Atmosphere is great very clean absolutely love my tattoo. I got mine done by Nickens. He was super nice everyone in there was and I will be coming back to get more! I also like when artist do pricing based on what you get I feel like that is more far but I can understand the per hour ones but loved that he did this! Got my tattoo done super fast and I think he has a very light hand when he was tattooing me.

Maria is a shining light of an artist. I got birth flowers for my sisters on my hips and they were done beautifully- and healed well too. Maria is so kind and considerate and made the whole process of getting the tattoo so wondeful. The color looks so vibrant still after 2 months.

All i can say is kennedy did a fantastic job at my new tattoo!!! she’s super friendly, her prices were great. i’ve already booked a second appointment with her. 🫶

Cool, clean, and welcoming environment. All the tattoo artists are super friendly. I got tattooed by Ryan Nickens and he was super helpful, listened and created a wonderful tattoo exactly to my liking!What I loved was that Ryan and the other artists made you feel included, comfortable and are super funny! My tattoo turned out beautiful and will absolutely be going back for the rest of my sleeve and beyond!

By far the best tattoo experience Ive had. Dylan James did two amazingly detailed and visually stunning pieces on my arm, and was great to have conversations with. Went out of his way to get the tattoo done the right way, and I will highly recommend his services to anyone. Also, the atmosphere was very clean, inviting and the other staff were very kind as well.

I stumbled upon this place back in July, and Ive gone back twice since then. I love it there. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. Super clean! Everyone is very friendly too! Ive only been tattooed by Dylan James(hes amazing), but everyone there is super talented from what Ive seen.

Absolutely incredible work across the board, and a really comfortable,relaxed vibe in the shop.

Jacob was the only person who has tatooed me thus far, however; Dylan and the others are all friendly all made me feel welcome. Jacob made sure that when we were coming up with ideas he made sure to listen to what i wanted and also used his expertise to be able to help me figure out how to translate what i wanted and where to put it. He is friendly, professional, funny and (arguably) most importantly did great work and gave me tattoos that i am happy to have. If youre in the area, would definitely recommend going here. You wont regret it.

Maria did an amazing job! I love it, the patchy color is because it’s only 4 days old. The color is amazing though! Very clean and very professional. She was periodically making sure I was ok. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Got a memorial tattoo here. The shop was clean and well kept. The staff that I interacted with were pleasant. And my tattoo is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The artist Lana is beautiful inside and out. She designed my piece and executed it to perfection!

I had a wonderful experience here. It was very clean, I loved the atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly. I got my tattoo done with Hayley and she was wonderful! Very friendly, and very reasonably priced. She is a very talented artist and got everything I wanted perfectly! Would highly recommend this studio for a relaxed environment with friendly people, cleanliness, and amazing art!

Hayley was great. Personable, knowledgeable, creative and dealt with my low pain tolerance. Felt very comfortable and it was nice to go to an artist who could hold a conversation about really anything that was brought up! The other artist with the glasses was very nice as well as he came over and talked for a minute. I would highly recommend this young lady to anyone looking to get tattooed. I will go back if she’ll deal with me being a ninny.

Frankie did some absolutely amazing work! He was very skilled and professional and his station was clean and organized. It was also a very comforting environment and the experience was great! My girlfriend accidentally took my keys to work (left them in her purse) while I was at my appointment so Frankie offered to drive me to her work and back to get them! He took the time out of his day to help me out so I wasn’t stranded. I really appreciate it and will most definitely be going back!

Such a friendly & welcoming environment here! I got 3 tattoos for a very reasonable price, Kevin did an amazing job & was very thoughtful! All of the employees were talkative & friendly too. I highly recommend this shop for your next tattoo.

Honestly the best/most professional tattoo shop i’ve ever been to! Everyone is so nice, it is such a friendly environment! I will always recommend Sanctuary Tattoo shop to everyone who asks where to go!Freddy has done 3 of my tattoos & all 3 of my fiancé’s tattoos, (he even touched up one from a previous tattoo artist on me) he is very professional, very easy to talk to & does an AMAZING job with tattoos! his lines are always precise & his colors are very vibrant!

Freddy just did a cover up/fix for me and its beautiful. Everyone there seemed so nice and I definitely felt odd because I didnt know what I was doing & they didnt make me feel any worse about myself at all. So happy I went to him for this task! I was so worried I would never get this tattoo fixed before my wedding! But this is beautiful work!

Ive gotten tattoos from every shop in BG and hands down, the sanctuary is the best of them all. Every artist is professional: friendly, listens to the client, makes suggestions where appropriate and churn out the most beautiful tattoos in all sorts of styles. Their prices are excellent and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. Love this shop and everyone in it.

Very unorganized and unprofessional with how they offer their services. Both my friend and I were screwed over and did not get to have our tattoos done when we scheduled them. We had gone in and set up an appointment (booked over a month away) and even sent the artist the ideas for the tattoo. The artist seemed very interested in doing the tattoo and took the pictures and put us down for an appointment. When it came closer to our appointment time we contacted the artist to see if our appointment was still booked and to see if we could come and see the design for the tattoo before hand to make sure it was what we wanted. The artist never got back with us and we ended up having to find somewhere else to go. It was very unprofessional and rude considering we waiting over a month looking forward to this tattoo and we ended up having to start over the process and find somewhere else to go. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The artists seem to be prestigious and inconsiderate of their customers and potential customers.

All of the artists here are talented, fun to be around, and dedicated to giving you a great tattoo. The studio is clean and professional, and doesn’t have the pretentious vibes you might encounter at other shops. This is your place for reasonably priced, killer tattoos in BG.

Got my first tattoo here and bri helped me out. It was quick and easy and not nearly as painful as I thought it would be! Very nice staff that were welcoming as well. Will definitely come back for another tat since I have a second calf bahahaha

Best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to! Very fair pricing. Freddy is super easy going and an AMAZING artist! He’s easy to talk to and he’s light handed so long sessions are a breeze with him!

One of the best shops i’ve ever been to. saw someone on here comment recently that the floors were “like a nail salon” and that they “aren’t professional.” couldn’t be farther from the truth. parts of the shop are still under construction because they bought the building that was connected to their already existing space. obviously the artists still need to make money while things are being put together. they have a variety of artists that can do a variety of different styles. everyone there is extremely professional, charismatic, & more than fair when it comes to their pricing.oh & also..... tip your artists.

Bree did an amazing job on my tattoo. I will be making another appointment with her soon. She was very professional and made sure it was how I wanted it. Went out of her comfort zone to make it how I wanted it and she did awesome.

Im sorry, but Ive gotten stick and poke tattoos in peoples houses that is more professional than this tattoo parlor. My friend and I went in for a walk-in and the first issue is that they did not require an ID and the forms we filled out were a joke. Luckily, my friend and I were of age, but a parlor can get into a lot of trouble if they dont card and their tattooing minors! Also, they did not offer to give us care instruction even though they didnt know that we had other tattoos, and our artist did not cover up our tattoos at the end until prompted, which is a big no no. Also our artist would take of his mask when we were less than 6 feet away from him while talking sometimes.....so not a place I felt super comfortable or safe in and I would not recommend.

Freddy did a great job on the coverup I had done and Ely did my ear piercings. Both were super professional, kind, and personable. Only thing I didn’t love is not wearing masks correctly during the pandemic. Other than that, I 100% recommend this studio!

I love the environment of the tattoo studio. All the staff are extremely friendly. The place is always clean when Im there. The tattoo quality is completely amazing compared to alot of other shops Ive been too.

Freddy is the best tattoo artist in northwest Ohio. Also very impressed with Kevin who tattooed me for my first time. He knew I was a huge wimp and so he did it so fast but still so well. Shoutout to Kevin

I’ve gotten all my tattoos from freddy and truly will not go anywhere else! Dudes awesome to talk to and definitely has amazing talent and so do the other guys that work there.

Paid an artist $50 for a consultation on a drawing... he said hed get back to me, and never did. I tried multiple ways to contact him, never got the drawing or the tattoo or my money back. Would not recommend.

I have gone here for all 16 of my tattoos and I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Pricing is more than reasonable, my artist gives free touch ups on all of the tattoos I have gotten there, and it is an overall good environment to be in!
