SO WORTH IT! And the Williamsburg location is fab, Kayla was amazing.This is THE place to get such an important and long term treatment. Pricing is reasonable. After having bad experiences with other providers, I was so glad to find the professional, clean, and calming environment at Removery. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been nice and knowledgeable.

I’ve had 2 wonderful experiences at Removery so far.1. I had my consultation with Wendy and Brendan and they were absolutely AMAZING. I’ve had laser tattoo removal at 2 other places before and I was really scared/hesitant coming to a 3rd but I left feeling excited. They patiently answered all of my [many] questions and explained absolutely everything there was to know about tattoo removal which was incredibly helpful!!! They were very transparent and set realistic expectations for me, so I know it may take many sessions but I’m not worried about that because of the package price plan which is an ideal concept for this type of service.Today I had my first session with Victoria who was also awesome! Treatment was easy and quick, Victoria was so kind, super attentive and helpful. I am so relieved to have found Removery!!

An absolutely incredible experience. Kayla and Brendan are very patient, nonjudgmental, informative and simply incredible people. I was so nervous but they quickly eased any and all of my anxieties. Kayla was very quick, making the process seamless. I would highly recommend this location and service to anyone who is looking to get a tattoo removed.

Im so happy to finally end my journey with my tattoo removal. however, if I am going to be missing anything its the staff at Removery. They will walk through the entire journey and they are very knowledgeable at everything they do. I highly recommend changing your life with Removery.

I do like how clean the studio is and how friendly the staff is as well but this place is always understaffed and losing their laser removal specialists every month. I have never seen the same specialist and I’ve had to do 6 removal appointments already. It’s so inconvenient especially since I’m sure the specialists are quitting on their own because my appointments have gotten automatically rescheduled numerous times last minute before due to them having no one available. It’s annoying since I plan my days off around my appointments. The three stars were for the quality of service I receive when I AM allowed to go in for appointments and the cleanliness of the studio but they need to do better benefit wise and how they treat their removal specialists if they have such a high turnover rate.

10/10 would recommend. From the time i walked in to the time i walked out the customer service was lovely and very welcoming. The staff is very professional and helps you understand the process before hand and after. Can’t wait for my second appointment. Thank you to the williamsburg location.

My first session went better than I anticipated. Not sure if it’s my pain tolerance, the laser technology Removery uses or Kayla’s gentle touch but I am nowhere near as anxious or nervous for my next session. I am currently in the process of removing a chest/breast tattoo that is fairly large in size and the session took about 10 min or less.

After getting several treatments with another dermatologist, I found Removery to be a game changer. Kayla and Brendan are so knowledgeable and efficient, making the process smooth and honestly pretty painless.Their payment structure is also very fair, with no price gouging, and a package for unlimited treatments. Im looking forward to finishing my removal with Removery and highly recommend the Williamsburg clinic to anyone looking to start the process or switch to a better service.

It’s amazing I can like someone that zaps me with a laser (lol) but Kayla is an absolute ray of sunshine that makes the experience fun. This is a great location! Everyone that works here is so kind. They really take the time to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The facility is also very clean.

It was awesome! Went in for my consultation today with Jasmine and ended up getting my first treatment as well with Sam! Definitely excited to see how this one turns out and plan to get a few others removed with them too. It was really clean and sterile, and had great AC (god bless the AC tbh it’s hot as heck outside)! Anyway, all that to say I had a great experience and am excited to see the progress of my removal!

Removery makes it easy. I was promptly set up with a consultation in office with Jasmin which went very smoothly. She was so informative and helped me to understand the process with ease. Sam was my laser specialist and she is an absolute PRO! She was super accommodating to the pace I was comfortable with and made me feel at ease. Her confidence gave me confidence, and “William”, the squeezey doll, helped :P . The treatment was quick and Sam was attentive to everything I needed and more. The team is competent in what they do and I look forward to future treatments with them.

Staff are all super kind and chill! Sessions are really fast (10-20 minutes total for my tattoo which is an arm wraparound, and maybe only 5 minutes for the actual laser portion). I’m on my third session and I’m already beginning to see results!

It is such a vulnerable feeling to be able to trust someone with something like this and Removery was so professional. My technician Jasmine was also incredible for my procedure— she was caring, thoughtful towards my pain tolerance, and gave me ample attention during my removal. Great atmosphere!! Amazing staff they were very accommodating and helped me book my appointment even though I needed to change locations and times. Very thorough and clear about how everything works they walk you through every step and make you feel very comfortable! My tattoo is small and it’s only my first session but I can’t wait to come back and see my results every time !

Horrible experience, they consistently cancelled all my appointments because the only “tatoo removal specialist “they have didn’t show up. Which is absolutely ridiculous, like you need an extensive education to remove tattoos. Literally anyone with eyes can do.

Went in for an assessment and came out very informed about the process of tattoo laser removal. The clinic is very professional and clean. As well, I had Jasmine who was very welcoming and informative. Highly recommend.

Sam and Jasmine are fantastic! The office is spotless and calm. My consultation was professional, nonjudgemental and informative. I never felt pressured to commit to any plan or payment system. All of my questions (there were numerous!) were addressed transparently and Jasmine dedicated a lot of time to showing examples of Removerys work. She also shared her personal experience. Additionally - service rates were reasonable and flexible. For my first session, I was a bit nervous. While I consider myself a tough cookie - I did not know what to expect - but I prepared myself for what may be a spicy experience. Sam (Tech) greeted me warmly, kept the conversation light, explained the process and when I asked her about more technical and training questions, she was highly enthusiastic and seemed to truly enjoy her profession and explain the ins and outs of how the Pico laser works. My tattoo is large - but I must say - the pain never reached a level higher than a very strong, hot rubber band snapping against you. Its certainly not fun - but I was shocked by how fast and easy it was. I came away feeling like I had a partner in my journey, and THERE WAS NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF. Sam will guide and space sessions accordingly, adapting the power of the laser based on how I progress. Theres no rushing this experience - Im prepared for the long haul, but I did walk away with a sense of relief and plan to do as much as I can to speed up the fading (staying healthy, following her recommendations). Im looking forward to my next visit.

I just had my first tattoo removal laser session at Removery Williamsburg. Jasmine was super helpful in educating me about the process and the aftercare. My laser specialist was Sam and she is so fast and very skilled. I’ve done laser removal many years ago elsewhere so I can attest that Sam is an expert and I honestly felt bonded to her after my session and want her to be my laser specialist in my tattoo removal journey. Later I learned Sam will be the permanent laser specialist at the Williamsburg location and I’m so relieved and grateful! “William” was also very supportive and everyone needs “William” during their laser treatment. Jasmine and Sam are very confident and have integrity in what they do with great bedside manner answering all my questions and checking in with me so I felt very supported.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment at the Williamsburg location. I was running late for the appointment and was trying to get in contact with the location. No one called me back and when I arrived they told I had to reschedule. Waste of my time.
