Me and some friends went in to get piercings and the piercer Joe was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and patient with us while we were picking out what we wanted to get done. Everything was very clean and organized and we will definitely be going back! 10/10

I read so many awesome reviews about the piercer, Joe before I chose to go here for my daith piercing. I went in today to get it done and i must conquer that he is awesome! I was a little nervous when I got there, but he was calm, reassuring and very friendly. I was most impressed by the work station where he does the piercings. Everything is sterile and he is very clean about how he does the procedure. He is definitely very experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled. He also has great customer service. I was so comfortable and pleased with his work that I will be bringing my daughter back to him when its time for her to get pierced and i would recommend him to anyone.

The people there were overall very rude and the second I was offered to be pierced with a hoop, I should have ran out the other way. The man who pierced me doesnt even have piercings himself, and he put curved barbells in both my conch and helix. this is the incorrect jewlery. Not only that, but the extra jewelry I bought for after my piercings were healed was SOOO low quality, one of them turned brown after wearing it for awhile, and the other completely started flaking in my ear. So much money wasted. I came back to get my conch rescrewed one time and they were even more rude. He could see that they jewlery was green and still was okay with putting it back in. Terrible. I would never go back ever and please stay away from this tattoo shop. Never get pierced here.

Never again. If I could give them a 0. I went and a snake eyes tongue piercing done. He clearly pierced it crook it. I called 2 days late because it was Sunday the following day and they was closed. Then it was Memorial Day also closed. He told me I could get it fixed. I came back in he acting like he ain’t pierce it crook it and tryna say it’s from swelling. But when he first pierced it I was crook it. Won’t give you yo money back or do a different piercing. Don’t go here they trying get over.

Victoria does amazing tattoos! She completed everything in 1 session. Im very impressed and will be back for more!

I would like to say the piercer JOE was very helpful today and i appreciate him letting me come so last minute to get a piercing, today i went to another shop in akron where i am from, and my piercing was done the wrong way to where it hurt, so i desperately called about 7 shops to get in to get help because that’s how uncomfortable i was i had no luck because most were closing or already closed…., i stumbled across Tatto Cafe , called & explained my situation and i was directed i could come by even tho the was already last minute and i got there 15 min before the shop closed, Second shout out to Joe, the one who saved my piercing and explained what was done wrong by the first shop i went to today. He literally saved my life and my piercing looks WAYYY better and no pain! and another thing, the piercing was a great price, and he handled with care. i really appreciate it! i will be returning 🩷

The only place I get my tattoos from Rob is a beast when it comes to his tattoos they way people always compliment me on them where ever I go highly recommend

Wonderful caring staff! The man, Joey, who did my piercing was quite educated and extremely knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to about any concerns. The female who worked the front desk was really a very kind soul. I will never recommend another tattoo/piercing shop. They WON me over for LIFE!!

Robert Storey has done the majority of my tattoos. Always professional and reasonable with pricing. Very clean and good at what he does. Would recommend him every time.

My friends and I got a few piercings here, and had a great experience. The piercer was lovely, very skilled, and made sure we were comfortable. Their rates are also incredibly reasonable--my daith was 30, and I think they do discounts on double piercings. Definitely coming back! Like others have said, theyre cash only but do have an ATM.

Got my septum pierced about a month ago. It has been healing perfectly!! Joe definitely knew what he was doing and it took him no time to find my sweet spot (the area the septum should be pierced). Thanks a bunch Joe, will definitely be coming back soon!!

Tattoo Cafe is a great place to go for piercings and tattoos.... The vibe is great and the artist and piecers are great. I went here a few years back for my nipple to be re pierced and they did a great job. So of course when two of my teens wanted their nostrils pierced I went back. Joe pierced both nostrils on my daughter ( one hoop & one stud ) and one on my son. He did great got the vibe chill to get their minds off it to relax them while joking and chatting with them one of my daughters friends and my husband & myself. I HIGHLY recommend him for any piercings he is awesome and funny 🤣. The tattoo artist here are great also, I havent gotten any ink yet there but Im planning too and Ive seen the work done by a few and its good work. Five stars all around and the people there are amazing. Thanks Tattoo Cafe for being a great place to get good art and piercings done.

They were very polite and helpful. The piercer explained the ear piercing through the whole process which made it more reassuring for my son. They turned out great. My son loves em! Thanks again!

Joe is absolutely amazing! He’s professional, respectful, and truly amazing at what he does. I have 4 piercings from him and he’s pierced my daughter 3 times. All piercings have healed without any issues. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I got my snakebites done earlier and he was amazing, my experience was so good and very quick and painless. Had my 5 year old daughters ears pierced there today and they made us feel very comfortable. Heads up though they are Cash only. They do have an ATM.

He made my experience so good I was so scared this is only my second piercing he was joking making me laugh and told me everything I wanted and needed to know ! I couldn’t ask for a better piercer. Got my first tattoo done here. Rob Storey took my rough sketch and made it a work of art. Also got my eyebrow pierced here a few weeks ago. Quick and painless and healed up nicely.

I had a great experience. Our piercer (i believe his name is Joe) pierced my second ear and then my less than 1 year old girl daughter. He was extremely calm and our overall experience was wonderful. I also Got another piercing and it was the second time I’ve had the same piercing.Take my word for it. It was painless in comparison to my first time. He was EXCELLENT in piercing and i HIGHLY recommend.They may be busy but they take people in order. Also, cash only!

It was super quick and not painful! Was really efficient given that I was there 30 mins before close which I really appreciated since some places wont even do the same! Will definitely go again for more piercings and a possible new tattoo :)

I had my first ear piercing when I was a kid at Claire’s and I just remember afterwards it hurt a lot and swelled up, I’m sure it got infected. This time when I got my ears pierced I didn’t even feel it getting done and I’ve no pain since then! It’s really weird to me but I figure maybe that’s the difference when you go to a professional.Also was able to call Friday night and show up right before hand and they accommodate led me. Lastly, the counter girl was very nice and energetic even though it was the end of the day. I meant to tell her I like her notes tattoo.

Never got around to giving them a review, but this is my all time favorite tattoo/piercing shop. Iv been coming here for the past 3-4yrs and my moms been coming here even longer. iv had all my piercings done(ears, belly, dermals etc) and he’s the best piercer iv ever been to and i refuse to go to anyone else now. Everyone there, including the tatoo artist we go to(rob) is extremely professional, have great prices and all do there work the best. So even if your out of state i highly recommend flying in 🙌

I just got my ears pierced for the first time and was eased into it I was a bit nervous and felt comfortable with Joe and the staff that were there. The piercing was quick, way less painful than I expected, and professional. These people are awesome and are doing great work!

Just rude. I called in advance before showing up to the shop to get an industrial piercing, asking for the price and asking if they would be busy. They said they were not too busy so I stopped by the shop. Many MANY of my friends had recommended this place and said so much good stuff abt it but I had the WORST experience there that I’ve had at any piercing shop. I wasn’t greeted. Instead stared at by the employees. They were both doing tattoos and I asked how long the wait would be, the owner said “whenever I’m done” in a snappy, rude manner. Then an entire family walked in and walked past me and THEY were taken for their piercings before me. I tried talking to the owner again but he ignored me and I just walked out. They are shockingly understaffed, the place is huge but they had 2 people there. I’m NOT going back and despite the good things my friends had said I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Instead I went to body revolution tattoo and they were so sweet. They gave me all the info on aftercare and the piercing was quick and almost painless. The piercer was the nicest I’ve ever met.

Their piercer is the best most experienced most chill piercer ever. I highly recommend this place for all your piercing needs.

Very friendly staff and good prices! The staff is very welcoming and have conversations with you while youre waiting. I got my double forward helix pierced for $40. They only accept cash but they do have an ATM inside. Joe was kind and explained everything before he did it. He also makes sure that you are completely comfortable. My overall experience went very well!

Go here for my piercings all the time the owner does the piercings his self. Very quick and clean and can’t beat the prices at this place. Introduced my sister and son to this place and they as well won’t go anywhere else. Stays open late too which is convenient for my sons work hours. Large selection of jewelry which is also priced so low. Can’t beat it

Pierced my 5yo ears. Joe was super nice, and worked well with my nervous child. He was patient when she almost chickened out and ran to the restroom.

Have gotten all 5 of my piercings, pierced here. Besides my ears but those closed up, dont go to Claires for an ear piercing LMAO. And I had never had a bad piercing. Never once infected, never crooked, and an amazing and funny piercer.

A few friends and I went to get our diath pierced.While we had a short wait, it was worth it. Joe took care of all four of us perfectly. I even had my 2 kids with us and he was so nice, interacting with them. We felt very comfortable. And it was very fast. 5 piercings between all of us and we were in and out within an hour and a half, total. It got busy quick, so they must know how to handle customers! 10/10 recommend ❤️

Beyond wonderful!!! I have only experienced the piercing part of Tattoo Cafe but highly recommend. Facility is cleam, sterile and the piercer Joe ia great. Very gentle when he does the piercing, so it does not hurt as much!! Dont go anywhere else!! I had a bad experience at another piercing shop, came to Joe and he gave me the exact piercing I wanted. Daith piercing...I went at a great time, there was no wait, the piercing itself was really fast and it he did a great job. The piercer was great, explained care for me really well also. I had my belly button pierced recently by Joe when I went to Tattoo Cafe. My two friends also got piercings in their nose and ear. Everything was sterile and Joe was very laid back and fun to talk to. There are no issues with our piercings and we are all healing nicely. A great place to go!!

The piercer is extremely professional and made me feel very confident in his ability. I was nervous about getting g the particular piercing I got, but he was really great at helping me calm down. I got a pretty sensitive area pierced and expected an insane amount of pain but he used numbing gel and it barely hurt at all. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that wants a piercing.

Today I went originally to get a new nose ring, Joe helped me and he was great, just like before. Then i decided to get a tattoo. I was assisted by Artist Victoria. She did such a great job and Ive already received several compliments. She was patient with my questions and i must say I love her free hand writing. Definately recommend.

I went yesterday and I was actually pleasantly surprised by how the service was. I did have to wait for 20 minutes before I was taken back but I later found out it was because the client in front of me had a very complex piercing request. My piercer was super nice and talked to me the entire time.

I went here about a week and a half ago and received several piercings in the same sitting. Both the piercer ( sorry Im terrible with names and unfortunately forgot) and the man working at the counter, who helped me when I came in, Were very polite and and all of the waiver stuff taken care of quickly and easily. The man doing the piercing really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked okay, both before and after actually piercing. Everything was taken from sterilized packaging, and everything was very professional, which made me feel at ease. My piercings look great and are healing. The shop itself is pretty cool looking and has a awesome interior. Also with their $20 sale it was pretty cheap for what I had done. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning in the future.

I absolutely love this place. Joe is the one piercer I’ve found that actually takes his job seriously. I live in Mentor, but the drive to this place is so worth it for the quality. I’ve gotten 3 of my piercings done by Joe and I haven’t had any problems. Big shout out to him for being so chill and truly knowing his stuff!

Got my tongue pierced last summer here and it was good, guy was informative, quick and easy. So of course I came back to get my nostril pierced some weeks ago and the guy did a terrible job. Used a hoop, terrible cleaning advice, etc. he never explained anything he just put a ring in my nose and I walked out. Had to contact another more professional piercing shop to get a change and a look over etc. don’t be curved by the cheap piercing prices the ‘sale’ has been going on for over a year.Now I have a giant swollen red bump on my nose and it’s embarrassing (not a keloid).....

I got my back dermals pierced by Joe here. Nothing but good things to say. Very gentle, and very clean. Incredibly sterile place that removes all needles in front of you. He was patient and made sure he put them exactly where I wanted. The price was very reasonable. All and all an incredible experience and definitely will be going back.

I had a really good experience. Walked in 01/09/21 took like 11 monutes from paperwork to purchase. I got my septum pierced and additional jewelry for $33. Loved that price. Huge jewelry selection, by FAR the best Ive seen since moving to Cleveland.

My wife and I stopped in last night, and we are Very Happy that we did. I got a great Black Flag arm tattoo, and she got a piercing. The shop was very clean and professional, and the artists were TOP NOTCH. I have gotten tattoos all over the country and around the world, and this is the best shop Ive been to. Fair prices, excellent customer service, comfortable setting, and great art. We ABSOLUTELY will be back, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for Fresh Ink or a cool piercing. Once I heal up, I will be heading back to get my next one. Dont waste time looking around anywhere else; this place is the BEST.

Friendly staff, fast service, but aftercare information is incredibly lax (only told me to wash with Dial handsoap) and the jewelry is incredibly low quality. i havent taken my tragus barbell out in over a year because the external threading was so irritating.

Very professional clean and friendly. Fixed my previous piercings i had gotten done somewhr else. They have huge selection of jewelry pricing is good and privacy if needed like in my case for my vch piercing. Very satisfied with my service. This establishment is cash only. They do however have an atm, so you dont have to leave. On 7/13/22 joe pierced my nose. he need a picture of me with my name on it but that Id with any place considering Im only 13, but none the less he did a amazing job & was very kind. my mom & dad also have got tattoos done by robert. no matter who does your piercing/tattoo I would 10/10 recommend

Have had 6 ink sessions, and every one of them has been perfect. Eric and Andy both do great work. Joe has been great with all of the piercings on others while I was getting my ink done. I will always be a returning customer at Tattoo Cafe!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Joe has done piercings for myself, my brother, my sister, and most recently my 10 year old daughters ears. Super professional, clean, and amazing. I recently went back and had 2 tattoos covered up on my back by Doug. Hes awesome! I couldnt be happier. Pricing is unbelievably fair and the design he did is gorgeous. Whether you need a tattoo or a piercing this is the place to go. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I totally would!

Went to get my first tattoo done here and they were extremely nice and willing to work with you to make your drawling perfect. Everything is clean and sterile. New needles are used every time then disposed of. Highly recommended! Will definitely go back!

The staff here is very professional. The piercer was very knowledgeable, clean, thorough, and knows his craft. He explained everything before and after. Basically, he did his job, but the difference is.. he did it well. I truly appreciate it.

Went there a few weeks ago for a nose piercing. Got in and out. I cant remember who pierced me cause I didnt catch their name (either Nick or Joe?), but they did an excellent job! Answered all my questions, and pierced me with ease. My nose bled a bit, but they cleaned it up for me! Good place to go, I do recommend. :-)

My tragus was pierced with a curved barbell which should NEVER be used. My friend’s helix was pierced with the jewelry itself and had butterfly backs which, again, should not be done. I had high hopes from the reviews but I’m very disappointed I wasted my money.

Ive been going here for about 11+ years. They are awesome!! My 3 yr old niece just got her ears pierced here, and he was soo personable and paitent with her. Highly recommend!!!

Went in to get a rook piercing with a friend the guy pierced hers perfectly no problems but mine was pierced in the wrong spot it was pierced with to small of a gauge only had it a month and a half before I had to take it out because of they he pierced it , it got a very bad infection even with cleaning it, the piercer who took it out even had to get clamps to take it out because of how small and tight it was on and she said that she is about ready to call and complain about them herself. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Great service. Got a nose piercing. The guy was kind and gentle. I didnt feel a thing. I came back because I pushed my nose ring out by accident. He was patient and gentle again to get it back in. I highly recommend this place and would come again!

This is the first place I got my tattoo I came as a walk and talked to Andy he know exactly what I wanted when it came to fonts, proportion, sizing and color. The business seems to be ran the the right way its always clean with a friendly atmosphere. I waited a few months to write this review because I herd so many people say they had to go back to get there tattoos touched up but with Andy I followed what he said to do after the tattoo is done to this day it looks exactly the way it did a week after my tattoo. Overall Im very happy with my experience and highly recomend people that are new to tattoos to come in and at least gain some knowledge and point you in the right direction if they cant help you.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at tattoo café! I have gotten five of my tattoos and five of my piercings done there. Every tattoo has been done perfectly and EVERYONE is extremely friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone! and as far as piercings go, the piercer, Joe, is the most knowledgeable and wonderful piercer I have ever met. I only go to him for my piercings now! :) I cant explain how much I love love love tattoo café! if I could rate it higher than five stars, I would :)

I have gotten both of my tattoos at this company. I made an appointment with Andy he was 10 minutes later than my appointment but he made up for it by the wonderful work he did. he made me feel very at ease when getting the one I have recently got( which is on my wrist). Andy is an amazing artist!

I went here to get my helix piercing redone and was very happy with the experience. The artists were very nice and funny and the piercing and tattooing stations were clean and well organised. They have a great selection of jewelry as well.

I got two dermal piercings Joe was very professional quick with great info on how to take care of my dermal piercings. The the place overall great atmosphere great energy. I got my ears pierced and repierced! Super nice! They autoclaved the earrings and used numbing stuff too! Very nice staff. I definitely recommend you take yourself or yourchildren to get pierced here rather than claires. I got mine at claires once, it hurts a lot more and some of the piercings were crooked, also they dont autoclave the earrings.

So far Ive had two piercings, excellent. I had one years ago, but finally had to remove the jewelry because it wouldnt heal after several years, and it closed. Joe Phillips helped me evaluate whether to have it repierced. He did a careful examination, laid out all the considerations, and we moved forward.One can only call his shop a surgery theatre, so clinical and clean. He is kind, uber-competent, and he explains everything hes doing at every step. The repiercing is healing better than the first one ever did, the new, first-time piercing is healing perfectly, as well. Im eager for the next. Went to tattoo Cafe mainly for the daith piercing because I wanted to see if it would help me with my migraines. I also got a tragus piercing. Joe was super helpful and knowledgable and did two fantastic piercings. Im so happy with the experience. I noticed a difference with my migraines the next day. After waking up every morning for weeks with a migraine, I can honestly say it is working for me! Thank you Joe!

My tattoo artist was Nick. He did great work however his concern for others time was lacking. I planned on being in there for a total of 4 hours over 2 sessions. Came in for my first appointment, which was prescheduled and he was working on another tattoo which took over an hour after my scheduled time. Go back for round two and he was double booked, told me I had to reschedule even though I was scheduled two weeks in advance. Finally able to get in the last session, of course he shows up late. Almost 3 hours of my life I wasted waiting to get my tattoo done. But if you have extra time to waste, he does awesome work

I went in to get both of my ears peirced. I wasnt sure on what gauge I wanted. Joe was helpful in showing my options. I ended up going with an 8 gauge. The process was quick and easy. Couple deep breaths and it was all over. Ill be back to change out new jewelry once Im healed. Already feeling good on day 2, :)

The overall shop is incredibly cluttered. What should be the cafe area is just stuffed with boxes and randoms. No one greeted me when I walked in. Piercer was super nice but didnt give me any after care info.

Im great need of customer service! Nobody to greet us or talk to us. My husband had to do the photoshop of his own tattoo while the artist just stood there bc he didnt know how to do it himself? Half the room is run down and dark with junk and an old motorcycle lying there. Maybe it Used to be a cafe. And the tattoo artists got into a fight in the Middle of tattooing my husband. They went outside to fight and we Literally almost left right then. Very unprofessional and thought they had a lot of potential but needs a lot of work. Our tattoo artist worked really hard on the tattoo, just wish the rest of the experience was better from the business itself! Not sure how they got such good reviews.

Had a guy named joe do my belly button piercing. quick, safe, clean, easy. came back 2 years later to get my nose done this past week. same guy, good experience again. was also warned about a girl who goes by 1stinka. she did my nipples. I was lucky they turned out bc many people went to tattoo cafe to get piercings fixed that were originallydone by her. ALWAYS go pro, you think youre getting a good deal at someones house but shop prices are a guarantee for a good piercing!

Honestly, if I could give them NO STARS, I would. The staff was extremely unfriendly and hella weird. Anyways, I got a piercing here and the jewelry was way too small if he pierced it with a hoop which was also entirely too small! I’m going to a more reputable shop with friendlier staff cause this place is tacky and awful.

My daughter went in for a consultation as she was told, no one greeted her and the guy she was to meet with I guess felt interrupted and wouldnt even look up at her when she was trying to explain what she was interested in getting. And dont even think their helpful with suggestions, I mean isnt that what their job is? Rude, nasty, unprofessional a**holes! Best place for piercings in northeast ohio. Super cheap and both my medusa and nipple piercings were painless and done perfectly straight and healed really quickly. Always regret not tipping more, most places charge more and dont do as good of a job. Always $20 for a piercing and the jelewery costs like nothing. Big selection of jelwery and aftercare products too.

Decent place long wait the place is far from sanitized they have broke down motorcycles in the tattoo shop the artist shouldnt be tattooing anymore but they did eventually come help us after 15 minutes of just standing there so I would recommend this place if your not in a hurry and you dont mind waiting and you dont mind it being dirty I wouldnt get tattooed here but ive also never seen their tattoo work

I got a tattoo here in February this last year. It was a remembrance of my fathers motorcycle since he had died. Now i have to admit i was a little suspicious bc of location and the inside seemed to be in a state of construction. But the work was awesome and i have had multiple compliments from it since.

Went there for a septum piercing, the guy totally screwed up. This was my fifth piercing and by far the most painful. Its been three months and it still hurts. It was my first and last time there. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Went to there to get my tongue pierced and he was good did it quick but after I left I realized that he pierced my tongue crocked, he didnt even pierced one side where he had marked it.
