Just walked in for a septum (first time!) half hour before close. the staff were really nice, very knowledgeable. Andrew did my piercing really quick and easy, not as painful as I expected (though I have a high tolerance). excited for it to heal, will definitely be returning for my future piercings!

This place was amazing! I am from out of state but my cousin and I wanted to go get our nose pierced for fun. Andrew was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and told us everything he was doing while he was doing it. He made the experience light, fun and educational. I got a little light headed after my piercing and he immediately got me water and gave me a lollipop to get my sugar up. 10/10 would recommend this place

Vorcey did an awesome job with my helix piercing. He made me feel super comfortable and calmed my nerves! I’ve had my piercing healing for a few months now and I’m so ready to go back and get more done. His brother also came in and chatted with us for a bit, both of them are so friendly and make you feel like family!

I went in recently to get an irritated piercing changed out to new jewelry, just want to say it was a 10/10 experience. I don’t leave reviews often, but the staff was so friendly and helpful, I was extremely impressed— from the sweet front desk gal, to the upbeat employee that changed out a VERY sore piercing with minimal to zero pain.Ive been a long time customer and while I had no negative encounters personally with any previous employees, I have heard some stories about unprofessional behavior and rudeness (which I experienced a little bit with the old owner,) but they’ve really hired some great people and improved the place a LOT. Definitely will be returning and recommending.👍🏼

Took my daughter in to get her first set of ear piercings. The shop was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Vorcey did a great job of explaining the whole process to her while also making her laugh to help ease her nerves.

I can see why this place has such a good rep, my experience here today was wonderful. The front staff was kind and fun to talk to, Amalia was a really good sounding board for some opinions i was looking for about my piercing choices/placement, and did an impeccable job on executing what i was wanting. Very impressed! Got my first Helix peircing on my right ear for TRUMP 🇺🇲🦅📯 then my 2 year old daughters hair accidentally got caught in my new earing and lost it at the Sun Dome in Yakima at a Revival! Called on 7/29 about 12pm to ask if they pierced childrens ears. It was my daughters 7th birthday and shes been asking for the last 2 years.Without needing an appointment, we drove over from Oak Harbor about 5pm. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and after checking out the client in front of us, we were signed in. Our wait was maybe 15 minutes tops (could have been shorter but I had to pee super bad and that might have felt like it added 10 minutes- not their fault). We were greeted by Vorcey Collins and escorted into a clean room with supplies all laid out. My daughter was excited and super curious, especially about the needle. Vorcey was extremely patient and explained everything to her. Once her first ear was done, there was 3, maybe 4 tears. He invited her to viking scream but she declined, opting to bravely and quietly power through the second ear. Vorcey was quick, gentle and professional. As soon as posts were clipped, we were given the biggest, bestest 7 year old proud smile. Her jaw hit the floor and she gasped, Theyre so beautiful!.A lollipop was traded with a victorious high 5 and we were checked out.I highly recommend OPP for any of your piercing needs.Vorcey, thank you so much. Ive been to Only Precision 3 times now, once when I was 15, again at 17, and just a few months ago at 19, Ive received a total of 8 piercings from this studio and love them! Only Precision and their employees always made the trip I have taken to get there well worth it (I live in an hour south currently) and have constantly made me feel safe and well taken care of at all points while accommodating my anxiety about needles. The studio is beautiful and has character to it while still being completely sanitary! P.S. Vortex did my most recent (3rd lobes) and he was such a a cool dude! Loved talking to him and getting pierced by him! 10/10 guy right there!

My absolute favorite place for piercings!! Ive gone to Mark since I was 18. Everytime they are so professional and helpful. Never had a issue with any of my 20+ piercings. Only place Ill ever recommend ♥️

I went here to change out my belly piercing jewelry and the person who was changing the ring ripped the hole and it has been 6 months since then and it is now infected ever since i went there to change the ring. I had no prior infection or issues with it before. I clean it with alcohol every day and my doctor prescribed me medication to try and fix the infection but after months of the green puss and blood i think ill just have to take it out and get it redone somewhere else. It is also permanently sideways and has scarring on the side where he ripped it. DO NOT GO HERE

Me and my friend went in to get both our noses pierced by Vorcey and had the best experience! Everyone was so nice and the piercing went very smooth barely even hurt. I definitely recommend coming here!!

OPP is hands down the best establishment to visit! Even if you’re not the one getting a piercing! The atmosphere is incredible.. safe clean and fun.🤩 all the things you want when you are going to get pierced. I have done a double conch and both nostrils at OPP and I’ll never go anywhere else. They heal perfectly which says a lot bc I have very sensitive skin. Andrew is my favorite person there is no one like him! He makes me like a million bucks when I leave and also convinced we are best friends bc he’s just that awesome 😆 everyone there makes you feel relaxed and every employee is very engaged. Ive been here twice now. The first time was with my 11 year old daughter. They were so patient and educational. They let her know step by step what they were doing. The second time was for my nose ring. They taught me how to switch out the earrings. Highly recommend this place for anyone getting piercings!

After a great experience with my oldest daughters first piercing, I then brought my youngest for her first ear piercing. Such a positive experience! The shop is very clean and sanitary, and the team of people working there are super friendly. As a small business owner myself, I admire their thoroughness in procedures and protocols. Had to get all of my piercings taken out for a surgery, so I came here. The wait was pretty long, but that checks out for a Saturday. Vorsey (I hope Im spelling his name right) was great! He took them out and put them back in for me at only a small charge. We even lost a couple balls -- apparently threaded jewelry isnt the standard anymore -- and he got me new jewelry. He made the time to do that for me despite being the only one there at the time, which I very much appreciate! At some point Ill return for some more new jewelry, and maybe a piercing or two down the line!

Ive been going here for years. Mark has done most of my piercings, Rusty one and Ive had limited interactions with Amalia, but each of these individuals are professional, pleasant and do a quality job.My most recent piercing is my Septum. Due to my profession, this was my first and last facial piercing. The rest are in my ears. The septum was the easiest thus far.I had it done December 2020 and was put at ease with Marks level of cleanliness and following of covid protocol procedures. The shop is always immaculate, but he was going so far as to wipe down the door after I entered. Appreciated.I plan on getting a few more piercings and will absolutely get them done there.Also, for those who shop on Etsy, they now have a shop. Opened this year due to the pandemic restrictions. OnlyPiercing on Etsy.I would absolutely recommend this shop & for the love of all that is holy, Do Not Touch Your New Piercings! They heal every so much faster and without issue when you Dont Touch.

Just took my daughter in to get her ears pierced for her birthday and was very pleased with the experience. The staff were very professional, and even shared in her excitement. The whole process went very smoothly, and she explained every step to my daughter as she went, so there were no surprises. It was quick and my daughter said it barely hurt at all. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about this place. They were amazing and knowledgeable. Been to a few others over the years and the piercings always got infected but not with these guys. They made me comfortable and showed me how to make sure my piercings did not get infected. Will definitely go back again!

In November, I got my septum pierced and my niece got her nose pierced (both by Mark). It was a great experience! I went back mid March to help change out my septum ring, I dont remember the name of the gal who switched it out for me but she was really nice. Today, April 1st, I took my 11yr old to get her ears pierced (by Andrew), and yet again, great experience all around! Every single person Ive encountered in my 3 visits to the shop has been friendly, helpful, and professional. Also, everything is super clean, they explain everything to you before/while doing it, and go over aftercare very well. 10/10 recommend this place. I wont go anywhere else.

I stopped in today to have my nose pierced. Andrew did the piercing and they were absolutely fantastic. They were thorough and knowledgeable in their explanation of the process. This is only shop i will go to for body jewelry. all piercers are kind and knowledgeable, i always have a pleasant expirience and am usually in and out very quickly. all 8 of my piercings have been done here and i’d drive over an hour to come back to have them tended to!

I did my research for a couple of years and finally decided to take the leap of faith that getting a Daith Piercing could help me and the migraines I suffer from. Mark Only is a great guy and really good business leader, especially with regards to being under a quarantine thanks to the Covid-19 Virus as he has really clearly laid out how to go about getting a job done on the website or FB page. I appreciate that he cares as much about my health as he does his other customers and coworkers. He has a really clean and sterile shop, plus puts a person at ease by explaining what the choices are. This piercing was really to bad, a little pinch...yes, BUT NOTHING LIKE the pain of a Migraine at times. My mom took my 6 year old daughter last Wednesday to get her ears pierced and we were both impressed with facility/staff. He (don’t remember his name) was very calm and patient with kids. He made sure she was completely comfortable before starting or moving on with the next ear. I was also impressed with the thorough checking of our POA. Glad to see you took it seriously. Absolutely recommend, very professional and extremely great with kids. We brought our son in for his birthday to get his ears pierced. Haliyah was absolutely amazing with him. They definitely made this 7 year olds birthday wish come true.

I originally got my septum botched by a different piercer, and when I came in the woman upfront took the time to take me back, help me get it out, clean it, and explain to me what was done wrong and tell me I could come back in a month and get it redone (I regret not grabbing her name but she had pink hair and a 3 ring septum!). I came back a month later as she made me feel very comfortable and was very nice, and Andrew repierced my septum and was really chill and nice to talk to :) I had to drive back because I originally forgot my ID and he only ended up having me pay for the actual piercing (jewlery and after care for free) to compensate for the time. He was also really helpful with it! I felt annoying coming in twice afterwards but he always made me feel welcomed and had great conversation :) He helped me change the jewelery that I originally had for something bigger because of my nose shape and didnt charge me for the jewelery either! Im just about 2 weeks into healing and even 3 days in the crustys were gone, no pain when moving, and the piercing is perfectly comfortable and straight, really encourage you to go to these guys! Will be getting my piercings done by Andrew from now on :)Also, the owner Mark was a regular at my old job (I was a barista) and he was a really cool dude to serve so its not just a workplace setting where their kind, its genuine :)

In the last three years ive been pierced by 5 members of their staff (Lobes, nostrils, lips, nips)... I have had experiences where the customer service was mid and my anatomy wasnt accounted for or the placement was plain wrong; so 7 months or so ago I was shopping around for a different piercer.... Well, MOST RECENTLY Ive had amazing experiences since Andrew joined the team. The policy at the store made it possible for me to experience the UNMATCHED nostril mirroring Andrew is capable of! Seriously! I had my left nostril pierced 4 times before I saw Andrew and when I left from the 5th attempt I was confident in his skills as he worked gently being aware of the scar tissue i have. It healed BEAUTIFULLY, and while it was a combined effort, I believe it was his care during the procedure that made the 5th time successful. I went in today and completed my set-up and still he was amazing, honored the stores policy, and still made someone who was hesitant to return as a customer into a fan of his work. They have someone else new on staff, and I have yet to be pierced her, by but from what Ive seen shes thorough and upholds policies the store has as well:)

Only Precision Piercing is fantastic. I got both my ear lobes pierced there.10/10 recommend. The staff were friendly, everything was extremely clean, and they shared information to take home on after-piercing care.Instead of a loud piercing gun, they used a piercing needle which was amazing (my mom had her ears pierced with the gun 20+ years ago, she said the needle seemed much easier).

My daughter didn’t want to get her ears pierced until just recently, 16, they were so kind, professional and took the time to answer all of her concerns and questions about care. The facility was clean, to the point of reminding her of being in the surgery operating room a year earlier. :)I really appreciate how great they were and would happily recommend to others.

The most welcome, safe, and respected I’ve ever felt as a woman walking into a piercing shop. Professional staff. Got in, got my piercing, got out in 25 minutes. I don’t usually get light headed with needles, but this time I did. The piercer brought me water and a glucose tablet and let me sit and relax until I felt able to stand up. No rush. Kind and professional piercers! Internal threading, good quality jewelry.Not sure why a 1 star review complained about masking. Every business in Washington is still requiring masks. It’s your choice whether to be their patron or not. They’re simply following rules. ✌🏻

Got my earlobes pieced a few months ago by Rusty and it was such a great experience! Fast, precise, and painless. I took my earrings out for the first time last night and couldn’t get them back in (felt like the hole started healing already) so I stopped by today and Rusty got them in no problem. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place or Rusty enough! Coming back here for all future piercings.

Always a great experience. My son got his ear done that he’s been asking for now for two years. It’s already mostly healed and he is just thrilled. The piercer talked him through it and was so sweet!

My girlfriend and I walked into Only Precision Piercing today, Saturday with no appointment for some spontaneous piercings. I got my eyebrow pierced, and she got her nostril pierced (her first time getting pierced) and we were helped right away by an excellent piercer named Rusty. He, and the rest of the staff we spoke to, were very professional and friendly, and also were quite comforting during the very quick and painless procedure. We were in and out in less than 20 mins and had a nice friendly interaction. We plan to come back again soon, and recommend anybody who cares about professionalism and sanitation should give your business to this great shop 😎

Very professional and experienced clinically clean 🤩 Both my husband and I had something pierced. Rusty was our piercer and he was super amazing, he made us feel very comfortable and relaxed while explaining everything that was going to happen before he did it and then again while he did the piercings. I got my belly ring and my chest piercings at this shop. Let’s just say that the atmosphere was really good. Loved it.Come to find out after many months after the piercing…my chest jewelry may or may not have been surgical jewelry. Don’t get me wrong everyone is different but for me individuality the jewelry was working against. My skin doesn’t adapt well to anything but surgical, sterling, or real gold jewelry. Went to Pricision piercing again because my skin wasn’t looking too good. The piercer couldn’t tell me why my skin wasn’t looking too good but I went in thinking it was because I needed longer jewelry. Got it changed and my skin kept looking the same.Fast forward a couple more months and saw a different piercer at a different location. They told me my skin started to necrotize and the skin around my piercing (and the piercing) wasn’t looking too good because MAYBE the jewelry that was in wasn’t real surgical jewelry.Since I’ve gotten them taken out, I’ve honestly missed wearing certain outfits and even my bras regularly.All in all… make sure your jewelry is real and authentic surgical jewelry before every piercing.

Went in yesterday to get both my nostrils pierced and rusty did a fantastic job. He made me feel comfortable since this was my first time doing something like this. I appreciate how clean the space is and how friendly everyone was. I love my new piercings they look awesome!

Called before to set up appointment. There was no answer. Drove to shop and had to wait over 30 minutes for one client ahead of me to get pierced.. On their websites frequently asked questions it says they will offer discount if more than 3 piercings is being done. They didnt uphold this. But to add insult to injury they gave the person ahead of me that I had to wait for a discount. As they quoted give her a discount for her time. I should of left there and then but I was already running out of time as I had to go to work. Turns out in the end one of my piercings is not straight and was pierced at an angle.

Awesome experiences. Ive had 7 piercings here and all were quickly and professionally done. No infections and super high grade body jewelry.Mark, rusty and Amalia have all pierced me and each was personable and proficient.Bring photo id with birth date however old you are and a parent if under 18. Also wear a mask folks and use the hand sanitizer on your right as you walk in before anything else.

I had to reschedule my appointment because I hadnt planned well, and I felt really bad about it, but the individual who responded to my emails (I believe her name was Crystal) was totally fabulous. So nice, so understanding, and responded to my emails really quickly. Again, I felt bad because I work in retail and I know customer service work exhausts every facet of your being, and I was probably being a bit more high-maintenance than their average customer. Crystal and I had to send a few emails back and forth, but she never even gave the slightest impression that I was being annoying or taking up valuable time, etc... so 5 stars for Crystal. Im an anxious person and the way Crystal responded to my emails relieved a lot of the worries I had. Part 2, the actual appointment (this is a longer review than I intended, so it has parts): The first and really only person I interacted with was Rusty, who was very personable and professional, and was also very attentive to make sure all of the COVID-19 safety precautions were being taken (another factor of this experience that I appreciated greatly). Rusty made sure to help customers in the order that they arrived, and when it got to be my turn he took me through all of the steps of the process quickly and concisely, he let me choose what jewelry I wanted for my piercings, gave me all of the relevant information I needed, he asked if I had questions, and answered those that I did have honestly and succinctly. (PART 3! The actual piercing): When we had gotten through all of the formalities of the process, and it was time for my ears to actually be pierced, Rusty was very considerate and conversational, instantly making me feel comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed (again, Im a very anxious person, and this was my first time getting a piercing, so all of these things helped a ton). I was expecting the process to be a lot more painful than it was, which I attribute to Rustys skill and experience. It basically didnt hurt at all, and I didnt even bleed! So 5 stars for Rusty, too. I highly recommend this place for anyone getting their first piercing, or for peoole who are more experienced with this kind of thing and just want to work with people who will take the job seriously and do it right. I hope the management sees this and gives both Rusty and Crystal bonuses or raises or something along those lines, because they honestly deserve it. THE END!!!

Got two dermals done by Mark and it was incredibly fast and painless. He answered all of my questions and did a great job at making it casual, comfortable and not awkward. Shop was neat and clean. They also have a really great selection of piercing jewelry and plugs! Will definitely come back for my next piercings in the future!

My husband and I have moved out of the area, however, we were OPP customers from 2008-2019. The only place we would go for piercings! Their shop used to be in a different location in Burlington, but both shops were always spotless. The OPP crew is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They are one of the things I miss about that area :(.Love OPP!

If I could give more stars I would. Definitely the BEST place to go for a piercing! EXTREMELY clean. INCREDIBLY informative. HUGE selection of jewelry. Friendly, kind, welcoming atmosphere. Very calming, PROFESSIONAL! *Update* This last visit was crazy busy. But, they did their best to help everyone in a very timely manner. They take safety incredibly serious. Which for this particular line of business is very comforting. Please do try to show a little more respect for this place and be patient. Safety is very important to them.

He also gave me a discount since I only bought one nipple ring instead of a pair. He even inserted the nipple ring with a tapper via my request because I felt more comfortable with that.

It would have been a perfect experience, had I had the opinion of two piercers prior to being pierced. When I was pierced. I told them I wanted a hoop. They pierced it but when I went back to get the advice for jewelry. A different piercer said mine was too high. I wasnt sure what to do with that opinion. Anyway, other than that. I went a couple weeks ago to get my septum pierced. This was my first piercing aside from my earlobes when I was a child. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. My piercer talked me through everything that was happening and answered all of my dumb questions. I did get a bit light headed (I should have eaten before doing it), but he was very kind and reassuring, getting me water and letting me lay back until I felt better. He even checked to make sure my husband was okay as he’d been there watching.Initially, I thought my piercing was a little crooked which wouldn’t have been the end of the world; but now that it’s healed some and no longer hurts, it’s perfectly even upon readjusting the ring. Once it’s healed fully, I’ll be back to purchase a new ring and hopefully learn how to change it on my own because Im not sure how the starter ring comes undone. If I decide to get more piercings, which I probably will, I’m going to trust these guys to do it above anyone else.

Quaint little shop! My new job doesn’t allow nose rings so I came in to get a stud. A good price and they had a decent selection. Lady who was helping seemed to be in a bad mood which was okay, just an uncomfortable interaction. Otherwise seems like a great place. There were two people getting piercings in the back and they seemed to be having a good time!!

Came in today to have a dermal checked out. Id already had to have one removed a few months ago, thanks to being a mom of 4 with 2 Littles and me not being careful. Mark took a look at the one I had left and offered to re-set it. I was pretty scared as the removal of the last one hurt quite a bit --- but less than 2 minutes in the chair of piercing glory and Mark had removed and reset my dermal with so little pain that I was sure he couldnt possibly be done!! I was given great after- care instructions and cant WAIT to go back for my next piercing! I got sized for a hoop by a piercer in this shop. I realized a week later that the jewelry was too small and was cutting off the circulation in my ear. The area around the piecing was turning purple and there was a large indent where the jewelry was laying. I immediately took the jewelry out as poor circulation can be very dangerous long term.I understood that jewelry exchanges were not allowed due to the intimate nature of piercings but I went back to the shop anyway and kindly and calmly explained the situation. I asked if they could possibly exchange the jewelry with a larger size due to the fact that this was a mistake of the piercer (someone who is responsible for making sure the jewelry fits correctly).The woman I talked too was rude and unsympathetic and talked in a very condescending tone like I didn’t understand that piercings go inside your body. They couldn’t offer anything to correct their error or make up for my purple ear and said I could either buy a larger earring or get out.This tells me a few things.1)They don’t care about their customer’s experience or health.2)They also have bad piercers who can’t perform basic tasks like sizing properly.Poor circulation can be very dangerous and can result in deafness.So don’t go to this shop. You’ll end up with a purple ear, a chip on your shoulder, and an ill fitted, useless $80 earring.

My friend and I showed up and were out within 30 minutes. The man who pierced me was personable and thorough about explaining aftercare. The whole experience was comfortable and the piercer helped keep me relaxed throughout. On top of having a wonderful experience Ive heard nothing but great things about this place and will be coming back here for my future peircings.

I got 2 tongue piercings and a labret by Mark today. He was knowledgeable and hilarious. I was very nervous (tongue piercings are always daunting) but he made me laugh and it helped me relax quite a bit. The piercing procedure was quick and sanitary. I also purchased a new septum ring which their current apprentice anodized and changed for me on the spot. This place is clean friendly and offers the most quality Care. I took my mother to get her nose pierced we were greeted by a Mala and then Mark. Mark seriously cares about his customer s. More than I have ever seen from another human being in a business setting. His professionalism is uncanny. He works clean quick and provides his customers with information about safe and ethical practices. Mark did my double nostril and ear cartilage piercing.Overall it was a positive experience but comparing it to my previous piercing experiences, I noticed some things that could have gone better but it could just be me being a Karen.- In the email telling you what to do before you arrive, it should address that you are to stay by the front door until all the paperwork has been brought to you and you are taken back to the back room.- I didnt get to pick the jewelry for my nose studs. It was picked for me.- I was told I couldnt get hoops for my nose piercing until after it healed.- There wasnt much warning or count down before getting poked.* Something that they did that Im happy about is that they confirmed the piercings I was getting well before I entered the room and they started poking holes in me.* Talking to me throughout the process and being friendly.* Got a free hair tie out of it.

Ive been coming to Only Precision Piercing for almost 10 years. Have had 7 piercings over that span and all of them turned out perfect. The store is spotless and staff friendly and helpful. Went to get my daughters nose pierced front desk girl with all the piercings not friendly at all will never recommend this place to anyone!!! It takes a lot – whether negative or positive – to inspire me to write a review. My experience with Precision Piercing has been AMAZING times three. I went in for my initial piercing and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and order of the parlor. They have a large selection of jewelry and fair prices for the services they offer. The piercer – Mark - was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing in detail, was meticulously clean and careful of how I felt while he was doing my ear piercings. Afterwards he made sure I was happy with how it looked and answered all of my questions on aftercare without hesitation.While my ears were healing, I ran into some difficulties with metal allergies. Since I live about 40 minutes away from Precision Piercing, I was able to communicate with them via Facebook when my piercings didn’t heal and a nasty infection kept getting worse. When their suggested remedies didn’t work, Mark asked me to come in and saw to my piercings himself. He helped me get them cleaned properly and changed out the studs to something more allergy friendly. (Titanium) No problems with allergies since!!The third time I went in to see Mark, it was because I had lost one of my titanium studs and had been stuck switching one back and forth between ears to prevent the holes from closing up. While the shop was sold out of the kind I needed, Mark remembered exactly what kind I needed and why! He set me up with a safe temporary solution and made sure that an order was immediately placed to get some more titanium in.Mark is one of those rare people that you kind of forget you don’t know on a personal level. He is humble, confident, at ease and so dang friendly when you talk with him, you can’t help but feel comfortable too. I would recommend going to Precision Piercing for all of your piercing needs. You won’t be disappointed!!**Update**Fourth visit! (Give or take) This time I went in to get a stretch or gage piercing and had the pleasure of working with Rusty Sin. He and Mark definitely have their own styles of working with customers, but I was still impressed by his professionalism and his piercing skill. This guy is sarcastic, funny, and experienced. He knows what hes doing and has great advise. He didnt actually pierce these but my second holes had become infected and he cleaned them out and put titanium rings in them and they are dong great now. I would definitely get another piercing from him.

I have been pierced in all sorts of shops and dorm rooms and basements, and this is by far my favorite place. I’ve had my cartilage and daith pierced here and they both look so good! My favorite part of Only is the professionalism from the staff and the cleanliness of the store.

These people are rude! They were instantly annoyed at us coming in, great way to treat your customers. Also you basically need a biosecurity clearance to enter, its creepy, overkill, and useless. Get with the program, its June 2021, relax or stay closed. If you enjoy rude paranoid people, this is your place!

Shop owner was super rude and I asked him to put in an extra long bar on my lip piercing and he said he was the professional so he will put in what he wanted. I had to come back two days later bc my lip swole up so bad the back of my jewlery got stuck in my lip because I swell alot which is why I asked for a rlly long bar and he told me that he refused to change it and that I was fine I will not at all be coming back. And the shop owner gave me some of the poorest customer service I think Ive ever recieved

I went to get my septum they gave me the wrong jewelry (shown below) the guy said it would heal faster. It swelled up so much I had to go to a different shop because I went here to see if I could do anything the girl in the front was super rude and said no we can’t do anything it’s on you for after care I can’t touch it it hasn’t even been two months I had to go to another shop to get it pierced they said I ended up getting two big bumps on my nose they had to take the ring out because it was super swollen they said they put the wrong ring that those are more for advanced and I tried to call here and they didn’t want to do anything about it I had to pay $80 for nothing I had to take the percing out with in two weeks because of how poorly it was done

I have had really bad migraines all my life, when getting a shot to relieve one of my unending migraines, my Doctors nurse told me she wanted to share something with me. She told me she had suffered from migraines since she was 8, she showed me her ears & Daith piercings in each ear & told me she had the Daith’s done a year ago & hasn’t had a migraine since. She wrote down Daith piercings & gave me the name of Only Precision Piercing. I had both Daith Piercings by Rusty that weekend, it really didn’t hurt much & Rusty had 14k gold rings, I have severe metal allergies & had tried Titanium nipple piercings done in 2002 that never healed & I had constant pain, blood & pus from my metal allergies, I have a torn earlobe from trying to wear surgical steel earrings because they got so infected. I was so relieved that Rusty has gold ear hoops, they have been healing very well & very fast!! It has been over a month and I’ve had almost no migraines, which is amazing for me!!!! I have suffered forever with nonstop migraines, daily most of the time & I’ve done everything in search of relief, Biofeedback, Accupunture, Accupressure, Massage, Chiropractic, every kind of medication from anti-seizure meds, anti-depressants, Tryptophans, had several MRI’s, went to top Nuerologist on the West Coast, Sinus Surgery on all 9 sinuses, all with no relief & spent several thousand $$$, but no relief! I am so pleased with my Daith Piercings, Dusty is wonderful & very knowledgeable about all things pierced!!!😊 The shop is very clean & sanitary, best service!! Highly recommend!!!!!! My seven-year-old decided he wanted ear piercings so unfortunately went to Claires, what a mistake they had the piercings crooked in his ears and they were too tight so they got infected. So I called this placeand asked if theyd be willing to look his ears and they said yes.My son had originally had both earspierced but with the pain he was having they were only able to get one piercing back in due do the pain from the infection. Claires uses an ear piercing gun that puts in stud earrings, made it hard to clean properly. The piercer took out the studs and replaced the one ear with a hoop. My son was definitely scared and very anxious​ and the piercer was able to calm him down enough to get one of the piercings back in, he was amazing with my son. If I get anymore piercings in the future (already have 16) or my son wants his other ear repierced this is the place I will be going.This place is also extremely clean and if they see you touch one of your piercings or anything like that they ask very kindly touse hand sanitizer, they want to keep that place as clean and sterile as possible.

Septum healed well, but got snakebites and they were pierced with tiny bars, definitely not the extra long ones that are used for fresh oral piercings, when we went back to get bigger bars they still put in bars that were too small, resulting in an ER visit
