Icing

Was acknowledged when I came in the store, was told about the sales. Asked questions about different things, manger gave good information. Came back the next day to get a nose piercing for my 17 year old. The assistant manager was very knowledgeable, was able to explain everything to my daughter for her to understand how to take care of it, wasn’t pushy on anything. They pierce with titanium and gold which I was not aware of as my daughter is allergic to stainless steel and tattoo shops don’t pierce with titanium and most don’t allow you to buy and they pierce with your purchase. So icing made her whole 17th birthday the best because we thought she couldn’t get any piercings!

I went to Icing at Alamance Crossing in Burlington, NC to have an additional ear piercing. I was greeted by Khristen. Her knowledge and gentle way pierced my ears perfectly and I was very pleased. I highly recommend Khristen. Jane Willoughby

This was my first experience in icing. When we walked in we were greeted by Halle. She made us feel so welcomed. She then helped us find what we were looking for. Held a conversation with us and everything. The store was super clean and well organized.I believe we have found a new place to get all of our jewelry. Needless to say we will be shopping there again! Keep up the great customer service Icing!

Just left here today 05.25.2023 at about 7:30pm. There was a mom and daughter in there, I think the young woman got her ear pierced. Melissa saw me out the window didn’t smile or anything when our eyes connected. Walked in anyway but she didn’t greet me or even acknowledge my presence. Walked around for a bit and will take my money where it’s respected. Don’t shop here, especially not with Melissa.

Usually they’re super nice and understanding but today I had called about an product that I’ve been wanting. I don’t know if the worker was having a bad day or what but she was just very snarky at the start and got a attitude when I asked about the product and then I guess she thought I hung up because she said ‘I’ve been asked this three times now’. Also don’t give in to the ‘great’ sales they have, they just want more money from you and they will try to pressure you to get more products.

My 9 yr old was finally ready to get her ears pierced so we came here on Friday night, the employee that pierced her ears was very professional, friendly, and helped my daughter not to be so nervous. She did a terrific job and we were all happy of the outcome! We will come back to get new earrings when its time! :)

Livid, spent $15 dollars on a nose ring that ended up being too small. Went to an actual piercing place to get a new ring. Unable to return what I bought because boys jewelry is non-returnable. Lady was more concerned about sale than actual customer service. Stay away!
