Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I went to Removery in Burlington MA this past Friday to have a “blowout” on my tattoo fixed. I was immediately made welcome and comfortable by Gina, Crystal and Hannah. They discussed in detail how the process works. It is very intricate work and Gina is an expert at her craft. It didn’t hurt and it immediately looked 90 percent better. Given 8 weeks for the final healing after 3 days it’s almost perfect. I highly recommend to go to these girls if you need any tattoo removal or adjustments. They’re great at what they do👍👍👍

I Googled places for tattoo removal and found Removery. I scheduled my first consultation for today and I am SO glad that I did. Gina walked me through the process of tattoo removal, while being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am comforted completely and ready to proceed!

My experience with Removery has been genuinely 5 stars since the start. I was pretty nervous about the commitment of both the treatments and financially. They didn’t push me at all but instead answered the countless questions I had and provided countless examples from previous clients and their own team of how it works and how well. I got the unlimited package per their advisement which was the best option in the long run for how long it’s taking for my tattoos to disappear, because of their dense color. I won’t lie, it’s notttt cheap, but for my personal case at this time in my life worth it.I started at the Orlando location and Colleen was AMAZING. Super personable, easy to talk to like a friend having a chat, and made my visits very comfortable. She was super clear on expectations too which is important to me.When I transferred to another location in Burlington, again another GREAT team! Every time I go in I leave with a smile because they’re welcoming and honestly I could hang out and gab all day. They are also great at making me feel comfortable and transparent where I am in my results and what’s ahead.I have probably another year to go but thank you to the Removery team, I look forward to my final results!

I am removing all 3 of my tattoos and ended up having a consultation at the Burlington location with Crystal and Hannah- they are both so knowledgeable about the process, so informative and kind, which has made the process of removing my tattoos more enjoyable! The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Crystal was great answering my questions and even held my hand during the removal process as it was my first session. I went for my consultation months ago when I wasn’t too sure if I wanted removal or not. I came back for a follow up consultation when I was absolutely sure, and I felt so supported and guided through the process. Getting a tattoo removed can be extremely personal and Crystal was amazing at making sure I knew what was going on each step of the way from expectations about treatment, financing, and beyond. I’m grateful I decided to go with Removery due to the commitment to not stopping treatment until there’s no more removable ink. With a color tattoo that isn’t even a year old, the uncertainty about whether complete removal was possible scared me at first. However, I feel confident that the team will do all they can for me. I am very disappointed with our experience at Removery. My wife has reduced temporary mobility, and despite our best efforts, we arrived 9 minutes late to our first appointment. While we understand that being late is not ideal, the lack of available parking was an additional challenge that contributed to our delay. To our dismay, the staff at the Burlington location refused to check us in, stating that we had missed the entire appointment. We had traveled from far away and made significant adjustments to our schedule. We believe that businesses should show empathy and understanding towards their clients, but unfortunately, we did not experience that here. We recommend trying other Removery locations instead of the Burlington unit if you are considering their services.

Did my consult with Crystal, she was amazing and had answers for everything! Awesome at her job, awesome person! Hannah did the removal, got me in as a walk-in same day with no plan, very efficient and super sweet. This is a fantastic location, couldn’t have asked for more

Cannot share a good enough good things about Removery! They’ve made what could be a very stressful process, seamless. They’re always available to answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the process. Tattoo removal isn’t exactly painless, but their process is extremely clear and quick. I’m already seeing results after only two sessions. Would highly recommend to anybody who’s looking to make a change. It’s a worthwhile investment in yourself. Their pricing is transparent and reasonable. I have been extremely happy with their service!

Just had a consultation for brow tattoo removal, mind you I have had appointments at other places and canceled because they didn’t make me feel confident enough. The woman who I spoke with today made me feel extremely confident about my ecxpectations and my choice to go through with the removal process there. I’m so excited to start the process and FINALLY get my real brows backUpdate:finally went in for my first session and Gina was so knowledgeable and did a test spot and told me she was super hopeful so I went for it and did the procedure. As soon as she showed me the mirror I literally cried. I NEVER thought these hacked brows would ever go away and I would permanently have brows that made me look angry and that I had to shave my own brows to fit inside the tattooed ones. I’m so happy with this first treatment it’s a SIGNIFICANT difference just this first time. I already booked my next appointment. Hannah and Gina, as always, are fantastic. I’m so relieved that I finally took the step to get my ink removed. I was originally hesitant that I wouldn’t be able to afford the treatments, so rather than get my hopes up I simply avoided reaching out to Removery at all. Not only was I shocked at the affordability of the unlimited sessions package, but also being able to finance with 0% interest over 12 months made the entire experience better. I actually cried in their office when I realized I could finally remove a tattoo which has haunted me for over a decade. If you’re even considering having a tattoo removed, just reach out to them. My only regret (aside from this ink) is not dropping by their Burlington location sooner.

Im in the process of having two tattoos removed and I feel like Im showing some really positive results. Its been 4 sessions so far and the tattoo on my bicep has really faded a lot. Im very happy with Removery and Im glad that I started this journey.Let me just add that some of the nicest people work for their company. I have been going to the Burlington, MA location, but I know that some of these techs go to other loc a tions throughout the area. Im yet to meet a single person that I havent really enjoyed the company of. I think that really says something about a company. Walked in after a referral from my eyebrow lady. Had a consultation with Crystal and was shown before and after pictures then went through the process with Hannah and couldnt be happier to get my eyebrows back to baseline to get them refreshed with microblading again!

I went to Removery today for a free consultation, not knowing if I would be ready to start my tattoo removal journey and left one treatment in. After finding the perfect artist to design a coverup for some 20+ year old tired and faded back tattoos, it was recommended by the artist to consider some laser treatments to give me more options...my artist recommended Removery. After my consultation, I began a roughly one year journey with Gina in the Burlington location. Gina was always professional and upbeat! I always looked forward to a laser session as I knew Gina was taking excellent care of my tattoos and with each appointment I was creating more real estate for my artist. After 6 sessions with Gina at Removery, my original tattoos were light enough to cover with a beautiful piece of artwork that I am so in love with! I am so grateful that my tattoo artist was honest with the state of my original tats and that she didnt just try to work with what was there. By going through the laser treatments, she had so much more to work with in terms of her design. Removery was a Godsend in my journey to bring new life into my body art.

I don’t write bad reviews, nor am I trying to steer you away from getting a tattoo removed from this establishment your an adult you make your own decisions. but I will tell you if you are coming here and try to CANCEL YOUR TREATMENT. They will make it hell for you between them and the lending company. It took me months to get a refund of $86 dollars after spending $450 dollars over the course of 5 months. It was post COVID and I was working all week whilst taking care of my family for obvious reasons couldnt make it to these “APPOINTMENTS” they proceeded to take my money regardless of me not showing, out of $450 I received a check of $80 dollars back WITHOUT TREATMENT!. YOUR POLICY IS GARBAGE. This isn’t about money I am a business owner and property manager I know how a business is supposed to be run an this was not it THERE WAS ZERO CARE for my phone calls. You guys know my first and last name i don’t plan on returning nor recommending to anyone I care about. DO NOT BOTHER REPLYING TO THIS MESSAGE I WILL NOT RESPOND. Crystal and Gina are awesome, got my first session in the same day as my consultation. Pricing is much less than i thought, and their financing options are good.If youre on the fence then just go do it. The pain is nothing like getting the tattoo in the first place

I’ve been going to the Boston location since last summer (big fan!) but I just switched to the Burlington location. Had to follow my favorite technician Gina! Great location, nice and clean. Gina is always so welcoming, knowledgeable and I’m in and out in no time. My tattoo is fading and looks great. I’ll be back soon!

Clean and professional place! I’ve mostly been working with Victoria and she’s awesome at her job, super friendly, and pleasant to talk to (which is always a plus when you’re getting zapped with a laser every few weeks for MONTHS). She always asks me if I need a break (even though my tattoo is tiny) which I appreciate. She makes a painful experience worthwhile! I’ve even showed up 10-15 minutes early for an appointment and as long as they’re able to, they never hesitate to take me in early.

Hanna, was the laser Technician and was very upbeat, pleasant and professional. The treatment was quick with minor discomfort. Place is very clean and comfortable.

Just had my first session today. I came in for a consultation, and Gina sat me down and started to go over how it works. She was very lively and excited. You can tell she loves what she does. I wasnt sure wether or not I was going to go through with it today, I was thinking Id sit and have the consultation, let it settle and decide later on. However, something about the interaction gave me this sense of comfort that I was in very good hands. I left feeling uplifted, positive, and confident and that I had spent the money and gone through my first session, which can be hard to come by. Removery is clean and well kept. I worked with Hailey. She was welcoming and well informed. This was my first session of ever getting some of my tattoo removed. I have tattoo blow out and was recommended this - I was very nervous. I’ve been going here for awhile now and I have to tell you they know what they’re doing. I have gone elsewhere before for tattoo removal and it left me with hypopigmentation and they attire me this would never happen there! I am so thankful I have found them. They’re the only place I would ever trust for tattoo removal!

This was my first time getting a tattoo removed/faded. Victoria was extremely professional, guided me through the process, everything from explaining the procedure, informing expected pain levels, healing time and necessity of further treatments. The facility was clean, professional and calming. If necessary, I will be sure to return to Removery.

Very nice place. New and clean. The two ladies at the front were very knowledgeable and helpful.I did decline the service due to the highest price for laser I have ever received.The usual time frame for my removal is 15 min. 20 if extra touch ups are needed.Their cost of almost $400 would cost me @ $25 a minute. Im no genius, but Im sure that ratio is no bueno.

Terrible customer service & they will continue to bill you the entirety of the service even when you cancel. was even billed for the consultation, being told and under the impression it was free according to the great reviews listed & the staff. don’t be fooled. very disappointed, won’t be back.

EXCELLENT experience. Hailey was extremely knowledgable & answered all of my questions at the first appointment. I went in to the appt thinking I was just going to have my consult & need to book a separate visit to start the process. I arrived 30 minutes early and she was able to take me in when I got there, discuss the process & actually get my first session done before my appt time even started! I find the actual process of tattoo removal unpleasant. It is doable and worth the effort but painful. That said the facility is immaculate and the staff so informed and such a joy to interact with I look forward to each visit.
