Got my daughter’s ears pierced here today & the woman did an excellent job. They were out of stock of the earrings she wanted. They gave my daughter a lollipop after! They told me if anything happens to the earrings we can bring them in & fixed or replaced for free. Definitely recommend

Worst company ever. Advertises and sells permanent jewelry that falls off within a couple of days. How do they get you? They dont offer any refund or replacement for missing items. So if your PERMANENT jewelry falls off and is nowhere to be found... youre out the money. Trash company, trash product, trash customer service. 0 stars.

Went in here to get my brother’s ears pierced and we had a good time. The staff was very personable, and we were in and out. They also have a decent selection of jewelry, and the British girl there really knows her gems! I didn’t know piercing pagoda (banter now) was at this level but compliments to the leadership.

This is a great place to bring a young girl to have her ears pierced for the first time. The store was well-stocked, the employee working was very helpful and she did a great job helping to calm my nervous daughter.
