They were patient, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was done hygienically. Went in to get my daughter’s ears pierced and the girl behind the cash register was VAPING!! What?!? Of course we walked out

Went there today to get my kid’s ears pierced- we had 5 hours to spare before they closed. The gate was shut and the woman pretended to be busy and ignored us. I called and the phone just rang. Wow!

My 10yo got her ears pierced (cant do cartilage until theyre 14??) Everything was a bit overpriced. But we got these best friends key chains that are super cute

Waited with my 6 month old baby, one of the staff members Pierced her ear wrong and was told to come by the store. They had a sign up which said be back in 30 mins out for break. I waited over 45 mins called the store few times no response. The mall management should consider looking into this matter.

Went to get my daughters ears pierced but she was scared. Shannon took great care of her and after she decided not to go thru with it, Shannon took my daughter over to see the magnetic and clip earrings. Daughter was also nervous at the front because of everyone staring though. Thanks for your great service and help!!!

Cashier staff was super kind and talkative yesterday morning!She was helpful and patient throughout me picking out items and when checking out! Thank you.

Store was clean but not a good selection compared to most Claire’s we’ve visited in the last.Adding: went back yesterday. Ladies waiting on my daughter and i were fully engrossed in gossip and ignored us the majority of the time we were in the store.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT CLAIRES when my family and I took our 6 months old baby to get her ear pierced. Omg never been more worried for my baby like how I felt on 12.8.22.My family and I arrived late evening at Claires to pierce our 6 months baby ears. The young lady from another Claires Location was there working at the time and was very nice and explained prices and showed the Jewelry for babys. When it was time to pierce my daughter ears, my husband held my daughter and we were asked if we wanted my daughter piercing done both ears at the same time which my husband and I agreed that it would be better for the baby.The young lady called the other employee who came out and each employee was on an ear ready to pierce. Both employees used the piercing equipment and the left was done but the piercing tool was stuck on the right ear of my 6 months old baby who was SCREAMING her poor heart out. At this time I was trying to remain calm but was so worried for my baby. The employee tried getting the piercing tool out and it was stuck and now Im starting to panic. The employee ended up getting the piercing tool out eventually and then stated it was new and she would have to pierce again in the same area. Now Im upset, not only did the piercing tool got STUCK but now I have to put my 6 months old baby thru this again smh.Both employees did not even apologize to my family for the mishap, but instead the employee from the other Claires Location came over and was like oh you can get a 20% discount the next time we come to Claires. I looked at the employee with disgust in my face and nonchalantly say ok. At that point it wouldve make sense to apologize to my family for the mishap and then talk about discounting the bill due to the experience my baby had. It was just business for those employees and seemed like they did not care enough to apologize or discount the bill.NOT RECOMMENDING CLAIRES FOR PIERCING BABY EARS.

I’ve done my 2nd piercing today at Claire’s. The girl over there is really nice. She helped me out a lot. The store was super busy that time but the girl was working only herself, so I think the owner of the Claire’s should hire more employees though the store is in a busy mall..

Claires always has amazing deals, amazing jewelry, and amazing staff! The staff is always super helpful in finding what you need and the products there are just to die for! A great place to go for gifts or to just treat yourself!

I LOVE CLAIRES! ALL TYPES OF CUTE JEWELRY, HAIR ASSECORIES AND MORE! THIS PLACE IS A LITTLE GIRLS HEAVEN. NOT SUPER EXPENSIVE. DEALS OFTEN LIKE GET 3 PAIRS OF EARRINGS AND GET 3 FREE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Kids and adults jewerly store. They sell hair stuff, fake nails, nail polish, wedding jewerly sets, stuff for flower girls, body jewerly, cute girls bedroom stuff. Many times they have sales like buy 3 get 3, but be careful cause its easy to spend $60 or more.

Mostly kids stuff and overpriced for the quality but my daughter loves it here. Offers a variety of items for children. Okay service, could be better.

I went in there and there was a mess and the girl in charge just kept saying she hated people so much!... well let me tell you darling that if you hate people so much go find yourself another job.

Very disappointed in this store. Its a mess and the pricing/sales are so confusing they border on deceptive. Employees are emotionless and not helpful.
