super cool. Garrett took this jumbled up idea I had in my head and created a beautiful piece of art that was 10,000 times better than what I envisioned. He took the time to listen to all of my ideas and even the story behind the reasoning for the tattoo. There is NO limits to this mans creativity! One of the things I like the most and how I know hes a good artist and anyone else in the shop for that fact, is that when you give them an idea of what youre wanting they promote each other. Theyll tell you if what youre wanting is someone else theres strength. They make your entire experience there enjoyable. Thank you Garrett for everything, cant wait to get some more work done.

We came to 31 Ink to get a group tattoo for myself, daughter, sister and mother. We were lucky enough to have Garrett as our artist. He is brilliant! Our tattoos turned out AMAZING. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. We live 5hours away and would have no problem driving to come back to him. He’s worth it! Trust me.

I’ve gotten two of my best pieces done here in two tough spots, my neck and head. Both times I’ve felt very confident in the owner’s, Garrett, artistic opinion. I have more lined up with him and can’t wait to get back in his chair! Highly recommend this shop and any artist there. They’re awesome people and make you feel welcomed if you’re a decent person and actually converse with them.

This spur of the moment walk-in to a shop I had never been to before turned out to be my best tattoo experience yet. Professional, clean, comfortable environment. Garrett was my artist and was just awesome. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable. He has a good touch with the machines and of course the tattoo looks great. Can’t wait to return for more work.

This was a first tattoo for my daughters and myself. Garrett and his staff helped us design a meaningful piece of art, and were super patient with us as we thought and reconsidered and got over our first time jitters! The shop was clean, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. This was a great experience that we won’t forget! If I ever get another tattoo, it will definitely be at 31 Ink.

Not being from Bowling Green and only here for business, I asked around and read reviews online before making contact with this fine establishment. I was not disappointed! I was greeted promptly and treated like gold from the start. Professional, clean and inviting atmosphere from beginning to end. Alex produced an amazing piece of art for me and for that, I am thankful. I walked in today with no idea of what I wanted for sure and Garrett took the time to listen to my ideas and we eventually made a decision. Went about a month and a half ago and got my ink done. Very professional, clean, and personable artists. Not like some of the other places Ive been to have artwork done where it seemed like all they cared about was getting the job done and getting paid. John Nichols did my recent piece that I thoroughly enjoy that people talk about and look at daily even though its simple and I have referred multiple people to go there and get artwork done. He was very down to earth, joked around, very professional, and personable. I even threw an idea at him about a cover up I wanted and he seemed more excited than I was. I would highly recommend 31 ink and the artist I had. Will definitely be going back for my cover up work and future artwork to come.

Had a custom tattoo drawn up and inked last Friday. Everyone in the store is really friendly and easy to speak with and very professional. Had my tattoo done by the apprentice there who did great work with the lines and coloring and was very affordable. Definitely coming back here next time I want more ink.

I had gotten an awful tattoo by another place in town, Garrett had no issues covering it and giving me a tattoo that I love. Also came to him with a character that my dad drew over 20 years ago he copied it exactly and perfectly placed it. If I’m ever back in Kentucky I will most definitely be back to see him

My husband and I went here for the first time during the Friday the 13th $20 tattoo sale. We were blown away by the professional, fun, atmosphere. I have since returned and received another tattoo from artist Garrett Morrell and I love tgem!! Great guys, Great tattoo work and all around a great shop.

I’ve been here twice, once to get a tattoo with my sister and another with my best friend. Both times Andrew did great work, I will come here from now on! Definitely worth the drive from where I live.

Great people who actually care enough to give u the best tattoo of there abilities and there abilities are exceptional. Good prices too. A tattoo of the size of a 100 dollar bill is guess what... $100 lol. Depending if u want it to be so detailed it looks like itll walk off ur back and get its own life then it may cost a little more.

Clean, professional, blah, blah, blah, like any other tattoo parlor review. Yes, 31 was all that, but even better, Garrett and John were cool as hell and made the experience (including playing tunes from the band whos lyrics I was getting inked) one to remember and oh yeah, Ill be back.
