I came here to change my tragus earring and my start to finish experience was excellent.I DMed the shop and they got back to me quickly. When I went to get it changed, the sir was friendly, professional and quick.The place is clean, comfortable and the music was trap, which I love.

Called 3x before closing time to ask a question and each time my call was rejected. Called 3x because I thought maybe their lines were down but each time, the phone rang at different intervals. Never even got to speak to someone

My sister and I got our noses re-pierced here. I was nervous because I heard it was $30 and it came with the ring, so naturally I assumed it would not be too great however Franky was pretty good. He was very clean and fast. I think my only thing (and it’s minuscule) is that it wasn’t how I pierced my nose the first time (which was from inside out and the nose ring doesn’t have a screw) but you get what you pay for. My nose piercing has felt fine I’ve been cleaning twice a day and with tea tree oil, it has been 5 days and it feels just fine!

The person who did my piercing was nice and didnt charge me for my septum because we couldnt get the needle through. However, my rating comes from serious missteps that someone who doesnt know piercings could be in trouble.Firstly, he used a piercing gun. Big no-no that could leave serious damage. My ear which has a hole already just needed it repierced is aching horribly. Left with a massive headache because of the pain.Secondly, didnt offer after care for my piercing. Which I do know is a must or at least educate the customer on how to keep it sterile. Granted, I know what to do but I have no after care supplies and wouldve appreciated some.Thirdly, and this is my experience. He couldnt get the piercing entirely through which I think is due to a low grade needle. I bled a lot. While I did have it done before and scar tissue makes it more painful and bleeds too. But I think the amount of pain I was under to the point of fainting is indicative of something going wrong on their side.Overall, I wasnt happy with the service but I do agree he was a nice man and didnt charge me for a service he couldnt complete.

Didn’t wash hand after placing piercing or picked up my jewelry after choosing And haven’t gave an explanation of the side affects of the jewelry etc.

Ive been going here since 2012 & I have no complaints. The majority of my body piercings were done here, as well as a tattoo. Of course, I plan on going back to do more work. Its a great place, with great service & great people😉 Two thumbs up

As someone with multiple tattoos, I am very familiar with how the process of getting a body modification should go, and this is NOT IT! Very unprofessional service, unfriendly, cold obnoxious demeanors, besides the fact that the phone number is not in service. When I walked in to inquired about the service I was interested in, the guy in the front, called another guy, that made a sigh as if he did not want perform the service, they then begun to have a side conversation in front of me, en español , about not wanting to work. Not knowing I could understand them, to make my unsatisfactory experience even worse, I wasted an entire trip being that their payment processing machine “was not working” although I witnessed the customer prior to me transact with card.

I got many tattoos done here. The artist change all of the time. U just have to ask to see their work before u get anything done there. Frankie is good he has been there for six years and has done many of my piercings. He tattoos as well but is the main piercer there. Again ask for the artist work before getting anything done and u will save yourself from getting into a bad experience.

I got a tattoo here . It’ll make three weeks Monday and my tattoo is still ugly and looks sick honestly. I went to another artist and they said it looks this Way because the machine was running low on in ink so it didn’t sink in my skin properly I paid 60$ for it but 110 overall in the shop. I’ve been emailing and calling getting an answer on either. If I were u just go somewhere else it isn’t worth the risk of permanently ruining your skin. And still three weeks later no email or phone call back.

From all the artists that i had have and shops ive been too this one is #1 for me. Great customer service super talented Artists ,clean shop my artist was javier. U the best frankie did my husband. He a 10 also , and hector i saw his work superclean And super nice💕 great shop I highly recommended

They have the worse customer service ever. They have a thing for wasting people’s time. If you ask them a question they answer with a completely unrelated question. Their tattoo work is sloppy and they aren’t good with working on darker skin. The man at the front desk of this location is super rude and has bad manners.

I went for a ear piercing for my left lobe and took like 50 bucks thinking it will be at least 30. But when I went there the guy did mine for 5 bucka. I was surprised by how cheap the place was. The guy did a good job and did it in the right spot.

It didnt hurt BUT MY PIERCER DID NOT GIVE ME ANY AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS, NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING I HAVE TO COME BACK IN 2 weeks to change my bar. I PAID $30 and I cant even know important things! Do not go here ever!I had to look these things up.and now Ill have to PAY ANOTHER PIERCER AFTER 2weeks I wouldnt go here again and wont recommend it

Called the location and spoke to someone who informed me they were open, and I didn’t need an appointment they close at 9pm. I told them I was coming for 6:30pm but he said it would be better to come in for 8pm. Get to the location the door was locked and someone from inside yelled they were closed. So why tell me to come for 8pm if that was the case. Horrible customer service from the start.

Franky did a great job with my sons first tattoo. He took time to really understand what he wanted and he excuted his vision with ease.

Did a tattoo at this place today and my experience was great. Will recommend the tattoo shop to everyone. Theres guys are very experience and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they would advise you accordingly.

Went with my Significant other to watch him have his tatts done, the guy who did it, did an amazing job, that i will be coming back very soon to have my very first tatt done, my personal review about my own tattoo will be coming up soon!

I love this place...real serene.. clean comfortable. Despite some SMELL of marijuana. .but other than that....the work is outstanding....will always be a customer. Reasonable pricing as well..

So incredibly helpful! I took out my piercing without knowing how to put it back in and I was so scared it closed up. They were such a big help and saved my piercing.

They are rude and liers told me on the phone they do surface piercing got there guy told me wait then turns around says we don’t do it ? Why it’s a simple thing never again and plus the shop was dead people must know not to go here

My friend had several tattoos done here however its all new tattoo artist as he mentioned so we went to get tattoos together i had a rose done and my friend had a Gemini sign done its been two weeks my tattoo was cut so deep in my skin it scarred me and the tattoo looks horrible my friends whole tattoo is raised off his skin and also looks bad it is worst tattoo experience ive had so far

Do you guys do Tragus piercings ? and how much does it cost im 13 years old do i have to go with a parent ? and im planning on going on May 20 .. Does numbing it cost more or the same prise ?

Came here to get my Monroe piercing replaced and the artist was very nice and put the new one in for me.

They do good tattoos but they charge too much now.im starting to think theyre scamming ppl.

Got a tattoo done on the back of my neck. They made the lines so thick that they started to blend together. The tattoo is not centered and its not straight.
