Greg did an amazing job with my memorial pawprint tattoo. Even though all I brought was a bad quality scan of the clay impression, he sized and shaded it perfectly. He made the experience comfortable and the price was more than fair. Getting this tattoo meant a lot to me, and Im really glad I chose Arboreal to get it done.

I’ve been coming to Greg at Arboreal for 8+ years and have gotten so many amazing tattoos. I suggest him to anyone and everyone I can. He will put his spin on any inspiration you provide and make it awesome.

I actually got my helix done in Dec, but I had a wonderful painless experience with Brittany! She explained everything as she was opening it, asked if I wanted to see anything, and described what she was doing and when she was doing it. Highly recommend, no issues with healing and will be back for my next piercing sooN!

Very pleased with my experience here. My tattoo itself along with 3 different touch ups took just under 30 minutes. My artist was very friendly and gave both me and my friend exactly what we asked for. Very clean and overall nice environment. Reasonable prices, will definitely be back!

What a great experience! I was super nervous about getting my first piercing, but Britt was so patient and accommodating. She walked me through everything and explained each step of the process. She is such a pro! Her years of experience really shine through with her detailed process and perfected execution. I really appreciated her going out of her way to make me feel informed and at ease. Went and got a touch-up on 10/8 by Greg and it was amazing. Greg was super kind & awesome to talk to. He also made sure everything was clean and sanitary. I went to Britt this past Friday for a nose piercing. This was my first time getting this piercing and while the services here were a tad bit more expensive than a couple of other shops I quoted it was absolutely worth it. Britt was professional and very thorough. When picking out jewelry she gave her input/clarification as to how things may look/heal to ensure I could make informed decisions. She asked what I thought and for my opinion/approval at each step of the process. She also fitted me first with a hoop, then with the stud I picked out, to ensure that I could wear a ring in the future if deaired. All care instructions were talked through thoroughly as well as provided on paper. The paperwork also included all the details necessary to purchase future jewelry. Everything was very clean and sterilization procedures were followed to the letter. She even announced each time fresh gloves were going on. Overalls I had a fantastic experience with Britt and would absolutely recommend her and likely will be returning for future piercings (despite the 4 hour commute from home!)

This was my first tattoo and I was very nervous. Greg made everything comfortable and I was able to totally relaxed. I am so happy with the result. Everything was super clean, he explained the process every step of the way, and it just turned out great. Will definitely be going back to Greg for another!

Britt was absolutely amazing, a friend and I went in to get some piercings done and it was genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had in a shop. I was a little nervous and she made sure to ease any anxiety I had the whole way though, asking me whether or not I wanted to see the needles, giving me notice whenever she needed to touch me for any reason, went out of her way to show me expiration dates and how sanitary everything she used was. She was perfectly calm, sociable, able to answer any of my questions and was so incredibly friendly. She will absolutely be the only person I go to from now on for any piercings or jewelry, I can not express how wonderful of an experience I had with her!

My tattooed is Greg, and he is AMAZING. Very nice, talks and listens and doesnt rush. Had a great experience because if him, and he also did a cover up for my aunt too. The artwork and tattoos looked outstanding! I will never go to anywhere or anyone else.

This is my third time getting a tattoo and I loved it. He did such a great job and it his line work was amazing. Price was more than fair. The studio was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely come back if/ when I decide to get another tattoo.

I decided on Arboreal Ink because of these Google reviews, so I will add my own since I have experienced it for myself. I had first booked an appointment with Britt for nipple piercings. I spent about an hour and a half getting these done. While the actual piercings only took a few minutes, Britt took her time explaining every factor that went along with the piercings. She took time to answer any questions I had and took extra care to make sure the markings for the piercings were on-spot and to my liking. She talked me through the whole process and when I almost passed out after the first piercing, she took immediate action to get me back to normal. Her experience and cool demeanor were very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice.Recently I went to a tattoo appointment with Greg. I had sent him a picture of another tattoo that I really liked and requested a few small changes. He was very quick to respond to my email and when I received the drawing he did for me I was very excited. So far, I just have the outline done and I will return in a few weeks for shading and color, but I am absolutely in love with the work he has done. He was very cool and kept good conversation while he was working. He made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that if I needed a break or needed to stretch all I had to do was say something.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They are very clean, friendly, and knowledgeable (dont let their age fool you!). I look forward to having my tattoo completed and will return for any future works.

It was an absolutely remarkable experience. Daniel did an incredible job, he was unbelievably kind and comforting and made the entire experience wonderful. He was easy to communicate with, accommodating and very client centered. He was able to replicate my vision flawlessly and left me speechless with the result. I would recommend him to anyone and will certainly be back!

The owner, Greg, is really friendly and easy going. Also very easy to talk to and very open-minded about ideas. Excellent artwork all around the studio and Greg also has a very steady hand and keen eye, dont let his age fool you! The piercing artist, Brit, also has the same demeanor as Greg and is very knowledgeable about the whole field of piercings. Theyre very welcoming and openly answer any and all questions you might have. Oh, and I should also mention that theyre very clean and sterile about EVERYTHING, so no worries there either.

Recently had some piercings done. Due to COVID there were of course safety precautions in place, and the facility was sparkling clean. Britt answered all my questions and set up my appointment via email, which was an easy process. She took her time, explained every step and materials being used, and was very careful to ensure the best quality in placement, etc. In the meantime she was an engaging conversationalist which made the whole process relaxing. It’s been almost 20 years or so since I had a piercing done, and this was a very different experience! I would gladly return in the future or recommend her to anyone looking to have work done.

Amazing! Went to Britt for a tragus & cartilage piercing, and she was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, walked me through step by step, told me everything before it happened, showed me everything. She was very thorough!! Definitely would go to her again & 100% recommend! Excellent service.

Greg has been doing my tattoos for 4 years now and has always done an amazing job. He also did a cover up for me and you cant even tell there was a tattoo there before. He always amazes me with his art work when I leave the shop. ALL of the ARTIST are very friendly and make you feel at home. I would reccommend them to anyone!

Ive been getting tattooed by Greg since 2013, and Britt has done two of my piercings. Theyre a fantastic shop, very clean and all of the artists are super laid back and really care about their clients. Britt is very knowledgeable with piercings and was very calming and reassuring during the whole process. Greg is an amazing artist and always meets any challenges I present him with enthusiasm, killing it every time. Seriously, check them out.

Arboreal Ink is in my opinion the BEST shop in Buffalo. I have been to a few parlors, never fully happy with the work I received. Then I went to see Greg at Arboreal Ink, and he was beyond amazing, his work so detailed. He is SO talented. I have gotten so many compliments on all my pieces. I refuse to go else where! The shop is clean, very accommodating. Very classy, and the employees are VERY kind. I received a few piercings from their too! Their piercing artist Brittany, is so patient, kind, and FANTASTIC at what she does. Very thorough with her work, cleaning, set up, after care, and all! They have a wonderful business, with very kind good people. I would recommend it for anybody! Any age. They make you feel very comfortable, and so welcome to everybody! LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop. Other business could learn a thing or two about customer value from them!

Well, i have always chose the business I link to through what I read in reviews. A few times i was disappointed. I wish I had found out this place prior to getting all my other piercings. The prafessionalism, the empathy, the kindness, the ease is what represent Brittany. To be honest, i did not feel any pain , she said I was good to go and y’ll know how the tragus piercing can hurt. She afterwards explained all the healing process amd gave me what I needed to take care of my piercing, two weeks later ut feels like I have had this for months! No pain, no complications whatsoever. Thank you Brittany. I am looking for Greg doing my tattoo in the summer, from what I have seen when he was booking, he seems like a very amazing, professional and caring individual toward customers. I cant wait. If anybody is looking for a place for piercing and tattoo this should be the only place to go to. Recommended 104%!❤️

Greg is a great artist. Listens to your ideas of what you want as a tattoo. Works up a fantastic version of your idea. His bachelor of fine arts is a great asset to his work. Arboreal Ink is hands-down the BEST tattoo studio in Western New York, and heres why:- Professionalism. Every artist here has years of experience. They are knowledgeable and walk you through every step of tattooing and aftercare. Each time Ive had work done here, Ive been sent home with a complete set of aftercare instructions, and all of my tattoos have healed quickly (four days to two weeks) and beautifully. Clients are always devoted the artists time and complete attention during appointments. They are always accessible in person, by phone or by email to answer your questions.- Hygiene. All equipment is sterilized to surgical standards. The shop is clean, bright, and safe. Health department certificates are prominently displayed on the wall as soon as you walk in the front door.- Talent. Greg has done all of my work, so I will speak specifically to his talents. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts. He has the rare and innate ability to take anything, from a picture to a verbal description of the piece you are envisioning, and bring it to life. I have two cardinal tattoos and was very concerned about wanting them to look realistic, not cartoonish. These birds look so lifelike, Ive had people remark they look as if they could fly off my body at any moment. I also have a piece that I couldnt find a sample picture of anywhere. I wasnt sure whether the images I was describing to Greg even made sense. When he showed me the sketch he had created based on my description, I was blown away. It was EXACTLY what I had pictured... As though he had reached into my mind and pulled the image out, down to every last intricate detail. Like any true artist, Greg is a perfectionist. He is open to your feedback, and hell tweak everything from the design, colors, shading, size and placement of the tattoo on your body until he has it exactly right. If somethings not quite right, one free touch-up is included with each tattoo. Greg is a phenomenally talented artist and his attention to detail is second to none.- Flexibility/Ease of Scheduling. After an initial consultation (for which walk-ins are welcome) the artists will sketch your design and set up an appointment to do the tattoo. Appointments are easy to schedule, and you dont have to make them months in advance. Even during the busiest times of year (ie: summer) Ive never had to book an appointment more than six weeks or so out. Of course, if you are flexible (willing to come in on a weekday instead of a weekend, for instance) your wait time will be shorter.- Quality and Value. For the quality of the work that Greg does, to say his prices are reasonable would be an understatement. He is fair and straightforward with his rates, based on the size and intricacy of your design.- Fun. I just love being here. All of the artists are personable, engaging and have a great sense of humor. I enjoy our conversations as much as I enjoy my body art! This was My first time getting a Tattoo, and like anything that youve never tried before, there was some apprehension about how much it would hurt, what the environment would be like, and whether or not I would be treated like an idiot.Well, I can assure you that it is a very clean, and laid back environment. The artists there are very down to earth, and funny people, and Kit, the guy who did My Tattoo couldnt have been cooler. He is a super nice guy, very down to earth, and a heck of an artist.I couldnt be happier with My Tattoo. Its actually better than I thought it would be.So anybody who is considering a getting a Tattoo, I would highly recommend them.

I went here to get a piercing done that I had wanted for months. It was a 3 tier cartilage piercing. Brittney was the one who did it, and she was extremely informative and professional. I had been calling around for months and all the other local businesses prices were extremely high. This studio is affordable, clean, and very professional. Out of all the piercings I have ever had this by far was the best experience. I will not go anywhere else to get pierced as long as I live in this area. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is searching for the best around!

Aiden was very professional worked with me on my ideas and came up with the perfect concept. We took a day and knocked it all out in one session. His prices are fair and he will work with you. The customer service was great and all of the information I was given was on point as well. I had a really great experience here and will definitely be going back for more. I’ve been tattooed here twice. Once by Kevin and once by Greg. Super clean and everyone is so great at making you feel at ease. My tattoos are beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Thinking of having a piercing done??? THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO CONSIDER!!!!! Trust me. The quality and professionalism delivered here is fantastic. I had a naval piercing done at another shop and it was totally botched. Brittany took the time to look at it and work with me until the area was healed and healthy enough to re-pierce. She has even called me to see how everything is going....which is fine by the way. Oh...did I mention cleanliness???? Everything is autoclaved and completely sterile, sorta like the dentist office....lol!!!! All I can say is Arboreal Ink is truly the best in all areas. Dont waste your time, money or risk your health by going anywhere else.

I went to get my septum pierced for my birthday, and Britt was TOTALLY amazing! She showed me every little thing, explained the entire process in great detail, aftercare, and made sure I was completely comfortable and well taken care of through the entire thing-- more so than ANY other shop Ive been to for work.I couldnt recommend her any higher if youre looking to get a piercing. A+++ service.Oh, and the atmosphere is lovely. I got my nose pierced twice here. The first time took longer than the second time, because the girl explained every step and the why for everything and I loved It cause I didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t feel any pain just a little discomfort with the fact of having something in my nose which is normal. When I got a bump I just had to call her and she told me what to do. Second time I came back exactly same process but way faster. The girl that does the piercing is a sweetheart very very nice. Highly recommended, very professional.

My tattoo artist is Greg Hes not only a great guy but an amazing artist. Hes the best artist you can get in buffalo so make sure you go see him if its your first tattoo or just getting more hes the guy to go to.

I heard about arboreal ink via internet and went to check the place out. I was very impressed with the placed and scheduled my first tattoo there. Kit was the one who did my tattoo and I cannot give enough praise about him!! Not only did he listen to what I wanted but gave the best options to achieve the best results. I would definitely go back to have another tattoo done there.

Bad Experience. While the shop was very clean, my piercing went horribly. It actually needed to be done twice due to Britts mistake. I understand that the rook is a tighter spot to pierce and may be a more difficult procedure, however, it should not have taken 2 tries and a bloody mess for a professional. My rook was pierced very deep in my ear that i actually had it taken out by Anna at the Cow Pok because it wouldve taken way too long to heal. Overall a scary and unprofessional piercing experience. Would NOT go back.

I carefully researched local tattoo parlors and consistently found very high ratings for Arboreal Ink. I chose to go there, even though it was not the most convenient. I made an appointment and was welcomed when I walked in. The tattoo artist came down immediately and got things started. I was getting a chinese character for Dad, to honor my father who had passed away recently. It didnt take long and I was very happy with the result. I am going back.

They didn’t want to pierce my nose because my birth certificateis in a different language but I brought my mother with me and she brought her ID, I brought mine too since I’m underage. But they weren’t gonna do it because my mother doesn’t have the same last name as me 🤦🏽‍♀️💀.
