Just had my first session. Callie was great, she said she had been doing this for 15 years now, and you could actually see it. She patiently helped me go through the whole financing procedure. Answered all my questions, gave me advice, and the whole laser procedure was quick, painless and very comfortable. 10/10.Looking forward for my next session.

The entire staff at Removery in Bay Ridge are excellent. They are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They make you comfortable during the removal process, both physically snd psychologically. Callie is great at what she does and is nothing short of a pro. I had a session with her this morning and it could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend her, this location, and anyone else I have encountered here.

Great service! My technician Callie in BKNY office is really knowledgeable of the entire removal process and has helped to guide me through it. Long way to go but I see a good deal of progress after 4 sessions. Looking forward to complete removal and confident they will deliver as promised.

Went to Removery Bay Ridge today for tattoo removal and had incredible experience. Had consultation with Adam, super friendly, professional, knowledgeable guy. He gave me the best deal. My technician was Carmen. Super sweet lady, explained me very step and after care. I’m happy that they opened up in bay ridge. They gave me very good deal for unlimited membership, I’m excited to see my results.

What a wonderful experience! I went to Removery for the first time yesterday (and today). I had four tattoos removed yesterday and loved the results so much that I went back today to get my last tattoo removed. Everyone from Adam and Shanice (at the front desk/consultation) to Carmen and Trotter (laser specialists) were amazing - they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Carmen did a fantastic job of removing my tattoos. I was not expecting to see results after the first session but I do!!! The pain level is ‘spicy’ but the process was super fast and worth every second. My recovery has been way better than expected (just a little redness) and I’m just obsessed overall. I honestly can’t shut up about how great it all was. Thank you! Really looking forward to my next visit.

Cali was absolutely wonderful. She made the process as painless as possible. Adam has also been continuously helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.

This location has a beautiful office! It’s very clean and the staff were polite. Samantha is an excellent technician as well. She was gentle during treatment, made good conversation to distract me from the pain, and educated me on post care updates.

Tattoo removal can be quite uncomfortable, but fortunately, the discomfort is short-lived. The team here provided amazing support and I’m starting to see my tattoos fade :) Thanks!

Sam (Williamsburg location) and Christine (Bay Ridge location) as well as Adam at the front desk, are wonderful! They have great attitudes and super friendly when I come in. Although tattoo removal is a bit of a painful processes, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

There are no words to describe how happy I am with the service and the results. Of course it was a very interesting process but in the end it was all worth it. If anyone is looking forward to clearing a tat, this is most definitely the place to go. Thank you!!
