Taboo Tattoos and Piercings

⚠️⚠️⚠️My fiancee came to this place looking to get a memorial piece for lost baby . All he asked for was a date (02•12•2024) and when I tell you it looks bad none of the twos look the same to points to separate the number are different sizes , the 4 looks a lot thicker than the rest of the tattoo and ALL of the zeros are crooked !!!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️ The other tattoos Ive seen from here look absolutely wonderful I just dont recommend getting any numbers here

Got my nose pierced as well as my 4th ear piercing here and was very impressed. Great environment and great people! Super clean and sanitary

I took my 17 yr old to see Cam for his first tattoo, due to age restrictions in TN. Although I was uncertain what to expect, since I didn’t have any recommendations outside of Google Reviews, it was clear within a few minutes of being there we had met the right tattoo artist! Jane at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. Cam is such a talented artist, but beyond that he is so kind and compassionate. He really takes his time making sure he has your artwork the way you envisioned it. His prices are very reasonable too!!! Even though it is quite a drive for us, it will be 100% worth it to go back again! Thank you Cam!

There is a different guy who works there now. Previously, when i got tattoos they did a great job. However, this guy was just malicious. 4 of us came for a small tattoo. The tattoo was painful, felt like none of the ones I had before (i have 4 tattoos). I thought maybe it was just the placement. My bandage had to be replaced 3 TIMES because I bled so bad. Why am I bleeding so bad for such a small tattoo?!? Then, when it was my friends turns they ended up having the same experience. Honestly. He has no business tattooing. I wish i remember his named. Shameful honestly. This was also my friends first tattoo experience. I felt so bad bringing them here.On top of all this, the tattoo doesn’t look good at all. You can tell he didn’t care to make it look nice and crisp.

Is a excellent shop to go to if wanting a tattoo or piercing they make you feel absolutely comfortable especially when you’re scared or nervous I got many things done at this establishment and proud of the work I received and the people who work however i was told I was paying 350 and I never keep money on me and was 381 and some change with 3% and 10% was charged to my total so if you can’t pay the % pay in cash even though I felt it would’ve been more professional for the person to tell you than you see 30 extra charged from what you was told verbally on a better note I will always go here work is awesome people is very helpful and nice out of other tattoo shops

We took out 6 year old to Taboo Tattoos and Piercings because she decided she wanted her ears pierced.Jane and the other staff were wonderful with her. They took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. All the while explaining things in a way a child can understand.If your child wants their ears pierced this is the place to go.

I always have a very great experience at Taboo Brothers, & would definitely recommend to anyone to come here for their piercing wants. The lady who does them is very professional, & has a very gentle touch, she makes it feel so painless as if you havent even gotten a piercing. Also Ive got all but one of my tattoos here and thats only because they didnt exist at the time. But Im very very pleased with all the work Ive had done at Taboo and definitely tell all my friends to go here when they ask wheres a good tattoo place. So I give Taboo Brothers 5 Stars and more all the way. Very professional and very clean environment. 😊💯👏

Ive gotten the last few of my tattoos here and will continue to frequent this business. The staff is super friendly and the establishment is very clean. They take special care and follow all precautions with health and safety. They even let me bring my 12 year old son to watch since he designed my latest tattoo. The artist was very friendly with him and very informative.

Absolutely adored this place recently got a piercing from Jane and she was so gentle and very professional. She knew all the right things to say to make me comfortable. Definitely coming back soon! Not to mention super Affordable! There doing a back to school ear piercing special right now and they just started piercing childrens ears! Definitely bringing my sister here.

My husband, went to get his tattoo recolored. When he came home, it looked amazing! It was better than the original! The colors were bright and beautifully shaded. What a fantastic job he did! Definitely recommend this shop for your tattoo needs. No pic due to original design.

Went and got my nose pierced and it was my first time visiting this shop. They were super nice and the services were amazing. The lady that did my nose was above and beyond nice and walked me through everything. I will definitely be going back!

Took my 16 yr old to get her nose pierced and was very pleased with the knowledge of the staff. The lady made my daughter who is extremely fearful of needles feel extremely calm and comfortable and had the entire process done in under 5 mins. They are very good people and I will definitely be returning to get some work done myself in the near future. Would recommend them to anyone/everyone.

I have gotten numerous piercings from this location! Jane is the absolute best! I got my first tattoo from here as well, Tre did amazing! Clean work, a perfect lines and super fast! Out of all the tattoos that I have had done, Tre is by far the best artist I have ever had

I got a tattoo and a daith piercing here in two different occasions and as a walk in both times. The staff is incredibly friendly, the artist sat with me and talked my tattoo idea through and she was incredibly professional throughout the process. The piercer was super sweet and talked me through everything she did. It was quick and as painless as putting a new hole in your body can be! I will definitely come here again for any tattoos and piercings I want in the future!

The staff is so fun and understanding, I thought I wanted my tattoo some where else but she understood and moved it to where I wanted it! Biz did and amazing job on my 1st tattoo and I highly recommend him! He put the heart on by himself, it wasn’t part of the tattoo but he said he had an idea and I trusted him and it turned out beautiful!

Went to Jane back in December & she was absolutely wonderful! I had gotten my ears pierced at Claires when I was younger, so I went back to get the 2nd hole & it was messed up. I let my ear lobes grow back & heal. Walked in & talked to Jane about it, I was nervous since it was a needle. She walked me through everything, very gentle, her voice was very calming, perfect placement & even on both sides & double checked with me, very clean. Got $10 off, no waiting, my boyfriend even got to go back with me since I was nervous. It was a wonderful experience the whole time I was there. I will definitely be back to her for any more piercings that I want! Thank you Jane & Taboo Brothers!

I took my son there to get him his first tattoo. Josh was very chill and nice and laid back. I am so impressed with his work. I definitely recommend him!

I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality tattoo with great customer service and pricing. If you are looking for grade A tats, ask for the artist Josh he’ll give you a hell of a tattoo.

Jade gave my daughter her 1st tattoo representing all the loved ones who passed away, jade worked with her in every aspect as to the designing and lettering style and size to exactly as my daughter sabrina wanted and she did an excellent job. Jade took her time and gave us every opportunity to examine the print before placing it on her body and then again allowed us time to make sure it was what she wanted before inking. Couldnt have asked for a better experience . Thank you Jade , we will see you again !

Daith piercing done to help with migraines. Staff & owner were really great. I had to come in a couple of times for someone to help me change my earring & they were very helpful & nice. I felt very welcomed in the place.

EXCELLENT! I wont go ANYWHERE else! Jane, the piercer, did an amazing job! She even help me in and out of the door since I use a cane. Plus the place SO CLEAN! Like, I wont go anywhere else!

First time to the shop. Lady piercer (appologize for not getting or remembering your name) did an awesome job piercing my philtrum. She was pleasant. The process was quick, and somewhat painless =) My upper lip hardly swell up. Its been a couple of weeks now since I had it done. No issue with jewelry coming loose!

Went for a nose piercing, waited all together over an hour. Luckily Biz was there. He knows how to talk to people and keep people calm. He tried to get me a little extra since I waited so long and am from 2 hours away. But that didnt happen. They didnt have items in stock that Biz thought they had. CLINT THE OWNER ARRIVED AND TRIED TO SMOOTH THINGS OVER. I WONT GO BACK FOR ANY PIERCINGS BUT WILL GO TO BIZ FOR SOME INK! Ill go back to Tattoo Charlies in Louisville for my piercings or Ntense addictions in Franklin. Thanks for the experience and hot shop, turn the air on.

Do NOT get a tattoo here. 2 years ago, I got a tattoo done here by a woman who damaged my skin and caused my tattoo to appear raised; turns out it has scarred over. Im now in the process of getting the tattoo removed, which will take many months thanks to the poor work of this shop, and the scarring will remain even after the ink is gone. Definitely, definitely avoid this shop.

Again I found myself going and taking my daughter to Taboo Brothers. Im wanting more detail done to my Rose.I was so ready but Biz said it looked good but it needed a little longer to heal. I trust Biz he couldve took my money and didnt care. Braxton wanted the piercing in her ears for headaches. So I went to watch her and i seen her face when she did the first ear.It was the face of pain. She didnt think she could do the other ear but after a few minutes she was ready. One was holding her hand while one pierced it. The pain was still bad but they was so good with her. The owner Clint came to see my Tattoo he thought it was healing good. Almost healed. He was really nice. Biz made me a little heart on my hand.I love it and made a spider on Braxtons hand. Biz is really a true friend with a huge heart. Biz is getting a new room for his work.This is the place if you want a piercing or Tattoo.They are like family everyone is so nice, the place is clean and you get what you wanted. The review where she was waiting so long. They give the costumers what they want Its not that easy to put a time on that person.When it is her or his time they will get the same respect.They are getting more people. When you walk in and see the room full you should know it will take a while. After our Tattoos we got to talk to Biz a while he is so nice and open. I know I was just going to get one Tattoo and Im up to two in a week lets just say that was my Mother\Daughter the last one was my daugters!!

The team is Taboo is second to none! Ive had work done by more than one of their artists and On multiple occasions and have never left unsatisfied!!! The passion they have for their work shows through performance! HIGHLY recommend to anybody looking for the spot to go!

I waited 45 minutes for the tattoo guy to come back to the shop. The man came in loud and drunk that really should of been the first red flag to leave. I showed the guy what tattoo I wanted they drew it out and made it so freaking little. Not mention he wanted to free style the writing i so wasn’t satisfied with that so he told me to just trust him..once it was finished the words weren’t even correct to pic I showed him and my letters are touching my tattoo. I told him about the mistake but I guess he was so drunk he didn’t pay attention..ill never go back for a tattoo. He was just very unprofessional. I almost wanted to dispute that transaction that night

My daughter got her 1st tattoo here, without is bc she is away at school and IT IS HORRIBLE!!. THANKS JADE for writing like a 10 year old on my daughters arm. The script is a mix between cursive and print with a little made up letters. The S is literally backwards!!

Costumer service was great , went in for a piercing once i was finished , she just told me to use mouth wash and if I had questions call the place. She gave me a small bar for my tongue not really sure if it was supposed to be a long bar. 50$ I think is expensive for a piercing.

Took over 2 hours to even get my tattoo started and I had made an appointment. Once it was done she forgot a leg on my tattoo. It’s healed now and it looks like my 7 year old niece drew it. It was a very important thing to me and she messed it up so bad. I’m gonna have to cover it up or see if someone can completely redo the whole thing. Would never recommend. Thanks jade for messing up my tattoo. Who cares that they do free touch ups. Why would I let them mess up my arm for the second time.

Got mine done in around june by a girl. within the month i didn’t bleed or anything but my ink started to come out. i texted this person on instagram about getting it at least gone over but she hasn’t texted me back. then a few weeks ago i found out she went to a different place so i called them to talk to her. i left my name and number and she was supposed to call back after she got done with someone else. this was more than 2 weeks ago and not a single word from her

I got my industrial peircing done here today and it looks great! she did A great job, and I love it. No complications. They were also super sweet and encouraging.

I made a review 9 weeks ago my experience was great but tonight march 26 I am flat out disappointed we literally came for glasgow but called first then we get up there, there was a sign that said to wait coo no problem but it became a problem when we was sitting in there 30 Min then we decided to call but no one answer and on the second attempt the call was simply rejected then once I seen someone frm my car in the front finally I came back in there and by the time I got out my car to their door there was noone again like a simple coming to the front and say hey yall its going to be a few hours can you come back could have went a long way

I got my tongue pierced there and it was absolutely horrible they pierced it crooked and right through the muscle so bad to the point to where I had to take it out because my tongue was literally eating the piercing Now Im having to go somewhere else just to fix it

Ruined a really important piece to me. Free handed it refused a stencil and then couldn’t even put my grandfathers name in it- which was the whole point in the tattoo. I won’t be going back.

Took 3 hours for this tattoo and looks horrible almost 2 weeks after. All of my other tats have held ink and this one didnt. Dont recommend at all.
