Sergio is the absolute best. He was very easy to talk to and his music choices were spot on. He took great care of my son and his tattoo came out BOMB!!!! They are an experience there. Definitely coming back! ❤️

I got some piercings done by Moe 10 days ago that I immediately questioned because they didn’t look right. Upon getting home to Texas I had them assessed by another piercing shop and was told they had to be immediately removed because they were done so incorrectly. When I called the shop there was no concerns or follow up about who did it or what happened and they have a no refund policy which is probably because this happens a lot. He was an extremely new piercer and clearly nobody is doing quality control.

I took my child here to get Angel fang piercings done. Troy was very professional and asked many questions to ensure the piercings were done just as requested. He did an excellent job! We will be going back to see him in the future to get more piercings done.

I came here to get my belly button pierced. everything was disorderly, almost a 2 hour wait, and the bar they used was too short. i noticed it was tight whenever i’d sit down and called back to have it replaced with a longer bar. on the phone they were telling me to come back for the longer bar but in person they were telling me the bar was fine. a couple days later i noticed it was sinking into my skin. they replaced it after my second complaint. i’ve had a dark mark around my piercing since.

DO NOT GET A PIERCING HERE. Got my nose pierced and it has not healed. The jewelry is fake and so my body rejected the piercing creating bumps on my nose. Had to go to another piercer and they said my nose was inflamed and instantly knew it was from here. Do not go.

Came for tattoos and left super happy, Micah’ did such a great job and had amazing tattoos i pad 320 for 2 medium sized tattoos that took almost three hours!!!! Love them dude favorite tattoo artist ever.

Called and asked if we could be seen, was told if you get here by 730, we got you. Arrived right before 730, 5 people including my wife and I in the lobby. 2 of the people tell us good luck they just told people they had to go because we are done. Then after 30 mins they had taken other back and never ask us anything then 3 people came in asked what we wanted and then a gentleman came out and said can you come back tomorrow, we have had a rough day and still have to clean. We obviously went elsewhere (true art in Ohio city- 5 star service)but I think this is a clear sign of poor management/costumer service and would highly recommend going elsewhere.

This location was very poorly ran. When we first came in, there were people scattered about, but no one who worked there anywhere to be seen. The space felt empty, and wasnt the cleanest. We stood and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to appear from the adjoining building. When asked who was first, I spoke up, amd was asked to wait a moment. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes, while I watched everyone who came in after me, get serviced. When I spoke up again, I was dismissed. No one knew what was going on, and there was no order to the way they helped their customers. The attitude from the employees was harsh and rude, like we were a bother. This was my first experience at this location, and after the treatment I received, is also my last. They should have one person running the intake, and in the area prior to being worked on.

Got a nose piercing here a few weeks ago. The piercer was very nice and did a good job. Would recommend!

Even if you get there 30-40 minutes before they close, they won’t take you back for a piercing. We arrived at 7:25-7:30 and were told that only two more people were going to be seen and the rest of us had to come back. I wouldn’t have minded if they were more professional / kind but they were rude and smelled like weed. The guy that walked towards the front from the back reeked and had red eyes. Super professional! If you want a piercing or tattoo done by someone sober, don’t come here.

I had the best experience with Alex. She did my septum so perfectly and quickly and she was super insightful and fun to talk to. I’m very excited to come back for more piercings from her! I attached a photo taken about 8 hours after my piercing.

If I could give negative stars I would. Got a bad nose piercing from this place. I knew something was wrong by the amount of blood that gushed out. The guy who did my piercing couldn’t care less just stood there and stared. Husband was pissed and shocked by what was happening. He asked the guy for a bandage or something to stop the bleeding and the guy says “we don’t have anything” left the place with blood gushing down my face and a rough paper towel. The piercing area was dark and the vibes were terrible. I should have listened to my intuition. If you still choose to get a piercing at this location, bring some first aid with you and don’t go alone.

I had my nipples pierced by Ryan, hands down best piercing experience. It was quick, professional and I was made to feel comfortable during the process. I was informed of all cleaning procedures and after care, as well as certain things to avoid any irritation/complications. Definitely would recommend getting pierced here!

Wanted a simple eye brow peircing and the children who work there apparently dont know how to do it anymore. Ive gotten all my stuff done here and now the new generation comes in and has no clue what to do lol kinda crazy

Won’t be coming back. i always told myself before that i wouldn’t come here because my friend got an infected industrial piercing from them years ago so i was always hesitant but decided to give them a try. i called an hour before arriving to double check was told they stop doing piercings at 6:30 because they close at 7. i arrived at 6:20 and they denied me because there was other people there as well. they need to inform people that if there is a line of people even coming in before 6:30, that they still won’t take you if that’s the case. don’t just tell people you can come in and get a piercing up until 6:30. wasted my time wnd gas coming up here.

Makayla was the most professional laid back piercer. I would recommend her for any body piercing. We got a septum, belly button, and two nose piercing with our group. She had us in and out in less than an hour. What awesome service!!! Highly Highly Highly recommend her and this shop.

I got my tongue pierced here almost a year and a half ago and had no problems. Everything was clean and sanitized as well.

Got pierced with super low quality jewelry. looked up online later and found out it’s not even the proper starter jewelry. took it out. seemed like the piercer started yesterday they didn’t know what they were doing. will not be back

So fast and clean! I was in and out in like 10 minutes with everything I needed! I wasnt sure about after care so the lovely person who did my piercing (my second earring) recommended their saline solution and, honestly, the healing process is going much better than the first time around!

I had my septum pierced by Tabitha and she did an amazing job! She made conversation with me the entire time and helped relax my nerves before and during the procedure. The overall environment is very professional and they keep everything as clean as possible. I was a first time customer at this location and will definitely be returning for more piercings in the future. I cant recommend them enough for anyone looking for a courteous and pleasant tattoo shop.Fair warning that they can get a bit crowded, so patience is a virtue! You could be waiting for over twenty minutes to be seen. The waiting room was super packed when I visited, but dont let that put you off.

Mikayla did my Medusa and she was flawless! It was done cleanly, sterile, and quick. No pain other than a pinch from the jewelry I’ll give it a 2/10 pain. Definitely would recommend her! Coming back for my septum! 😊

Worst customer service.decided to treat myself before picking up my son at school today. went there at 2p, waited for 30 mins without anyone greeting us. decided to go in restricted area where i was quoted 30 mins wait. waited another 30 mins when he finally came out.he then checked in the 5 others infront of me including myself. didnt say much. took back the first people & i ended up leaving after waiting 1.5 hrs.NOT WORTH MY TIME- thank you for wasting my beautiful thurs afternoon, ended up leaving with nothing but a headache.

Do NOT go here. These are no professional piercers and should not be piercing people. I came here a couple months ago for a double helix. The lady who pierced me (idk her name) messed up both of them so badly I don’t even know how it’s possible. They are uneven in the back and the angle is off causing the jewelry to lay weird. They were also pierced with a curved barbell which in NO WAY should ever be used in a helix piercing, I wish I had know this prior. They also used externally threaded jewelry which is terrible for sliding in and out piercings. I don’t know how you could mess something up more. Save your money and seriously, don’t come here. I’m so mad and upset about the wasted money, time, and pain spent on these piercings when all of these problems could have been avoided by having professional piercers.

I went in to get lobe piercings and an industrial piercing. I asked if my ear was fine to get the industrial and they said that it was. When she started the piercing process she was super shaky when doing just my lobes which was a concern but I assumed she had bad nerves which is still bad if youre working with needles but my lobe piercings turned out fine. When she got to the industrial after she pierced it and put the jewelry in she began saying “uh oh” and “Im so sorry” then went to talk to her boss and came back and told me that she missed the spot that she marked when piercing me and that she would just have to take it out and do it again because there would be a possibility of rejecting where she pierced it so of course I wasnt too happy about this because the industrial isnt an easy piercing to go through once let alone twice but I let her do it over and she messed up AGAIN somehow and complained that now the jewelry wouldnt go into the second hole that she pierced so I was laying there as she tried to put it in and then she went to get her boss who also tried shoving it in so I was sitting there trying to stay as calm as I could while these two ladies tried to jam jewelry through my ear that they obviously pierced wrong. Her boss then proceeded to tell me that they would have to pierce my ear for a THIRD time and was trying to reassure me that it would be ok because this time she would do it and that she had been doing this much longer than her less experienced employee. But if this was the case why tf didnt you do it in the first place? And then told me that if I didnt want to get it pierced again that day I could come back another time. Lady why do you think I would come back here after all of this? This was a terrible experience I left with blood all in my hair and an ear that was pierced TWO times for no reason. Why would I let yall stab a THIRD hole in me? This completely ruined my experience and made me not even want to try to get the piercing at all. She then had the nerve to say that people make mistakes and that she hopes I wouldnt blame the company. I get that people make mistakes but honey you messed up TWICE and probably would have messed up again if I would have let you try again. And yes I am blaming the company as well because why let her work on me in the first place if you are the more experienced one or why not at least come in the room and check on it when she told you she messed up the first time? Yeah this place gets 1 star and if I could give it 0 it would get 0.

Mitch is awesome! There was another nice woman at the counter too and I didnt catch her name and another nice man that greeted me but I didnt catch his name. However it was Mitch who did my nose piercing that came up to around 31 with tip. It was awesome not only because of the piercing but because of Mitchs welcoming and warm personality. He is very optimistic and makes you feel very comfortable. He is just awesome and blessings to him and all of them on their endeavors.

Today I got my helix cartilage and my conch pierced and my experience with Micah (?? Sorry maybe) was amazing!! She was so relaxed and her energy was very calming while explaining every detail thoroughly. Quick and easy probably 15 minute process. Have a beautiful day Micah I will make sure any friend who needs a piercing comes to you!!

Got my ears repierced today and it was such a great experience! The guy at the front deskwas super nice…Mika pierced my ears and was the bomb! She had a calming voice and was very sweet. The Piercer was very professional, advised she didnt work with staple surface piercings and didnt guarantee anything when I walked in with mine missing a ball, but she was able to remove and insert the staple barbell smoothly, shes an angel

I got my rook done again after I tried to change it out and it closed leaving scar tissue. Alex pierced me and after the intended pain from the needle it felt great. Better than the first time I got it pierced, it was pierced in a higher position and I was pierced correctly by going to this shop. Great customer service!

So I just got done with a walk in appointment for my first 4 piercings and the two people who worked with me were so cool and nice on top of being so so helpful with talking me through the process and aftercare!! The vibes are rancid. Tried to do a walk in for a nose piercing and walked out after the staff was struggling to get the forms filled in, the waiting room was packed, smelled awful and the overall atmosphere feels like back rooms. Once forms were complete, the staff didn’t even give us time estimates, intend they walked out of the room to another room? Maybe? The set up was giving broke urgent care.

My piercer was Glory and she was great! She helped me pick out my new piercing jewelry and explained how to change my old ones because I was scared. Can you guys tell me why there is always someone new , i like to go to the same person not Newbies! I went to get a medusa piercing and instead of giving me a longer bar the lady gave me a short one and my lip has been swollen for weeks. Before i left she said if u need a longer bae u can come back ! But why would u not give it to me the first place !!!!! Ugh i cant even take the piecing out bc my lip is swollen and the inside is closed !!!

I went to body revolutions today on Lorain to get a belly button piercing. The service was great and everything was an easy process. Jake was my piercer today. I feel this place is unprofessional , unlike the place I normally go to they had me pick out a nose ring from a black box then took me to the back and pierced my nose .. everything was fine until I realized it wasn’t healing and I kept getting an irritation bump.. I called them and told them what was going on they had me buy they’re solution to get rid of it .. which helped but then as soon as I stopped using it it came back again & again. When I was there they had the nerve to bash the place I usually go to .. reason for me not going there is they were closed for a couple weeks , when they finally reopened I went in and explained to them what was going on … he said most likely it’s the jewelry. He took me to the back to change it and GRABBED A NOSE RING OUT OF A SURGICAL PACKET, when he pulled the nose ring out of my nose I could instantly see the difference in quality .. I should have waited . I always go to tattoo cafe for all my piercings and I will never go any where else again (I have 2 nose piercings on my right nostril already I was getting the other side done and never had an issue with the healing process). After changing the nose ring it healed up quickly and stopped hurting . This place is trash never going back.

Great experience. They were very flexible with my schedule. And the price was amazing. Way less than I had planned on paying which was great. The service was very prompt and the staff was friendly and held good conversation while we waited. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and even showed them a pic. My artist was Jess. She drew up the stencil of what I showed and she made it look so much better than what I had originally had in mind. She was very clean; putting on gloves the moment she walked into the room. She opened everything right in front of me and helped me to be very comfortable with what she was doing. (Shes also a Fire Fly fan which made for great conversation). She did an amazing job and I have no regrets at all. I am very proud of what I got and am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff and my artist Jess. I HIGHLY recommend this place. You can call to make an appointment, or do like I did and just go in there and make an appointment which would be better, that way you can tell them what you want before hand.

Fast and very clean. They took me back to get my piercing almost as soon as I came into the store and it was almost painless. My piercer (I don’t know his name, maybe Jordan or something?) was soooo sweet and he engaged in a fun friendly conversation while doing my piercing. It was very professional yet warm and welcoming. I have gotten multiple piercings from these artists and I go back on a regular basis to get my nose ring changed out. They are so nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for a piercing change one time, and I will never do that again.

I got my Labret piercing done here, everything was great but unfortunately my jewelry fell out overnight and the hole closed (not body revolutions fault) So I went back to get it re pierced, the piercer (I’m not sure her name she had dark longish hair) didn’t ask me if the placement was all right before she pierced but I figured it should be easy because you could still see the marks from the last piercing. The front placement was spot on but unfortunately the back on the inside of the mouth is VERY VERY high, almost like she was trying to give me the worlds deepest vertical Labret. Now I have to get it re re pierced, I was hoping to only have to deal with that pain once and now I’m going on a third time. I will not be getting it repierced with body revolution, I’m really disappointed and $50 down the drain for a piercing I had to take out.

Most nicest and talented people I know. I wont let anyone else out ink on my body unless its these guys!!!

This used to be my go to spot for piercings. Everything I have pierced was done here, over the last 10-12 years. The staff has always been super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Went there yesterday 4/19/21 with my friend to get a fun piercing, which she has never had, and the ‘artist’ who helped us was soooo rude. So short with us, not friendly in the least bit whatsoever. I tried to talk to him and he only had one word answers. He was SUPER rough with me and my friend. Had to explain to her that’s not how this process usually goes. Tried to strike up small talk with him before and after he pierced my helix, nope, nothing. I am so utterly disappointed that my go to spot has changed to the point that I don’t ever want to go back. Let alone try to convince my friend to go back anywhere and get something else pierced. Makes me sad

I’ve gotten a few pieces by Brandon now and every single one of them are amazing, I will continue going back to him any chance I get. He’s all around an amazing person and an even better artist. I highly recommend him to any of my friends/family.

Previously had okay experiences here never the greatest. Not exactly the greatest customer service wise as they arent very welcoming or helpful. Walked in around 7 last night for a septum piercing. Was told by the worker (brunette with blue hair underneath and a slip knot mask) that she couldn’t do any piercings as they had failed their sterilization and sanitization by the health board. Said her boss “never showed them how to do it right” and it was his fault. She said she was refusing to sterilize anymore equipment for the night. Yet when she came to the front she brought two people from the back with her. So was it clean or not? Also funny how when we were leaving the open sign was off as well but it was 7:15.

Walked in and no one helped me , then I finally got my tattoo and One of the artist wanted me to pay with cash app, I just felt weird about it, seeing they had a register. Now my tattoo is faded. Never going to him again.

John was amazing! Me and my friend had our noses done when we were teens and we were nervous doing it again. So helpful and kind. He eased our nerves with his professional and calm demeanor. I will definitely recommend him to everyone!

Went in as a walk-in for two small pieces and was done within an hour and a half. Cav took care of me and was very easy to get along with. She has really get line work and knows how to make one feel very comfortable.

I went to get an piercing and the lady was nice the first time the needle went in she tried to add the piercing and the ball kept slipping.The 2nd and third time she said that it was not enough skin where the clamps go to insert the piercing and I am highly upset because I’ve never heard you don’t have enough fat by your belly button or anything because you can’t do the piercing. Now I have an hole in my belly with no piercing because “ I did not have enough meat” I’m highly irritated and that is unprofessional because they still did the piercing If you didn’t think the piercing would’ve went in she should of said that this was the worst experience I had with piercings I’ve never had problems anywhere else I would recommend going somewhere that knows exactly what they are doing.

Jake did a great job re-piercing my industrial. It was botched by a piercer at another shop. He advised taking it out to heal and we waited to re-pierce it. It’s now placed properly AND it only cost half as much as the botched piercing. very satisfied!

It was a great experience! Workers were nice and I got my two ears pierced (which cost $46 tax and everything included).

Casey was really nice. I was very scared for my piercings: I was getting my third and fourth holes pierced on my lobes. The first fourth piercing was extremely painful. He gave me time to collect myself and reassured me that it would be ok. And it was :) A+

Today 2/1\19 i got 2 nose piercings at the Lorain Road location. My piercings they bled due to me being on blood thinners. So when i got home about an hour later it slowed down then stoped, due to me using. my stud earrings with a round cap (on top of my nose.) The piercer was nice and helpful in the situation. He did not panic. They are nice and professional staff😉 Good prices too!

I went in on Nov 4, with my best friend to get our matching tattoos done. Our artist Sarah was so sweet and funny, she’s the sister of one our friends and we decided to give her a try, it was my 3rd tat and it was my friends 2nd one. Sarah came in on her day off because friday was the only day me and my friend could do, it was so sweet, we got started at around 12:13, and finished before 1pm on both of our arms. She was so gentle with the shading considering it was me and my friends first shading tattoo. i highly recommend going to her, we came from brunswick/medina to get our tats done and walked out happy and satisfied. :))

Rodney is awesome! He did my medusa and it is healing so well! I definitely recommend coming here for piercings.**UPDATE**My medusa piercing closed so I just got it redone. Jake did it for me and he was amazing. He was very cool and gentle. This is by far my favorite place to go for piercings. Soon Ill be back for my tattoos. 😁💋

I had an awful experience here with my ear piercings. They were very welcoming when you’re in there but afterwards are absolutely no help. I got two cartilage piercings 3 days ago and both immediately got infected. The girl who pierced my ears not only used the same needle on both sides, but when it was dripping blood down my neck gave me a tissue and ushered me out so she could get to her next customer. By the next morning my skin on my ear was literally growing over the earrings. Both of my ears are still in throbbing pain and I am starting an antibiotic to get rid of the infection. I spent over $50 to get this done for it to only last 2 days and cause me an immense amount of pain. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I just went there today to get cleaning products for my nose piercing because the other place I originally went to did not give me nothing to clean it with and this women named Ashley instantly made me feel comfortable and told me everything I need to know . She notice my piercing jewelry was a completely wrong bar and was very concerned for me because of how thick and big it was and so I instantly trusted her to take care of it for me and i left very satisfied with my service and Ashley was very gentle with me . Ashley is an amazing person and did great , could tell she has a passion for what she does . 10/10 recommend for any piercing and definitely recommend going to Ashley .

Body revolution saddens me every time I walk in. Poor Customer Service. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to deal with their nasty attitudes or being rushed. There’s only two guys that work there that Are polite. One of them did my pb&j tat && the other was helping me about my nose piercing. This was my second time coming in for jewelry && got handled wrong , I did not walk out with what I asked for. The first time they were all yelling at a customer so i walked out because I couldn’t get help.I’ve been going there for yrs & Sadly I will never return to body rev again.

I had visited the Bedford store on Saturday for a piercing and the ball came off on Sunday night I explained to the technician what happened and why I had to visit this location it was closer to my job and I was afraid of losing the piercing that was so fresh he charged me $9 to put the ball back on which I had! His tone and manorisum was so racially motivated I was really affended, I will never visit this location again and anyone of color shouldn’t go here as well the staff was all rude and disrespectful!!! I need cooperate to reach out to me this behavior is unacceptable.

Went here for matching tattoos for my birthday and these guys really made the experience that much better. We were joking around and having a great time. Travis our tattoo artist was very kind & accommodating, he’s very professional, his work is amazing and he keeps his area nice and clean. This place is terrible don’t ever go here, I came to get my bellybutton pierced and the first time this girl (idk her name) pierced my bellybutton crooked, so I had to get it pierced twice and a couple days later it literally got infected so idk what was up but I don’t think this place is clean and no one should have to go what I went through.

Ive gotten lots of things pierced over the years my newest is my nostril and my septum both were quick placement works well and havent had issues. I had to go back 3days after my septum got pierced to swap for a smaller horseshoe so that I can be able to hide it if needed. The guy helped out and was very kind. Ive had my navel top and bottom done by them and to this day theyre still good. Never had issues with infections either by going here. You are in good hands ppl should go here. They also did a tattoo on my mid back that still looks very good today. Prices are reasonable and people are friendly.

Paid in advance for two small tattoos, was asked to tip in advance as well. Both tattoos were very poorly done with shaky line work. Both tattoos fell out about 50% within 3 weeks and had to be saved by an actual tattooer.

We went shopping around for quotes on tattoos. We came here and waited twenty minutes and there were no staff to help us. The maxim limit in the place is 10 people. There were double that waiting to be helped and more people coming in. As we were leaving, a staff member finally came out from the back and asked if we were leaving. Told them that there were way too many people in there and that we would come back. They should have a staff member in the front so 25 people dont have to wait twenty minutes or longer. Came back about twenty minutes later after getting more quotes. We were quoted more than $100 more than all our other quotes. The staff member was so unfriendly and rude. I came in the past for piercings so thought I would try to tattoo. Will never go to this place again.

I got my nostril pierced by John. He seemed super sweet & was very careful w/the placement considering that I already had another nostril piercing on the same side. I bled a lot immediately after it was done (I bled a lot with the previous one too done at another location). As soon as I got in the car it stopped. I also wanted it located under the other piercing in a specific way & he did it perfectly. I didnt get the chance to tell him afterward, but I hope he sees this!

Sabrina is an awesome piercer. Very thorough and clean!! She made me calm and at ease for my first tongue piercing.

I would give it a 3 for overall but the customer service is completely ridiculous. I went to get a piercing back in May and it took them like an hour and a half to call me. They did let me pick the ring I wanted but it only seemed fair after having me wait for so long and then to call other customers with the same orders as me before me makes no sense. I waited an hour and a half for something that took 2 mins. Meanwhile Ive been trying to donate plasma and in order to do so (after just have had a piercing or tattoo) you need to go to the establishment you got the piercing from and get the proper papers signed saying that this establishment is clean (Body Rev. Cleveland site) other wise you have to wait a year to donate. I took these papers to them to sign back in December I even gave them the satisfaction and waited even a good 2 weeks for them to get situated since they had to get copies of those documents (clean establishment etc.) from headquarters or something-- the big Body Rev. I called and they have no idea what Im even talking about. I refuse to call again its been going on 4 months. Im the customer I will not keep asking for your service you just lose mine. You are not doing me a favor I am doing you a favor. They are either lazy or dont have proof of a clean establishment. Either go they lost my business. Im not blowing down on all the staff because the women were kind to me but all of them could learn how to communicate with each other so they know whats going on in their work space. Come on!

I went here in june/july of 2021. i got my cartilage pierced and did my own research online of proper cleaning and ect because they didn’t give me more details on how i should clean it other than i should clean it but didn’t tell me with what. later i found out that they put in a 20g regular earring with a butterfly back. i later learned that that should’ve never been put in especially with the butterfly back because of how sharp they are and how they aren’t ideal especially for healing because it can get caught. i since then got a 18g titanium flat back piercing which was a pain to put it because it’s a bit bigger than a 20g. i am hoping it heals good and leaves me with less problems getting caught on things.

I was met very promptly told to wait. 2 hrs later im told i have to make an appointment. Fine made one for the next day. Get there and after 40 minutes was told ill have to be rescheduled. My artist went home sick. My appointment was at 5 they couldnt call? Guess I will be taking my money else where. I really felt that just because Im an older women I was not important

I lost my license and came back to check & was very mean to me. Seemed like he was mad I doubted him I. The first place.

I bought throughout the years a few gift certificates and got quite a few tattoos and piercings from them as well as family members. My husband went to get his tattoo a couple weeks ago and was told the gift certificates are no good because someone in the company was writing them out and giving them to friends. Well Im very sorry but I legitimately bought these! Almost 200 dollars the ripped me off for! Because they got ripped off they ripped me off! Nice! I went into store and was told sorry the owner said to not accept them. So I called to try to talk to owner which of course they never called me back! shouldnt be surprise since obviously they are thieves!
