Every time I go here the last time being last Saturday evening to get my toddlers ears pierced the girls are sooooo sweet , helpful and informative . They alwayssss tell us about promotions and help us find things . My daughter loves it here

Horrible customer service. Had a 10am appt. store wasnt opened until 10:40 and the chick in there had an attitude like you wouldnt believe.

Very disappointed. My niece was so excited to get her ears pierced at Claires. My sister and I always went to Claires to get pierced. When we got there it was 11am and the store was closed. We ended up at a different store. After watching the worker pierce another woman. We said we tried Claires first. The lady getting pierced said she comes to the mall often. She always goes to Claires because she has been wanting another piercing. She said it is always so dirty and the piercing station is disgusting. We left the mall after almost 2 hours and Claire’s was just opening up.

Short version of this review is Tiffany at the king’s plaza location is the best person to do your baby piercing!!!! Read the long version if you want to see how I made that decision.Took my two month old daughter to get her ears pierced and when I tell I did so much research looking for a location. The mall reviews were all horrible most places let any employee do the piercing, which wasn’t what I had in mind.I knew Claire’s was a popular place that kept coming up but most locations had horrible reviews for piercing, until I kept seeing reviews that mentioned a employee name Tiffany who works at the closest location to me in kings plaza mall.With reading all the great reviews about Tiffany I decided to give the store a call and ask questions and just my luck I actually spoke to Tiffany, she had me sold over the phone she had years or experience and understood my concerns. She told me her schedule because I would only let her pierce my daughter ears.Tiffany was so pleasant and professional she explained everything again, and was so gentle with my baby that she barely even cried. Her piercing was done quickly & most importantly it was even and is healing perfectly. I’m so glad Tiffany professionalism got her great reviews that led me straight to her. This 5 star review is definitely for Tiffany!!! Thanks You.

Very bad service, she tried to tell me that she asked me about my daughters piercing when she didnt ask she just did what she wanted. Instead of doing a new piercing that I paid for she put the new earnings in the old piercing and changed me $80

I went to Claires yesterday to buy some things for our holiday boutique in school. From start to finish the representatives there were very helpful. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and asked me if I needed any help without hesitation. At checkout they both assisted me with a smile. Thank you ladies for all your help. 🤗🤗

Very cute store. Young girls love this store. Its full hair trinkets, headbands, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, notebooks with furry/sequined/colorful covers, lip glosses, mini makeup kits, and etc. They always have some kind of sale going too, and the regular prices arent too bad. Very colorful girly store.

This place is awesome! I got six things and 3 of the stuff were free. And the cute bag I bought comes in handy, pluse their makeup is great and soups adores.

A cute little place for cheap accessories like earrings, socks, hats, costumes for Halloween. They have nice sales like 2/1.Staff helps and the little store is great for gifts for girls under 12-but dont think that just because you are older you cant shop here.The only down side is that they sell clothes for dogs under 25 pounds and not for larger dogs.

I just took my daughter to ger her ears pierced and they said I could get 30% off on anything in the store so we decided to pierce my other daughters ears and when we went to pay they didnt want to apply that 30%. Tha cashier said that we could take any other thing at 20% off if we wanted.

So took my granddaughters and they found things they liked and wanted. For girls its a wonderland of jewelry and gadgets. I pierced my left ear. Which had closed. I needed to reopen it. Overally pricey but enjoyable

Terrible service ,they dont know how to speak to customers,yell to them ,I was in the store today and I heard the assistant spoke to a young lady in a very loud voice ,its very unfair ,I saw the girl put all the things on the counter she wanted to buy and left the store very disappointed,I didn’t buy anything either ,its very unfair to cry to customer “give me the way and when the lady told please low the voice down ,the assistant answered they have right to yell to customers ,I very surprised about it

When I purchased my gift boxes the girl was so nice she explained to me if I buy this amount why dont I take this amount she gave me a breakdown made it easy to purchase

This Claires is in kings Plaza Shopping Mall on the second floor it has all the adorable accessories for girls who love to play dress up hair,nails, necklaces, earrings and more check it out 😊💚💚

Amazing!! Great quality but very expensive. All I have to say is they keep the store extremely organized and clean! THANK YOU CLAIRES!!

They have nice stuff, but theyre overpriced. My friend spent over $20 on a pair of earrings and 2 rings! If you plan on buying a lot of stuff, make sure you have a lot of money on you.

The young lady at the front was so pleasant and welcoming. I wish I can see her again she was just filling in that day but she made me feel so special.......
