I had a fantastic experience here with Kadie. She was highly professional and a true expert. I already have a piercing, but it’s never fun to get poked through your skin. However I felt very safe and comfortable. She said she was a perfectionist and she wasn’t lying! I was impressed by her ability to carefully choose the perfect spot for the piercing while explaining everything about the contours of my ears and even where I can place possible new piercings in the future. For the jewelry, she helped me pick out the perfect piece. Afterwards, I loved how it looked, I was beaming and felt great about myself. I will definitely be coming back!

Went today as a walk in to get my helix done! Overall great experience. Wait time was fairly short, staff was friendly and quick to help. Throughout my experience my piercer, Cuba, did a great job at explaining every part of the process and showing all the steps to keep everything sanitized. Highly recommend!

Great experience at this shop! Katie, who is an experienced piercer visiting from Toronto, was professional, kind, and just an overall fun person. You can feel the passion in the shop. Jewelry is expensive but it was worth every penny.

I had been following this store for a while, found them while looking for a place that did ear styling and fell in love with their artistry. Although I couldn’t get my ears done this time around because of a medical procedure. I got my first ever piercing with Cuba, he was very professional and very nice, made the whole experience so much better, the piercing itself was painless and his passion is overflowing, I was stuck between two piercings and when I put one on it’s like it clicked and we both went “that one”. The prices are fair, you are having a trained professional use their judgement to give you a successful piercing, cheaper to do it right than to go somewhere else and pay for complications. 10/10 I FLEW from Mexico to visit this shop and was not disappointed, can’t wait to be back!

I went not too long ago to get my first ever piercing, a nose stud. I got a guy and I have to say he was impatient. I’m naturally a nervous person (diagnosed anxiety if that gives more context) and took a couple times to pick a placement and after each time I felt him get more annoyed. He would also say things like really? When I wanted to move it. He didn’t even give proper explanation as to why he thought it was a bad idea, I had to ask and all he said was that he just wouldn’t usually put it there, whatever that means. The last time he put a placement he sort of lightly banged his fists on the table and sighed, turning his head to the side while I asked my friends to look at the stencil for moral support and reassurance. I wasn’t 100% happy but I was nervous with his attitude at that point and just agreed. I can recognize that by the time it was my turn , the shop was closing but respectfully that’s not my fault- I came in about 1-1 1/2 hours before it closed and they were busy with others. (Not complaining about the wait as I understand but stated that for more context.) It was my first time and I honestly felt like crying during bc of his energy, and little bit now after as some part of me regrets the placement. I wish I had more time to be 100% happy with the stencil and feel more comfortable with the energy provided. The jewelry itself is pretty and the girl at the desk was helpful with my questions. The shop is nice as well decoration wise. I just can’t help but regret my experience with the guy and wish I followed my gut when I wanted to ask for a girl to pierce my nose.

I went there to shop for some jewelry for my tragis piercing and on impulse, got a cartilage piercing done by Daisy. Incredible customer service and Daisy was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and her after care instructions were precise and easy to follow. I traveled from the South side to Fundamental and I am so happy that I did. I will definitely be back.

I’ve gotten two piercings here and all the staff have been extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The jewelry selection is incredible, both fun and beautiful options.

I got two nostril piercings done by Cuba and love them so much. The placement is great and the process was quick and relatively painless. Cuba is very chill and communicative, would definitely recommend!

I have been looking for a piercing place for a while. Ive had my nose pierced before and it didnt end well. I had been searching for a while to get my pricing done and I found their Instagram and was absolutely set on being here. I love that I can custom order jewelry!! Anyways the day of my appointment we drove from Wisconsin for my appointment. Everyone was incredibly nice, Cuba did my piercing. He was a true artist. I am so happy with my new piercing. Going to tell everyone I know in Wisconsin to make the trip!!!!

Got both my upper lobes pierced by Daisy -- she was very thorough and professional. Scheduling was a snap and selecting jewelry was simple and fun. It was my birthday so I got myself a beautiful gold dagger stud and I absolutely love the way it looks.Daisy did a great job of explaining the procedure and was meticulous in her placements, taking my preferences into account too. She was very nice and efficient with the actual piercings and I didnt feel any anxiety at all. Everything was clean and sterile -- totally up to the standard of hygiene Ive come to expect for piercings.Definitely would recommend the experience and Ill be coming back for any future piercings!

Had a great experience with Cuba today! My friend and I made last minute appointments and had a great time. It was my first time in a real piercing studio and they took great care of us. The jewelry options are actually really cool, and the staff is awesome. Cuba explained everything he was doing and made the piecing process super easy. The person helping us with jewelry was great too, I didn’t catch their name. Would recommend!

The shop is really clean and the staff is great. They keep profiles on clients so returning customers can get discounts on certain things. I wanted new jewelry for my nose and to have it changed as well.

I have been here a few times for piercing appointments and downsizes and have nothing but positive things to say!! Great atmosphere, excellent jewelry selection, and friendly + knowledgeable staff. I got my vertical philtrum done by Daisy and my septum done by Mina and everything went beautifully. Absolutely coming back in the future! Heres a picture with them mostly healed.

Just got pierced here and I will definitely be back! I’ve been pierced at several shops and have never felt so well taken care of. Cuba did a great job with my helix, and talked through everything he was doing which made me feel very safe. The shop is clean, cool (but not pretentious) and the jewelry selection is nice. This place is great, I got my nose pierced at a far less clean tattoo parlor and they helped fix the initial piercing. I came in a few months later and they changed my piercing into amother piece of jewelry. From my two visits here, everyone I’ve worked with has been super professional, friendly, and the whole place feels very clean and safe. They have a good range of high-end jewelry, as well as more affordable but still high quality options. I’ll be coming back here for any additional work I get done

Cuba was so suave with the handling!^-^ thorough, patient. I got an eyebrow piercing a couple weeks ago here and there was no bruising, swelling, redness the days after. The placement is perfect too and so pretty and I hope it lasts forever!

I got my nipples pierced here for my 19th birthday(I went to Daisy) and I just want to say 10/10 she was very gentle with me and I thought I wouldn’t be able to get them pierced because I have grade 3 inverted nipples but she was able to it. Also there was in an accident where my left nipple the piercing sunken and Daisy was very understanding and she kept reassuring me that this is common especially if you lay on one side. I highly recommend everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable and nice and I love that they don’t rush you they seem to really care about their craft!

I had an amazing experience here! My first piercing ever and it only took me 27 years to build up the courage! Haha couldnt have asked for a better experience. Daisy did my piercings and they were very precise and communicative through the process. The piercing itself was super easy and painless. Im so happy with my new earlobes! I got some very cute cross earrings that were within my price range as well!

Overpriced for basic things that they will still messed up. I got my septum pierced and it was awful to the point they had to call “the most experienced guy “on the store witch is very entitled and acts like he is a god. For the follow up they treat you like s#&t too.

Daisy was great. It is clear that they take their time with every client to ensure the best piercing possible. This was definitely the most comfortable piercing experience Ive had. Its been one day and my new septum and forward helix are so comfortable that I almost forget theyre there. There is a beautiful display of jewelry to choose from too. I love the piece I selected for my septum!

I absolutely love this place. Marcella is very kind and patient. I love the pieces she picked out for me, especially my little gold snake. Daisy pierced my 3rd lobes and helix. I felt very comfortable and all of my nerves just melted away. I felt very well taken care of. Daisy even checked my nostril piercing for me. I cant wait to go back.

I went here to change my rook piercing jewelry. A little pricey for installation of outside jewelry compared to other places but it was so easy to book online (same day) and Cuba made the process so quick and easy! If you can book with him he’s great

Went in with 3 friends and all of us got piercings. Mina did an amazing job and took great care of each of us. I scheduled the appts for 2pm and 2:20pm but didnt get done until 4pm. Cuba, the owner, was setting up 2 rooms for us but Mina ended up having to do piercings for all 4 of us. We did end up having to move our dinner reservation to account for an hour delay. Mina was fantastic though and was very thorough. We love our piercings!

This review is solely for my interaction with one of the staff who checked my nose piercing to make sure it was healing well and to see if I needed a shorter post. I got my piercing in TX, not here. I ended up not needing a shorter post and was not charged anything for coming in even though I got my piercing elsewhere. The customer service here is top notch, I will definitely be back for a piercing in the future :)

Booked online and was able to get an appt for the next day with Daisy. Got 2 new piercings, daith and tragus, on separate ears. Marcella and Daisy both helped me find the appropriate sized jewelry. Daisy was super professional and her technique is impeccable. The daith piercing was up first and honestly I barely felt anything. Tragus piercing went just as smoothly. Both pieces of jewelry are solid 14k gold and very high quality. Im already thinking of more piercings! I thought the shop was going to be good because it was clean but don’t let looks fool you they don’t know what they’re doing. i had someone pierce me twice (2 different people and both were training on those days) and both times i’ve had troubles first time it wasn’t tightened properly and 3 months later it fell out but okay no worries went back paid another $140 and now this piercing won’t even budge..its so tight that literally it’s starting to bleed, hurt and my finger tips have indents from how long i ive been trying to take it off. i’ve never wrote a review before but im pissed that i have to go all the way back there just to get it removed. anyways dont have people who dont know what they’re doing pierce people bc now it seems like i have to go to the hospital because of incompetent people.

I traveled an hour to come see Cuba after doing research on quality piercers in the area who could perform my nipple piercings. When I went in, we had to switch to Lylia because Cuba had a hand injury - which I didn’t mind. She did an incredible job on my piercings! She was so informative, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and she was so professional. She also checked my navel piercing and was able to reopen it for me while I was there.I returned 4 weeks later to get my nipples checked and my septum pierced with Daisy. Daisy was also very professional, thorough, and gentle. I walked out so satisfied with my piercing. I lost a bead a week later and I went back into the shop and after consulting with Cuba about the ring size, we decided to size up for my septum to make it more comfortable and he didn’t charge me for the sizing up. I was so grateful, and just another testament of how professional this establishment is. I really appreciate all the little details and steps they take to ensure you’re safe, comfortable, and happy with your result. I will 100% be returning for future piercings and to also get something from their large selection of premium jewelry.

I absolutely love this place! The service is impeccable. I’ve gotten pierced by Daisy and they were so calm and collected. They made me feel so comfortable when they were assisting me in picking jewelry and when they pierced my ear. I came here to get pierced with my partner. All the staff was very sweet and welcoming! We were pierced by Daisy, who was very professional and made sure we were aware and okay every step of the piercing process. Everything was very sanitary and we were even shown test proof that every single piece of jewelry was sterile. Daisy helped us even though we were both nervous, as it was our first time in a piercing shop. I wish I could’ve left a better tip- next time I get a piercing or jewelry for my existing piercing, I’m coming here. All the pieces were very pretty and very high quality; I got a white gold stud and my partner got titanium earrings. Much love, you guys are amazing.

I was researching piercing places in Chicago because I needed a new piercer ASAP and I am so glad I found Fundamental Piercing. I was able to get an appointment same day as well, and its super easy to book an appointment on their website that is catered to your needs! I worked with Cuba and he was so nice and sweet and easy to talk to! He helped change out my conch jewelry that I had done at another piercing shop and was super helpful with choosing the right fitted piece of jewelry for me! He was so gentle and communicative about what he was doing so I was always in the loop. My conch was only 5 months old and was more sensitive and I didnt even feel him change out my jewelry, it was amazing! It was super nice because the issue I always had was I never knew what the piece of jewelry would look like until it was already in my ear, but they have these awesome tools where they can put the jewelry in it and you can hold it up to your ear/area to see what it would potentially look like on you without it even touching you! They have a beautiful selection of jewelry to choose from with a good range of price as well. The shop is super cute and clean. I cant wait to get more piercings here and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a great piercing in Chicago!

This has got to be the most cleanest piercing shop Ive ever stepped foot in. Went here kinda, spur of the moment, kinda on a dare. Mina was my piercer and she was awesome. Very gentle. Let me know everything she was doing, even when she stepped out the room. Very nice and most importantly very clean. I am an out of towner, and I dont go to places like this when I am away from home, but like I said, it was a spur of the why the hell not moment. If you are visiting or local, I recommend this place. I am a nosey person, so I also paid attention to how they treated everyone who came in the door and the service was the same. Nice, welcoming, engaging.

Great experience with Daisy! I only got my lobes pierced but the whole experience was really well done.Forget the piercing gun at Target or Claires. Daisy spent time measuring and marking in a very deliberate and methodical manner and didnt pierce until everything was properly spaced and even. Besides observing a high standard of sanitation, I was super impressed with the amount of care before piercing. Daisy is a pro and made it as painless as possible. The selection of jewelry is GORGEOUS and well curated, with metals and stones of your choice. I dropped a wad on the jewelry but it was so worth it because its all 14k and 18k. I got the opal flower stud that is divine. From the care and intention with the actual piercing, the service, the expertise, the jewelry selection, and the hospitality, it was worth every penny. I absolutely love Fundamental! I’ve been looking for a clean, reliable and friendly piercer and this is the spot! Cuba has helped me with multiple piercing changes and also did a wonderful job piercing my forward helix. I ordered a piece of jewelry from this shop and received probably the best customer service Ive ever had in my life after I accidentally ordered the wrong thing.

Luis and Daisy were wonderful, clean, and very helpful and personable. I came in for a lip piercing to cover a sun spot on my lip and Luis helped acquire other consults to remove that first because the piercing wasnt going to cover it fully. Their selection of jewelry was suburb quality and just stunning, in fact so beautiful that I decided I couldnt leave without getting something done. I decided on my nose and Daisy suggested it too. They helped me pick out the jewelry that would look the best and I love it. Daisy was amazing. I barely felt the needle she was so good and quick. It has been almost 5 hours and I have zero pain! They give excellent after care instructions on a card as well. I cannot wait to come back for my next piercing and jewelry. I even have my friend in my home state of Michigan looking at the jewelry and she was also extremely impressed. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Took my 8 year old in for her first piercings this weekend. It was great! They were patient as my daughter picked out earrings and made sure to explain everything to us. As a parent I appreciated the care of sanitation. When it was time to pierce, Daisy was wonderful! From carefully measuring to finishing each piercing quickly I couldnt imagine a better experience. We will for sure be back for our younger daughters once they are old enough.

I wouldnt go again. Its a clean shop but the reception was stand-offish at best. I would speak to the receptionist and she would not make eye contact or verbally acknowledge me. She clearly heard me however she showed me the barbell I asked to see etc. At one point she just turned her back and walked away mid-sentence. Piercing I felt was professional but I think Ill find a better connection elsewhere. Price was a little cheaper than average but they require their hardware for new piercings and the selection is not the best.Update: Reviews arent where you finally get to provide good service because someone called you out. They arent for you. Reviews are the result of bad customer service in the first place.

I had a great experience with Luis and Daisy today!! I wanted a helix piercing but I wear hearing aids so I wasnt sure if it would be possible. Luis took the time to look at my ear and mark the best place for the helix, which coincidentally was the exact spot I wanted the piercing. Daisy did the piercing, and while it hurt, it was over quickly. Daisy did a great job of making me feel comfortable and doing the piercing quickly. It looks great and Im very happy with my experience - I will definitely return for jewelry and any future piercings I decide to get!

I had a great experience getting a piercing from Daisy today. The front desk person defaulted to non-binary pronouns and used the name on my appointment instead of my ID which should be the norm at all businesses, but usually isnt. They took every Covid precaution and the whole experience was very professional and welcoming. If youre nervous about a piercing Daisy has a very calming energy and explains whats happening at each step to put you at ease. Ill definitely be back for my next piercing!

I took my daughter here to have her ears re-pierced. They were extremely honest and said the old piercing was still good and saved me the cost. Everything was extremely clean. Cuba was very professional and knowledgeable.I came in for a septum piercing (previously had pierced in past twice). I had one years ago that was decent and one more recently that was crooked and painful (took out a day after getting it) from 2 other different piercing places.He did an assessment of my nose and told me he could not pierce it because of scar tissue and positioning. I was so bummed, but very grateful for his honesty and professionalism.I definitely want to return when I decide what I want next.Beautiful jewelry selection and super clean!

Ive had 4 ear piercings (3 helix, 1 flat) done by Daisy at Fundamental and she is the best. Every time I am there, she and Cuba are both so professional, so kind, and you can tell they put such care into their work. I had the best experience with Luis today! My husband and I walked by with the intention to scan their schedule barcode to make an appointment, and Luis invited me in. He had some availability and after a quick online registration, we were ready to go. The jewelry available was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. It was also very fairly priced. The space is very clean, relaxing, and aesthetically-pleasing. Luis had my piercing switched out in minutes and I was on my way. I can’t recommend Fundamental enough, they made me feel so comfortable getting this service in these times.

I got my conch pierced here in February and the experience was great. I have low pain tolerance and Daisy made it quick and easy. My ears are quite thin so the piercing began healing wrong due to improper mask wearing but Cuba and Daisy took it out, let it heal, and Daisy repierced it a few weeks later. I love this shop and its the only one I recommend to people now. So sad that I moved from Chicago because getting pierced by this team made me want so many more!

I had to come here the day after going to another shop and getting a nose piercing I noticed was sinking into my nose the next morning. I booked an appointment same day and Cuba took care of me. He was able to confirm the ring was too small and the L shaped ring that was put in was not appropriate for my nose shape as well as the fact that the ring was NOT titanium like I thought. Cuba was able to replace the ring for me and was extremely thorough with the process. As a person with anxiety it really helps for me to be told when someone is about to do something and gives me step by step updates throughout the entire process, which Cuba did. I will definitely be back for additional piercings I have planned.

Absolutely loved the place! The Clerk was very forward and helpful with picking out the jewelry and was very patient with me and my girlfriend who went. The professional that did the piercings was incredibly kind and helpful as they could tell I never had a piercing and were patient with me the whole time; only part that dissapointed me was that we couldnt leave a nicer tip. I highly recommend it if you are thinking of getting a piercing most definitely go here!!

My favorite piercing shop in the city. All staff are professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a reflection of the quality of jewelry they use. The selection is beautiful and the shop is extremely clean. DONT GET A CHEAP PIERCING, youll have to come here to fix it later ;) I visited this shop when it opened a few years ago and was so pleased to see it doing well.

Got the rook of my ear pierced here today by Daisy, and she was great! Ill echo what others have said - everything was very COVID safe, even as restrictions are being eased across the city, so that was definitely reassuring. Daisy was awesome as she pierced my ear. I mentioned that I was a little dehydrated just from the weather and she immediately brought me a water bottle. She let me babble nervously throughout the process and gave me breathing instructions the whole way through, and in the end I honestly only ever felt pressure as opposed to pain. Super pleased with the way my piercing looks! Daisy also told me to come back in 4-6 weeks so they could check to make sure everything was healing properly, which isnt something Ive seen consistently with other establishments, so again - very reassuring. Will definitely come back in the future and would absolutely recommend.

Im a little late on this review... but I just wanted to say that Fundamental Body Piercing Shop has the best staff, hospitality, service and jewelry selection in the city!I had a really terriable experince with another shop with my high nostrils. I was told by my friend to go to Fundamental, and Im so glad I ended up taking her advice!I had message Daisy about the situation i was in & she was so helpful and respectful about the whole thing and offered I come in for a consultation.She gave me advice and even ask to see the anatomy of my nose (which a lot of piercers dont ask now a days they just go in) to see if my nose was even suitable for high nostrils and if I had any scar tissues.After, checking on that she gave me the okay to get them re-pierced.Daisy made the whole experince as smooth and painless as possible.She literally made a girl smile again! Im so in love with my high nostrils and Im so grateful for Fundamental for making it happen!I will definitely be coming back to get more piercings and jewelry

Excellent experience. I would definitely go here for all my piercings if I were a Chicago resident! Everything was sanitary and sterile. My piercing is progressing just as they said it would. Ill be flying back in town just for my follow up in 5 weeks. They are worth the trip!

The staff is very nice and fast but make sure they are doing proper placements. I went in to get my upper lobe pierced and the placement on my left ear is great but the placement on the right is so close to my other piercing that It is incredibly hard to put earrings in.

I had an amazing septum piercing experience with Daisy at Fundamental Body Piercing. The shop is so cute, great selection of jewelry, & super professional. I was talked through the whole process & Daisy was extremely thorough with making sure everything was clean. Before COVID was even a thing Cuba did my first nose piercing. He walks you through the entire process step by step so there is no surprises. I just got my second piercing from Cuba on my other side of my nose and couldnt be more pleased. The service here is above and beyond. I only go here for my piercings now. Thanks again Cuba!

Got my septum pierced less than a week ago, they pierced it so well that I could not even feel the piercing afterwards. Almost a week with the piercing no soreness. Healing fast, No swelling, barley feel it.They are professional piercers, They know what they’re doing

I would reccommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing. The staff is friendly and super chill and helpful. They helped me pick out what jewelry would look best. I got my nostril pierced almost a week ago and it is healing quickly and looks soooo good. When my piercer was marking the spot I asked if it should be further back and they easily explained what would look best for what Im looking for. My boyfriend also got his ears pierced here in Feb. 2020 and they were wonderful then too. When it came to the actual piercing part, it didnt even hurt and I felt super comfortable. Super satisfied, would get pierced here again!

Two stars for the beautiful space and jewelry selection. For us, the customer service was extremely lacking. Cuba was very dismissive and condescending; so much so we decided to leave our appointment and go somewhere else. Perhaps youll have a better experience, but I refuse to spend my hard-earned money where it isnt respected.Edit: Wed brought in jewelry to use for the piercing and was told we couldnt use it, which was fine. Again, it was the tone that felt dismissive and pompous. Sometimes its not what you say but how you say it. Perhaps they assumed we didnt have the money to buy jewelry there, I dont know but I assure you that wasnt case :).

This place is phenomenal! I know Cuba from a previous piercing shop and found out hed opened Fundamental so I followed him to this location. Hes a great piercer and has beautiful high quality jewelry. Hes done a few of my piercings over the last 4-5 yrs and whenever Im in the mood for new pieces I run over to see what jewelry he has on display. Youll always get friendly outstanding service and any piercing concerns or questions he will happily answer. I wouldnt go anywhere else and highly recommend Fundamental for all of your piercing and jewelry needs!

GO HERE!!! Fundamental Body Piercing is the only place I will go to for piercings from here on out. This place is so so lovely, Cuba was so helpful and extremely welcoming. Even though I came in late with a friend, Cuba was still able to accommodate us completely. All the pieces are so beautiful and QUALITY!! I had an appointment with Daisy to get a second hole pierced on my earlobes. She did a great job and Im so happy with them. Also, their jewelry selection is amazing. I cant wait to buy some more pieces.

I got my nipples pierced here the other day and the professionalism of the workers helping me was amazing. I never felt uncomfortable and the experience was really welcoming and left me happy and satisfied with my piercing. A great place to go to get real piercing by professionals.

I received my first ear lobe piercings from Cuba then Daisy has been stretching my ear lobes. Cuba and Daisy are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in their trade. I would note, that everyones anatomy is different. My ear lobes decided to eat the o-rings off of my gauges(7 o-rings were inside my ear lobe) and I only recently came into to get my gauges looked at. Cuba and Daisy educated, assisted, and offered recommendations with regards to my gauges. I took their recommendations and scheduled more check ups. We were able to size up my gauges though with the help of my ear lobes. I love this studio!!

Daisy was lovely, but Cuba was not very understanding or patient. Let me expand: Cuba approached my concern for the state of my piercing, which I ended up removing bc of a hypertrophic scar forming(not related to Daisys piercing, just how my body healed) in the same way that medical professionals approach many disabled folks. He dismissed my concerns and what I reported of my own body and told me the bump I was feeling was not actually a keloid. I went to a second piercing shop and a dermatologist who both recommended I remove the piercing to avoid further scarring.Im not disgruntled because of the scarring or bc Cuba assessed it differently than the dermatologist or the other piercer, he is much more experienced than I am in the realm of piercings. It was the dismissive nature of his response and his refusal to accept what I had reported of my own body which was all too reminiscent of the gaslighting Ive experienced by many professionals in the past.If you dont have share my kind of history, then Fundamental Body Piercing seems to know what theyre doing in terms of technique, cleanliness, pricing, etc. But if you want a place with a bit more warmth, understanding and kindness, Id suggest someplace else.

The staff are really kind and run a beautiful, professional and sanitary space. Grateful this Latinx-owned shop exists, please support them :) They also use very high quality jewelry that is not going to (or much less likely to) cause any kind of allergic reaction.

If your a person of color dont come here because they will turn you down. When I tried to get through the door the women literilly would not open the door for 5 minutes. Made an a appointment with them and when I got there they asked for a covid vaccination which i showed and then they proceeded to ask me for a negative covid test and were so rude about it. When i booked with the girl, never did she once say anything about having a negative covid test. She told me there is no way she would do my piercing change even though they both werent wearing masks and I was.

I went here to get my ears re-pierced and I had a fantastic experience! Everyone was so sweet and this was by far my easiest piercing. I absolutely recommend coming here for anyone who plans on getting a piercing in the future.

Should have never gone to this place. A friend went a few months before me, they placed the wrong size gauge and when it fell out, they told her they take no responsibility and she could buy another piece of jewelry. Welp! I spent 250 dollars on jewelry less than a week ago and both have fallen out. AVOID

I was really nervous because I’m afraid of needles but Cuba was very supportive and let me take my time he told me all the good and bad information and was very transparent the piercing itself was almost painless and was very quick and easy and overall I loved the experience and the outcome
